Abstract

This study aims to determine how the form of workload is given, to determine employee performance and to find out how the effect of workload on employee performance at PT. Trans Musi Palembang Jaya. The sample in this study used a saturated sample with quantitative techniques so that in this study the entire population was sampled as many as 30 employees. The method used in this study is a sampling technique if all members of the population are used as samples because the population is relatively small. The results of hypothesis testing have proven that there is an influence between workload on employee performance, through the results of calculations that have been carried out, the tcount value of 6.772 with a significant level of result of 0.000 is smaller than 0.05, which means that the hypothesis in this study accepts Ha and rejects Ho. Statistical testing proves that workload has a positive effect on employee performance, meaning that there is an influence between workload variables on employee performance at PT. Trans Musi Palembang Jaya.

Abstract

This research intends to analyze the effect of service quality (X), on guest satisfaction (Y) at Bakso Granat Mas Azis. This research is quantitative and data dissemination through questionnaires. The sample from this research is reached 88 respondents, which means the questionnaire is distributed to 88 people. The data collection technique used is slovin method, The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS (Service Product and Service Solution) version 25. The results of this research indicate that partially and simultaneously (together)service quality (X), has a positive and significant impact onguest satisfaction (Y) at Bakso Granat Mas Azis.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of work motivation (X) on teacher performance (Y) at 187 Palembang Elementary School. This research is quantitative and data collection techniques through distributing questionnaires to respondents to be answered. The sample used is a saturated sample where all members of the population are sampled, namely 42 teaching staff. The method of data analysis is simple regression analysis with the help of SPSS (Service Products and Service Solutions) version 24. The results of this study indicate that partially work motivation (X) has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance (Y) at 187 Palembang Elementary School.

Abstract

This research examines the influence of capital structure on stock returns of industrial sector companies in Indonesia. Capital structure in this study is measured by long term debt to capital, total debt to capitalization, short term debt to total assets, and debt to equity ratio, while the dependent variable is the stock return of companies in the Industrial Sector. This research data is panel data from Industrial Sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2015 to 2022. The sampling technique was non-probability and sample selection was based on purposive sampling to obtain 38 companies. The research data analysis method uses multiple regression analysis. The research results show that a company's capital structure can influence stock returns in the industrial sector. Capital structure refers to the composition of the sources of funds used by a company, such as share capital and debt. Each industrial sector has a preference for a different capital structure. Stable industries with predictable revenues may tend to have lower capital structures. Meanwhile, companies in fastgrowing sectors may be more inclined to use debt to fund growth.

Abstract

This study is entitled The Effect of Work Motivation on Employee Productivity at the Office of Youth, Sports and Tourism in the Sports Field of Banyuasin Regency.The formulation of the problem in this study is how does the influence of work motivation on the productivity of employees of the Youth, Sports and Tourism Office in the Sports Field of Banyuasin Regency. This study aims to identify the effect of work motivation on the productivity of employees of the Department of Youth, Sports and Tourism in the Sports Field of Banyuasin Regency. The samplingtechnique in this study used a saturated sampling technique with a total of 43 respondents. The data analysis technique is descriptive statistical analysis, data quality analysis, simple regression analysis, statistical test (t) and the coefficient ofdetermination (R2). The results of this study indicate that the partial hypothesis testof Work Motivation variable has a significant effect on Employee Productivity. Theresults of simple regression analysis show that the Work Motivation Variable has a positive effect on the Employee Productivity variable. The results of the analysis of the correlation coefficient and the coefficient of determination show that themotivation variable has a very strong relationship and influences employee productivity at the Sports Youth and Tourism Office in Banyuasin Regency.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how leadership has a positive and significant effect on the commitment of members of advanced and prosperous farmer groups in Sukaraja village, Suak Tapeh sub-district, Banyuasin district. The sampling technique is a saturated sampling technique or census where the entire population in this study are members of the advanced and prosperous farmer group, Sukaraja village, Suak Tapeh subdistrict, Banyuasin district, totaling 91 people used as research samples. The analysis technique of this research uses Validity Test, Reliability Test, Simple Regression Analysis, t Test, and Determination Coefficient Test (R2). Based on the test of the hypothesis in this research, it shows that: 1) Based on the results of the analysis, it shows that the correlation coefficient value of the relationship between leadership and commitment is very close. 2) Leadership has a partially positive and significant effect on commitment.

Abstract

The house is a basic need in the form of a building that functions as a residence or place to live and a means of gathering a family. Housing is a very important need for society. The products offered by developers to consumers must of course be oriented to consumer needs and consumer satisfaction. Research on the effect of price, location and building quality on customer satisfaction in Pesona Indah Betung housing has been conducted in July 2023. The purpose of this study was to analyze the price, location and quality of buildings in Pesona Indah Betung housing on customer satisfaction. The research method used is Multiple Linear Regression. Methods of data collection using questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The number of respondents was 108 people. The results of this study hypothetically t are price and location have a positive effect on customer satisfaction, while building quality has a negative effect on customer satisfaction. The results of the Multiple Linear Regression test for price and location variables have a positive effect on customer satisfaction, while building quality has a negative effect on customer satisfaction in Pesona Indah Betung housing.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of the management function (X) which includes Planning, Organizing, Actuating and Controlling on the performance of PDAM Tirta Betuah employees, Banyuasin Regency. This research is a quantitative descriptive with data acquisition through observation and questionnaire techniques. The sample used in this study were 30 respondents. The data collection technique in this study uses saturated sampling, which is a sampling technique when all members of the population are used as samples, another term for saturated samples is census. Meanwhile, the primary data collection used in this study was obtained from questionnaires distributed to respondents. Furthermore, the data that has been collected is analyzed with the help of the Smart PLS (Partial Least Squars) calculator version 3.0. From the results of the research used, the management function (Y) in PDAM Tirta Bertuah, Banyuasin Regency has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (X)

Abstract

Employee performance is the result of work in terms of quality and quantity achieved by an employee in carrying out his duties in accordance with the responsibilities given to him. Real behavior displayed by eah person as work performance produced by employees according to their role in a company or organization. Good employee performance is one of tthe most important factors in a company or organization’s efforts to increase productivity. The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of Compensation and Work Environment on Employee Performance. The number of samples in this study was 61 respondents using probbility sampling techniques. The analysis tchnique used is multiple linear regression analysis, t test and F test. The results of this research show that compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan. Dengan subjek penelitian pada Toko Indomaret Cabang Maskrebet. Sampling pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh, teknik ini adalah teknik yang digunakan dengan menentukan sampel bila semua anggota populasi digunakan sebagai sampel sehingga yang di jadikan sampel penelitian ini hanya pada karyawan sebanyak 39 karyawan. Teknik analisis data yang di gunakan adalah regresi linier sederhana di dasarkan pada hubungan fungsional atau satu variabel independen (budaya organisasi) dengan satu variabel dependen (produktivitas karyawan). Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas karyawan
