Abstract

Climate change causes an increase in global temperature, which results in rising sea levels and threatens many cities in the future, including Jakarta. Carbon emissions are the primary cause of climate change, which is difficult to reduce. Forests can act as a natural filter for carbon emissions, but deforestation still occurs for various reasons. The author and their team propose a solution by creating an application called "Eden" that uses gamification to encourage users to develop a habit of planting trees. This application encourages the public to participate in saving the earth from global warming and climate change by planting trees around their homes, which can filter some of the carbon emissions in their environment.

Abstract

Abstrak - Posyandu (Pos Pelayanan Terpadu) merupakan kegiatan yang diselenggarakan oleh pemerintah untuk memberikan layanan kesehatan dasar kepada masyarakat, khususnya untuk masyarakat di pedesaan. Salah satu  posyandu yang ada di Desa Napan adalah Posyandu Rahmat yang membantu memantau kesehatan anggota posyandu. Seluruh kegiatan sistem informasi yang ada di Posyandu Rahmat masih di lakukan secara manual yaitu dengan mencatat data, mulai dari registrasi, input data, pencarian, dan pembuatan laporan. . kader posyandu sering mengalami kesulitan dalam proses pencarian data karena data ditulis tangan sehingga menyulitkan kader dalam pencarian, tidak adanya tempat penyimpanan data karena data saat ini berupa dokumen kertas sehingga rentan hilang. Banyaknya jumlah peserta juga menyebabkan sulitnya proses pengolahan dan pengaksesan kembali data karena banyak data yang sama harus dicatatkan berulang-ulang ke dalam register yang berbeda sehingga mengakibatkan perbedaan data Hal ini menimbulkan kesalahan dalam pencatatan hasil posyandu dikarenakan banyaknya buku masyarakat yang melakukan posyandu. Dalam penelitian ini, dibangun sebuah aplikasi android yang digunakan untuk memperlancar dan memudah proses pelayanan kesehatan di Posyandu Rahmat. Aplikasi ini digunakan oleh admin posyandu atau kader, dan masyarakat. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan dalam pembuatan aplikasi ini menggunakan metode Rapid application development (RAD).Kata kunci: Posyandu,  Metode Rapid Application Development (RAD), AndroidAbstract - Posyandu (Integrated Service Post) is an activity organized by the government to provide basic health services to the community, especially to people in rural areas. One of the posyandu in Napan Village is Posyandu Rahmat which helps monitor the health of posyandu members. All information system activities at Posyandu Rahmat are still carried out manually, namely by recording data, starting from registration, data input, searching and making reports. . Posyandu cadres often experience difficulties in the data search process because the data is handwritten, making it difficult for cadres to search, there is no place to store the data because the data is currently in the form of paper documents so it is vulnerable to loss. The large number of participants also makes processing and re-accessing data difficult because a lot of the same data has to be recorded repeatedly in different registers, resulting in data differences. This causes errors in recording posyandu results due to the large number of books of people who carry out posyandu. In this research, an Android application was built which was used to expedite and facilitate the health service process at Posyandu Rahmat. This application is used by posyandu admins or cadres, and the community. Abstract

Abstrak - Kantor PPAT Cornelis Nahak S.Ip berlokasi di Jl. Sisingamangaraja, Benpasi, Kec. Kota Kefamenanu, Kabupaten Timor Tengah Utara, merupakan kantor yang bergerak di bidang pembuatan akta-akta otentik mengenai perbuatan hukum tertentu dan hak atas tanah atau Hak Milik Atas Satuan Rumah Susun. Namun, sistem penginputan data klien untuk staf administrasi masih bersifat manual sehingga klien masih harus datang ke kantor PPAT untuk mengajukan permohonan dan menyerahkan semua dokumen secara langsung, serta masih sulitnya bagi klien untuk mendapatkan informasi status dokumen yang telah diajukan (kurangnya monitoring). Oleh karena itu penulis membangun sebuah sistem informasi dengan judul “Sistem Informasi Pendaftaran Dan Monitoring Pelayanan Jasa  PPAT Berbasis Website” sehingga mempermudah staf admin dalam mengelola data klien agar klien tidak perlu lagi membuang waktu dan tenaga untuk mengajukan permohonan dan juga klien dapat memantau sejauh mana status data yang telah diajukan. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode Waterfall dalam pengembangan sistem.Kata kunci: Sistem Informasi, PPAT, Waterfall, Website, Pelayanan Jasa, Pendaftaran, Monitoring.Abstract - Cornelis Nahak S.Ip PPAT office is located on Jl. However, the client data input system for administrative staff is still manual so clients still have to come to the PPAT office to submit applications and submit all documents directly, and it is still difficult for clients to obtain information on the status of documents that have been submitted (lack of monitoring). Therefore, the author built an information system with the title "Website Based PPAT Services Registration and Monitoring Information System" making it easier for admin staff to manage client data so that clients no longer need to waste time and energy submitting applications and clients can also monitor the extent of their status. data that has been submitted. Abstract

The Poultry Jaya farmer group is in the city of Kefamenanu, the native chicken farming system of the Jaya Poultry Group is still conventional. One of the main problems faced by this group is the lack of monitoring and controlling the temperature of the cage as well as monitoring the ammonia gas produced by chicken droppings. Temperature and ammonia gas levels have a major impact on chicken growth and health. To overcome this problem, it is necessary to implement Internet of Things (IoT) technology integrated with Android applications. This technology allows automatic and periodic monitoring of cage temperature and ammonia gas levels. Farmers can access information via the Android app and take necessary action if significant changes occur. This community service aims to build tools and systems for automatic temperature control and IoT-based ammonia levels integrated with Android, as well as introducing technology and providing training and assistance to the Unggas Jaya farmer group regarding IoT technology in chicken coop management. With the existence of IoT technology, it is hoped that the behavior patterns of farmers will change to become more modern and efficient. This technology can help improve poultry farming performance, reduce risks, and provide convenience in cage management so that it will bring positive changes to the productivity and welfare of farmers. Keywords: Poultry Jaya farmer group; chicken coop; Internet of Things (IoT)

Abstract

Each type of robusta and arabica coffee grown in different places will have significant differences in shape and taste because the coffee itself has a rich taste. Each type also has a different price depending on the grade and taste produced. So far, knowing the types of Robusta and Arabica coffee from Timor is only based on sight and knowledge, so it does not rule out the possibility of errors due to differences of opinion for each assessment, because of this a classification system for Timor coffee beans was developed. using digital image processing techniques. In classifying coffee images, an algorithm is needed that can work properly according to the characteristics of the data to be processed. The feature extraction process is carried out using the Gray Level Co Occurrence Matrix (GLCM) method, which is a texture-based feature extraction method that aims to obtain information from an image to be classified. The classification process is carried out by comparing the Distance Space in the K-Nearest Neighbors (K-NN) method. The data used in this study were 200 datasets which were divided into 150 training data and 50 test data, with the distribution of datasets using the Holdout method. The performance of K-Nearest Neighbors with the GLCM feature which gives the best results is the Euclidean Distance space with 1 Neighbors with an accuracy result of 88%.

Abstract

Fatuana Village is a village located in Insana District, TTU Regency, East Nusa Tengara Province. This village has a fairly large area and a very dense community, apart from that it also has good internet access, but Fatuana village does not yet have a village profile information system so many people do not know about Fatuana Village. Therefore, the aim of this research is to build an information system for the Fatuana village profile so that the community can access information about Fatuana village while also making it easier for the Fatuana village to serve the community by providing information quickly. This research applies the waterfall method as a system development method and uses PHP as a programming language in building the Fatuana village profile information system. This research produced a Fatuana village profile information system in accordance with community needs and has been successful in testing the system.

Abstract

Sign language applications are designed to facilitate deaf people in communicating. Deaf people experience hearing impairment or loss of hearing function that is congenital or appears due to certain factors, such as infection or long-term exposure to loud noises. As a result of hearing limitations, they experience difficulties in speaking or hearing, so they are taught sign language in schools which makes it easier for them to communicate. Sign language is a means of communication that uses lip movements, body movements or facial expressions in order to convey communication messages quickly. Sign language applications are built using the RAD (Rapid Application Development) method because in the process of making applications, it can be done in a short and fast time and ensures adjustment of features from users. Android is used in the process of making this application, because of its wide use and easy access. This application provides a sign language translation feature in the form of videos so that it is easy to understand for deaf people.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of information technology has encouraged higher education institutions to improve the efficiency of managing Research and Community Service (PPM) activities. This study aims to design and develop a web-based PPM Management Information System prototype for LPPM Universitas Timor. Using the Research and Development (R&D) method, the study involves need analysis, system design, development, testing, and evaluation of the prototype. The system is designed to facilitate proposal management, status tracking, evaluation processes, and reporting. The research findings indicate that the prototype significantly enhances the efficiency of PPM management by providing a user-friendly interface and automated notification features. Testing with end-users, including lecturers and LPPM administrators, yielded positive feedback on ease of use and process transparency. However, improvements are needed in areas such as system performance when handling large documents and the addition of email-based reminder features. In conclusion, the developed prototype serves as a foundational framework for building more comprehensive PPM management systems in the future, supporting efficiency, productivity, and academic objectives at Universitas Timor.

Abstract

Penyediaan informasi mengenai pasar tradisional kepada masyarakat menjadi hal yang sangat penting guna mensosialisasikan keberadaan pasar-pasar beserta informasi didalamnya. Penelitian ini berupa aplikasi Sistem Informasi Geografis (SIG) pasar tradisional di Kabupaten Malaka berbasis web. WebGIS adalah aplikasi sistem informasi geografis yang dapat  diakses secara online melalui website. Pembuatan aplikasi ini memanfaatkan software XAMPP sebagai localhost, Dreamweaver dan Notepad++ untuk membuat desain website serta proses coding. Google Maps sebagai peta online yang menampilkan lokasi pasar-pasar. Hasil akhir penelitian ini berupa aplikasi SIG untuk pemetaan pasar tradisional di Kabupaten Malaka berbasis web yang dapat diakses oleh masyarakat secara online. Aplikasi ini juga menampilkan fitur rute terdekat serta fitur pencarian pasar terdekat sehingga kebutuhan informasi untuk setiap pengguna dapat terpenuhi.

Abstract

Salon Michelle, as one of the wedding organizer service providers, is experiencing an increase in demand for wedding organizer services. The process of ordering wedding organizer services at Salon Michelle, which is still done manually, presents various challenges, such as the length of time it takes to make an order, difficulties in managing schedules, coordinating with clients, and the risk of communication errors with potential customers. Therefore, to make it easier for prospective brides and grooms to choose wedding packages available at Salon Michelle, an information system for wedding package providers is needed that provides complete information regarding the wedding packages offered by Salon Michelle vendors. By using this information system, it is hoped that customers can adjust their needs and desires to the availability of wedding facilities on offer, as well as see in detail the prices and facilities that can be obtained from Salon Michelle vendors, so that it will be very helpful in organizing wedding receptions.
