Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the public sector policy management in the management of Citarum river by using governance paradigm. The research used qualititive approach by using triangular sources techniques consisting of: the state, civil society, and private sector. The result shows that the management of drainage basin becomes a public matter involving the three main governance actors. However, the involvement of these three actors entails three implications: (1) the addition of core competence principle to the distribution of authority among actors, apart from ultra vires and general competence principles; (2) the addition of accessibility and effectiveness criteria in the affair distribution among the actors, apart from externality, efficiency, and accountability criteria; and (3) the revision of Government Regulation Number 38 year 2007 particularly on the affair distribution that involves non-state elements (civil society and private sectors) according to governance paradigm. More over there has been a need to revise the regulations related to the management of drainage basin.

Abstract

Bisnis saat telah dihadapi lingkungan yang sangat dinamis. Perubahan menjadi strategi yang tidak dapat dihindarkan bagi setiap organisasi. Teknologi menjadi hal yang tidak dapat dipisahkan dalam merumuskan strategi perubahan organisasi apabila ingin terus bertahan dan beradaptasi. Penelitian ini  bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran keadaan perkembangan penelitian mengenai konsep perubahan teknologi dalam organisasi secara komprehensif menggunakan metode bibiliometrik dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan analisis bibliometric yang bertujuan untuk memberikan hasil pemetaan mengenai peran teknologi dalam perubahan organisasi menggunakan database Scopus sebagai sumber data. Hasil penelitian menyebutkan bahwa konsep peran teknologi dalam perubahan organisasi sudah dilakukan sejak 1980 dan terus mengalami peningkatan hingga tahun 2001. Sejak tahun 2001 jumlah publikasi mengalami naik turun dan mencapai titik tertinggi pada tahun 2021 dengan jumlah 46 penelitian. Kemudian terdapat 69 topik yang telah dikaitkan dengan konsep peran teknologi dalam perubahan organisasi yang terbagi ke dalam 10 cluster. Abstract

Rapid changes in business encourage organizational leaders to make various transformation efforts in achieving organizational goals. One form of transformation is carried out in the field of leadership known as transformational leadership. This study aims to analyze transformational leadership in PDAM Tirta Alami Batusangkar West Sumatra. The research method used is a qualitative research method. Primary data collection techniques were carried out with in-depth interviews of informants. Secondary data are obtained from various reports and research results. The results show that the application of transformational leadership in general has been implemented. The application of the leadership model has produced various impacts for companies in the form of performance improvement as an impact of idealized influence and inspirational motivation, increased competence in problem solving as an impact of intellectual simulation and the creation of an adaptive work environment to change because of individual consideration. This study recommends that the application of transformational leadership to the inspirational motivational aspect be carried out in a careful, measured, and transparent manner, related to the promise of promotion, because it is quite sensitive and can cause conflicts in the future.Perubahan dalam bisnis yang cepat mendorong para pemimpin organisasi melakukan berbagai upaya transformasi dalam mencapai tujuan organisasi. Salah satu bentuk transformasi dilakukan dalam bidang kepemimpinan yang dikenal dengan kepemimpinan transformasional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kepemimpinan transformasional pada PDAM Tirta Alami Batusangkar Sumatera Barat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data primer dilakukan dengan wawancara mendalam terhadap para informan. Data sekunder diperoleh dari berbagai laporan dan hasil penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan penerapan kepemimpinan transformasional secara umum sudah diterapkan. Penerapan model kepemimpinan  telah menghasilkan berbagai dampak bagi perusahaan dalam bentuk peningkatan kinerja sebagai dampak idealized influence dan inspirational motivation, peningkatan kompetensi dalam pemecahan masalah sebagai dampak intellectual simulation dan tercipatanya lingkungan kerja yang adaptif terhadap perubahan sebagai dampak dari individual consideration. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan agar penerapan kepemimpinan transformasional pada aspek motivasi inspirasional dilakukan secara cermat, terukur dan transparan, terkait dengan janji kenaikan pangkat, karena cukup sensitif dan bisa menimbulkan konflik di kemudian hari.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari employer attractiveness, media sosial dan reputasi organisasi terhadap intensi melamar pekerjaan Generasi Z pada PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk secara simultan.Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu metode kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data didapat dari studi literatur, wawancara mendalam, dan kuesioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah fresh graduates program studi ilmu administrasi bisnis Universitas Padjadjaran, Universitas Parahyangan, dan Telkom University sejak Juli 2020 hingga Juli 2022. Dikarenakan jumlah populasi sangat luas, peneliti menggunakan perhitungan sampel menggunakan rumus slovin dengan teknik purposive sampling yang dibagi secara proporsional dari setiap universitas. Jumlah sampel pada penelitian adalah 94 orang. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa employer attractiveness, media sosial, dan reputasi organisasi memberikan pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap intensi melamar pekerjaan Generasi Z pada PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk secara simultan.

Abstract

Adanya pandemi COVID-19 dari bulan Maret tahun 2020, omzet penjualanan usaha UMKM menurun drastis 50%. Sehingga diperlukannya pelatihan pemasaran digital untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan pelaku usaha terkait penjualan. Desain logo dan nama merek juga memiliki pengaruh dalam pemasaran digital. Tujuan dari pelatihan ini adalah mengedukasi masyarakat mengenai pengenalan digital dalam melakukan usahanya secara aman dan proporsional. Metode pelaksanaan terdiri dari survei, observasi, pelaksanaan kegiatan pelatihan dan tahap evaluasi baik sebelum dan sesudah pelatihan. Hasil yang diperoleh dapat mengembangkan bisnis para pelaku UMKM menjadi lebih baik dengan media digital trend 2021, khususnya sosial media. Kesimpulannya adalah pelaku UMKM dapat memulai menyiapkan dan memproses berbagai hal yang terkait dengan strategi bisnis menggunakan media digital secara khusus.

Abstract

This study aims to explore trends and identify research gaps in digital marketing in cooperatives. Researchers adopted systematic mapping studies to analyze and identify digital marketing literature in cooperatives. In total, 173 studies were produced starting from 1995 to 2021 with classifications based on focus, method, and type of research. The identification results of 52 articles were mapped to synthesize the availability of evidence of digital marketing research in cooperatives. Until 2020, the research trend increased with the dominant distribution of articles coming from China by 31.37%. Two-sided platforms were the most common research focus at 46%, followed by evaluation research at 34.62% and constructive study research methods at 23.73%. The results of the systematic mapping study showed the heterogeneity of focuses, types, and methods of research on the cooperatives that became this study. The results of the study also allow evaluation related to the future direction of the study. This systematic study research concludes that there is diversity and an increase in studies on cooperative digital marketing along with current technological developments.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi trend serta mengidentifikasi kesenjangan penelitian pada digital marketing pada koperasi. Peneliti mengadopsi studi pemetaan sistematis untuk menganalis serta mengidentifikasi literatur digital marketing pada koperasi. Secara keseluruhan dihasilkan 173 penelitian yang dimulai dari tahun 1995 sampai dengan 2021 dengan klasifikasi berdasarkan fokus, metode serta jenis penelitian. Hasil identifikasi sebanyak 52 artikel yang dipetakan untuk mensintesiskan ketersediaan bukti penelitian digital marketing pada koperasi. Sampai tahun 2020 kecenderungan   penelitian meningkat dengan dominan distribusi artikel berasal dari Negara China sebesar 31.37%. Two-sided platform menjadi fokus penelitian paling umum sebesar 46%, diikuti jenis penelitian evaluation research sebesar 34.62% dan metode penelitian constructive study sebesar 23.73%. Hasil studi pemetaan sistematis menunjukkan heterogenitas fokus, jenis dan metode penelitian pada koperasi-koperasi yang menjadi studi ini. Hasil studi juga memungkinkan evaluasi terkait arah penelitian di masa depan. Penelitian studi sistematis ini menyimpulkan bahwa terdapat keanekaragaman dan peningkatan studi tentang digital marketing koperasi seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi saat ini.

Abstract

Tinjauan literatur ini memberikan tinjauan sistematis penelitian aerotropolis antara tahun 1990 dan 2021. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memberikan gambaran komprehensif tentang penelitian awal serta mutakhir pada bidang aerotropolis dengan membahas masalah utama dan mengidentifikasi kesenjangan serta area untuk penelitian masa depan khususnya pada manajemen aerotropolis. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif, analisis atas 31 publikasi yang diambil dari basis data Scopus mengklasifikasikan 4 area fokus literatur penelitian yaitu 1) Bandara & Peran Pemerintah Dalam Pengembangan Aerotropolis, 2) Perencanaan dan Tata Kelola Aerotropolis, 3) Strategi dan Implementasi Aerotropolis, dan 4) Evaluasi dan Pengukuran Aerotropolis. Wawasan penelitian dari tinjauan literatur ini dapat mendorong praktisi, termasuk pengelola bandara, manajer bisnis dan pemerintah, untuk mempertimbangkan strategi pengelolaan bisnis secara holistik saat membangun aerotropolis.

Abstract

Economic growth will be influenced by stable Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) and optimal financial performance based on the use of sharia fintech. This study aims to examine the financial sustainability and performance of MSMEs from the perspective of Islamic economics; examine the impact of sharia fintech use on the financial sustainability and performance of SMEs; and strengthen human resource capacity, business diversification, business productivity, and product marketing to enhance the financial sustainability and business sustainability of SMEs. The survey was conducted with a quantitative approach. Data was obtained through questionnaires distributed to 303 respondents in 4 cities and 4 districts in Banten Province. The findings indicated that company diversification and human resource capacity had an impact on the financial performance of MSMEs. The viability of SME firms is positively impacted by sharia fintech, human resource capability, company diversification, business productivity, and financial performance. Our study recommends SME business management based on the use of sharia fintech in supporting SME business sustainability in Banten Province, Indonesia. Our research contribution, apart from being empirical evidence of how to optimize MSME financial performance, also provides understanding for MSME managers in inventorying alternatives to improve financial performance by studying human resource capacity, business diversification, sharia Fintech, and business productivity, which in turn has an impact on economic growth.

Abstract

Change is essential for organizations in sustainable growth and especially in a highly competitive business environment. The literature on the concepts of organizational change and restructuring is important in an effort to provide a reference for academics in exploring scientific developments as well as being useful for practitioners in providing options regarding the application of these concepts in the field. This study aims to provide an overview of the past, current and future research directions from the research field of Organizational Change & Restructuring, namely to see and provide links or relationships between the fields of organizational change and restructuring through bibliometric analysis. The method used in this study is a combination of quantitative and qualitative by mapping the relationship between Organizational Change and Restructuring research using a two-step research approach: 1) Bibliometric technique to analyze 263 publications by presenting publication distribution data, mapping visualization & network density, and keyword analysis. 2) Furthermore, based on document citation data, analyze the 12 articles that occupy the top number of citations. For further review of the literature, comparing with research findings before or after according to the theme of each article. The results of the study indicate that there is still a lot of room for exploitation and exploration of the combined study of Organizational Change and Restructuring, so it is hoped that by taking the two analytical steps above, it will eventually provide some kind of recommendation for future research.

Abstract

Every leader in an organization has a different leadership style based on background and cultural beliefs which will determine the effectiveness of an organization. Therefore, this research aims to analyze the leadership styles of international managers (Japan) and national managers (Indonesia) in the Steel Department of PT. Hanwa Indonesia along with related factors, obstacles and opportunities encountered by each leader as well as how each leader faces obstacles and opportunities and makes adjustments to achieve company goals. This research uses a qualitative research method with data collection techniques through related literature and interviews with the resource person, one senior manager of the PT Steel Department. Hanwa Indonesia who comes from Japan and one manager who comes from Indonesia as well as several local employees who have worked for more than three years. The data analysis technique uses data validity and reliability methods which are tested through a triangulation process. The results of this research show that the leadership styles of international managers (Japan) and national managers (Indonesia) in the Steel Department of PT. Hanwa Indonesia is a democratic leadership style that is supported by the ability to learn from the experience and interpersonal skills of each leader and the cultural values and traditions of Japan and Indonesia. Obstacles in leading lie in differences in cultural backgrounds involving language and habits. Therefore, each leader seeks to develop cultural sensitivity by learning and understanding their respective language and culture and using their interpersonal skills to guide and facilitate change efforts.
