New Public Management (NPM) is an approach in public administration that applies knowledge and experience gained in the world of management and other disciplines to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of public service performance in modern bureaucracies. New public management focuses on public sector management that is performance-oriented, not policy-oriented. Based on the results of this study, there were three policies or strategies in the New Public Management (NPM) as an effort in governance, which were the reorganization of public administration, decentralization of partnerships and networks, and innovation. The purpose of making this literature review was to add insight into the New Public Management (NPM) as an effort in governance. The method used in this research was Study Literature Review (SLR), using several articles found in searches on Scopus, which were published in the last five years.

Kegiatan industri keramik di Purwakarta mengalami pasang dan surut dari waktu ke waktu. Beberapa puluh tahun yang lalu pernah mengalami masa pertumbuhan yang pesat, namun saat ini mengalami masa surut. Surutnya industri tersebut disebabkan beberapa hal seperti kalah bersaing dengan produk China, strategi pemasaran yang kurang bervariasi dan konvensional dan masalah bahan baku. Salah satu solusi atas masalah pemasaran adalah pemasaran melalui media sosial, yang dikenal dengan Online Marketing.Saat ini para pelaku industri belum mengenal dengan baik online marketing dan website, sehingga perlu diberikan pelatihan pembuatan website dan pemasaran online. Oleh karena itu tujuan pelatihan ini adalah untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan dalam pemasaran online, sehingga volume penjualan dapat ditingkatkan dan menjangkau konsumen yang lebih luas.Kegiatan pelatihan dikemas dengan judul “Pelatihan Pembuatan Website untuk Pelaku Industri Keramik di Kabupaten Purwakarta.” Materi pelatihan meliputi pengetahuan dasar online marketing, tata cara pemasaran melalui media sosial, pengemasan produk dalam bentuk digital dan penyajian melalui media sosial. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan adanya perubahan pada peserta. Pertama, adanya peningkatan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan penggunaan media sosial untuk kegiatan pemasaran produk. Kedua semangat untuk menerapkan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan secara nyata dalam kegiatan pemasaran produk. Ketiga keinginan memperoleh pengetahuan lebih mendalam, mendetail dan praktis melalui pelatihan lanjutan.

Pembelajaran terpadu sudah diterapkan di SDN Sarwiru yang ada di kabupaten Sumedang. Dalam penelitian ini bahwa SDN sarwiru memadukan antara 1 mata pelajaran dengan mata pelajaran yang lain, karena kita ketahui bahawa pembelajaran terpadu yaitu gabungan antara mata pelajaran 1 dengan yang lainnya. SDN Sarwiru juga terdapat kendala yang di alaminya, seperti mencari materi pelajaran 1 dengan mata pelajaran yg lain dalam satu tema dan kesulitan dalam merancang pembelajaran tematik yang sangat padu. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini sangat bermanfaat bagi penulis dan pembaca untuk mengetahui penerapan pembelajaran terpadu yg ada salah satunya di kabupaten Sumedang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasi Pembelajaran Terpadu Di SD Negeri Sarwiru Kabupaten Sumedang. Implementasi pembelajaran terpadu tersebut untuk mengetahui Implementasi sistem pembelajaran terpadu di SD negeri Sarwiru meliputi desain pembelajaran, proses belajar mengajar dan evaluasi pembelajaran dan mengetahui kesulitan yang dialami dalam mengimpementaikan Pembelajaraan Terpadu. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif. Penelitian dilaksanakan di SD Negeri Sarwiru. Dengan melibatkan dua orang guru kelas untuk di wawancara. Teknik wawancara dilakukan melalui media sosial WhatsApp. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru di SD Negeri Sarwiru sebagian besar sudah mengetahui mengenai pembelajaran terpadu. Dengan demikian, implementasi pembelajaran terpadu di SD Negeri Sarwiru ini layak untuk dijadikan bahan penelitian kelompok kami.

There is an increasing trend of people living with HIV/AIDS (PLWHA) in Subang District, a region characterized by high population mobility. Hence, this study aims to explain the factors that influence collaboration in HIV/AIDS prevention and control in Subang Regency. This study uses a latent construct of collaboration reflected by five dimensions: governance, administration, organizational authority, mutuality, and norms. This study uses quantitative methods and data collection techniques through distributing questionnaires to 72 respondents involved in HIV/AIDS prevention and prevention in Subang Regency. The selection of respondents represents government and non-government organizations based on quota sampling. Data were analyzed by Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) in the second order confirmatory factor analysis to explain the collaboration measurement model as a latent construct. The results showed that all dimensions of the collaboration construct were valid and reliable. All dimensions can be said to significantly explain the collaborative construct of HIV/AIDS prevention and care. The dimensions of governance are the most valuable factors that influence the construct of collaboration, followed by organizational autonomy, administration, mutuality, and finally norms as dimensions with the smallest contribution value to collaboration.Â

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Work-Life Balance para karyawan Bank BJB Cabang Indramayu. Dimensi penting dalam Work-life Balance adalah Work Interference with Personal Life, Personal Life Interfence with Work, Personal Life Enhancement of Work dan Work Enchancement of Personal Life. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif-deskriptif. Penelitian ini menganalisis dan menggambarkan keadaan Work-Life Balance para karyawan Bank BJB Cabang Indramayu. Data yang diperoleh untuk penelitian ini didapatkan dari wawancara dengan pihak terkait dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa karyawan Bank BJB Cabang Indramayu telah memiliki empat dimensi Work-Life Balance yaitu Work Interference with Personal Life, Personal Life Interfence with Work, Personal Life Enhancement of Work dan Work Enchancement of Personal Life. Kesimpulan yang dapat diambil pada penelitian ini bahwa work-life balance para karyawan Bank BJB dapat dikategorikan baik, dikarenakan semua dimensi yang dimiliki para karyawan menunjukkan hasil positif.

The study presented in this paper analyzes City Brand Attractiveness. Focusing on the city in Indonesia, namely West Bandung Regency, this study aims to examine the factors that affect the City Brand Attractiveness. The empirical application is performed on the basis of a sample of 373 visitors who have traveled to West Bandung Regency, analyzed by using Rasch Model. The findings show that tourists 'response to the city's attractiveness is low, the Ancillary Service factor with a low response, and the Tourism Attraction factor get high expectations from tourists responses.

In the era of globalization where all industries must transform and make changes in order to survive sustainably, scientific studies are conducted to test how much influence innovation, Research & Development (R&D) and E-Commerce have on the performance of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) at Puspitek Serpong in the perspective of Supply Chain Management (SCM). Grand Theory used in writing this article is "Resource Base View" by Edith Penrose. These four variables examined using the quantitative method and creation of this article were tested using the Smart PLS program version 3.2.8. The results of the Smart PLS calculation showed that innovation and e-commerce variables significantly affected the SMEs business performance variable both directly and indirectly. For R&D variable, it does not significant direct effected the SMEs business performance variable, but will significantly affected by innovation variable.

The importance of digital transformation in the 4.0 era requires business organizations to quickly adapt and change their business models in order to continue to survive and be able to compete. This also applies to cooperatives which not only operate as business organizations, but also bring socio-economic value. This study aims to analyze the digital transformation process by raising the locus of cooperatives in the Greater Bandung Region. This study uses mixed methods involving 40 cooperatives as respondents and 10 informants. Data was collected using a questionnaire and an interview process. The research data were analyzed descriptively by using a triangulation process. The results show that the digital transformation of cooperatives in the Greater Bandung area is in a good enough category but still needs to be improved. This research aims to evaluate company performance, especially those in the IT consultant business. This research uses descriptive qualitative methodology to identify the company's performance by using McKinsey 7s Model. Interviews and observations with resource individuals were used as data collection approaches to acquire information on the process of achieving organizational or commercial goals. The main focus of this article is companies that provide IT consulting services. The author interviewed an informant from ABC Company engaged in the IT consulting business and an informant from XYZ Company involved in the same field. The study findings reveal that each company has its advantages and disadvantages. This piece has to improve good communication, an organized manager, and change agents. It is hoped that these findings may serve as a solution and motivation for these two businesses in resolving their issues.

The Covid-19 outbreak has had implications for various areas of life, including health, economics and social. The economic impact is felt by all economic actors. This study aims to analyze the impact of the risk of Covid-19 on Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Bandung City and formulate policy steps for these MSMEs. The research method used in this research is a combination research method, namely quantitative and qualitative methods. Primary data collection techniques through distributing questionnaires to MSMEs business actors during the Pandemic. Secondary data were collected from government reports, mass media news, as well as sources from journals and research reports. The research was carried out from April to July 2020. The results showed the impact of PSBB felt by MSMEs in the form of a decrease in sales of 92%, 77% of demand, an increase in raw material prices of 53%, 48% of financial difficulties, 45% of production constraints, of raw material difficulties 49 % and distribution barriers 38%. The research concludes that the implementation of PSBB in Indonesia is unlikely to be prolonged. The effect of implementation has a direct impact on MSMEs that lose income. The recovery needed by MSMEs is market access. Acceleration of recovery can be done by making policies for the procurement of goods and services supplied by MSMEs. The government is advised to campaign for “spending from MSMEs.” Capital assistance is provided in the form of low-interest loans with a wide payback period for additional working capital needs.
