Abstract

Consumer behavior is a common phenomenon in urban communities, including among female students. This behavior is characterized by excessive purchases of goods without considering rational needs. One of the main factors influencing consumer behavior is social conformity, especially peer pressure. Female students often follow a consumer lifestyle to gain recognition from their social group. In addition, external factors such as culture, social class, family influence, and situations also play a role in shaping consumer behavior. This study aims to examine the relationship between conformity and consumer behavior in female students in Jakarta, by exploring the role of various social factors, including family influence. This study is expected to provide deeper insight into the social dynamics that influence consumer behavior and become the basis for more effective interventions in reducing consumer behavior in this age group.

Abstract

The development of digital technology has led to very significant changes in various fields, including in the world of office administration. The application of digitalization in office administration has a major impact on work effectiveness and productivity. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effectiveness of the application of digitalization in office administration, identify the challenges faced and solutions, and find the benefits arising from its application. This research method uses a descriptive qualitative research approach. The results showed that the implementation of digitalization at PT Saka Farma Laboratories Depok Branch has increased the effectiveness of work and productivity of the company even though there are several challenges such as network disruptions, technical problems in applications, and the need for training in adapting new technology for senior employees, but from these challenges the solutions provided can be in the form of special training, implementing a data backup system, strengthening internal networks, and increasing coordination between the center and branches. The benefits of digitalization have provided convenience and a positive work spirit to continue to develop following the changing times that are increasingly complex.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh ketertarikan penulis terhadap metode pembelajaran kontekstual. Pembelajaran kontekstual merupakan pembelajaran yang relevan bagi siswa SMK, karena pada penerapannya menggunakan pendekatan kehidupan nyata. Pembelajaran kontekstual mempermudah siswa dalam menerapkan ilmu yang didapat dan di implantasikan melalui kemampuan siswa ke dalam kehidupan nyata. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini merupakan metode kuantitatif, pengumpula data dilakukan menggunakan Google From yang telah di isi oleh 34 siswa dari jurusan manajemen perkantoran dan layanan bisnis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terapat pengaruh positif antara pembelajaran kontekstual terhadap keterampilan, pengetahuan terhadap keterampilan dan pembelajaran konstektual terhadap pengetahuan dan keterampilan siswa SMK Negeri 50 Jakarta.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the digital archive management system, examine the obstacles faced, and evaluate the feasibility of the available facilities. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study show that the archiving process at PT Java Indoku is still carried out manually and digitally at the same time without an organized central system. The main obstacles found include the absence of digital archive servers, the lack of clear standards in document storage, limited supporting facilities, and the lack of a strategic plan to implement a comprehensive digital archiving system. Therefore, the implementation of integrated digital archive management is expected to be a solution to increase the effectiveness of business processes and overall company information management.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of employee training at PT XYZ, particularly in enhancing work performance and motivation. The research employs a descriptive qualitative method using purposive sampling. Informants consist of one team leader and three staff members selected through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The results indicate that the training provided remains one-way, lacks interactivity, and is not entirely relevant to employees’ daily tasks. This leads to low motivation and minimal effectiveness in improving performance. Several challenges were also identified, including the absence of post-training follow-up, monotonous delivery methods, and limited time due to workload constraints. The study suggests that organizations should improve their training systems by aligning materials with job relevance, adopting more engaging methods, and ensuring continuous support from management.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh penggunaan aplikasi Lichess terhadap peningkatan kemampuan taktik atlet catur. Lichess merupakan platform permainan catur dare yang menyediakan berbagai analisis fitur pelatihan seperti taktik puzzle , pertandingan otomatis, serta mode latihan berdasarkan tema. Subjek penelitian ini adalah para atlet catur remaja dari klub X yang aktif menggunakan aplikasi Lichess dalam proses pelatihan mereka. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan desain eksperimen semu (quasi eksperimen ), menggunakan pendekatan pretest dan posttest pada kelompok eksperimen yang menggunakan aplikasi Lichess dan kelompok kontrol yang tidak menggunakan aplikasi tersebut. Data dikumpulkan melalui tes kemampuan taktik catur sebelum dan sesudah perlakuan serta observasi aktivitas latihan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan signifikan kemampuan taktik pada kelompok eksperimen dibandingkan kelompok kontrol. Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa penggunaan aplikasi Lichess secara rutin dan terarah mampu memperkuat pola berpikir taktis, mengambil keputusan cepat, dan bertanya dalam menyusun strategi permainan. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan integrasi platform digital seperti Lichess dalam program latihan atlet catur secara sistematis sebagai media pendukung pembelajaran taktik.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis berbagai faktor yang memengaruhi lingkungan kerja di instansi X serta mengidentifikasi tantangan yang dihadapi oleh para pegawai. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keterbatasan area parkir, ketiadaan jalur evakuasi darurat, hubungan sosial dengan pihak eksternal, serta gaya kepemimpinan yang berubah-ubah menjadi faktor utama yang menghambat kenyamanan dan produktivitas pegawai. Dampak dari kondisi tersebut meliputi menurunnya kenyamanan kerja, meningkatnya risiko keselamatan kerja, menurunnya semangat dan motivasi pegawai, serta berisiko menurunkan produktivitas dan efektivitas kerja. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya perbaikan fasilitas fisik dan konsistensi dalam gaya kepemimpinan untuk menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang aman, nyaman, dan produktif. Rekomendasi yang diberikan meliputi penyediaan jalur evakuasi darurat sesuai standar, perluasan area parkir, serta penyusunan pedoman kepemimpinan yang jelas guna membentuk gaya kepemimpinan yang lebih konsisten dan profesional.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara kinerja pegawai dan kepuasan kerja di Kantor Komisi Pengawas Persaingan Usaha (KPPU). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode analisis deskriptif. Data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan studi pustaka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kepuasan kerja pegawai di KPPU tidak merata, di mana sebagian merasa puas karena dukungan lingkungan kerja dan kepemimpinan, sementara sebagian lainnya belum merasakan aspek-aspek pendukung kepuasan kerja secara optimal. Ketidakmerataan ini berdampak pada motivasi, produktivitas, dan loyalitas pegawai. KPPU perlu mengambil langkah strategis untuk meningkatkan kepuasan kerja, di antaranya dengan memperbaiki sistem kompensasi, menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang kondusif, menerapkan sistem penghargaan dan sanksi yang adil, serta memperkuat komunikasi antara pegawai dan manajemen. Temuan ini diharapkan menjadi masukan dalam pengelolaan sumber daya manusia secara lebih efektif di lingkungan KPPU. Rekomendasi yang terdapat dalam penelitian ini yaitu penciptaan lingkungan kerja yang lebih nyaman, baik secara fisik maupun psikologis, adanya komunikasi terbuka antara atasan dan pegawai, pemberian gaji yang adil, penambahan fasilitas tempat tinggal bagi pegawai luar daerah, dan perbaikan sistem absensi pegawai.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effectiveness of internal communication at PT RQS, a co- working space provider company. The method used in this research is a qualitative approach with a case study, where data collection is done through in-depth interviews and documentation. The results show that although the company has provided space for discussion through internal forums and evaluative meetings, there are still a number of significant communication barriers. These barriers include information overload conveyed through platforms such as WhatsApp, delays in providing responses, and uneven distribution of information among employees. These findings highlight the need for strengthening formal communication systems as well as improving interpersonal communication skills. We recommend that PT RQS adopt a more structured and inclusive communication strategy to support work effectiveness and team harmony.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the level of employee workload at Institution X, by highlighting the form of perceived burden, factors that influence workload, and its impact on performance. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with a case study method to obtain an in-depth picture through observation, interviews, documentation, and literature study. The results showed that employee workload is fluctuating and influenced by imbalance in task distribution, limited facilities and infrastructure, time pressure, and changes in work procedures. This condition has an impact on work effectiveness, employee welfare, and work patterns that tend to change from collaborative to individual. Although management efforts have been made, such as optimizing task distribution and improving coordination, there are still obstacles in its implementation, especially in cross-team coordination. This research recommends evaluating a more equitable distribution of tasks, time management training, and strengthening work policies that support the balance between workload and individual capacity.
