Penelitian dilatarbelakangi karena angka pengangguran pada negara Indonesia semakin meningkat, cara memperkecil jumlah pengangguran yaitu dengan berwirausaha, dalam Al-qur’an Allah SWT memerintahkan berwirausaha secara syariah seperti yang dicontohkan rasulullah. Institut Agama Islam Sahid Bogor merupakan salah perguruan Tinggi yang mengharuskan mahasiswanya untuk berwirausaha syariah, namun jumlah mahasiswa berwirausaha masih sedikit karena sebagian mahasiswa tidak begitu tertarik untuk berwirausaha, dari itu dibutuhkalah strategi dalam pengembangan wirausaha syariah pada mahasiswa. Jenis penelitian bersifat deskriptif kualitatif, informan penelitian mahasiswa Kampus Institut Agama Islam Sahid Bogor dengan metode pengumpulan data observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi adapun analisis data penelitian yaitu analisis SWOT pada kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang dan ancaman lingkungan internal dan eksternal. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian strategi yang dapat diterapkan dalam pengembangan wirausaha syariah adalah lebih meningkatkan sumber daya manusia dalam pemberian ilmu wirausaha syariah, menyediakan fasilitas penunjang dalam kegiatan berwirausaha seperti usaha yang dapat dikelola mahasiswa, serta memberikan dukungan dengan mendirikan koperasi yang dapat membantu permodalan kegiatan mahasiswa berwirausaha.

Unit Pengelola Kegiatan UPK Perkumpulan DAPM Kecamatan Tenjolaya Kabupaten Bogor tidak boleh lepas dari prinsip syariah selain tentunya pengoperasiannya berdasarkan prinsip Juknis Operasional Program Nasional Kemandirian. Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Perdesaan (PTO PNPM MPd). Namun penerapan dan penerapan prinsip syariah dalam kinerja Himpunan UPK DAPM Kecamatan Tenjolaya Kabupaten Bogor belum dapat dipastikan. Sebab, pedoman utamanya adalah PTO PNPM MPd. Oleh karena itu, penting untuk menganalisis prinsip syariah terhadap kinerja keuangan UPK DAPM Kecamatan Tenjolaya Kabupaten Bogor. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif, dengan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis data deskriptif kualitatif. Deskripsi kualitatif dalam hal ini adalah setelah semua data terkumpul, kemudian dianalisis dan dijelaskan secara lebih rinci dan sistematis. Dengan demikian, dapat diuraikan secara menyeluruh, dipahami, dianalisis serta diberikan kesimpulan dan saran. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa kinerja keuangan Himpunan DAPM UPK Kecamatan Tenjolaya Kabupaten Bogor menurut hasil pemeriksaan Dewan Pengawas UPK Himpunan DAPM masih berjalan dengan baik dan keuangannya dalam keadaan sehat. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, kinerja keuangan Himpunan UPK DAPM Kecamatan Tenjolaya Kabupaten Bogor cukup memenuhi unsur prinsip syariah seperti prinsip tauhid, prinsip keadilan, prinsip tanggung jawab, prinsip asas keutamaan, kejujuran dan kebenaran, asas kerelaan, asas kemanfaatan, asas kehendak bebas, asas kebolehan, dan asas larangan riba.

Abstract This research is in the background due to the Covid-19 pandemic which has spread throughout the world, including Indonesia. As a result of the Covid-19 outbreak, the Indonesian Government issued a policy of Locdown (area quarantine) and PSBB (Large-Scale Social Restrictions) Bogor Regency, one of the regions that followed the policies of the Government. Because of that the community should remain silent at home. The result is a decrease in the income of MSMEs. Data on SMEs affected by Covid-19 were 1,120 SMEs in Bogor Regency. Therefore, the Bogor Regency Government through the Bogor Regency Trade and Industry Service and the Bogor Regency Small and Medium Business Cooperative Office need to issue a program to protect MSMEs during the Covid-19 pandemic. Data collection was carried out through interviews, observation and documentation with the Bogor Regency Trade and Industry Office and the Bogor Regency Small and Medium Enterprises Cooperative Office. The efforts of DISPERDAGIN and the Office of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises (UKM) by way of direct surveys, and data on MSMEs affected by Covid-19. From this data, the Agency makes a program in accordance with the complaints of MSMEs. The program plan will be implemented in 2021 because the Bogor Regency Government program has been ratified before the pandemic begins, therefore technically the program will be implemented starting in 2021. ABSTRACT Performance is the result of work and work behavior that has been achieved in completing the tasks and responsibilities given within a certain period. (Kasmir, 2016: 182). Increased individual performance (individual performance) is likely to increase the company's performance (corporate performance) because the two have a close relationship. This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style, motivation, promotion and transfer on the performance of employees of KKUMS Sagaranten Sukabumi Branch. The type of research used is quantitative with a survey approach and uses multiple linear analysis because the independent variable consists of more than one. This study is directed to analyze and describe in-depth data about the influence of leadership style, motivation, promotion and transfer on employee performance. The results of this study conclude that: First, based on the results of the tests carried out, the influence of leadership style variable (X1) partially shows that there is a significant effect on employee performance variables because 0.858> 0.05 and tcount 0.186 < ttable 2.44691; Second, based on the results of the tests carried out, the motivation variable (X2) partially shows that there is a significant influence on the employee performance variable because 0.197>0.05 and the tcount -1.449<ttable 2.44691; Third, Based on the test results, the promotion variable (X3) partially shows that there is a significant effect on the employee performance variable because it is 0.693>0.05 and the tcount value is -4.14 <ttable 2.44691; Fourth, based on the results of the tests carried out, the mutation variable (X4) partially shows that there is no effect on the employee performance variable because it is 0.048 <0.05 and the value of tcount is 2.470>ttable 2.44691; and fifth, the independent variables together (simultaneously) have no effect on the dependent variable because 7.956>4.12 with a significance level of 0.14 because the significance level is> than 0.05, then this regression model cannot be used for employee performance variables. . The Covid-19 pandemic has resulted in an economic downturn that has impacted workers so that many are unemployed. One of the efforts that can be done to reduce unemployment is to encourage the creation of new entrepreneurs. As young people who are the successors of the nation, students and students can be a driving force in forming entrepreneurship. Students and students can start entrepreneurship by studying entrepreneurship. In entrepreneurship, the attitude and behavior of a strong entrepreneur is implanted. However, it is necessary to examine the factors that motivate students' interest in entrepreneurship, especially in accordance with Islamic economic and business principles. This study aims to determine the influence of the factors of Interest in Entrepreneurship, Family Environment, School Environment, Government Support on Student Interest and Entrepreneurship in accordance with Islamic Economics and Business Principles during the Covid-19 pandemic. The population in this study were students and college students, with a sample of 82 people. The method used is an interview using a questionnaire. The analysis tool uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of hypothesis testing indicate that Interest in Entrepreneurship, Family Environment, School Environment, and Government Support have an effect on Student Interest and Entrepreneurship in accordance with Islamic Economics and Business Principles during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract Entrepreneurship and Marketing Training for Ornamental Fish Cultivation in Pamijahan Village as a form of dedication to independence and existence in the community. This service activity aims to provide assistance to Betta fish cultivators, and this training is in collaboration with the Betta Community in Pamijahan District to build a betta fish cultivation and marketing business (Betta sp.). This activity is carried out through the stages of introducing the potential for ornamental fish cultivation, building relationships with ornamental fish cultivators and marketers, and developing promotional strategies in business pioneering, marketing, and alumni business development. This mentoring activity resulted in a pioneering business for the cultivation and marketing of ornamental fish, especially betta fish with the name Exotic Betta. The business that was initiated within three months has shown business prospects with an increase in sales and expansion of marketing areas, both in Pamijahan Village and regencies to areas outside Java Island. Promotion and marketing of Exotic Betta betta fish through online media and social media has made this business unit quickly recognized by betta fish hobbyists. Abstract Partners in this Community Service activity are santri at the Al Hidayah Islamic Boarding School, whose address is Jl. Kp. Cibinong No.12, Kec. Ciomas, Bogor, West Java. This community service activity starts from June 2021 to July 2021 which begins with an audience, a meeting to discuss themes, signing of collaboration and implementing education / counseling. Pesantren as the oldest education in Indonesia is growing rapidly and is big. Its development is not only textual, but also more up-to-date with the times, with the aim of preparing more advanced students or santri, not only experts in the field of religion, but also on governance, which is also encouraged by holding education in Islamic boarding schools. Protection of children has been regulated in law, namely Law No.23 of 2002 concerning Child Protection (PA). The Law has regulated the rights of children, the implementation of the obligations and responsibilities of parents, family, society, government and the state to provide protection for children. The protection referred to, as stated in article 1 paragraph 2 of the CL Law, "Child protection is all activities to guarantee and protect children and their rights so that they can live, grow, develop and participate, optimally in accordance with human dignity, and protection from violence and discrimination. Orphaned children, as one of the children's social problems, need an established person or institution (orphanage or foundation) as a place to shelter and develop into children who will later lead the country. Orphans are included in the group of children who are still dependent on more established people (Dependent Children). In this case, people or institutions (orphanages or foundations) that have been established play an important role in helping orphaned children meet their daily needs. Due to the majority of orphaned students at the Al Hidayah Islamic Boarding School, Bogor, it is important to carry out this legal education and counseling so that students know and understand about legal protection related to the welfare rights of orphaned children who are cared for in the pesantren environment. The output that will be produced in this activity is a report on the results of community service, We will look for the steps in carrying out these activities, so that the method can be applied in other places with the same problem conditions. Abstract The introduction of a waste bank in Cibitung Wetan Village, Bogor Regency, West Java has been socialized in 2021. This is based on the accumulation of garbage in the village due to the public's reluctance to spend money every month for transporting waste from the cleaning service. The existence of this activity in community empowerment is to strengthen the management of the Waste Bank 'Seroja Kahuripan' so that it has a clearer structure and division of labor, the number of waste bank customers has increased to 57 people, the post for weighing the waste bank with various supporting tools and additional income of around >200,000 -300,000/year/person. The improvement in the skills of waste bank members is felt through various trainings that have been carried out such as: sorting organic and inorganic waste, training on inorganic waste management, especially the use of glass bottles and plastic crackers, training in making processed product packaging, utilizing organic waste by planting nutritious vegetable gardens and managing waste banks. manually and digitized via software. The use of technology as a result of downstream research through computerized waste bank applications makes it easier to carry out waste bank administration which is routinely carried out every two weeks. The results of the partner satisfaction questionnaire show that waste bank respondents are very satisfied with this application because it can help with various obstacles ranging from the transaction recording process, weighing waste, errors in inputting data from weighing results to avoiding suspicion between officers and customer. Abstract The creative economy can also be said to be the creation of added value based on ideas born from the creativity of human resources and based on the use of science, including cultural and technological heritage. Cibunian Village, Muara Legok Village has minimal business actors, the average population there only relies on farmers for their livelihood. The purpose of this service is to assist the community in Cibunian Village in processing traditional Kolang Kaling crackers as an effort to improve the community's economy. The implementation of this service uses the ESD (Education for Sustainable Development) method. ESD is a learning method to support sustainable development, which is a type of learning that provides awareness of an innovative and creative entrepreneurial spirit. The programs carried out include: 1) Counseling to improve the entrepreneurial spirit, 2) Training to process traditional Kolang Kaling Crackers, 3) Packaging/labeling training so that packaging becomes more attractive and markets products. The result of this service activity is the growing awareness of the Cibunian village community with an independent entrepreneurial spirit. The Covid-19 pandemic, which has become a pandemic in Indonesia, still needs to be managed by looking for opportunities that continue to grow the economy, especially in rural areas. Tapos II Village, Tenjolaya District, Bogor Regency is one of the places where community service is carried out from August to September 2020. Counseling about the Covid-19 pandemic is also used to provide an introduction to Islamic Economics and Business.
