Abstract

Demonstration action 212 has had a negative impact on the movement of JCI, including the property sector. Based on the analysis of One-Sample t Test data, significant ifferences in mean abnormal returns before and during the events of peaceful action 212, and significant differences inmean abnormal returns after and during the events of peaceful action 212 could be interpreted that peaceful action events contained information about future benefits. Based on the analysis of Paired Sample t-Test data showed no significant difference between abnormal return of stock before and after the events of peaceful action 212. The absence of significant difference due to average abnormalreturn obtained by investors before the events of peace action 212 was greater than the average abnormal returns earned investors after the events of peaceful action 212.

Abstract

The study aims to determine the performance of Green Supply Chain Managament viewed from the aspect of Reverse Logistics and Green Procuretment In Culinary Ukm Dikota Palembang.pada Culinary SME Palembang City.As a city that has a wealth of diverse culinary, culinary SMEs are expected to participate in supporting environmentally sound development. This is because the concept of Green Supply Chain Management (GSCM) is a concept that aims to minimize the negative impact of an organization and its supply chain on the environment related to climate change, pollution and non-renewable resources. In order to support GSCM, it is necessary to evaluate the extent to which this concept is carried out by Culinary SMEs in Palembang City. This evaluation is expected to identify the constraints and barriers facing SMEs in doing GSCM. By conducting a survey of 36 culinary SMEs, it was found that culinary SMEs in Palembang City have not implemented GSCM practices. This can be seen from the low mean value. Therefore, there needs to be support from related parties in this case the government to conduct socialization and dive and assistance in GSCM.

Abstract

This study aims to know the effect of employee engagement and organizational commitment on employee performance at PT. Suryabumi Agrolanggeng. The sample used a simple random sampling technique and 191 respondents were selected as the sample. While the data analysis used in this research includes data quality test, classical assumption test, multiple linear analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, determination coefficient test, and hypothesis testing. The results of the partial significance test (t-test) show that: 1) employee engagement has a significant value of 0.001. 2) organizational commitment, has a significant value of 0.000. Thus, it means that employee engagement and organizational commitment partially have a significant effect on employee performance. 3) The simultaneous significant test (F test) shows that the significant value is 0.000. Thus, it means that the variable employee engagement and organizational commitment simultaneously have a significant influence on employee performance at PT. Suryabumi Agrolanggeng. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh employee engagement dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Suryabumi Agrolanggeng. Sampel menggunakan Teknik simple random sampling dan dipilih 191 responden sebagai sampel. Sedangkan analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian meliputi uji kualitas data, uji asumsi klasik, analisis linier berganda, analisis koefisien korelasi, uji koefisien determinasi, dan uji hipotesis. Hasil uji signifikan parsial (uji t) menunjukan bahwa: 1) employee engagement, mempunyai nilai signifikan sebesar 0,001. 2) komitmen organisasi, mempunyai nilai signifikan sebesar 0,000. Dengan demikian berarti bahwa employee engagement dan komitmen organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan secara parsial. Uji signifikan simultan (uji F) menunjukan bahwa nilai signifikan 0,000. Dengan demikian berarti bahwa variabel employee engagement dan komitmen organisasi secara simultan memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Suryabumi Agrolanggeng. Abstract

This study aims to identify the effect of using a digital economic platform on the performance of SMEs in Palembang City. The existence of the Covid 19 Pandemic that has taken place since the beginning of 2020 has encouraged the acceleration of the digital economy in the form of a digitalization process in a wider scope such as work, consumption, social relations, and the use of time by the community. Consumption patterns that were previously carried out by the public physically, are now switching online and digitally. SMEs that are targeted in this research are culinary SMEs in the city of Palembang. The selection of culinary SMEs was carried out because of the rapid growth of culinary SMEs in the city of Palembang. This study will identify the influence of SMEs that utilize digital platforms on performance during the pandemic. The digital economy platform is measured through the digital platform capability variable, while the performance of SMEs is through the sales of SMEs during the pandemic. Then in looking at these variables, there is the ability of the network as a mediating variable and the age of SMEs and the size of SMEs as control variables. The results showed that platform capability had a significant effect on the performance variable of SMEs with a 95% confidence level. Likewise with network capabilities as a mediating variable between Platform capabilities and performance. Thus, it can be said that during the Covid-19 pandemic, Platform Capability will improve the performance of SMEs by increasing the network capabilities or network capabilities of these SMEs. Kata Kunci : Economics Platform, Digital Platform, Platform Capability, Network Capability, SMEs Performance Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh pemanfaatan platform ekonomi secara digital terhadap kinerja UMKM di Kota Palembang. Adanya Pandemi Covid 19 yang berlangsung sejak awal tahun 2020 mendorong akselerasi ekonomi digital berupa proses digitalisasi dalam ruang lingkup yang lebih luas seperti pekerjaan, konsumsi, hubungan social ataupun pemanfaatan waktu senggang oleh masyarakat. Pola konsumsi yang sebelumnya dilakukan oleh masyarakat secara fisik, kini beralih secara online dan digital. UMKM yang menjadi sasaran dalam penelitian ini adalah UMKM kuliner yang berada di Kota Palembang. Pemilihan UMKM kuliner dilakukan dikarenakan pesatnya pertumbuhan UMKM kuliner yang ada di Kota Palembang. Dalam penelitian ini akan diidentifikasi pengaruh UMKM yang memanfaatkan platform digital terhadap kinerja usahanya selama pandemic berlangsung. Platform ekonomi digital diukur melalui variable kemampuan platform digital sedangkan kinerja UMKM diukur melalui hasil penjualan UMKM selama pandemic. Kemudian dalam melihat hubungan variable-variabel tersebut terdappat kemampuan jaringan sebagai variable mediasi serta usia UMKM dan ukuran UMKM sebagai variable control. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Platform capability berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap variable kinerja UMKM dengan tingkat kepercayaan 95%. Begitu dengan network capability sebagai variable mediasi antara Platform capability dan kinerja. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa selama pandemic Covid-19 Platform Capability akan meningkatkan kinerja UMKM dengan meningkatkan kapabilitas kemampuan jaringan atau network capability dari UMKM tersebut. Abstract

This study examines the effect of Person-Organization Fit (P-O fit) and extra-role performance on employee job satisfaction at MSME Culinary Processed Products in Palembang City. This study was conducted on employees of MSMEs of processed culinary products in the city of Palembang, totalling 127 respondents. The sample was carried out by purposive sampling. Meanwhile, the survey collected the data through a questionnaire using a Likert scale with multiple regression analysis approaches, with a significance level of 5% to analyze data. The results showed that Person-Organization Fit (P-O fit) did not positively affect employee job satisfaction, with a value of 0.063 with a probability > 0.05. Extra role performance positively affected job satisfaction, with a value of 0.000, meaning that the value was less than <0.005. The ANOVA or F test results obtained an F count of 35.414 with a probability of 0.000. Because the probability value is less than 0.05, the regression model can be used to predict job satisfaction. In this case, Person-Organization Fit (P-O fit) and extra-role performance positively affect employee job satisfaction. Keywords: Person-Organization Fit (P-O fit), extra-role performance, employee job satisfaction Abstrak Studi penelitian ini mengarah pada analisis Person-Organization Fit (P-O fit) dan kinerja extra role terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan pada UMKM Produk Olahan Kuliner di Kota Palembang. Responden penelitian ini dilakukan pada karyawan UMKM produk olahan kuliner di kota Palembang berjumlah 127 responden. Purposive sampling digunakan dalam sampel penelitian ini, dengan dilakukan survey untuk pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner menggunakan skala Likert dan pendekatan analisis regresi berganda, tingkat signifikansi 5 % untuk menganalisis data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Person-Organization Fit (P-O fit) tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan nilai 0,063 dengan probabilitas > 0,05, kinerja extra role berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja nilai 0,000 artinya nilai tersebut kurang dari <0,005. Hasil uji F didapat nilai Fhitung sebesar 35,414 dengan nilai 0,000<0,005, maka model regresi dapat digunakan untuk memprediksi kepuasan kerja atau dapat dikatakan bahwa Person-Organization Fit (P-O fit) dan kinerja extra role berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Abstract

Students are the young generation who will face financial complexity and risk. Therefore, students must be smart and wise in managing their finances through investment activities. This research analyzes the influence of financial literacy, financial performance, experience regret, and motivation on students' investment decision-making. This research is quantitative research that uses primary data originating from distributing questionnaires. The sampling technique is a simple random sampling technique with the Slovin formula to determine size. The number of respondents in the sample was 88 people. The tests were instrument tests, hypothesis tests, classical assumption tests, and multivariate linear regression analysis. Research results based on the t-test show that financial literacy and financial efficacy influence each individual's investment decisions. Meanwhile, unpleasant experiences and motivation variables do not affect individual investment decisions. However, the F test results show that financial literacy, financial efficacy, unpleasant experiences, and motivation significantly influence students' investment decisions at the Faculty of Social Humanities, Bina Darma University Palembang. Keywords: Literacy, Efficacy, Experienced, Motivation, Investment Abstrak Mahasiswa adalah generasi muda yang akan menghadapi kompleksitas dan risiko finansial di masa depan. Oleh karena itu mahasiswa perlu cerdas dan bijak dalam mengelola keuangannya melalui kegiatan investasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh literasi keuangan, kinerja keuangan, perasaan menyesal dan motivasi terhadap pengambilan keputusan investasi mahasiswa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang menggunakan data primer yang berasal dari penyebaran kuesioner. Teknik pengambilan sampelnya adalah teknik simple random sampling dengan rumus Slovin untuk menentukan ukuran. Responden yang menjadi sampel berjumlah 88 orang. Pengujian yang dilakukan adalah uji instrumen, uji hipotesis, uji asumsi klasik, dan analisis regresi linier multivariat. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan uji t menunjukkan bahwa literasi keuangan dan efikasi keuangan berpengaruh terhadap keputusan investasi setiap individu. Sedangkan variabel penyesalan dan motivasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap keputusan investasi individu. Namun demikian berdasarkan hasil uji F menunjukkan bahwa tingkat literasi keuangan, efikasi keuangan, pengalaman yang tidak menyenangkan dan motivasi secara simultan mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap keputusan investasi mahasiswa Fakultas Sosial Humaniora Universitas Bina Darma Palembang. Abstract

This study aims to identify WLB in DW workers in the hospitality business during the COVID-19 pandemic in Palembang City. The hospitality business, which includes the lodging, travel and tourism, food and beverage (F&B), and recreation businesses affected by the pandemic, has changed the employment status of surviving workers to Daily Workers (DW). The reduced number of workers in this business has caused DW's workload to be heavier. Several previous studies noted that the high workload will disrupt workers' work-life balance. This study uses a causal-comparative study design to explore whether there are differences in WLB by gender and sectorally between the F&B and Lodging sectors during the pandemic. In this case, we saw WLB from the side of Time balance (TB), Involvement balance (IB), and Satisfaction balance (SB). Because the results of the normality test of the data indicate that the research data did not pass the test, We used the Mann-Whitney U Test non-parametric statistical to test the two samples in this study. Based on the test results, the WLB gender is different in the time balance variable, while from the sectoral side, WLB is different in the satisfaction balance variable. Keywords: Work-life Balance, Time Balance, Involvement Balance, Satisfaction Balance, Daily Worker, Hospitality Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi keseimbangan kehidupan kerja (Worklife pada pekerja harian (Daily Worker/DW) di industri perhotelan selama pandemi Covid-19 di Kota Palembang. Industri perhotelan meliputi akomodasi, perjalanan dan pariwisata, makanan dan minuman (Food and Beverage/F&B), serta rekreasi, terkena dampak pandemi yang merubah status pekerja yang masih bertahan menjadi pekerja harian. Adanya pengurangan jumlah pekerja sebagai akibat kebijakan pembatasan mobilisasi selama pandemi menyebabkan beban kerja pekerja harian menjadi lebih berat. Beberapa studi sebelumnya mencatat bahwa beban kerja yang tinggi akan mengganggu keseimbangan kehidupan dan kerja tenaga kerja. Studi ini menggunakan disain komparatif kausal untuk mengeksplorasi apakah terdapat perbedaan dalam keseimbangan kehidupan kerja berdasarkan jenis kelamin dan antar sektor, yaitu sektor F7B dan akomodasi selama pandemi. Penelitian ini, WLB akan dilihat dari sisi Keseimbangan Waktu (Time Balance/TB) Keseimbangan Keterlibatan (Involvement Balance/IB) dan Keseimbangan Kepuasan (Satisfaction Balance/SB). Oleh karena hasil pengujian normalitas menunjukkan data yang tidak terdistribusi dengan normal, analisis penelitian ini menggunakan uji statistik non-parametrik Mann-Whitney U Test. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian diketahui bahwa WLB berdasarkan jenis kelamin berbeda pada variabel keseimbangan waktu, sementara dari sisi sektoral, WLB memiliki perbedaan dalam variabel keseimbangan kepuasan.
