Abstract

Training and development of human resources (HR) is very important for every company to maximize the skills of its employees. The quantitative approach focuses on symptoms that have certain characteristics in order to observe the relationship between 2 or more variables. According to the results of the study with the PLS SEM test, descriptive analysis, and hypothesis testing, the results can be seen: training has a significant positive effect on employee performance when viewed from the results of p values, namely 0.019 <0.05. HR development has a significant positive effect on employee performance if you look at the p values of 0.000 <0.05. Job training has a significant positive effect on motivation from the hypothesis test, namely p values 0.002 <0.05. HR development has a significant positive effect on work motivation seen from the results of the hypothesis test, namely the p value of 0.000 <0.05. Motivation has a significant positive effect on employee performance seen from the hypothesis test, namely the p value of 0.002 <0.05

Abstract

A company is one of the types of business entities protected by law as the place where the production process of a good or service is used to meet the needs of society. To the company’s goals, it requires the contribution of good employees. Cultivating a high working spirit should be considered by the company’s managers as an obligation whose nature is constant. Especially with regard to the workload that can cause work stress, communication between employees that can lead to an increase or decrease in working spirit. The aim of this survey is to know the impact of workload, work stress, and communication on employee work spirit. This research population is the entire staff of PT Iron Steel Metalindo of Mojokerto district. The sample was 78 using saturated sampling techniques. Data analysis techniques use double linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS 25 program. Research findings show that workload variables have a negative and significant influence on the work spirit, work stress has a negative, significant impact on the working spirit, and communication has a positive and significant effect on the job spirit.

Abstract

This research was conducted at the Purnama Godean Supermarket, the focus of this research was on three dependent variables with the aim of knowing the effect of motivation, discipline, and organizational commitment on employee job satisfaction with quantitative research methods. The number of samples is 77 people using saturated sampling technique. While the data collection is done by means of interviews and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis which was processed with the SPSS program. The results showed that partially work motivation had an effect on job satisfaction with a sig value of 0.032 < 0.05, work discipline had an effect on job satisfaction with a sig value of 0.008 < 0.05, organizational commitment had an effect on job satisfaction with a sig value of 0.000 < 0.05. The results of the simultaneous test of motivation, discipline, and organizational commitment have an effect on employee satisfaction as indicated by a sig value of 0.000 <0.05.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of workload, work environment, and work motivation on the performance of employees at PT. Satria Nusantara Sakti. This study uses a quantitative approach with the category of causal associative research. The population in this study are employees of PT. Satria Nusantara Sakti as many as 35 people, with the entire population being sampled. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS 22 program. The results showed that workload had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, the work environment had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and work motivation had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The results of the study also show that workload, work environment, and work motivation simultaneously influence employee performance.

Abstract

Budaya organisasi yang baik pada suatu perusahaan diyakini dapat mempengaruhi kualitas pelayanan karena karyawan dalam perusahaan tersebut terbiasa berperilaku baik, sopan, dan pada akhirnya hal ini dapat berimplikasi baik terhadap kualitas pelayanan. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kualitas pelayanan. Berbeda dengan penelitian sebelumnya, penelitian ini menambahkan variabel Kompensasi sebagai variabel moderasi. Objek penelitian ini adalah 300 pegawai Bank Malaysia yang tersebar di seluruh Indonesia. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan eksplanatori yang menggunakan penelitian terdahulu sebagai acuan, melakukan perbandingan khususnya mengenai respon karyawan k300 Bank Malaysia. Data yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner online dengan 5 jenis pernyataan yaitu pernyataan sangat setuju, pernyataan setuju, pernyataan acuh tak acuh, pernyataan tidak setuju, dan pernyataan tidak setuju. Peneliti menganalisis data tersebut menggunakan alat analisis smart PLS 4.0. Hasil pada artikel ini menunjukkan variabel Budaya Organisasi dapat mempunyai hubungan positif dan pengaruh signifikan terhadap Kualitas Pelayanan karena nilai P-Values ​​berada di bawah tingkat signifikansi 0,05 yaitu 0,029. Berbanding lurus dengan hasil keyakinan pertama dan menjadi hipotesis pertama dalam penelitian ini, maka keyakinan kedua juga merupakan hipotesis kedua yaitu kompensasi dapat membuat karyawan bekerja tanpa diganggu oleh hal-hal lain yang dapat membuat karyawan kurang fokus sehingga menimbulkan rasa tidak nyaman. lingkungan yang damai yang dapat mendukung berkembangnya budaya organisasi. Bagus dan kualitas pelayanan semakin baik. Kompensasi juga dinilai mampu memperkuat pengaruh kedua hubungan tersebut. Sejalan dengan pernyataan di atas, keyakinan yang juga menjadi hipotesis kedua dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan hasil yang serupa jika variabel Kompensasi dapat memoderasi pengaruh variabel Budaya Organisasi terhadap Kualitas Pelayanan karena nilai P-Values ​​berada dibawah tingkat signifikansi 0,05, yaitu 0,000 lebih besar dari uji langsung sebesar 0,029. . Dengan demikian hipotesis kedua dalam penelitian ini dapat diterima.

Abstract

The development and the increasing number of business actors engaged in the industrial sector has resulted in competition in business becoming increasingly sharp and competitive, both in terms of quality, price and the way promotions are carried out. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of product quality, service quality, price and promotion on purchasing decisions for FEZ Racing Exhaust brand exhaust. The method used is a quantitative method. The population in this study were consumers who purchased FEZ Racing. The sample used was 80 respondents who were selected using a convenience sampling technique. Data analysis used using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study prove that simultaneously product quality, service quality, price, promotion influence purchasing decisions. In partial variable testing for the variable product quality, service quality, price, promotion proves that there is a positive and significant influence on the purchase of FEZ Racing Exhaust brand exhaust.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kepuasan kerja dan disiplin karyawan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan motivasi kerja sebagai variabel intervening. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada karyawan PT. YesHerb Global Trade. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh dari penyebaran kuesioner melalui google form dengan alat ukur berupa skala likert. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. YesHerb Global Trade sebanyak 62 orang dan 1 orang komisaris. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode sampling jenuh. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis menggunakan software SmartPLS versi 4 untuk menguji outer model dan inner model. Pengujian validitas sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji factor loading dan average variance extracted (AVE), sedangkan pengujian reliabilitas menggunakan uji internal konsistensi berdasarkan nilai composite reliability. Uji validitas dengan nilai factor loading dan AVE menunjukkan nilai yang valid. Pengujian reliabilitas dengan uji internal konsistensi memiliki nilai composite reliability yang memenuhi kriteria. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian, semua pernyataan indikator variabel telah memenuhi kriteria validitas dan reliabilitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja dan disiplin karyawan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kepuasan kerja dan disiplin karyawan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan motivasi kerja sebagai variabel intervening.

Abstract

In the era of globalization and increasing competition, public sector organizations such as the Mojokerto City Transportation Office are required to enhance service quality and employee productivity to meet various changes and challenges. Employee performance is crucial as it reflects the organization's human resource effectiveness, with employees being its key assets. Therefore, managing and optimizing human resources is imperative for organizational success. Human resources play a pivotal role, supported and complemented by other factors in achieving organizational goals. This study examines whether career development, competence, and performance allowance have partial or simultaneous effects on employee performance improvement, and identifies which variables predominantly influence employee performance. The research aims to analyze the partial and simultaneous effects of career development, competence, and performance allowance on employee performance improvement, as well as to determine the dominant variables affecting employee performance. The population consists of all Civil Servants at the Mojokerto City Transportation Office in 2023, totaling 43 individuals. The sample size matches the population due to saturation sampling. Data were collected using questionnaires and documentation, analyzed through percentage description and multiple linear regression. The multiple linear regression equation derived from the study is Y = 1.331 + 0.412 X1 + 0.192 X2 + 0.255 X3. Using SPSS 27, the hypotheses testing (t-test) showed partial significance values of 0.001 for career development (X1), 0.037 for competence (X2), and 0.002 for performance allowance (X3), all less than 0.05. Thus, it can be concluded that career development, competence, and performance allowance significantly influence employee performance improvement at the Mojokerto City Transportation Office. The analysis reveals that Career Development (X1), Competence (X2), and Performance Allowance (X3), with the dependent variable Employee Performance Improvement (Y) at the Mojokerto City Transportation Office, amount to 0.803, indicating a strong relationship as evidenced by the adjusted R-squared. The simultaneous hypothesis (F-test) is accepted, signifying a significant overall relationship between independent and dependent variables

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh disiplin kerja, lingkungan kerja, dan beban kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada CV Shelter Ngoro Mojokerto. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan CV Shelter yang berjumlah 200 orang. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini diperoleh melalui kuesioner dan wawancara. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa disiplin kerja memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada CV Shelter. Namun, lingkungan kerja tidak memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Beban kerja juga ditemukan memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Secara keseluruhan, disiplin kerja, lingkungan kerja, dan beban kerja berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada CV Shelter. Hasil ini mengindikasikan bahwa peningkatan disiplin kerja dan penanganan beban kerja yang tepat dapat meningkatkan kinerja karyawan, meskipun perbaikan lingkungan kerja tidak secara langsung mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan.
