Abstract

Abstrak — Pada tahun 2020, Perumda Tirtawening KotaBandung mengalami kerugian sebesar 5-6 miliar setiap bulandikarenakan kehilangan air yang terjadi akibat pembacaanmeteran air yang masih manual. Masalah ini dapat diselesaikanmenggunakan inovasi Automated Water Meter ReadingBerbasis Internet of Things. Pemancaran informasi pada alatinovasi, menggunakan PCB (Printed Circuit Board), dimanakerusakan dapat terjadi dengan sedikit kelembapan yangmengandung mineral seperti kalsium, magnesium, kalium dangaram. Air hujan terdeteksi mengandung banyak mineral yangdapat merusak komponen. Untuk melindungi komponen darikandungan air hujan, tugas akhir ini dibuat untuk merancangcasing dan menganalisis kekuatan rancangan casing terhadapbeban hujan dengan metode Finite Element. Dengan bebanhujan tertinggi di Banding tahun 2018-2022 sebesar 102,606 N,Hasil simulasi kekuatan rancangan casing memiliki teganganvon mises sebesar 3,562 Mpa dimana berada dibawah yieldstrength material ABS Plastic sebesar 27,44 Mpa dengandeformasi yang terjadi hanya deformasi elastis dimanadeformasi yang bersifat tidak permanen, yang berarti ketikabeban yang diterapkan dilepaskan, rancangan akan kembali kebentuk aslinya. Berdasarkan hasil safety factor, nilai yangdidapatkan pada rancangan adalah 7,7053 dengan beban yangdiberikan sebesar 102,61 N atau 10,261 m3 air. Nilai 7,7053memberikan kesimpulan juga bahwa rancangan casing AMRdapar menahan beban 7,7053 lebih banyak dari beban curahhujan tertinggi kota Bandung. Abstract

SmartCo, a digital infrastructure provider, faces IoT governance challenges (security, privacy, regulation) despite leveraging IoT for digital transformation. To address this, this research proposes an ambidextrous IoT governance framework that balances exploration (innovation and adaptation) and exploitation (efficiency of existing resources). The framework integrates COBIT 2019 with agile DevOps practices to optimize IT resource value and performance. Employing the Design Science Research (DSR) methodology an approach in Information Systems that provides structured guidance for designing, evaluating, and validating technological solutions, the study assessed the current governance environment, identified design factors, and prioritized Governance and Management Objectives (GMOs). Data were collected through semi-structured interviews with key stakeholders, guided by structured questions, and validated using internal documents in iterative analysis cycles until saturation was reached. DSS05 (Managed Security Services) emerged as the most critical domain. In COBIT 2019, DSS05 includes coordination and execution of IT operational procedures, such as SOPs and monitoring. The governance capability was found at level 3. Gaps included the lack of IoT unit test documentation with a security focus and unclear responsibilities of Testing and Release Managers. Recommendations include defining clearer responsibilities to the testing and release manager roles and mandating security-based unit testing before release. These improvements are projected to raise the DSS05 maturity level from 3.71 to 3.85. This study contributes by offering a tailored IoT governance solution for SmartCo and demonstrating the practical use of ambidextrous COBIT 2019 to manage innovation in dynamic technology environments.

Abstract

Hydroponics is a unique and fascinating farming technique for producing plants and vegetables. Without having to use a large area of land, people can easily apply the technique to produce fresh and hygienic vegetables. However, the technique cannot be used in apartment environment due to the limited sunlight. Thus, this study introduces an innovative hydroponic system, called as hydroponics smart showcase system that can be implemented indoors, even in the presence of minimal sunlight, and can be monitored online by users. The proposed system consists of a net pot of 4-5 hydroponics cups with a diameter of 50 mm, air temperature and humidity sensors, water level sensors, ultraviolet (UV) lights, indicator displays, and DC fans. Experimental results show that the development of innovative hydroponics using smart showcase has succeeded in stabilizing the air in the showcase according to the specified references. Moreover, UV light intensity settings for photosynthesis can be applied remotely with duration of 24 hours.

Abstract

Abstrak — Pada penelitian ini dilakukan sentimen analisis terhadap tweetss terkait #TheLinkinJKT mengenai segi <SistemTicketing= dan <Kepuasan Event= dengan kategori sentimen label positif dan negatif. Sentimen analisis dilakukan menggunakanpendekatan Machine Learning dengan algoritma Support VectorMachine (SVM). Terdapat 1.331 jumlah data keseluruhan pada <Sistem Ticketing= dengan 650 tweetss dengan label positif dan705 tweetss dengan label negatif. Sedangkan pada <Kepuasan Event= terdapat 4.400 jumlah data keseluruhan dengan 1.995dengan label positif dan 2.402 dengan label negatif, pelabelan datadilakukan secara manual. Berdasarkan hasil analisismenggunakan SVM, akurasi tertinggi pada <Sistem Ticketing=dengan rasio split 70:30 sebesar 0,737 atau 73% dan akurasitertinggi pada <Kepuasan Event= dengan rasio split 80:20 sebesar0,743 atau 74%. Adapun hasil evaluasi kinerja modelmenggunakan K-Fold Cross Validation pada <Sistem Ticketing=dengan hasil accuracy sebesar 0,74, precision sebesar 0,71, recallsebesar 0,71 dan f1- score sebesar 0,71, sedangkan pada<Kepuasan Event= hasil accuracy sebesar 0,74, precision sebesar0,82, recall sebesar 0,57, dan f1-score sebesar 0,68. Hasil darianalisis ini diharapkan dapat memberikan digunakan sebagaifeedback bagi pihak terkait untuk meningkatkan kualitas layananyang diberikan dari sisi sistem ticketing dan kepuasan konsumenterhadap event yang diselenggarakan oleh pihak promotorDyandra Global Edutainment untuk acara-acara berikutnya. Abstract

Abstrak — Perkembangan teknologi informasi berdampaksignifikan pada sektor pertanian di negara berkembang,terutama Indonesia. Sektor ini berkontribusi sebesar 12,62%terhadap Produk Domestik Bruto (PDB) negara danmenciptakan lapangan kerja bagi sekitar 30% angkatan kerjanasional. Lebih dari sekadar penyedia pangan dan bahan bakuindustri, pertanian juga memiliki peran krusial dalam menjagakelestarian lingkungan hidup. Meski begitu, tantanganproduktivitas rendah tetap menjadi isu serius di sektor ini.Terbatasnya modal dan harga jual yang kompetitif menjadihambatan utama bagi para pelaku usaha pertanian. Olehkarena itu, investasi dalam sektor pertanian menjadi kunciuntuk mendorong inovasi dan meningkatkanproduktivitasnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikansolusi dengan merancang platform Investa, sebuah websiteberbasis teknologi yang menghubungkan para petani denganpara investor. Platform ini memanfaatkan metodepengembangan iterative incremental dengan fokus padapengembangan backend API menggunakan frameworkLaravel. Dengan dua iterasi pengembangan, backend websiteInvesta berhasil diciptakan, menyediakan seluruh fungsi yangdiperlukan oleh klien website. Harapannya, Investa mampumenggalvanisasi partisipasi aktif para investor dalammendukung pertumbuhan sektor pertanian. Di sisi lain, parapetani juga diuntungkan dengan akses lebih mudah terhadapmodal yang memadai, sehingga usaha pertanian mereka dapattumbuh dan berkembang secara berkelanjutan. Abstract

PDAM is a regional company that provides water supply services to all residents of the Indonesian Community in need. PDAM checks the amount of water usage of each customer every month by sending officers to the customer's house to check and record the amount of water usage through the water meter. The water meters used by PDAM are still analog in nature so that customers experience difficulties in reading the amount of water usage [1]. Because water recording is still manual and analog tools. So to help development innovation, the first step is to create a PDAM water usage monitoring system in digital form. Flow Meter Reading is the development of a device that will be used to read analog water meters that measure fluid volumetric flow rates digitally. The use of manual water meters that are still manually recorded by employees will be helped by the presence of Analog Flow Meter Reading devices, Flow Meter Reading device design is carried out. Abstract

Pembaca meter air otomatis merupakan suatu alat yang digunakan untuk mencatat dan mengirimkan data penggunaan air yang tertera pada meter air secara otomatis. Sedangkan casing pembaca meter air otomatis merupakan komponen atau part yang digunakan untuk melindungi komponen yang terdapat di dalam pembaca meter air otomatis. Pembaca meter air ini sendiri terdiri dari komponen casing, komponen sensor dan baterai. PT. XYZ adalah perusahaan manufaktur yang beroperasi di sektor elektronik dan logam, khususnya dalam produksi alat ukur seperti meter air yang ingin membuat pembaca meter air otomatisnya sendiri. Di Indonesia sendiri penggunaan pembaca meter air otomatis masih terbilang jarang. Dikarenakan saat ini, sebagian besar Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum atau PDAM masih melakukan pencatatan meter air secara manual dengan petugas yang harus mendatangi rumah-rumah pelanggan untuk mencatat angka yang tertera pada meter air (Paksi, dkk., 2020). Dalam kasus ini, PT. XYZ membuat komponen sensor pada pembaca meter air otomatis dan membutuhkan casing pembaca meter air otomatis agar dapat sesuai dengan komponen sensor yang telah dibuat dan dapat melindungi komponen sensor dengan baik. Maka dari itu, fokus utama dari kajian ini adalah untuk membantu merancang prototipe casing pembaca meter air otomatis menggunakan metode reverse engineering agar dapat melindungi komponen eletronik yang dibutuhkan oleh pihak PT. Abstract

The digital transformation of the banking industry requires credit scoring systems that are both accurate and adaptable to complex, diverse data. This study aims to develop and evaluate a credit scoring model using ensemble supervised learning to predict credit risk for a consumer loan service (Product X) at Bank XYZ. Ensemble algorithms such as Random Forest, AdaBoost, LightGBM, CatBoost, and XGBoost were compared to a single classification method, Decision Tree. Model performance was assessed using precision, recall, F1-score, and ROC-AUC. The results show that XGBoost outperformed other models, achieving the highest ROC-AUC score of 0.803, indicating strong generalization and low risk of overfitting. SHAP analysis revealed key features influencing the model, including loan tenor, loan amount (plafond), income, and Days Past Due (DPD) history. Compared to the baseline Decision Tree model (ROC-AUC 0.573), XGBoost significantly improved classification accuracy. It also showed the potential to reduce the Non-Performing Loan (NPL) rate from 4% to below 3% and increase the approval rate from 65% to over 70%, aligning with Product X’s KPIs. These findings confirm that ensemble learning models especially XGBoost offer strategic value in enhancing credit portfolio quality and decision-making in digital banking.

Abstract

Human resource strategy development (people development) is a critical aspect in the growth and success of an organization, especially in the field of IT consulting to foster talent, encourage innovation, and improve overall organizational performance. Sharing session, as a form of interactive learning, offers a platform for employees to exchange ideas, best practices, and lessons learned, facilitating the development of a knowledgeable and adaptable workforce. Sharing sessions helping companies create an environment where knowledge can be shared, accessed, and used effectively by all members of the organization is the goal of knowledge management itself. This research was conducted using qualitative methods through a survey of employees, especially for the IT consulting industry to see the effect of sharing sessions in decision making which is then validated through a survey of top management to see satisfaction with the accuracy of employees in making decisions

Abstract

The expiration of the lock-up period for PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk's shares led to a sharp stock price decline and public discourse on Twitter. This study aims to examine the statistical relationship between public sentiment and GoTo’s stock price movement in Indonesia. Tweets were classified into positive or negative sentiment using the Naïve Bayes classifier, selected for its computational efficiency on large-scale textual data. The model achieved 70% accuracy, with a precision of 82% and F1-score of 75%. The sentiment polarity was then compared with stock trends across 39 distinct trading periods using four non-parametric statistical tests: Chi-Square (p = 0.6398), Cramer’s V (0.014), Goodman-Kruskal’s Lambda (0.053), and Mann-Whitney U test (p = 0.8994). None of these tests showed a statistically significant association between sentiment polarity and stock price movement. These findings highlight that while public sentiment may reflect short-term public interest, it does not reliably capture the market’s behavioral dynamics—especially in cases of investor decisions driven by broader macroeconomic or institutional factors. Sentiment data, therefore, should be considered as a complementary, rather than primary indicators in stock price analysis.
