Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dosis tepung ikan terbaik dan pertumbuhan ikan yang terbaik menggunakan tepung ikan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Agustus 2019 selama 29 hari di Desa Tanjunglanjut. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan rancangan acak lengkap dengan 4 perlakuan dan 3 ulangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan dosis tepung ikan terbaik sebesar pada perlakuan D. Parameter yang diamati adalah pertumbuhan bobot mutlak ikan yang terbaik pada perlakuan D sebesar 16,01±0,54, pertumbuhan panjang mutlak sebesar 2,83±0,20cm, kelangsungan hidup sebesar 100%, tingkat konversi pakan sebesar 1,43±0,03, dan efisiensi pakan sebesar 69,83±1,25%.

Abstract

Ikan Bawal bintang merupakan komoditas ikan air laut yang telah berhasil dikembangkan di Indonesia salah satunya di Balai Perikanan Budidaya Laut Batam. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh dan dosis ragi terhadap pertumbuhan benih ikan Bawal bintang (Trachinotus blochii). Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Mei sampai Juni 2019 di Laboratorium Basah Fakultas Ilmu Kelautan dan Perikanan, Universitas Maritim Raja Ali Haji. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 4 perlakuan dan 3 ulangan, perlakuan A atau kontrol tanpa penambahan ragi, perlakuan B (penambahan ragi 5gr/kg pakan), perlakuan C (penambahan ragi 10gr/kg pakan), dan perlakuan D (penambahan ragi 15gr/kg pakan). Data dianalisis secara Anova One-Way dan apabila hasil dari uji Anova One-Way menunjukan pengaruh yang signifikan (P>0,01) maka akan dilanjutkan dengan uji Duncan, hasil penelitian akan ditampilkan dalam bentuk grafik, tabel, dan dokumentasi. Parameter penelitian meliputi pertumbuhan bobot mutlak, pertumbuhan panjang mutlak, pertumbuhan harian dan kualitas air. Hasil terbaik pada penelitian ini terdapat pada perlakuan C dengan penambahan ragi 10gr/kg pakan. Pada parameter pertumbuhan bobot mutlak sebesar 0,70±0,09b, pertumbuhan panjang mutlak 0,735±0,02c, tingkat konversi pakan 4,62±0,56c, efeseiensi pemanfaatan pakan 21,83±2,59b dan tingkat kelangsungan hidup 96,30±6,41. Hasil ini menunjukan bahwa penambahan ragi kedalam pakan mampu mempercepat pertumbuhan benih ikan bawal bintang (Trachinotus blochii).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dosis terbaik probiotik EM4 dan pengaruh penambahan probiotik EM4 pada pakan untuk pertumbuhan benih ikan kakap putih. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan September 2019 di kantor pengawasan Sumber Daya Kelautan Perikanan Dompak Kepulauan Riau. Metode yang digunakan ialah eksperimental dengan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 4 perlakuan dan 3 ulangan P0= Tanpa probiotik P1= Penambahan probiotik EM4 3 ml/kg P2= Penambahan probiotik EM4 6 ml/kg P3= Penambahan probiotik EM4 9 ml/kg. Menggunakan analisis data dengan One-Way ANOVA menunjukkan bahwa penambahan probiotik pada pakan memberikan hasil terbaik pada perlakuan C yaitu penambahan probiotik dengan dosis 9 ml/kg, dimana pertumbuhan bobot harian (0,45±0,03 g), pertumbuhan panjang harian (0,06±0.00 cm), pertumbuhan bobot mutlak (20,27±1,54 g), pertumbuhan panjang mutlak (2,91±0,30 cm), efesiensi pakan (39,24±4,79 %), rasio konversi pakan (2,78±0,38 %) dan kelangsungan hidup (100,00,±0,00 %) lebih baik dibandingkan dengan perlakuan lainnya.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh rGH dan dosis rGH yang terbaik terhadap pertumbuhan dan kelangsungan hidup benih ikan Kakap Putih. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan September sampai November 2019 selama 43 hari yang bertempat di Dinas pengawasan Sumber Daya Kelautan dan Perikanan, Kabupaten Bintan Kepulauan Riau. Metode yang digunakan ialah eksperimental dengan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 4 perlakuan dan 3 ulangan. Menggunakan analisis data dengan One-Way ANOVA menunjukkan bahwa hormon rGH memberi pengaruhnya terhadap benih ikan Kakap Putih dimana perlakuan terbaik adalah perlakuan C dengan dosis 10 mg/kg pakan dengan nilai pertumbuhan bobot mutlak 27,74 g, laju pertumbuhan bobot harian 0,55 g, pertumbuhan panjang mutlak 2,47 cm, laju pertumbuhan panjang harian 0,05 cm , Kelangsungan Hidup 95,55 %, FCR 3,64, dan efisiensi pakan 31,40% %.

Abstract

This research was conducted from February to March 2020 for 35 days at the Pengujan Fish Seed Center (BBI), Bintan Regency, Riau Islands Province. The method used was experimental with a completely randomized design (CRD) with 4 treatments and 3 replications. Using data analysis with One-Way ANOVA shows that feeding trash fish to the growth of grouper fish. The parameters taken were absolute length growth with a value of 4.59±0.46cm with treatment B, absolute weight growth with a value of 24.62±2.47g treatment B, specific growth rate with a value of 0.70±0.07% treatment B, feed efficiency with a value of 38.13±3.62% of treatment A, the rate of feed conversion with a value of 8.57±3.62% of treatment C and the survival rate of grouper with a value of 100±0.00% of treatment C.

Abstract

This research was held at BBI Pengujan for 10 day.The purpose of this research was to determined the effect of different oil addition on water surface and the best oil typef or barramundi larval survival rate. the experiment design was Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with 4 treatment and 3 replication; without oil addition (A); 0,3 ml/m2 of squid oil (B); 0,3 ml/m2 coconut oil (C) and 0,3 ml/m2 at palm oil (D). The datas was obtained with One-Way ANOVA. The best resolt was treatmen with addition 0,3 ml/m2 at coconut oil (C), the survival rate was 27,87 %, absolute and while for the abnormality was not different significant for all treatment. The lowest abnormality was B treatment with 1,36%.

Abstract

This research was carried out from April to June 2021 in Madong Village, Bugis Village, Tanjungpinang City. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of adding turmeric flour to feed on the growth of cantang grouper. This study used a completely randomized design method with 4 treatments with each treatment repeated 3 times, namely treatment K (without the addition of turmeric flour), treatment A (addition of 10 g of turmeric flour to 1 kg of feed), treatment B ( addition of 15 g of turmeric flour to 1 kg of feed), treatment C (addition of 20 g of turmeric to 1 kg). The results showed that treatment B (addition of turmeric flour 15 g to 1 kg of feed) was the highest treatment for all parameters which included absolute weight growth value of 53.37 g, daily growth rate of 1.19gr/day, feed efficiency 71.48%. However, it was not significantly different from treatment A (addition of 10 g of turmeric flour to 1 kg of feed) which included an absolute weight growth value of 51.66 g, daily growth rate of 1.15 g/day, feed efficiency 65.55%. So, the addition of 10 g of turmeric flour to 1 kg of feed was effective for the growth of Epinephelus foscoguttatus x Epinephelus lanceolatus grouper.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the types of endoparasites found in the digestive organs including the oral cavity, throat, stomach, intestines, anus in cantang grouper. This research was conducted from April to May 2021 at the Laboratory of Fish Quarantine Station for Quality Control and Fishery Products Class II Tanjungpinang. The method used is observation and sampling is done by random sampling technique, the sample used is 30 individuals. The results of the research at Hsrt Mina Bina Sejahtera showed that 10 samples of fish were infected with endoparasitic worms in the mouth of the phylum Arthropoda, spisies Caligus sp. , Lepeophteirus salmonis, Lepeophtheirus sekii, Aphotopontius sp. with a total of 128 tails, while in the intestine and stomach there is 1 type of endoparasite that attacks from the phylum Platyhelminthes species Lecithochirium jaffense and phylum Nematoda species Capillaria philippininensis. Research in Maju Mandiri Endoparasite worms in the digestive system of cantang grouper were found in the mouth of the phylum Arthropoda, spisies Caligus sp, Lepeophteirus salmonis, a total of 34 individuals. Research at Rm Ramdhan Dompak Endoparasite worms in the digestive system of cantang grouper were found in the stomach of the Nematoda phylum Anisakis simplex species with a total of 54 individuals. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui tingkat kematangan gonad, nilai gonadosomatik dan hepatosomatik indeks ikan sembilang di Perairan Teluk Pulau Bintan, Propinsi Kepulauan Riau. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Juli sampai dengan bulan Agustus tahun 2018. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei lapang di teluk pulau Bintan dengan jumlah sampel 30 ekor setiap stasiun (total jumlah ikan sebanyak 120 ekor). Parameter penelitian adalah bobot tubuh, panjang, gonadosomatik indeks, hepatosomatik indeks dan tingkat kematangan gonad. Hasil penelitian tingkat kematangan gonad, gonadosomatik, dan hepatosomatik indeks adalah teluk kampong bugis (TKG I-III, 0.21%, 1.45%), Madong (TKG 0-III, 0,75%, 1.33%), Tembeling (TKG I-III, 0,48%, 1,42%), Dompak (TKG 0-II, 0.18%, 1.08%) dan Pengujan (TKG 0-III, V, 0.38%, 1.35%)

Abstract

This activity aims to provide knowledge, insight, and skills in the application of recirculated aquaculture system (RAS) technology and phytobiotics to members of the Bahari Sakti mud crab hatchery group on Penyengat Island, Tanjungpinang, Riau Islands. Mastery of this application is important to improve the production performance of the mud crab hatchery group which is faced with the problem of high frequency of disease attacks on broodstock and low survival rate of larvae. The activity, which includes training, piloting, and mentoring, were take place from June‒September 2022, attended by 20 participants consisting of members of the Bahari Sakti mud crab hatchery group and public. The training materials covered the technical and management aspects of mud crab hatchery, RAS application, and phytobiotics of garlic flour in broodstock and larvae rearing. Pilot methods and mentoring were conducted in the form of RAS installations and application of phytobiotics with participants. After attending the training, there was a significant increase in knowledge and insight of these three aspects by 47, 51, and 26%, respectively, for the mud crab hatchery, phytobiotic, and RAS aspects. Pilots and mentoring in the form of rearing and spawning in the RAS system with the application of phytobiotics were carried out after training at the production facility of mud crab hatchery group. Participants in the pilot and mentoring activities were quite enthusiastic, although the attendance rate of participants was only 25‒35%. The RAS application can improve the water quality of the mud crab broodstock rearing media, while for the application of phytobiotics was not evaluated.
