Roads are land transportation infrastructure which includes all parts of the road. Good road conditions really support the smooth running of the economy in an area so that road maintenance is very important so that the smooth running of the economy is not disrupted by poor road infrastructure. The form of road maintenance depends on the results of the assessment of the condition of the damage. The road surface has been determined visually, the method used is the Surface Distress Index (SDI) method. According to Suswandi (2008), assessing the level of road damage is an important aspect in determining road maintenance and repair activities. Small damage that is not immediately anticipated causes the damage to become more severe, the impact becomes wider and reduces the capacity of the road itself. Therefore, researchers want to technically review the condition of the surface pavement of Jalan Swadaya Raya in Alam Barajo District using this method visually, with a length of 800 m and a width of 4 m experiencing damage in several segments which is quite disturbing the smooth running of the road.

This research is to describe organizational commitment, work quality, job satisfaction and employee performance at PT. Indofood CBS Sukses Makmur Jambi Branch and to analyze the influence of organizational commitment and work quality partially and simultaneously directly and indirectly on job satisfaction and employee performance, as well as to analyze job satisfaction on employee performance. From the path analysis tests carried out, it was found that organizational commitment and work quality had an influence on job satisfaction by 77.4% while the rest was influenced by other variants. Organizational commitment and work quality have an influence of 77.2% on employee performance at PT. Indofood CBS Successfully Prosperous Jambi Branch. This research concludes that organizational commitment, work quality, job satisfaction and employee performance are quite satisfied and high. Apart from that, organizational commitment and work quality partially and simultaneously have a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction and employee performance at PT. Indofood CBS Successfully Prosperous Jambi Branch. Likewise, job satisfaction has a positive and significant influence on employee performance.

This study investigates the roles of compensation, work competence, and work discipline in influencing employee performance at the Jambi Class B Search and Rescue Office. It also examines how compensation and competence impact employee performance indirectly through work discipline. Utilizing descriptive verification research methods, the study focuses on the relationships between these variables. The research employs Partial Least Squares (PLS) analysis. Survey results reveal that the compensation score is 1384, indicating a satisfactory level. Work competence is rated highly, with a score of 2295. Work discipline also scores high at 1877, while employee performance is rated even higher at 3241. The findings indicate that both compensation and work competence positively and significantly impact work discipline. Additionally, compensation, competence, and discipline all have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Notably, compensation and competence also positively influence employee performance through their effects on work discipline at the Jambi Class B Search and Rescue Office.

A highway is a transportation infrastructure that plays a very important role in traffic flow, so good road pavement design is a necessity that can connect one place to another. This research aims to determine the value of road pavement conditions and compare them based on the IRI method and the SDI method. Data collection using field surveys is carried out through visual observation of road conditions for the SDI method. Apart from that, observations by car are needed as input data for analyzing IRI values using the Roadlab Pro application. The results of the road assessment using the SDI method were 33.33% in good condition, 53.33% in moderate condition and 13.33 in slightly damaged condition. However, on IRI Roadlab Pro for line I 6.67% was in good condition, 80% was in moderate condition and 13.33% was in a slightly damaged condition and line II 6.67% was in good condition, 86.66% was in moderate condition and 6 .67% is in a state of light damage. Road conditions at STA 6+900 – 8+400 from these two methods are recommended using the Surface Distress Index (SDI).

This research aims to further examine the influence of leadership style and compensation on performance through ASN motivation at the Jambi Province Regional Secretariat Organization Bureau. This research is descriptive research with a survey method. The sample used was 62 respondents consisting of all ASN at the Jambi Province Regional Secretariat Organization Bureau. Furthermore, the data collected through distributing questionnaires was analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Squares (PLS-SEM). The results of the research show that the description of leadership style variables and compensation variables is in the quite good category, motivation variables and performance variables are in the quite high category. The results of data processing showed that the compensation variable had a positive and insignificant effect on performance, but compensation had a positive and significant effect on the motivation variable. The motivation variable has a positive and significant effect on performance, the leadership style variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through motivation and compensation has a positive and significant effect on performance through motivation at the Jambi Province Regional Secretariat Organization Bureau

Compressive strength of concrete states the quality of a structure. Flexural compressive strength is related to the bending of a beam element as a result of the transverse load. Flexural compressive strength test was conducted at the Laboratory of the Faculty of Engineering University of Batanghari. The test method is to use two of loading points such that the third of the middle stretch of only receiving bending moment. The use of chemical additive, Sikament-NN, varying aims to see its influence on the resulting flexural strength.Results showed that the addition of Sikament-NN variation 0.5%, 1% and 1.5%, is obtained that the addition of Sikament-NN by 1% to the value of compressive strength and flexural strength are optimal.Â Â Â Keywords: concrete, strong, pliable material added.

Soil type is the most important known and understood by experts in civil engineering before designing or designing a construction thereon. Construction of such buildings before determining the type of foundation of the civil engineers must know beforehand what type of soil in the location that will be built with soil investigation to determine the physical properties and mechanical ground, so knowing how much water content, soil type what is in the location for facilitate the calculation of construction and also to determine how much length reduction / settlement. Tests carried out on site and soil type laboratory to determine moisture content, soil type and value of consolidation via tail test equipment consolidation test.

This study aims to determine the potential of construction excavated material used as material of construction materials derived from Muaro Jambi. The study focused on the aggregates for concrete.The study was preceded by surveys of the location of the material and then sorted based on the location of geological and productivity quarry producer.
