Abstract

Today's Islamic financial institutions show very rapid progress in all countries that have a Muslim majority and with the development of knowledge and awareness about the prohibitions that have been determined by Islamic sharia. Likewise in Indonesia, which has a majority Muslim population. The purpose on this study is to analyze and explain the influence of Sharia contract literacy which is divided into four factors that are considered to have an influence, namely the knowledge, abilities, attitudes and beliefs of members of KSPPS Baytul Ikhtiar Pamijahan Branch in making decisions to finance at KSPPS Baytul Ikhtiar. The method used on this research is quantitative method with the data collection method using primary data obtained through a questionnaire with a sample of 100 respondents

Abstract

Customer behavior is an activity that discusses and explains how to make decisions both individually and in groups to determine decisions to use or make purchases of a product, in this case an assessment of Islamic banking financing policies. The main objective of this study is to analyze customer behavior in taking financing at Islamic banks. This study used a proportionate stratified random sampling technique. Data collection was carried out by library research, documentation study and observation. The results of this study prove that customer behavior has a positive and significant influence of 86.1% on Islamic banking policies. The realization of these sharia banking policies is based on the behavior of customers who want these sharia banking policies to provide customer trust and satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to determine village income in the attitude of BUMDES which finance sharia and analyze forecasting of village income in the attitude of BUMDES which finance sharia in Gunung Menyan Village, Pamijahan District. The subject of this research is BUMDES Gunung Menyan Village, Pamijahan District, Bogor. In this study using the method The research method used in this study is the Quantitative forecasting method is a forecasting method that uses mathematical calculations in its calculations. The types and sources of research data are using primary data and secondary data. the results of forecasting or predictions that have been calculated using the seller model Linear Trend, Quadratic Trend and Exponential Trend are the predicted results of the final Linear Trend. 94813001.1, or rounded up to Rp. 94,813,001, the Quadratic Trend prediction result is Land and Building Tax Receipts in 2024 which is estimated at 171961420.9, or rounded up to Rp. 171,961,420, while the Exponential Trend prediction result is Land and Building Tax Receipts in 2024 is estimated at 22728013.9, or rounded up to IDR 22,728,013.

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are businesses that have wide employment opportunities, provide broad economic services, encourage economic growth, and play a role in realizing the nation. The purpose of this study was to determine the characteristics of sharia entrepreneurs in micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) regarding MSME Literacy in carrying out their activities in accordance with Islamic economic and business principles. This type of research is quantitative with a sample of 75 respondents. The sampling technique used was the Random Sampling technique with the Tabachic & Fidell method. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 25 software. The results of this study indicate the effect of the independent variables consisting of reading literacy, understanding literacy, and practical literacy, which together have a real and positive effect. However, reading literacy is more dominant which has a real and positive effect on decisions in carrying out Islamic economics and business principles, with a regression coefficient value of 0.622 which means that if the practice literacy variable increases by one unit, then the value of the decision to implement Islamic economic and business principles will increased by 0.622. practicing literacy can encourage MSMEs in determining decisions to implement Islamic economic and business principles.

Abstract

Pasarean Village is a village located in Pamijahan District, Bogor Regency. A common problem that occurs is the reallocation of the use of the Village Fund in 2020 causing many activities or programs to be abolished. This happened because of the Covid-19 pandemic which required the Village Government to allocate Village Funds for the fields of disaster management, emergency and urgent villages, namely to handle and cope with the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic, in this case, namely for Village Cash Direct Assistance (BLT-Desa). Based on the description above, the author is interested in conducting more in-depth research on "Sharia Management of the Utilization of Village Fund Programs for Village Builders during the Covid-19 pandemic" in Pasarean Village, Pamijahan District, Bogor Regency, West Java Province. is how to use the Village Fund Program for Development during the Covid-19 pandemic that occurred in Pasarean Village, Pamijahan District, Bogor Regency. The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze the use of the Village Fund program for Village Cash Social Assistance during the Covid-19 pandemic in the village. Pasarean, Pamijahan District, Bogor Regency. The scope of this research includes : Village Fund planning for BLT-Desa during the Covid-19 pandemic, implementing joint decisions on Village Funds for BLT Desa during the Covid-19 pandemic, administering Village Funds for BLT-Desa during the Covid-19 pandemic, reporting and accountability for Village Funds for BLT-Village during the Covid-19 pandemic. Based on the results of research and data analysis, the authors can draw four conclusions, namely: First, the Village Fund planning process for BLT-Desa is carried out through special village meetings, secondly, in its implementation there are 17 poor criteria used by the Pasarean Village Government, thirdly in administering the Village Fund. for Village BLT, the Pasarean Village Government uses the Village Financial System and the fourth is in reporting and accountability, the Pas Pemdes compiles an LPJ which contains the implementation of BLT-Desa in Pasarean Village.

Abstract

Regional development is an integral part of national development efforts which are emphasized through the principle of regional autonomy. According to the theory of government spending, when the government allocates a budget for development activities, it will contribute to an increase in aggregate spending and strengthen the country's level of economic activity. In other words, through government spending on regional development, it can encourage overall economic growth and increase economic activity in the country. The purpose of this study is to see that Grant Expenditure and Social Assistance Expenditure partially and simultaneously affect the Gross Regional Domestic Product, as well as to propose ideas for implementing good governance in the Bogor District Government so that Grant Expenditures and Social Assistance Expenditures can increase the impact that better towards growth and equity of the economy through the Gross Regional Domestic Product. The results of this study indicate that the X1 variable (Grant Expenditure) has a positive effect on Y (Gross Regional Domestic Product/GDP) of 0.266, the X2 variable (Social Assistance Expenditure) has a negative effect on Y (Gross Regional Domestic Product/GRDP) of -0.528 and also there is a significant influence between X1 (Grant Expenditures), and X2 (Social Assistance Expenditure), together on Y (Gross Regional Domestic Product/GRDP).

Abstract

Covid-19 is a problem for the Indonesian nation and the world. The problem is that the Indonesian and world economies are hampered. This influence also occurs in companies. Companies need to recalculate their finances in order to continue their existence. Company owners must be able to analyze their company's financial reports to find out the extent of their company's financial performance. One tool for analyzing financial reports is to use the Return of Assets (ROA), Return of Equity (ROE) and Net Profit Margin (NPM) ratios. Likewise with PT Amartha Mikro Fintech. At the same time, PT Amartha Mikro Fintech remains committed to implementing its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). However, it is necessary to examine the influence of financial performance on PT Amartha Mikro Fintech's CSR funds. Through this research, an analysis of the financial performance of PT Amartha Mikro Fintech and its influence on CSR funds was carried out. This research uses quantitative methods with multiple linear regression analysis. There are three independent variables for financial performance, ROA, ROE, and NPM, as well as the dependent variable Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). Based on research results, during the Covid-19 pandemic, PT Amartha Mikro Fintech's financial performance had effect on its CSR funds.

Abstract

Financing has a very important role in banking whose main source of income is financial sector institutions. Financing can also become problematic if it is not reviewed properly and thoroughly by the financial institution, which will cause the financing to become problematic or stalled. This study uses a qualitative method. This research aims to determine the factors that can influence the occurrence of problematic financing and strategies for handling problematic financing at PT. Mitra Buana Asri Sentosa. Researchers conducted this research at PT Mitra Buana Asri Sentosa. Researchers used observation, interviews and documentation methods to collect data. The results of this research are the factors that cause financing problems, namely internal and external factors. Internal factors are caused by a consumer selection system that is not yet optimal, and there is no consistent application of sanctions. External factors that cause financing problems are a lack of goodwill from consumers and the Covid-19 virus which has implications for consumers' inability to make payments. Strategy for handling problematic financing at PT. Mitra Buana Asri Sentosa is carried out using preventive strategies and repressive strategies. The preventive strategy is carried out by implementing a more thorough and optimal selection system for potential consumers, determining costs for consumers who will make a return and carrying out an assessment or analysis of financing applications. The repressive strategy is carried out by means of intensive billing, the 3R program (rescheduling or rescheduling, reconditioning or returning requirements, and restructuring or restructuring) and proposing a return or refund scheme. PT. Mitra Buana Mitra Asri Sentosa has relatively carried out sharia business management in Islam by including a balance of honor for parties or people who make it easier for people who are in debt, and for parties or people who prioritize repayment of their debts, in their internal regulations in the form of Procedures for Applying for Financing, and Strategy for Handling Financing Problems.

Abstract

The marketing mix is ​​a comprehensive business operating system intended to plan, price, promote, and distribute goods that meet customer needs and achieve company and target market goals. The marketing mix strategy implemented by Cafe Kopi Tubing is product, price, place and promotion. The products are in the form of food and drinks. The prices are quite affordable and have various prices depending on the type of food and drink ordered. The Tubing Coffee Cafe has a beautiful place with a natural feel. The promotion is quite effective using social media such as Instagram, WhatsApp, Facebook and other social media. The marketing mix strategy in sales at Café Kopi Tubing is by maintaining the delicious taste of the food and maintaining the quality of the raw materials for the product itself, using competitive prices with others, a beautiful place, and marketing it quite effectively. This marketing mix strategy has a positive influence on the crowd of customers who visit Café Kopi Tubing. According to the Islamic Economics and Business Perspective, the implementation of the marketing mix for Cafe Kopi Tubing is in accordance with sharia marketing. In terms of food and beverage products, always be honest and prioritize the quality of food and beverage products. In terms of price, the price is in accordance with the quality of food and beverage products. In terms of place, it provides a sense of comfort and a way that is easy for customers to reach. In terms of promotion, we always emphasize ethics in business, don't cheat, don't sell products that are forbidden by Islam, never force customers to buy their products, don't bring down other people's business in marketing their products.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze and explain whether the independent variables (Price and Service Quality) have a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable (Consumer Satisfaction). The method used in this research is quantitative and associative in nature. The subjects of this research are customers who shop at Alfamart Cibatok, Cibungbulang District, Bogor Regency. The data analysis method used is multiple linear analysis. The results of this research show that (1) the significance value is 0.002 which is smaller (<) than 0.05. This means that there is a significant influence between price and consumer satisfaction. (2) The significance value is 0.000 which is smaller (<) than 0.05. This means that there is a significant influence between Service Quality and Consumer Satisfaction. (3) Simultaneously the F count is 987.521 with a sinificance result of 0.000 and F table = F (k; n-k) = F = (2;97) = 3.09 which results indicate that the F count of 987.521 is greater (>) of 3.09 and sig value. of 0.00 is smaller (<) than 0.05. This means that price and service quality simultaneously have a significant influence on consumer satisfaction. From an Islamic economic and business perspective, the prices set by Alfamart Sat Raya Cibatok, Cibungbulang District, Bogor Regency are in accordance with Islamic economic and business concepts, namely using the principles of justice, mutual consent from both parties, no element of coercion, and no who is harmed by one of the parties (zholim). In terms of service quality, Alfamart Sat Raya Cibatok, Cibungbulang District, Bogor Regency has provided excellent service in running its business and is in line with Islamic economic and business principles. One of them is providing empathy to consumers by greeting them, giving a smile and giving individual attention wholeheartedly. Furthermore, to find out how much the independent variable explains the related variable, it can be shown in the correlation coefficient value of 0.952 which shows that 0.952 or 95.2% of consumer satisfaction can be influenced by price and service quality and the remaining 4.8% of consumer satisfaction is influenced by variables. other.
