Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan pengaruh motivasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan kepuasan pegawai sebagai variabel moderating. Populasi penelitian ini yaitu pegawai di UPTD Puskesmas Manduro. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasari oleh pentingnya motivasi dan lingkungan kerja bagi kinerja dan kepuasan pegawai di tempat kerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan strategi pengambilan sampel non-probability sampling yaitu purposive sampling sehingga ditetapkan terdapat 39 responden. Analisis data menggunakan metode kuantitatif deksriptif dan pendekatan analisis statistik dengan pengolahan data menggunakan SPSS 25. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah motivasi dan lingkungan kerja secara sognifikan mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai dan kepuasan pegawai, kinerja pegawai secara signifikan juga mempengaruhi kepuasan pegawai. Sedangkan pada motivasi terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan kepuasan pegawai sebagai variabel moderating tidak berpengaruh secara signfikan. dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui kepuasanpelanggan sebagai variabel moderating berpengaruh secara signifikan.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan dan kompetensi terhadap kinerja scurity dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening di Sunrise Mall Kota Mojokerto. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penilitian kuantitatif. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh security yang berada di Sunrise Mall Kota Mojokerto yang berjumlah 36 orang dan menggunakan sampel jenuh. Data responden dikumpulkan dengan kuisioner. Metode analisis data penelitian ini mnggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif dengan menggunakan pengujian asumsi klasik , regresi linear berganda dan analisis jalur (path analysis) yang secara keseluruhan analisisnya dihitung menggunakan program Statistical Program For Social Science (SPSS) versi 25. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja, kompetensi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja. Adapun variabel yang paling berpengaruh adalah variabel pelatihan dan kompetensi. Berdasarkan pengujian analisis jalur didapatkan bahwa pelatihan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening serta kompetensi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening.

Penelitian ini berfokus terhadap fasilitas, kualitas pelayanan dan lokasi serta pengaruhnya terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Objek penelitian yaitu pelanggan di SPBU Pertamina 54.613.07 Seduri. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasari pentingnya strategi pengembangan dan pengelolaan SPBU meliputi fasilitas, kualitas pelayanan hingga lokasi.Teknik jenuh sebagai teknik dalam pengumpulan data dengan 80 responden. Analisis data menggunakan metode kuantitatif deksriptif dan pendekatan analisis statistik (SPSS 25). Mandapatkan hasil bahwa fasilitas tidak mempengaruhi secara signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, secara signifikan kualitas pelayanan dan lokasi memberikan pengaruh pada kepuasan pelanggan dan secara bersama ketiga variabel mempengaruhi dengan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan.

The increasingly tight level of business competition has resulted in companies being faced with the challenge of improving employee performance in order to maintain the company's survival. Employee performance itself is a fairly complex problem where the level of performance can be influenced by a number of factors such as organizational commitment and job training. Work loyalty is also expected to moderate between Organizational Commitment and Training. Because employees who have a high sense of loyalty can work optimally and have a high sense of responsibility for what they do. This study aims to determine the effect of Organizational Commitment and Training on Employee Performance through Loyalty as a moderating variable at PT Bunga Jaya Jati Bintang Company. This study uses a quantitative approach with data collection techniques using questionnaires. The population of this study was 60 employees with a sample of 60 employees, who were selected as a whole and analyzed using the SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) version 26 analysis tool. The results of this study indicate (1) Organizational Commitment has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, (2) Training has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, (3) Loyalty can moderate (strengthen) the effect of Organizational Commitment on Employee Performance, and (4) Loyalty can moderate (strengthen) the effect of Training on Employee Performance.

This study was conducted to analyze the influence of Kaizen culture and reward on employee performance at PT. Seino Indomobil Logistics Kantor Project PT. Pabrik Kertas Tjiwi Kimia Mojokerto. The research methodology uses a quantitative approach with data collection techniques through questionnaires to 80 employees. The sampling technique uses saturated sampling. The results of data analysis show that Kaizen culture has a positive and significant influence on employee performance, with a t value of 5,956 (p = 0.000). Reward has a positive and significant influence on employee performance, with a t value of 3.164 (p = 0.002). Kaizen culture and reward together have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with a calculated F value of 17,735 (p = 0.000). These findings indicate that the implementation of Kaizen culture and reward can improve employee performance at PT. Seino Indomobil Logistics Kantor Project PT. Pabrik Kertas Tjiwi Kimia Mojokerto

The purpose of this research is to measure the Market Generic Strategy that is used by the owner of the internet (wifi) coffee shop / UMKM in Mojokerto Regency to be able to compete, be sustainable and achieve goals and get maximum profit. This research is an exploratory research that uses a qualitative approach in the form of a Focus Group Discussion. The sample consisted of 25 people, who were taken based on certain criteria. The technique of collecting data is by conducting open-ended interviews with the hope of obtaining complete information from these respondents. Data analysis using descriptive analysis method. The results showed that the Internet-based Market Generic Strategy of Warkop Angkringan (wifi) is a product differentiation strategy, service differentiation, personnel differentiation and focus strategy. Meanwhile, the way to retain customers is the availability of fast and friendly service, a variety of drinks and food, comfortable seating and room facilities as well as good cleanliness and layout.

MSMEs that were once considered economically resilient during times of crisis were found to have a higher vulnerability to experiencing losses than large companies. This vulnerability is due to financial and non-financial constraints. Specifically, these obstacles are classified into operational risk, financial risk, and marketing risk. This activity aims to increase the knowledge and understanding of MSME players regarding HR and financial management to minimize operational and financial risks. This activity uses the methods of Counseling and Education as well as Mentoring and Coaching. The result is that this activity can be carried out successfully. Successful implementation is marked by the division of employee duties so that each employee has their responsibility for a job which can lead to increased employee performance. Apart from that, partners already understand the importance of financial management and its relevance for business development and decision-making. However, partners still do not know how to prepare financial reports by MSME).

The company's environment is dynamic and can have an impact on company performance. One of them is government regulations related to environmental sustainability. Companies must be aware of this in order to make products or services that are environmentally friendly and safe for consumers. Many companies carry out green promotions in order to introduce products which are environmentally friendly both in terms of packaging and materials used in production. There are several studies and discussions that still have different results regarding the relationship between green marketing and companies and green marketing variables. Therefore, the aim of this article is to provide a clear understanding clearer about the relationship between green marketing and business performance by conducting a systematic literature review of 283 Scopus indexed articles published by Elsevier, Springer, Emerald and SAGE. From the 283 articles, we selected a minimum of 40 quotes. Then we further selected 10 published articles that were relevant from 2012 to 2024. This study aims to determine the Effect of Workload, Work Environment, Compensation and Organizational Career Development on Employee Job Satisfaction at PT Beton Prima Indonesia, either partially or simultaneously. The samples in this study were 44 employees. The method of determining the sample in this study uses a saturated or census sample. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the IBM SPSS program. The results showed that workload (X1) partially had no effect on employee job satisfaction (Y) with a t count -0.241 t table of 2.022 with a significance level of 0.001. Career development (X4) has no partial effect on employee job satisfaction (Y) with a t count of 0.053 F table of 2.612 and a significance level of 0.001.
