Abstract

Penelitian ini berfokus terhadap fasilitas, kualitas pelayanan dan lokasi serta pengaruhnya terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Objek penelitian yaitu pelanggan di SPBU Pertamina 54.613.07 Seduri. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasari pentingnya strategi pengembangan dan pengelolaan SPBU meliputi fasilitas, kualitas pelayanan hingga lokasi.Teknik jenuh sebagai teknik dalam pengumpulan data dengan 80 responden. Analisis data menggunakan metode kuantitatif deksriptif dan pendekatan analisis statistik (SPSS 25). Mandapatkan hasil bahwa fasilitas tidak mempengaruhi secara signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, secara signifikan kualitas pelayanan dan lokasi memberikan pengaruh pada kepuasan pelanggan dan secara bersama ketiga variabel mempengaruhi dengan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan.

Abstract

The increasingly tight level of business competition has resulted in companies being faced with the challenge of improving employee performance in order to maintain the company's survival. Employee performance itself is a fairly complex problem where the level of performance can be influenced by a number of factors such as organizational commitment and job training. Work loyalty is also expected to moderate between Organizational Commitment and Training. Because employees who have a high sense of loyalty can work optimally and have a high sense of responsibility for what they do. This study aims to determine the effect of Organizational Commitment and Training on Employee Performance through Loyalty as a moderating variable at PT Bunga Jaya Jati Bintang Company. This study uses a quantitative approach with data collection techniques using questionnaires. The population of this study was 60 employees with a sample of 60 employees, who were selected as a whole and analyzed using the SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) version 26 analysis tool. The results of this study indicate (1) Organizational Commitment has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, (2) Training has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, (3) Loyalty can moderate (strengthen) the effect of Organizational Commitment on Employee Performance, and (4) Loyalty can moderate (strengthen) the effect of Training on Employee Performance.

Abstract

MSMEs that were once considered economically resilient during times of crisis were found to have a higher vulnerability to experiencing losses than large companies. This vulnerability is due to financial and non-financial constraints. Specifically, these obstacles are classified into operational risk, financial risk, and marketing risk. This activity aims to increase the knowledge and understanding of MSME players regarding HR and financial management to minimize operational and financial risks. This activity uses the methods of Counseling and Education as well as Mentoring and Coaching. The result is that this activity can be carried out successfully. Successful implementation is marked by the division of employee duties so that each employee has their responsibility for a job which can lead to increased employee performance. Apart from that, partners already understand the importance of financial management and its relevance for business development and decision-making. However, partners still do not know how to prepare financial reports by MSME).

Abstract

The company's environment is dynamic and can have an impact on company performance. One of them is government regulations related to environmental sustainability. Companies must be aware of this in order to make products or services that are environmentally friendly and safe for consumers. Many companies carry out green promotions in order to introduce products which are environmentally friendly both in terms of packaging and materials used in production. There are several studies and discussions that still have different results regarding the relationship between green marketing and companies and green marketing variables. Therefore, the aim of this article is to provide a clear understanding clearer about the relationship between green marketing and business performance by conducting a systematic literature review of 283 Scopus indexed articles published by Elsevier, Springer, Emerald and SAGE. From the 283 articles, we selected a minimum of 40 quotes. Then we further selected 10 published articles that were relevant from 2012 to 2024. The results of the analysis identified that in general green marketing has a relationship and influence on companies

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effect of Workload, Work Environment, Compensation and Organizational Career Development on Employee Job Satisfaction at PT Beton Prima Indonesia, either partially or simultaneously. The samples in this study were 44 employees. The method of determining the sample in this study uses a saturated or census sample. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the IBM SPSS program. The results showed that workload (X1) partially had no effect on employee job satisfaction (Y) with a t count -0.241 <t table 2.022 with a significance level of 0.811. The work environment (X2) has no partial effect on employee job satisfaction (Y) with a t count of 1.411 < t table of 2.022 with a significance level of 0.166. Compensation (X3) has a partial effect on employee job satisfaction (Y) with a t count of 23,425 > t table of 2.022 with a significance level of 0.001. Career development (X4) has no partial effect on employee job satisfaction (Y) with a t count of 0.053 <t table of 2.022 with a significance level of 0.958. Workload (X1), work environment (X2), compensation (X3) and career development (X4) simultaneously influence employee job satisfaction (Y) with an F count of 197.722 > F table of 2.612 and a significance level of 0.001.

Abstract

In the era of increasingly advanced globalization, employee performance in a company is important, there are several factors that influence employee performance, namely work ethic. This research aims to determine the influence of work ethic, work discipline and work environment on employee performance with work motivation as an intervening variable in Jetis District. The sampling technique for this research is a non-probability sampling technique, considering respondents who have been appointed as civil servants (Civil Servants) and a sample of 31 was obtained. The data analysis technique uses path analysis using SPSS 27 and quantyspy.org. The research results show that work ethic, work discipline and work environment simultaneously influence employee performance, work ethic influences employee performance with work motivation as an intervening variable, work discipline has no effect on employee performance with work motivation as an intervening variable and the Sobel test of The indirect influence of the work environment has no effect on employee performance with work motivation as an intervening variable in Jetis District.

Abstract

This study aims to identify factors that influence brand evangelism at Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI). This study uses a quantitative model with independent variables consisting of brand trust, brand identification, brand involvement, and brand commitment, and the dependent variable is brand evangelism. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling, with 140 Bank Syariah Indonesia customers as respondents who filled out the questionnaire via Google Form. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression. The results showed that all independent variables had a positive and significant effect on brand evangelism. The brand trust variable has the greatest influence with a regression coefficient value of 0.435, while brand identification has the smallest influence with a coefficient value of 0.232. This shows that consumer trust in BSI is a dominant factor in encouraging them to recommend or promote the brand to others. The implications of this study are valuable information for the financial services sector, especially Islamic banks, to focus on increasing customer trust as a strategy to strengthen brand loyalty and advocacy.

Abstract

UD. Mekar is a snack producer known for its popular brand “2Koki Ikan Tengiri,” renowned for its high-quality and savory mackerel fish crackers. Although operating as a home-based industry, UD. Mekar holds significant potential to reach broader markets. This community service initiative involved lectures, discussions, and Q&A sessions focusing on two crucial aspects: employee performance improvement and business risk analysis. The results indicate that employees demonstrate a high level of enthusiasm toward becoming professional workers, despite being in the home industry sector. However, their understanding of business risk remains limited to technical aspects, highlighting the need for broader risk awareness, including operational, financial, and marketing risks. This activity serves as an initial step toward formulating strategies for enhancing employee performance, implementing risk mitigation, and planning for continuous training. The strategic approach is expected to strengthen UD. Mekar's competitiveness and support the national market expansion of its products.

Abstract

Tujuan: Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk menguji beberapa faktor yang diduga mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan. Beberapa faktor tersebut yaitu gaya kepemimpinan, pelatihan, dan disiplin kerja. Metodologi: Penelitian menggunakan data yang diperoleh langsung oleh responden dan bersifat kuantitatif. Populasi yang diteliti adalah seluruh karyawan UD Bosman sebanyak 400 karyawan. Teknik simple random sampling digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan hasil akhir sampel yaitu 80 sampel. Data dianalisis melalui uji regresi linier berganda, uji hipotesis, uji F, dan uji korelasi. Temuan: Disimpulkan hasil penelitian bahwa gaya kepemimpinan, pelatihan, dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh secara positif dan terhadap kinerja karyawan di UD Bosman. Dimana hasil koefisien regresi variabel gaya kepemimpinan sebesar 0.298 bernilai positif, variabel pelatihan sebesar 0.569 bernilai positif dan variabel disiplin kerja sebesar 0.189 bernilai positif dengan kontribusi ketiga variabel tersebut sebesar 75,8% terhadap kinerja karyawan, sementara sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar penelitian. Implikasi Praktis: Pihak UD Bosman terhadap gaya kepemimpinan dapat menerapkan kepemimpinan yang partisipatif dan komunikatif untuk mendorong semangat kerja, menyusun program pelatihan yang terstruktur dan berkelanjutan sesuai dengan kebutuhan pekerjaan, membangun budaya kerja yang menghargai kedisiplinan, seperti ketepatan waktu dan kepatuhan terhadap prosedur.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, beban kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap stres kerja pada karyawan bagian produksi di PT. Obon Indonesia Ngoro-Mojokerto. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode regresi linier berganda. Sampel sebanyak 40 responden divisi produksi dipilih melalui rumus Roscoe dimana jumlah seluruh variabel dikali 10, melalui kuesioner tertutup di Google Form dari populasi 150 karyawan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial, gaya kepemimpinan, beban kerja dan lingkungan kerja masing-masing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap stres kerja. Secara simultan, ketiga variabel tersebut juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap stres kerja dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 dan koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 54%. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa gaya kepemimpin, beban kerja dan lingkungan kerja secara nyata berkontribusi terhadap peningkatan stres kerja.
