Abstract

The research aims to analyze empirical evidence of the influence of leadership style on employee performance and its impact on employee loyalty on PT. Fastrata Buana Branch Pulogadung. Samples obtained by 187 respondents, sample retrieval techniques using purposive sampling, namely sample retrieval techniques that provide equal opportunities for each element (member) of the population to be selected to be a sample member. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, data analysis techniques used are validity and reliability. The results of this study show that there is a positive and significant influence between leadership styles and on employee performance, leadership styles have positive and significant influence on employee loyalty, employee performance has positive and significant influence on employee loyalty, as well as a positive and significant influence between leadership styles on employee loyalty through employee performance

Abstract

Balanced scorecard (BSC) merupakan konsep pengukuran yang komprehensif bila dilihat dari sisi internal. Namun, untuk perumusan alternatif strategi perusahaan, analisis internal saja tidak cukup untuk menggambarkan kondisi perusahaan secara komprehensif. Untuk itu diperlukan kombinasi dari analisis internal dan eksternal untuk melihat sejauh mana posisi perusahaan di pasar dengan menggunakan analisis SWOT. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur kinerja perusahaan serta melihat peluang dan tantangan yang ada di luar perusahaan sehingga diperoleh alternatif strategi untuk mencapai tujuan perusahaan. Peneliti mengukur kinerja PT Hutama Karya Persero (PT HK) yang dibandingkan dengan data Rencana Jangka Panjang Perusahaan serta data competitor untuk melihat posisi perusahaan. Indikator yang digunakan adalah perspektif keuangan, pelanggan, proses bisnis internal, pertumbuhan dan pembelajaran yang dikombinasikan dengan sisi eksternal perusahaan melalui metode analisis SWOT, dimana hal ini menjadi pembaruan dari penelitian sebelumnya yang hanya menggunakan BSC. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukan terdapat beberapa kekuatan dan kelemahan serta peluang dan tantangan yang dapat dirumuskan untuk menjadi alternatif strategi yang dapat diimplementasikan oleh perusahaan. Penelitian ini diharapkan memberikan masukan mengenai sistem penilaian kinerja yang komprehensif bagi perusahaan dan tambahan bukti empiris mengenai konsep pengukuran kinerja dengan kombinasi BSC dan SWOT.The balanced scorecard (BSC) is a comprehensive measurement concept based on an internal perspective. However, for the formulation of alternative corporate strategies, internal analysis alone is not sufficient to describe the current condition of the company. For this reason, a combination of internal and external analysis is needed to see the extent of the company's position in the market using SWOT analysis. This study aims to measure the company's performance and see the opportunities and challenges that exist outside the company in order to obtain alternative strategies to achieve company goals. Researchers measure the performance of PT HK which is compared with the Company's Long Term Plan and competitor data to see the company's current position. The indicators used are financial perspectives, customers, internal business processes, growth and learning combined with the external side of the company through the SWOT analysis method, which is an update from previous studies that only used BSC. The results of the study show that there are several strengths and weaknesses as well as opportunities and challenges that can be formulated to become alternative strategies that can be implemented by the company. This research is expected to provide input on a comprehensive performance appraisal system for companies and additional empirical evidence regarding the concept of performance measurement with a combination of BSC and SWOT.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze empirical evidence of the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction and its impact on customer loyalty at PT Indovisual Service Solution Jakarta. Samples in this study were 124 customers, probability sampling techniques, namely sampling techniques that provide equal opportunities for each element (member) of the population to be selected as sample members. Analysis of the data used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). empirical research results Service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. These results indicate that by improving the quality of service, customers will feel satisfied with the services provided. Service Quality has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. These results indicate that by improving the quality of service, customers will feel loyal and will continue to use the services of PT Indovisual Service Solution. Customer satisfaction does not have a significant positive effect on customer loyalty. This means that the lower the customer satisfaction, customer loyalty will also decrease the quality of service has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. These results indicate that by improving the quality of service, customers will feel loyal and will continue to use the services of PT Indovisual Service Solution

Abstract

ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh faktor eksternal dan internal perusahaan terhadap return saham dengan moderasi Good Corporate Governance (GCG) pada sektor perbankan yang terdaftar di BEI tahun 2014-2018. Penelitian ini menggunakan 20 perusahaan sebagai sampel dari total 42 perusahaan sektor perbankan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia dan menerbitkan annual report tahun 2014-2018 (100 panel data). Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah metode analasis regresi data panel dengan menggunakan software Eviews. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat suku bunga dan kurs (faktor eksternal), aktivitas, dan mekanisme GCG (faktor internal) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap retrun saham. Namun, inflasi dan profitabilitas tidak berpengaruh terhadap return saham. Begitu pula dengan GCG yang diproksi oleh dewan komisaris independen tidak mampu memperkuat pengaruh Profitabilitas dan Aktivitas terhadap return saham. Implikasi dari hasil penelitian ini, manajemen agar terus meningkatkan efektifitas dan efisiensi agar kinerja perbankan terus meningkat karena akan berdampak terhadap harga dan return saham. Bagi investor, agar memperhatikan rasio Total Asset Turn Over untuk menilai tingkat efektifitas dan efisiensi perbankan sebelum menginvestasikan dana di perusahaan juga melihat mekanisme Corporate Governance di perbankan. Investor juga harus memperhatikan nilai kurs dan tingkat suku bunga saat mau menginvestasikan dananya di perbankan karena berdampak terhadap return saham. Kata Kunci: Return Saham, Kinerja Keuangan, GCG, Inflasi, Kurs, Tingkat Bunga. ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of external and internal factors on stock returns moderated by Good Corporate Governance (GCG) in the banking sector listed on the IDX in 2014-2018. This study uses 20 companies as a sample of a total of 42 banking sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and publishes the 2014-2018 annual report (100 panel data). The analytical method used is the panel data regression analysis method using Eviews software. The results showed that the interest rate and exchange rate (external factors), activity, and the GCG mechanism (internal factors) had a significant effect on stock retraction. However, inflation and profitability have no effect on stock returns. Likewise, GCG which is proxied by the independent board of commissioners is not able to strengthen the effect of Profitability and Activity on stock returns. The implication of this research is that management should continue to improve effectiveness and efficiency so that banking performance will continue to increase because it will have an impact on stock prices and returns. For investors, to pay attention to the Total Asset Turn Over ratio to assess the level of effectiveness and efficiency of banks before investing funds in the company, also see the mechanism of corporate governance in banking. Investors must also pay attention to exchange rates and interest rates when they want to invest their funds in banks because they have an impact on stock returns.Keywords: Stock Return, Financial Performance, GCG, Inflation, Exchange Rates, Interest Rates.

Oleh karena itu, perusahaan harus dapat mempertahankan sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas. Dan pada dasarnya PT. Artha Retailindo menyadari pentingnya SDM sebagai aset perusahaan. PT. Artha Retailindo juga menyadari bahwa pemberian kompensasi yang tidak sesuai akan mengakibatkan ketidakpuasan karyawan sehingga sikap karyawan terhadap pekerjaan menurun dan menyebabkan kinerja yang dihasilkan menjadi tidak maksimal dan dampaknya banyak karyawan yang mengundurkan diri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi terhadap etos kerja dan dampaknya terhadap kinerja karyawan. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner, wawancara, dan obesrvasi. Responden adalah semua PT. Karyawan Artha Retailindo dengan sampel adalah 125 responden. Teknik pengolahan data digunakan untuk mengetahui hubungan atau korelasi antar variabel dengan menggunakan analisa model dan uji hipotesis dengan membandingkan t statistik dengan t tabel. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya pengaruh positif dan signifikan anatara kompensasi terhadap etos kerja karyawan PT. Artha Retailindo, kemudian adanya  pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Artha Retailindo, dan pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara etos kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Artha Retailindo. Sedangkan kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui etos kerja tidak menimbulkan pengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan. Dengan adanya penelitian ini diharapkan perusahaan dapat lebih sadar untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan karyawan dengan memberikan kompensasi yang layak, dan sesuaidengan hukum yang berlaku sehingga etos kerja dan kinerja karyawan dapat ditingkatkan oleh para karyawan PT. Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan konsumen dan dampaknya terhadap brand image pada PT Bank Mayapada Internasional, Tbk Cabang Menara Topas Jakarta Pusat. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 105 nasabah. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Hasil penelitian secara empiris menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan nasabah, sehingga ketika kualitas pelayanan meningkat maka kepuasan nasabah pun akan meningkat. Kepuasan nasabah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap brand image, sehingga ketika kepuasan nasabah meningkat maka brand image yang ditampilkan perusahaan pun akan meningkat. Kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap brand image, artinya kualitas pelayanan bukan merupakan factor penentu brand image. Pengujian tidak langsung kualitas pelayanan terhadap brand image melalui kepuasan nasabah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan. Bukti empiris ini menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan tidak dapat mempengaruhi brand image secara langsung, namun melalui kepuasan nasabah. Hasil penelitian ini mendukung teori Service Quality, semakin baik kualitas pelayanan maka nasabah akan semakin puas sehingga menimbulkan kesan yang baik terhadap perusahaan. Penelitian ini berbeda dengan peneliti sebelumnya karena menguji pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung secara komprehensif dengan menggunakan second order confirmatory.  Kata Kunci: Kualitas pelayanan, kepuasan konsumen dan  brand image           ABSTRACTThis study aims to analyze the empirical evidence of the influence of service quality on customer satisfaction and its impact on brand image at PT Bank Mayapada Internasional, Tbk Menara Topas Central Jakarta Branch. Empirical research results show that service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, so that when service quality increases, customer satisfaction will increase. Customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on brand image, so that when customer satisfaction increases, the brand image displayed by the company will increase. Service quality has a negative and not significant effect on brand image, meaning that service quality is not a determining factor for brand image. Indirect testing of service quality on brand image through customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect. This empirical evidence shows that service quality cannot affect brand image directly, but through customer satisfaction. The results of this study support the Service Quality theory, the better the service quality, the more satisfied customers will be, thus creating a good impression on the company. This study is different from previous researchers because it examines the direct and indirect effects comprehensively by using second order confirmatory.so that when service quality increases, customer satisfaction will increase and will improve the brand image displayed by the company.Keywords: Service quality, customer satisfaction and brand image

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bukti empiris pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui disiplin kerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan sensus, dimana semua anggota populasi dijadikan sebagai responden dengan jumlah 52 karyawan PT. Nindya Karya (Persero) Divisi EPC. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara gaya kepemimpinan terhadap disiplin kerja, disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Secara langsung, gaya kepemimpinan tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, namun secara tidak langsung berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin baik gaya kepemimpinan maka disiplin kerja dan kinerja karyawan akan semakin meningkat. Peningkatan disiplin kerja dalam kepemimpinan perusahaan mampu meningkatkan kinerja yang optimal.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of capital structure on earnings management, profitability on earnings management and diversification strategies to moderate the effect of capital structure on earnings management. This study uses data from 93 manufacturing companies listed on the Stock Exchange Index (IDX) during the period 2014 to 2018 using Moderating Regression Analysis (MRA). The results showed that capital structure had no effect on earnings management. Profitability with the ROA proxy has a significant positive effect on earnings management, but the diversification strategy is not able to moderate the relationship of capital structure to earnings management. Profitability can build earnings management actions by way of income minimizaation and income maximization, because with good performance through the level of profitability, investors will be interested in investing the capital.

Abstract

The concept of corporate social responsibility (CSR) is now not only developing conventional economics, but also in the Islamic economy. The concept of CSR in Islam is Islamic Social Reporting, which is a special framework for reporting social responsibility in accordance with Islamic principles. The framework is not only useful for Muslim decision makers, but also useful for helping Islamic companies in fulfilling obligations towards Allah SWT and society. This writing method used literature review through various literature with the aim of informing the reader (informative research) about the themes in social responsibility disclosure in sharia-based companies.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of capital structure and dividend policy on firm value by moderating profitability in food beverages companies. Samples are Food Beverages Sub Sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2014-2018 period, which were taken using purposive sampling technique. The analysis technique used is a moderation regression analysis (MRA) using eviews 9. The results of hypothesis testing show that the capital structure variable (DER) has a positive and significant effect on firm value (PBV), dividend policy (EPS) has a positive and significant effect on firm value ( PBV), profitability (ROA) strengthens the effect of capital structure (DER) on firm value (PBV), but profitability (ROA) does not strengthen the effect of dividend policy (EPS) on firm value (PBV). These results indicate that the higher the capital structure financed by debt and the greater the dividends distributed to investors, the higher the firm value.Keywords: Capital Structure, Dividend Policy, Profitability, Firm Value
