Abstract

Competence and performance of business actors become an important factor for small industry development effort. Business actors with high competence and performance will be better prepared to face the challenges of global crisis. This study aims to determine the influence of human resource competence (knowledge, ability, and skill) on the performance of batik crafters at batik center Pendowoharjo, Sleman Regency, Yogyakarta Special Region. This research is a descriptive research by integrating qualitative and quantitative approach. Data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. Research respondents are 14 handmade and stamps batik crafters. The majority of craftsmen aged 41-55 years. The result of analysis shows the condition of competence of batik artisans (knowledge, ability, skill) in good category. Analysis on the performance level also shows that the majority of batik crafters (85.7%) have a good category performance. The results of regression analysis and t-test can be concluded that the competence variables that significantly influence the performance of artisans is the variable ability (ability) and skill (skill). While the variables of knowledge (knowledge) have no significant effect.

Abstract

This study examines the effect of decentralization of Land Acquisition Rights (BPHTB) on Local Own Revenue (PAD) and its impact on district and / or city economic growth in Yogyakarta Special Region (DIY). The population in this research is the data of budget realization as well as the data of economic growth of regency / city in DIY. The selected sample is budget realization data and economic growth data of regencies / cities in DIY two years before decentralization and two years after decentralization of BPHTB. The normality test of data distribution is done by classical assumption test. The determination coefficient test is performed to determine the accuracy of the use of independent variables. To test the influence of independent variable to the dependent variable is done regression analysis. Whereas hypothesis testing is determined by looking at p-value. The results of statistical tests proved that the decentralization of BPHTB into local taxes will support the increase of regional PAD, and Economic Growth.

Abstract

Diversification of post-havesting of coffe managed by the coffee farming group in the Sidoharjo district, Kulonprogo has several problems in post-harvest handling and processing coffee, especially in processing of coffee powder  with good manufacturing process (gmp) as well as conventional marketing management. Through the Community Partnership Program (PKM), the service team provide solutions to outcome problems through several methods; 1) training and assistance in post-harvest handling  2) training and assistance in the production of ground coffee in a natural process and 3) training and assistance in marketing management with digital marketing. The results of the assistance are the post-harvest handling and processing of coffee properly and correctly by producing ground coffee with the brand name "Lemon" as well as better managed marketing, not only in a conventional manner but also by using marketing based technologoy (www .kopilemon.com). With this Community Partnership Program, it has an impact on increasing the competitiveness and welfare of coffee farmers in the Menoreh area

Abstract

Kegigihan dalam menjalankan usaha dengan pengelolaan yang masih sangat terbatas dilakukan oleh anggota UP2K (Usaha Peningkatan Pendapatan Keluarga) Kelurahan Gedongkiwo, Kecamatan Matrijeron, Yogyakarta. Volume penjualan rendah serta jangkauan pemasaran sangat terbatas menjadi salah satu persoalan yang saat ini dihadapi. Pemasaran produk dilakukan secara konvensional, pengemasan produk masih sangat sederhana berdampak minimnya daya tarik pembeli. Hal tersebut disebabkan masih rendahnya pemahaman pelaku usaha tentang pentingnya pengemasan produk sebagai bagian dari strategi pemasaran. Oleh karena itu pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini sangat penting dilakukan. Metode pengabdian dengan penyuluhan serta praktik pengemasan ini merupakan salah satu solusi yang tepat bagi pelaku usaha anggota UP2K Kelurahan Gedongkiwo dalam mengatasi permasalahannya saat ini. Pelatihan dilaksanakan pada tanggal 5 Maret 2022 berlokasi di Balai Pertemuan Kelurahan Gedongkiwo, yang dihadiri oleh 25 anggota UP2K. Pelatihan ini memiliki hasil luaran yaitu setiap peserta memiliki pengetahuan tentang pengemasan, mengenal jenis-jenis bahan kemasan, mampu memilih kemasan yang tepat, mampu mengemas produknya secara menarik. Hasil pengabdian ini nantinya akan ditindaklanjuti dengan pendampingan pengemasan dan pelatihan pemasaran produk secara digital (Digital Marketing)

Abstract

Environmental sustainability in recent years has become the focus of discussion in many media, no longer it is merely the problem of physical environmental damage such as waste, forest damage and global warming, but has evolved towards discussing changes in human behavior in consuming products concerning to the consumption of environmentally friendly products/green products. Green purchasing behavior is buying behavior that in the purchasing decision process, it considers environmental sustainability. The COVID-19 pandemic that has hit the world has an impact on various sectors of human life, including changing people's buying behavior. This study aims to analyze the influence of the Covid-19 Pandemic, Environmental Knowledge, Perceived Seriousness of Environmental Problems, Consumers Attitudes toward The Environment, Green Product Oriented and Social Influence on Green Purchasing Behavior. This research type is a quantitative research with 7 variables and 111 respondents. The population in this study is the people of the Special Region of Yogyakarta. Data were collected from September to November 2022. The sampling is using nonprobability sampling method with purposive sampling technique. Hypothesis testing used t-test (partial test) and F-tes (simultaneous test). The results of the study conclude that partially Environmental Knowledge, Consumers Attitudes toward The Environment, and Social Influence have a significant effect on Green Purchasing Behavior, while the Covid-19 Pandemic, Perceived Seriousness of Environmental Problems and Green Product Orientation variables have no significant effect on Green Purchasing Behavior. Overall, all variables have an effect of 37.3% on the Green Purchasing Behavior variable.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze how much influence DER and ROA simultaneously and partially have on the Share Price of the Mustika Ratu Tbk company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2015 to 2021. The F test shows that company performance measured by DER and ROA has no significant effect on Stock Price. The t test concluded that the DER variable had no significant effect on the stock price, but the ROA variable had a significant effect on the stock price. Based on the coefficient of determination test, the independent variable affects the dependent variable by 60.9% and there are still 39.1% explained by other factors not included in the study.

Abstract

The author will conduct research entitled "The Effect Of Taste And Service Quality On Buying Interest At The Black Bumbu Bebek Senjay Food House "Cak Rizky" Kasihan UMY (Seturan Branch Yogyakarta)" The research taken is using quantitative research. The research taken is information related to taste, service quality to consumer buying interest. This research is a causal relationship (Causal Explanatory) which proves the usual relationship. Taste, service quality is called the independent variable, buying interest is called the dependent variable. In this study the population is not limited, so the sampling uses 100 respondents. 1. Taste has a significance value of 0.008 0.05, these results indicate that the Taste variable has a positive and significant effect on Buying Interest in the black spice senjay duck restaurant "Cak Rizky" Kasihan UMY 2. Service Quality has a significance value of 0.000 0, 05, these results indicate that the Service Quality variable has a positive and significant effect on Buying Interest in the black spice senjay duck restaurant "Cak Rizky" Kasihan UMY 3. Taste and Service Quality have a significance of 0.000 0.05, these results indicate that the variables of Taste and Service Quality have a significant effect simultaneously on Buying Interest in the black spice senjay duck restaurant "Cak Rizky" Kasihan UMY.

Abstract

This research examines the implementation of the Just In Time (JIT) system for raw material inventory at PT Yakult Indonesia Persada, Mojokerto Branch. The application of JIT aims to enhance operational efficiency and company profitability by reducing inventory costs and optimizing production processes. This study references previous research that indicates JIT can increase the contribution margin per unit, reduce ordering and storage costs, and improve production efficiency. The findings show that implementing JIT at PT Yakult Indonesia Persada can reduce waste, enhance operational efficiency, and ensure the availability of raw materials according to production needs. Therefore, JIT is a suitable strategy to improve the company's competitiveness and business sustainability.

Abstract

PT XYZ is a company operating in the food and beverage sector, with an Asian specialty menu of yamie. The purpose of this study is to determine how work discipline and compensation impact employee performance at PT XYZ, because the good and bad of an employee will affect the performance of his company. The method applied is a quantitative method. The results of the t test analysis show that the compensation variable () has no significant effect on the employee performance variable (Y) of PT XYZ, this is indicated by the sig value. the number is greater than 0.05, namely 0.368 > 0.05. And the work discipline variable () has a positive and significant effect on the employee performance variable (Y) of PT XYZ, which is indicated by the value of this figure less than 0.05, namely 0.011 <0.05. In the F test results, compensation and work discipline simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a significant value of 0.008.

Abstract

This study aims to prove and analyze the effect of quality of work life, compensation, and work motivation on organizational citizenship behavior in KSP Maju Bersama Jaya Magelang employees. The research was conducted quantitatively, with the sample analyzed being 14 employees. This research method is carried out in stages starting from the introduction to the processing of data that the author and the preparation of research reports have obtained. The study's results prove that quality of work life, compensation, and work motivation do not partially or simultaneously affect organizational citizenship behavior. Other results show that the magnitude of the influence of quality of work life, compensation, and work motivation on organization citizenship behavior on organization citizenship behavior is 39.0%.
