Abstract

Education in Indonesia is currently demanded to be even better about what students have received. The researcher made this article to provide a new idea related to learning natural sciences in general. This type of research is qualitative research with a descriptive model. On this occasion, the researcher only got a number of learning models that can be described based on the results of observations that have been made, namely the lecture learning model by providing material orally and in practice, but only in the environment around the school. Through the results of the observations that have been made, it can be seen that science learning is real or factual learning about the universe and everything in it.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital juga mempengaruhi perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan berbagai aspek lainnya. Dunia pendidikan baik dalam proses akses informasi dan sumber daya, proses pembelajaran, maupun penilaian dan evaluasi pembelajaran tidak luput dari pengaruh teknologi digital. Teknologi digital membawa perubahan yang sangat signifikan dalam dunia pendidikan. Tujuan melaksanakan kegiatan ini yaitu melaksanakan pendampingan peningkatan teknologi digital bagi para guru di Sekolah Dasar. Metode pendampingan dilakukan dengan metode diskusi dan praktik dengan 3 tahapan kegiatan yaitu diskusi, praktik dan refleksi. Subjek pelaksanaan kegiatan ini adalah para guru di SDN 03 Bengkayang. Kegiatan pendampingan dilaksanakan dengan terlebih dahulu menyampaikan materi mengenai evaluasi pembelajaran dan teknologi digital. Tahapan kedua adalah pembuatan dan pengelolaan teknologi berupa Platform goggle form sebagai media evaluasi pembelajaran. Tahapan terakhir dalam kegiatan pendampingan ini yaitu refleksi, dalam tahapan ini dilakukan evaluasi terhadap serangkaian kegiatan pengabdian. Melalui kegiatan pendampingan ini, para guru dapat meningkatkan kompetensi mereka dalam memanfaatkan teknologi digital sebagai alat pembelajaran dan evaluasi. Peningkatan ini diharapkan menjadi landasan inovasi dalam proses belajar-mengajar, meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa, serta mempersiapkan para guru dalam menghadapi perkembangan teknologi digital yang terus berkembang.

Abstract

One of the factors that encourages the development of MSMEs in Indonesia is support from the government. The government provides MSME actors with as much space as possible by following the rules contained in government regulations. The government's enormous attention to MSMEs is the right strategic step, in order to encourage the growth of our nation's economic development. The business environment can act as a creator of opportunities or as a threat. These opportunities or threats depend on the extent to which the power possessed can take advantage of existing opportunities. Business environmental factors consist of political, economic, social, cultural, educational, technological, demographic and legal. Having knowledge about the environment can encourage marketing creativity as an expansion of actions to market products. Creativity is centered on something new and meaningful from several outputs, towards general implementation in the field of marketing, and creativity requires the development of newer and more radical alternatives because it is a business solution effort faced by MSMEs every day. The innovation of an MSME is of course to adapt in a dynamic environment, MSMEs are required to be able to create new assessments, new ideas and offer innovative products. To run an MSME, capital is one of the important supporting factors that is absolutely necessary to run a business. Sources of capital can be obtained from own capital, government assistance, financial institutions, both banks and non-bank financial institutions. Every MSME that competes in an industrial environment has the desire to be superior to its competitors. MSMEs MSMEs that have competence in the fields of marketing, products, innovation can be used as a source to achieve competitive advantage. Competitive advantage can be interpreted as a benefit strategy from MSMEs collaborating to create competitive advantages, so that they can dominate in new markets and markets. The aim of this research is to find out whether there is an environmental influence on the competitiveness of MSMEs, whether capital factors can influence the competitiveness of MSMEs, whether marketing strategy creativity can influence the competitiveness of MSMEs. The first stage in this research is identifying problems, related to environmental warfare, business capital and MSME marketing creativity. The aim of the research is to identify aspects that are closely related to problems in the environment, marketing capital and creativity, literature study, literature review both journals and texts book, data processing, feasibility study regarding aspects of the role of the environment, capital and marketing creativity, analysis, extent of data processing results research, make conclusions, based on research results and make suggestions. The output of this research is articles published in accredited national journals. This type of research is descriptive quantitative, validity and reliability tests to measure concepts, classical assumption tests to test data so that it meets the Best Linear Unbiased Estimator (BLUE) criteria so that it can produce a valid estimator. Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to improve student learning outcomes by applying concrete learning media to mathematics. This research is a type of Classroom Action Research (CAR). The subjects in this study were 27 students of SDN 03 Bengkayang class IV. Data collection techniques used are observation, questionnaires, tests, and documentation. Data analysis techniques using quantitative descriptive. The results of the study show that there is an increase in student learning outcomes by applying concrete learning media. This can be seen from the acquisition of an average pre-cycle value of 50.7 to 81.5 with an N-Gain of 0.6 in the moderate category. By implementing concrete learning media in mathematics, it becomes one of the strategies for solving problems in the teaching and learning proces.

Abstract

Abstrak: Transisi dari Kurikulum 2013 ke Kurikulum Merdeka menunjukkan upaya peningkatan kualitas pendidikan. Observasi di SDN 03 Bengkayang mengungkapkan kurangnya pemahaman guru tentang Kurikulum Merdeka. Pendampingan ini bertujuan mengoptimalkan komunitas belajar berbasis teknologi digital untuk mempercepat implementasinya di perbatasan Indonesia-Malaysia. Dalam prosesnya, pendampingan ini juga berfokus pada pengembangan hard skills para guru, meliputi penguasaan materi pelajaran untuk memperkuat kompetensi profesional dan penguasaan terknologi informasi dan komunikasi (TIK) untuk mendukung integrasi teknologi dalam proses pembelajaran. Kegiatan ini melibatkan 30 guru SDN 03 Bengkayang dengan model GROW Coaching (Goal, Reality, Options, Will). Pendampingan diharapkan meningkatkan pemahaman strategi Kurikulum Merdeka dan kolaborasi komunitas belajar, dengan target peningkatan minimal 75% pada penguasaan materi dan TIK. Pendampingan ini meningkatkan pemahaman guru tentang Kurikulum Merdeka, serta penggunaan Learning Management System (LMS) dan Augmented Reality (AR) dalam pembelajaran, dengan persentase penguasaan materi sebesar 78% dan TIK sebesar 84%. Diharapkan, hasil ini dapat meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan dan hasil belajar siswa di Kabupaten Bengkayang.Abstract: The transition from the 2013 Curriculum to the Merdeka Curriculum reflects ongoing efforts to improve the quality of education. Observations at SDN 03 Bengkayang revealed a lack of understanding among teachers regarding the Merdeka Curriculum. This mentoring aims to optimize a technology-based learning community to accelerate its implementation in the Indonesia-Malaysia border region. The process also focuses on developing teachers' hard skills, including mastery of subject matter to strengthen professional competence and proficiency in information and communication technology (ICT) to support the integration of technology in the learning process. The activity involves 30 teachers from SDN 03 Bengkayang, using the GROW Coaching model (Goal, Reality, Options, Will). The mentoring is expected to enhance understanding of Merdeka Curriculum strategies and foster collaboration within the learning community, with a target of a minimum 75% improvement in mastery of subject matter and ICT. The mentoring has resulted in a 78% increase in subject matter mastery and an 84% improvement in ICT skills. These outcomes are expected to enhance the quality of education and student learning outcomes in Bengkayang Regency.
