Abstract

ABSTRACT Learning with e-learning techniques is learning that utilizes internet technology to improve the learning environment, rich content and broad coverage. For example, SMP Negeri 1 Nusa Penida has used e-learning techniques in learning Hindu religious education, especially for grade VII students. This research was conducted to answer the problem: how is the process and implications of using e-learning techniques in learning Hindu religious education in class VII SMP Negeri 1 Nusa Penida. The purpose of this research is to increase the knowledge of students and increase the desire to learn in the classroom with the learning media Visio. This study uses data collection techniques carried out by observation, interviews, and document studies. While the theories used are constructivist and behavioristic theories. The results are: The process of using e-learning in learning Hindu religion education at SMP Negeri 1 Nusa Penida, can provide a fun and not boring learning atmosphere even though students study in their respective homes. The e-learning technique learning process aims to make it easier for students to understand the material displayed in the form of power point slides, question and answer quizzes on Google Meet, as well as to build students' learning passion so they don't feel bored when carrying out learning. Not only that, the material delivered by the teacher is acceptable, right on target and easily understood by students, despite the current Covid-19 pandemic. The implications of using e-learning techniques in learning Hindu religion education at SMP Negeri 1 Nusa Penida can be divided into three parts, namely implications for student knowledge (cognitive domain), implications for student attitudes (affective domain), and implications for psychomotor domains. ABSTRAK Pembelajaran dengan teknik e-learning merupakan pembelajaran yang memanfaatkan teknologi internet untuk meningkatkan lingkungan belajar, konten yang kaya dan cakupan yang luas. Misalnya SMP Negeri 1 Nusa Penida telah menggunakan teknik e-learning dalam pembelajaran pendidikan Agama Hindu khusunya siswa kelas VII. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan untuk menjawab permasalahan: bagaimana proses dan implikasi penggunaan teknik e-learning dalam pembelajaran pendidikan Agama Hindu di kelas VII SMP Negeri 1 Nusa Penida. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan peserta didik dan meningkatkan keinginan belajar di kelas dengan media visio pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan obersvasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumen. Sedangkan teori yang digunakan yaitu teori konstruktivistik dan behavioristik. Hasilnya berupa: Proses penggunaan e-learning dalam pembelajaran pendidikan Agama Hindu di SMP Negeri 1 Nusa Penida, dapat memberikan suasana belajar yang menyenangkan dan tidak membosankan walaupun siswa belajar di rumahnya masing-masing. Proses pembelajaran teknik e-learning, bertujuan agar siswa lebih mudah dalam memahami materi yang ditayangkan berupa slide power point, quis tanya jawab pada Google Meet, serta membangun gairah belajar siswa agar tidak merasa bosan pada saat melaksanakan pembelajaran. Tidak hanya itu materi yang disampaikan oleh guru bisa di terima, tepat sasaran dan mudah dipahami oleh siswa, meskipun adanya pandemi Covid-19 seperti sekarang ini. Implikasi penggunaan teknik e-learning dalam pembelajaran pendidikan Agama Hindu di SMP Negeri 1 Nusa Penida dapat dibagi menjadi tiga bagian yaitu implikasi terhadap pengetahuan siswa (ranah kognitif), implikasi terhadap sikap peserta didik (ranah afektif), dan implikasi terhadap ranah psikomotor.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Ethical education (morals) is very important as time goes by. With so many cases and phenomena indicating a decline in the moral and ethical qualities of the nation's children, schools are expected to be a place for internalizing the values ??of Hindu religious education in moral and moral teachings as the initial foundation for students to get along with their environment. As research material, researchers formulate several problems that will seek solutions, namely: 1) How is the process of internalizing the values ??of Hindu religious education through Dharmagita extracurriculars at SD No. 2 Kerobokan? 2) What are the factors that influence the process of internalizing the values ??of Hindu religious education through the Dharmagita extracurricular at SD No. 2 Kerobokan? 3) What are the Implications of Internalizing the Values ??of Hindu Religious Education through Dharmagita Extracurriculars for Suputra students at SD No. 2 Kerobokan? As a theoretical framework in describing the problems above, the researcher examines it with several theories, namely: cognitive theory, behavioristic theory, humanistic theory. In this study, researchers used a qualitative research design with a case study research design and data collection using observation, interviews and document recording methods. Based on the research that has been carried out, the following results are obtained: first, the process of internalizing the values ??of Hindu religious education through the Dharma Gita extracurricular at SD No. 2 Kerobokan, including: Extracurricular learning begins with initial activities, continues with core activities, and ends with activities end). Second, the factors that influence the process of internalizing the values ??of Hindu religious education through the Dharma Gita extracurricular at SD No. 2 Kerobokan: Internal factors (talent or innate, motivation), external factors (peers, the role of parents, cultural/multicultural diversity, social media). Third, the implications of internalizing the values ??of Hindu religious education through the Dharma Gita extracurricular for Suputra students at SD No. 2 Kerobokan: students become interested in learning the Dharma Gita, being polite, honest, cultured, ethical, moral, and with character. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi interpretasi dan implementasi konsep Tri Hita Karana dalam tradisi Kasada di Gunung Bromo dengan menggunakan pendekatan etnopedagogi. Melalui studi ini, diperoleh pemahaman yang mendalam tentang bagaimana nilai-nilai dan praktik-praktik dalam tradisi ini mempengaruhi proses pembelajaran informal dan pembentukan identitas budaya masyarakat Tengger. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu penelitian kualitatif menggunakan pendekatan etnopedagogi dengan teknik analisis dokumen terkait tradisi Kasada kemudian data disajikan dalam bentuk deskriptif naratif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa masyarakat Tengger menginterpretasikan konsep Tri Hita Karana dalam tradisi Kasada dengan mendalam, menghargai hubungan yang harmonis antara manusia, Tuhan, dan alam. Penerapan konsep Tri Hita Karana tercermin dalam setiap aspek persiapan dan pelaksanaan upacara Kasada. Masyarakat Tengger menunjukkan penghormatan kepada Tuhan, solidaritas dan kerjasama antara sesama manusia, serta penghargaan terhadap lingkungan dan alam melalui praktik-praktik upacara tersebut. Etnopedagogi memainkan peran penting dalam proses pendidikan informal pada masyarakat Tengger melalui tradisi Kasada. Nilai-nilai, norma-norma, dan pengetahuan lokal ditransmisikan dari generasi ke generasi melalui partisipasi dalam upacara ini, membentuk identitas budaya dan spiritual anak-anak dan remaja Tengger. Penelitian ini memberikan pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang bagaimana tradisi Kasada di Gunung Bromo mencerminkan konsep Tri Hita Karana dan dampaknya terhadap pembelajaran, pendidikan, dan pembentukan identitas budaya masyarakat Tengger. Implikasi dari penelitian ini dapat memberikan kontribusi yang berharga bagi pemahaman tentang hubungan antara tradisi keagamaan, nilai-nilai budaya, dan proses pembelajaran di masyarakat lokal.

Abstract

Education that comes from local wisdom cannot only be adapted to formal education. Informal and non-formal education is a big forum in the realm of education in the family and community environment. One of them can be seen from the parampara culture of Buddhist Brahmin spiritual education which originates from the Buddhakeling paguron tradition which was passed down to one of his Sisyas in Puri Semarapura, which had an impact on the transformation into a Sisya with the Prajna Paramita character. This article aims to reveal the factors of ethnopedagogical transformation in the Sila Sesana Sisya Brahmana Buddha in Puri Semarapura. The results of the study show that there is a transformation in the realm of thoughts, words and deeds as well as gradual educational patterns through Wiku Dhang Acarya, Wiku Ngeraga and Wiku Anglokapalasraya. In this context, the role of the Sesana Sisya Brahmin Buddhist Precepts in Puri Semarapura, which are inherited in a tangible and intangible way, is important to optimize the ability of a Buddhist Brahmin to understand, act and practice the Sesana text through religious literature in actual practical life.

Abstract

This study aims to examine 1) the value of Tri Hita Karana as a guideline in the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5) at SMP Negeri 5 Denpasar, 2) the process of implementing Tri Hita Karana values in the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5) at SMP Negeri 5 Denpasar, and 3) the implications of the implementation of Tri Hita Karana values in the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5) on the character of students at SMP Negeri 5 Denpasar. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. Data were collected through a process of observation, interviews, and review of documents. The results of this study indicate that, (1) There are 3 factors that influence the value of Tri Hita Karana as a guideline in the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project, including: philosophical factors, psychological factors, and pedagogical factors, (2) The implementation of Tri Hita Karana values in the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project consists of three stages, namely: planning, implementation, and challenges of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project, and ((3) The implication of Tri Hita Karana value in the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project, namely: character building of students based on local wisdom by implementing the value of Tri Hita Karana in the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project which aims to produce a transformative millennial generation and the development of the Pancasila student profile character includes students who are faithful, devoted to God Almighty and have noble character, who are independent, critical reasoning, creative, mutual cooperation and gl obal diversity. Abstract

Character education plays a vital role in shaping students' values, yet many existing materials in Hindu Religious Education fail to integrate moral teachings effectively. The Mahabharata, a classical Hindu epic, offers rich narratives that support value-based learning. This study aims to: (1) assess the need for Mahabharata-based teaching materials that incorporate Hindu character values, (2) develop such materials through a structured process, and (3) evaluate their impact on the quality of learning at SMAN 3 Denpasar. Using a Research and Development (R&D) design adapted from Borg and Gall, the study involved needs analysis, expert review, limited and full-scale trials, and product refinement. Instruments were validated for reliability, and data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and t-tests. Findings indicate that the developed materials improved students’ engagement and understanding of dharmic values. The study recommends implementation of these modules in classroom practice and suggests broader integration of culturally rooted texts into the national character education curriculum.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the suboptimal implementation of the Sad Kerthi local wisdom-based curriculum, resulting in the lack of full internalization of local wisdom values in the learning process. Furthermore, there are still challenges in integrating global education principles with local wisdom to align with the needs of students in the modern era. The main objective of this research is to analyze the implementation of the Sad Kerthi local wisdom-based curriculum to strengthen the relevance, effectiveness, and sustainability of education that aligns with local cultural values and global challenges. The object of this research is the philosophy of life of the Balinese people, which includes six main values. The research was designed as a qualitative study with a case study method. Data were collected through participatory observation, structured interviews, and document analysis. The results show that the rationale for implementing the Sad Kerthi local wisdom-based curriculum at GSB is based on the need to integrate Balinese local cultural values into modern education that is holistic, ecological, and sustainable. The results of this study indicate that students are better able to understand the connection between modern knowledge and Balinese local wisdom values, thus creating contextual, sustainable learning that is oriented towards cultural and environmental preservation. The implication is that implementing a curriculum that integrates local wisdom values can strengthen students' cultural identity while fostering concern for the environment and sustainable living.

Abstract

Basically, ritual activities are a series of sacred (sacred / sacred) actions carried out by Hindus using certain tools, places, and certain ways. Its main function is as a medium to surrender by worshiping God along with His manifestations accompanied by various offerings while accompanied by prayers (mantras) in order to obtain a gift of salvation. The rituals that are often encountered and experienced and carried out in daily life are generally life cycle rituals such as the rituals of birth, marriage, until death that are religiously believed by followers. Hinduism itself as a religion constructed by three basic frameworks positions "ritual" (event) as a supplement of material (skin / packaging) to support the element of "ethics" (moral) as part of an essence that is strengthened as well as to strengthen the foundation of "philosophy" (tattwa) as substance.

Abstract

Every religion believed by the community has its own tradition or culture, as the identity of the community. Culture is one of the reflections that maintain world civilization. So that the existence of human wisdom is maintained, one of the cultures that still exists from the Toraja tribe which is very unique is the Rambu Solo Ceremony. The uniqueness of the Rambu Solo Ceremony is the technique of treating the bodies of people who have died, in this case some are buried, some are preserved first in chests, some are stored in caves, and some are stored in special houses or burrows. The Rambu Solo ceremony also makes animal sacrifice offerings, including buffaloes and pigs in fantastic numbers, the animal offerings number up to hundreds of heads, and have an economic value of hundreds of millions and even billions of rupiah. This practice is an effort to give the last respect to the ancestors, where this custom or Rambu Solo Ceremony is a traditional funeral ritual that must be carried out by the Aluk Todolo community, this ceremony is an itangible cultural heritage, which is a custom that has been passed down for years from their ancestors. This then attracts the author to answer these three problems: (1) Why the Ethnopedagogy of Rambu Solo Ceremony in Toraja Hindu community can survive, (2) How is the process of Ethnopedagogy of Rambu Solo Ceremony, (3) How is the implication of Ethnopedagogy of Rambu Solo Ceremony on knowledge, attitude, and behavior of Toraja Hindu community. Research objectives: (1) To analyze the survival of Rambu Solo Ceremony Ethnopedagogy in Toraja Hindu community, (2) To analyze the process of Rambu Solo Ceremony Ethnopedagogy, (3) To analyze the implication of Rambu Solo Ceremony Ethnopedagogy. Three theories are used in this research: (1) structural functionalism theory, (2) constructivistic theory, and (3) meaningful learning theory. This type of research is qualitative, how to determine informants by purposive sampling, data collection techniques include: Observation, interview, document study, and literature study. The results of this research analysis strengthen the postulates of structural functionalism theory where the Rambu Solo Ceremony is not only a religious ritual, but an educational process that plays an important role in maintaining the social and cultural structure of society, this is in line with the AGIL scheme (Adaptation, Goal attaement, Integration, and Latency), but has not been able to fully overcome the external situation (latency) which can eliminate the ethnopedagogical existence of the Rambu Solo Ceremony.

Abstract

Literasi digital dengan mengintegrasikan teknologi dalam pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan dasar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas literasi digital dalam pembelajaran agama Hindu di Pasraman Saraswati 2 Surabaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan studi kasus di Pasraman 2 Surabaya, melibatkan 3 orang guru tingkat Sekolah Dasar sebagai informan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara yang mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data mengikuti model Miles dan Huberman, yaitu mellaui tahap pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Validitas data diperkuat melalui teknik triangulasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru memiliki kompetensi literasi digital yang cukup baik, terlihat dari penggunaan media digital seperti video edukatif, aplikasi interaktif, dan sumber belajar daring. Penggunaan media digital terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan motivasi motivasi siswa untuk belajar agama Hindu di Pasraman 2 Surabaya. Penerapan literasi digital masih menghadapi kendala, seperti: keterbatasan perangkat, kesenjangan akses teknologi serta partisipasi siswa. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya pelatihan berkelanjutan dan penyediaan sarana yang memadai untuk mengoptimalkan literasi digital dalam proses belajar mengajar di Pasraman 2 Surabaya.
