Abstract

Penelitan ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap efektivitas kerja guru di SD Negeri Se Kecamatan Binjai Selatan secara parsial maupun simultan. Sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 177 orang. Tekhnik penelitian ini menggunakan tekhnik kuantitatif. Data pada penelitian ini adalah data primer. Data yang dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan angket. Metode analisa menggunakan model regresi linear berganda untuk menguji hipotesis secara simultan menggunakan Uji F dan secara parsial dengan menggunakan Uji t. Hasil pengujian dengan menggunakan SPSS diperoleh persamaan regresi dengan menggunakan output komputer diatas diperoleh persamaan regresi berganda sebagai berikut: konstanta sebesar0,515; koefisien kepemimpinan kepala sekolah(X1) sebesar 0,378; koefisien iklim sekolah (X2) sebesar 0,252, dan koefisien kepuasan kerja (X3) sebesar 0,160. Dengan demikian persamaan garis regresinya adalah Y = 0,515+0,378X1+0,252X2+0,160X3. Jika variable bebas meningkat 1 % maka efektvitas kerja guru akan meningkat. Hasil hipotesis uji thitung 7.358 dengan probabilitas signifikan 0.00 lebih kecil dari tingkat keyakinan (level of significant) ? = 0.05, variabel penelitian adalah iklim sekolah diperoleh dengan uji tHitung5.599 dengan probalilitas 0.00 lebih kecil dari tingkat lebih kecil dari tingkat keyakinan (level of significant) ? = 0.05. Variabel kepuasan kerja diperoleh dengan uji thitumg 3. 871 dengan probalilitas 0.00 lebih kecil dari tingkat keyakinan (level of significant) ? = 0.05. Maka keputusan yang diambil adalah menolak H0 dan meneriman Ha¬ artinya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, iklim sekolah, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap efektivitas kerja guru di SD Negeri Se Kecamatan Binjai Selatan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengenai Komitmen Organisasi, Lingkungan Kerja, Motivasi terhadap Kinerja Guru. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini adalah: (1) untuk mengetahui pengaruh komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja guru, (2) untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja guru, (3) untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi terhadap kinerja guru, (4) untuk mengetahui pengaruh komitmen organisasi, lingkungan kerja, motivasi terhadap kinerja guru. Penelitian ini bertempat SMP Negeri di Kecamatan Gebang Kabupaten Langkat dan dilaksanakan dari bulan nopember-april 2021. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah guru-guru yang ada di SMP Negeri di Kecamatan Gebang yang berjumlah 73 orang dan berdasarkan tabel Krecjie Morgan kesalahan 5% maka sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 59 orang dari total guru yang berada SMP Negeri di Kecamatan Gebang Kabupaten Langkat. Dalam penelitian ini instrument yang digunakan untuk memperoleh data dan informasi tentang obyek penelitian menggunakan angket dengan pendekatan skala likert. Adapun teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan teknik analisis regresi linear. Berdasarkan dari hasil analisis data penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil koefisien korelasi (R Square) adalah: (1) Pengaruh variabel komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja guru sebesar 0,729 yang berkategori tinggi, (2) Pengaruh variabel lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja guru sebesar 0,688 yang berkategori tinggi, (3) Pengaruh motivasi terhadap kinerja guru sebesar 0,800 yang berkategori tinggi, (4) Pengaruh variabel komitmen organisasi, lingkungan kerja, dan motivasi terhadap kinerja guru sebesar 0,840 yang berkategori tinggi. Abstract

Principal leadership affects the quality of a school. The principal plays an important role in the educational circle of a school, so it can be said to be the spearhead of the successful achievement of school goals. The purpose of this study was to analyze the participatory leadership role of school principals in improving competence. The research method used is qualitative research with the case study method. There were 34 informants in this study, consisting of school principals, teachers and administrators. Data collection technique is use triangulation. Data analysis techniques in data collection using techniques are editing, categories, data display and interpretation. The results of the study show that school principals carry out participatory leadership. Participatory leadership by school principals can improve teacher competency. Professional competence, the teacher understands the main tasks and functions. The teacher implements various strategies and ways of managing classes, and plans and utilizes various available learning resources. The teacher creates an atmosphere of familiarity with students, always communicates well with fellow educators, and communicates with parents about the learning progress of their students. The teacher sets a good role model for students, is consistent in dressing modestly, and speaks using kind and polite words. Therefore, the teacher is able to improve his quality, both the quality of professional, pedagogic, social and personality.

Abstract

This Study aims to describe the strategy of the foundation's management in developing the quality of elementary school education at Ar Rojaq Kisaran Integrated Islamic Elementary School. This Study uses qualitative methods through observation techniques, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the strategy of the foundation's management in developing the quality of education affects strengthening the vision, mission, goals, and strategies carried out in strengthening the quality of education.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine how the principle of SMK 2 Taman Siswa Pematang Siantar has increased teacher professionalism through instructional leadership. This kind of research employs a qualitative methodology that includes the case study technique, observation, interviews, and documentation studies as methods of data collecting. The research's findings indicate that, when given the right guidelines and procedures, school principals can adopt leadership practices that enhance teachers' professionalism. This is evident in three ways: first, teachers participate in different training programs, workshops, and seminars to enhance their pedagogical skills. The second step involves carrying out teacher professional development via supervision (visits to classes) and performance evaluation (keeping an eye on how learning activities are being developed). In an effort to enhance the school, the principal fosters a cooperative, transparent, and amicable environment with the instructors. The implication of this research is that instructional leadership is important for school principals to practice because it contains elements of direction, involvement, development, supervision and improving the quality of teacher performance as professional educators.

Abstract

The implementation of the Qur'an Tahsin training is aimed at members of Aisyiyah Pasar 4 Bandar Khalifah who are currently not fluent in reading the Qur'an properly and correctly, even though they are adults. However, it is never too late to learn. This Al-Qur'an tahsin training activity aims to be able to improve understanding in reading the Qur'an and understand the methods in reading the Qur'an properly and correctly. The method provided is in the form of short material and tips for reading with the rules of recitation. Furthermore, significant results have been obtained for Aisyiyah members in understanding and practicing the reading of the Qur'an. This shows that basically, the level of success of this training is achieved if it is learned and practiced as well as directly, so it takes consistency in reading the Qur'an on a daily basis which aims to maintain the rules of recitation and pronunciation so that they are better and of higher quality

Abstract

Purpose of the study: This study aims to analyze the strategies implemented by the principal to enhance teacher professionalism, examine the implementation of these strategies, and identify the challenges faced during the process at Private High School Pesantren Al-Husna Marindal 1. Methodology: A descriptive qualitative approach was employed, with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The research focused on the strategic efforts of the school principal in developing the professional capacity of educators. Main Findings: The findings indicate that the school principal has implemented relatively effective strategies to improve teacher professionalism. However, significant challenges were identified, including limited transportation facilities for teachers and suboptimal execution of academic supervision. These factors substantially affect the quality of the strategy's implementation. Novelty/Originality of this study: This study highlights the specific challenges in enhancing teacher professionalism within the unique context of pesantren-based schools, offering critical insights for stakeholders to design systematic interventions that address these barriers and support professional capacity development in similar educational settings.

Abstract

The data collection technique in this research is done by collecting instruments, testing instruments, classical assumption test, regression analysis, while the data analysis techniques used are multiple regression, t test, F test, and determination test. The result of the research is that there is a positive and significant relationship between managerial leadership and work motivation, meaning that the higher and more positive the managerial leadership, the higher and more positive the work motivation of caregivers at the Tahfidz PPPA Daarul Qur'an House in Medan, this means that the variations that occur in the leadership variable managerial, 68.2% and 31.8% are influenced by other factors and can be predicted in increasing work motivation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tentang kepemimpinan instruksional di STAI Al Islahiyah Binjai. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif studi kasus. Hasil penelitian dapat dijelaskan sebagai berikut: (1) Kepemimpinan di STAI Al Islahiyah Kota Binjai adalah menggunakan kepemimpinan instruksional. Pimpinan menjadi teladan dalam mentaati semua peraturan yang berlaku, menginstruksikan seluruh dosen / pegawai dan warga kampus untuk mensukseskan visi dan misi dan juga memberikan dorongan kepada dosen untuk menulis karya tulis ilmiah dan melaksanakan penelitian. Dorongan dan motivasi yang diberikan dapat membantu dosen dalam meningkatkan kinerja dosen; (2) Kinerja dosen di STAI Al Islahiyah Binjai belum maksimal dikarenakan belum 100% dosen yang bersertifikat pendidik sebagai dosen dan belum 100% dosen yang menjabat sebagai dosen tetap hal ini terjadi karena masih adanyadosen yang belum melakukan penelitian dan penerbitan buku, untuk pendidikan dan pengajaran sudah memenuhi ketentuan kampus STAI Al Islahiyah Binjai; (3) Kepemimpinan instruksional di STAI Al Islahiyah Binjai berjalan secara efektif dan terbukti dapat meningkatkan kinerja Dosen. Hasil penelitian ini digunakan sebagai masukkan bagi instansi terkait maupun instansi lainnya, bahwa dengan menggunakan kepemimpinan instruksional dapat meningkatkan kinerja dosen.
