Abstract

This study explores role law in development digital economy with a focus on existing opportunities and challenges. The digital economy, which includes innovation in technology information and communication, has create impact significant in the way business run and service given. However, the development fast technology​ often goes beyond ability regulations to follow, resulting in gap laws that can affect stability and growth this sector. Through studies literature, analysis document law, interviews with experts, and studies case, this study found that framework effective law can facilitate​ growth digital economy by providing clarity law, protect right consumers, and increase investor confidence. However, the challenges main covering need for update more regulation​ frequent and handling difference regulation between countries. Case study from countries like Singapore and Estonia show that approach proactive and adaptive laws can provide​ effective solutions to support​ digital economy. This study recommends the need for further legal reform flexible, improvement collaboration between government, industry, and academia, as well as development policies that can keep up with the pace change technology. This finding is expected to provide outlook valuable for the maker policy, practitioner law, and stakeholders interest other in formulate and implement supporting regulations​ growth digital economy while overcome existing challenges.​

Abstract

The rapid development of financial technology (fintech) has increased public access to financial services, especially through online lending platforms. However, this advancement also brings significant legal challenges, particularly in consumer protection. Many individuals have become trapped in debt due to exorbitant interest rates imposed by illegal lenders operating without official licenses and often engaging in abusive collection practices. This research aims to analyze the legal protection available to fintech consumers victimized by illegal high-interest lending and to evaluate the effectiveness of existing regulations, including POJK 77/2016 and other consumer protection frameworks. The study employs a normative juridical approach with qualitative analysis of legislation, court decisions, and case studies. The findings reveal that the current legal framework is insufficient in providing both preventive and repressive protection for consumers. Weak oversight of illegal fintech operators and low financial literacy among the public are key factors behind the ineffectiveness of consumer protection. Regulatory reform, stricter law enforcement, and public education are urgently needed to ensure comprehensive protection for fintech consumers.

Abstract

Kebutuhan akan inovasi dalam pembelajaran anak usia dini semakin mendesak seiring perkembangan zaman dan kompleksitas tantangan pendidikan. Pendekatan STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics) menjadi salah satu strategi pembelajaran yang dinilai mampu mengembangkan keterampilan abad ke-21 pada anak sejak dini. Program Kemitraan Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogis guru-guru PAUD El-Mumtaz Tahfidz Center dalam menerapkan pembelajaran berbasis STEAM secara kontekstual dan menyenangkan. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan melalui beberapa tahap, yaitu analisis kebutuhan, penyusunan modul pelatihan, pelatihan dan pendampingan, serta evaluasi hasil pelatihan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman guru terhadap konsep STEAM serta kemampuan merancang dan mengimplementasikan kegiatan belajar yang terintegrasi dengan pendekatan tersebut. Guru-guru juga menunjukkan antusiasme tinggi dan keterlibatan aktif selama proses pelatihan dan pendampingan. Kesimpulannya, penerapan pembelajaran berbasis STEAM secara sistematis dan berkelanjutan dapat menjadi solusi strategis untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran di PAUD, khususnya dalam membentuk karakter, kreativitas, dan kemampuan berpikir kritis anak sejak usia dini.
