Abstract

Tobacco is one of the commodities that has enough potential to be developed, this is listed from the amount of foreign exchange and excise taxes obtained from tobacco. For this reason, the purpose of this study is directed to find out the business development strategy. The research method uses survey techniques with quantitative and qualitative approaches. 31 respondents used the purposive technique. The analysis techniques used are Descriptive analysis, SWOT analysis and QSPM. The results of this study showed that internal factors in the form of strengths and weaknesses owned by tobacco farmers in Bantarujeg District obtained a total internal factor evaluation (IFE) score of 3.29 and external factor evaluation (EFE) of 3.15. The company's Internal and External (IE) matrix is in cell 1 which means that the farm is in the Growth and Build area or grow and build. The strategy that can be applied is to apply the Intensive Strategy. Which includes market penetration, and development of agricultural products. From the results of the IFE and EFE Matrix analysis, it was found that the total score of the IFE Matrix for Tobacco Farming in Babakansari Village was 3.29, while the total score of the EFE Matrix for tobacco Business in Babakansari Village was 3.15.Keywords : Tabacum Farming, SWOT Analysis, QSPM

Abstract

The Panyaweuyan terraced area is a tourist area that has local wisdom values from farming culture in the area. These local wisdom values attract tourists to visit, starting from just enjoying its beauty, educational tours and even historical tours of farming culture. Seeing the above phenomenon, it is necessary to direct this research to measure the satisfaction of visitors to Panyaweuyan agrotourism and its impact on the development of Panyaweuyan agrotourism itself. The aim of this research is to identify visitor satisfaction and its impact on the development of Panyaweuyan agrotourism. The research method used in this research is a survey method and the selection of research locations was carried out purposively. Respondents were determined using an accidental sampling technique with a limit of 60 visitors. Meanwhile, this research technique uses IPA and CSI analysis techniques to determine visitor satisfaction with a descriptive approach. This is done by describing, identifying and interpreting something that exists or is happening and being experienced in the research object to determine its impact on the development of Panyaweuyan agrotourism. The research results show that by carrying out CSI analysis, tourists are satisfied with what Panyaweuyan agrotourism offers (scenery, services, and facilities) with a satisfaction level of 74.95%. Meanwhile, the results of the IPA analysis show that there are still many things that are priorities for improving agrotourism, three of which are natural scenery, tourism service procedures and the benefits felt by visitors.

Abstract

Utilization of organic waste as an active ingredient in the manufacture of Local Microorganisms (MOL) is an environmentally friendly innovation that supports efficiency and sustainability in the livestock sector. This study aims to examine the application of MOL based on red guava waste (Psidium guajava L.) as a bioactivator in the formulation of dairy goat rations. Red guava waste MOL was formulated through anaerobic fermentation process and applied as an inoculant in rations based on local ingredients. Observations were made on ration fermentation quality (pH, odor, texture), ration consumption rate, and milk production performance of dairy goats. Results showed that the use of red guava waste MOL increased ration fermentation efficiency, improved palatability, and contributed to increased feed consumption and milk production. In addition, this approach also adds value to fruit waste management and supports sustainable farming practices. The application of MOL from red guava waste proved to be a potential bioactive solution in the development of fermented rations for dairy goats. Conclusion the application of MOL from red guava waste is proven to be effective as a bioactivator in dairy goat rations.
