Abstract

This study aims to describe the characteristics of the work culture among employees at the Indonesia Competition Commission (KPPU RI) using a descriptive qualitative approach. Data analysis identified patterns of values, practices, and work attitudes at KPPU RI. The findings reveal that KPPU RI's work culture is strongly characterized by a high level of professionalism, strict discipline, integrity, and accountability in carrying out duties. Employees operate within a clear structure of responsibility, although cross-divisional communication and high work pressure remain challenges. A culture of mutual support and open communication is still essential in daily activities. Employees also expect a more innovative, collaborative, efficient, and adaptive work culture that keep and adaptive work culture that keeps pace with the times, including the use of technology and flexible work arrangements.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze how TikTok is utilized as a medium to increase brand awareness of PT SC Johnson & Son Indonesia’s products. Amid the dominance of younger generations in the digital landscape, TikTok is considered to have significant potential in reaching consumers through creative and interactive content. Although SC Johnson has actively used this platform, observations and interviews reveal that its content engagement remains relatively low. This research adopts a descriptive qualitative approach with data collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The findings indicate that the low effectiveness of the content stems from a lack of relevance to TikTok trends and minimal user interaction. These results lead to recommendations for more adaptive content strategies aligned with young users' preferences, such as storytelling formats, collaborations with influencers, and the use of TikTok features like hashtag challenges and TikTok Live. This study is expected to provide practical contributions for developing TikTok-based digital marketing strategies for FMCG companies in Indonesia.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi keefektifan sistem whistleblowing yang diterapkan di PT JKL melalui pendekatan kualitatif. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara dengan empat partisipan yang merupakan perwakilan karyawan dari berbagai bagian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi efektivitas sistem whistleblowing meliputi kemudahan pelaporan, perlindungan identitas pelapor, budaya perusahaan yang mendukung kejujuran dan etika, serta dukungan dari pimpinan. Hambatan utama yang ditemukan dalam implementasi sistem ini adalah kurangnya sosialisasi mengenai mekanisme pelaporan, kekhawatiran akan kerahasiaan identitas, budaya kekeluargaan antar karyawan, dan rendahnya kepercayaan terhadap sistem. Penelitian ini juga menghasilkan beberapa rekomendasi, seperti perlunya penyebaran informasi secara merata, penerapan sistem reward yang tepat, dan pembentukan budaya perusahaan yang etis. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi terhadap pengembangan sistem whistleblowing di lingkungan kerja serta sebagai referensi untuk penelitian lebih lanjut di masa depan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the organizational restructuring process at PT X and its impact on operational efficiency. This research also identifies post-restructuring barriers and formulates solutions that can be implemented. By using qualitative methods through interviews, observations, and documentation, the results showed that restructuring had a positive impact on operational cost efficiency, accelerated decision-making, and workflow efficiency. However, obstacles such as increased workload, adaptation difficulties, and technical constraints emerged. To overcome them, the company is advised to provide counseling services, transition training, and regular workload evaluations to maintain productivity and support the success of restructuring in the long run.

Abstract

This study explores the digital partnership system implemented by PT X in engaging with MSMEs and freelance workers. Using a qualitative case study approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews and participatory observation. The findings reveal that while PT X's platform facilitates economic opportunities, it also creates new forms of dependency and inequality. Algorithmic opacity, unbalanced revenue-sharing schemes, and limited user control challenge the fairness and sustainability of such partnerships. This study suggests that digital platforms must rethink their governance and algorithm design to ensure equitable and inclusive collaboration with partners in Indonesia.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh penggunaan gadget terhadap stres akademik pada remaja Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA) dengan mempertimbangkan peran keterlibatan sosial dan aktivitas belajar. Di era digital saat ini, penggunaan gadget semakin meningkat di kalangan remaja, baik untuk tujuan hiburan, berkomunikasi, maupun mencari informasi akademik. Namun, dampak penggunaan gadget terhadap kesehatan mental, khususnya stres akademik, belum banyak dikaji secara mendalam. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain survei, yang melibatkan sampel siswa SMA di Kota. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang mengukur intensitas penggunaan gadget, tingkat stres akademik, keterlibatan sosial, serta aktivitas belajar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan gadget yang berlebihan berkontribusi terhadap peningkatan stres akademik pada remaja, namun keterlibatan sosial yang tinggi dan aktivitas belajar yang terstruktur dapat memitigasi dampak negatif tersebut. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan penting bagi pendidik dan orang tua dalam mengelola penggunaan gadget di kalangan remaja untuk mencegah dampak buruk terhadap kesejahteraan akademik dan psikologis mereka.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the degree of employee compliance with the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) at PT XYZ, especially in the implementation of working hours. The background of this study was based on the findings of a discrepancy between practices in the field and the company's SOP provisions, such as delays in employees entering work and unscheduled return. This study used a descriptive qualitative method with a case study approach. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation of PT XYZ's employees and HRD. The factors that hinder compliance include lack of personal discipline, distance of residence, lack of supervision, and low understanding of SOPs. Failure to comply with the SOP has resulted in a decline in performance, administrative sanctions, and potential loss of company operations. Research results show that while companies have clear disciplinary enforcement policies and procedures, better strategies are needed to improve employee awareness and discipline in complying with standard operational procedures (SOPs). This study emphasizes the importance of improving SOP understanding through training as well as strengthening supervisory policies to create a work culture that is disciplined and compliant with applicable rules.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui implementasi promosi digital, strategi-strategi yang diterapkan, beserta tantangan dan solusi dari implementasi promosi digital. Penelitian menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Unit analisis dalam penelitian ini yaitu karyawan di Divisi Sosial Media, PT XYZ yang terlibat dalam kegiatan promosi digital. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat empat strategi promosi digital yang diterapkan di PT XYZ, yaitu media sosial, email marketing, content marketing, dan influencer. Untuk implementasi promosi digital pada PT XYZ sudah berjalan baik dengan berfokus pada pemanfaatan TikTok dan Facebook sebagai media promosi. Sementara itu, terdapat tantangan dalam implementasi promosi digital, yaitu persaingan yang ketat, keterbatasan sumber daya, keterbatasan anggaran, dan perubahan tren pasar. Cara mengatasi tantangan tersebut dilakukan dengan menentukan target audiens secara spesifik, manajemen waktu yang efektif, budgeting atau penganggaran, dan pemantauan serta identifikasi tren pasar. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan saran dan masukan strategis dalam mengoptimalkan promosi digital.

Abstract

Flexible Work Arrangements (FWA) is a policy that provides flexibility to employees, this flexibility can be in the form of work time or location. This research aims to understand the implementation of Flexible Work Arrangements (FWA) at PT XYZ and its effect on work productivity and efficiency. The method used in this research is a qualitative case study with data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation, and data analysis using the Miles and Huberman interactive model. The results showed that PT XYZ implements FWA with a hybrid work policy system, flexitime, and working to change locations according to work needs which are considered to have a positive impact on productivity and operational efficiency. However, in its implementation there are still challenges in terms of coordination, work supervision, and work schedule arrangements. Therefore, it is necessary to optimize communication and monitoring so that the implementation of Flexible Work Arrangements (FWA) can run more effectively.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the level of employee work stress at PT X by highlighting the factors that cause, impact on performance, and handling strategies undertaken. The research uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach, through interviews, observation, and documentation. The background of this research departs from the reality of increasing work pressure in the modern world of work which has an impact on employee welfare and productivity. The results showed that work stress at PT X was triggered by the high intensity of loading and unloading activities, uneven division of workload, and discrepancies in stock data between the system and field conditions. In addition, interaction with difficult customers is also a contributing factor to stress. Nonetheless, each employee has their own mechanisms for dealing with stress, such as completing work gradually, taking breaks, listening to music, or seeking entertainment outside of working hours. The findings suggest that work stress is situational and strongly influenced by an individual's ability to manage pressure. This research is expected to contribute to the management of PT X in creating a healthier work environment and supporting employee performance.
