Abstract

Human resources are one of the important parts of an organization. Leadership style, work-life balance, and organizational climate are needed to support employees to increase productivity and complete work in accordance with company procedures. With the implementation of an effective leadership style, a maintained work-life balance, and a conducive organizational climate, the quality of human resources will further improve and have a positive impact on employee performance. Basically, quality human resources will help PT. Mitra Sarana Purnama in achieving its strategic goals. This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership style, work-life balance, and organizational climate on employee performance at PT. Mitra Sarana Purnama. This study uses a quantitative descriptive approach with a population and sample of 95 permanent employees, because using a saturated sample technique. Data was collected through a questionnaire survey with a Likert scale of 1-5. Data analysis was carried out using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) approach with the SmartPLS analysis tool version 4.0. The results of the study show that leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work-life balance also has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Similarly, the organizational climate exerts a positive and significant influence on employee performance.

Abstract

bjective: The goal of this investigation to understand and analyze the relationship between entrepreneurial self-efficacy and commitment and business performance, as well as the function of entrepreneurial commitment as a mediator in that relationship. A total of 250 independent coffee shops are thought to make up the research population. Due to the usage of the Krejcie and Morgan 1970 table, a total of 108 Coffee Shop MSMEs in South Tangerang were included in the research sample.Methodology: The PLS-SEM approach is utilized to analyze the data, and SmartPLS software is employed as tool for statistical testing.Findings: At a 5% level of confidence, the hypotheses H1, H2, and H3 are accepted, and the path coefficient values are positive.Conclusion: The study's findings indicate that: (1) Business Performance is positively and significantly impacted by entrepreneurial self-efficacy. That is to say, self-efficacy Coffee business owners in South Tangerang have faith in their capacity to manage a company and generate financial performance. (2) The performance of a company benefits from entrepreneurial commitment. Inferring that business actors still have a strong desire (commitment) to manage a firm and earn profits, UMKM South Tangerang Coffee Shops' current actions are demonstrably substantiation on respect (3) Business performance is also significantly impacted by entrepreneurial self-efficacy. entrepreneurship dedication. (4) The study's findings also point to the importance of entrepreneurial commitment as a mediator in the relationship between self-efficacy and business performance.

Abstract

Menjaga keberlangsungan strategi pemasaran UMKM di era pandemi covid-19 dengan peran motivasi dan teknologi. Salah satu langkah yang dapat dilakukan oleh pelaku UMKM adalah dengan mengoptimalkan digital marketing khususnya di sektor peningkatan social media marketing, online advertising, video marketing, search engine marketing, dan website management. Dengan digitalisasi pemasaran, para pelaku UMKM diharapkan dapat meningkatkan penjualan dan engagement online untuk mengembangkan skala usaha di masa pandemi Covid-19. Ketepatan dalam pemilihan media yaitu dengan perkembangan teknologi, dengan tren perilaku konsumen di media elektronik atau penggunaan teknologi, secara otomatis memberikan opini yang menimbulkan pertimbangan bagi calon konsumen lainnya untuk melakukan pembelian. Melalui sosialisasi mengenai situasi pandemi Covid-19 ini, beberapa hal yang telah dilakukan oleh UMKM di Kota Jakarta menyampaikan beberapa alternatif solusi yang dapat dilakukan. Dengan kata lain, model kewirausahaan digital dengan penerapan teknologi akan mendorong terciptanya inovasi-inovasi untuk menciptakan ekosistem baru bagi UMKM yang dapat meningkatkan produktivitas dan kesejahteraan masyarakat Indonesia. Dengan memberikan informasi tentang solusi dalam teknik ini, para pelaku UMKM akan terus termotivasi untuk menggunakan teknologi dalam jaringan untuk memasarkan produknya. Serta menerapkan motivasi bagi para pelaku UMKM untuk memanfaatkan era digitalisasi saat ini agar dapat melakukan pemasaran di masa pandemi Covid-19 dengan keuntungan yang menguntungkan serta produk dan layanan dapat lebih dikenal oleh konsumen yang mengakses platform digital UMKM.

Abstract

Based on the results of a survey conducted by the Central Statistics Agency in 2019, from the 3,504 block census, 15.08% of perpetrators undertook activity through the Internet. Using the online method, most of the data from this sale from 2017 until 2018 was 45.31%. Perpetrators undertaking sales via the Internet in 2018 as much as 72.83 %. Meanwhile, the perpetrator's new venture made sales via the Internet in 2019 by as much as 25.11 %. Temporarily, frequent payments carried out in the sales process via the Internet are paid on the spot or COD (cash on delivery), i.e., as much as 83.73%. Several perpetrator businesses use method delivery directly by the party seller, which is as much as 55.96%. Competition increases effort and strictness, so business people must implement effective strategies to avoid losing to competitors.  There is a technique of marketing that can give Lots of benefits to development companies, and that is digital marketing. Micro is starting to use social media to promote the product actively, so it is necessary to apply digital marketing, mainly via social media. Micro-business actors who become subject to research determine social media platforms. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of motivation and leadership style on employee’s work discipline. The population in this study were 30 employees of PT. Cipta Pedagang Unggul. The sample used was 30 employees of PT. Cipta Pedagang Unggul with saturated sample method. The data used are primary data from observations, questionnaires, and interviews. The research instrument is a questionnaire. Data analysis method using Likert scale, processed using SPSS. This study proves that motivation has no significant effect on employee discipline. Leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee discipline.

Abstract

Abstract – This research examines the impact of female leadership styles, organizational culture, and work motivation on employee discipline within the Finance and Asset Bureau of the Secretariat General of the Ministry of Home Affairs. The study involves two types of variables: the dependent variable (Employee Discipline) and the independent variables (Female Leadership Style, Organizational Culture, and Work Motivation). The research population consists of all 73 employees at the Finance and Asset Bureau, with the entire population serving as the sample (saturated sampling). Data were collected using quantitative methods, including questionnaires and literature reviews. The data were analyzed descriptively and through Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) using SmartPLS 4.0, incorporating validity and reliability tests. Findings indicate that Female Leadership Style, Organizational Culture, and Work Motivation each have a positive and significant influence on Employee Discipline at the Finance and Asset Bureau of the Secretariat General of the Ministry of Home Affairs. Keywords: Employee Discipline; Female Leadership Style; Organizational Culture; Work Motivation

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the factors that influence turnover intention. In this case, the researcher wants to find out whether the variables being examined, namely compensation, work environment, and work stress, affect the turnover intention at Go Online. This research is expected to be able to provide a solution to the employees’ desire who will leave their jobs not to cause serious problems. If the company is able to handle it well, it will increase the productivity of the company. The objects of this study were 144 Go Online employees and the sample use the Slovin formula so the respondents studied were 88 people. The method used is causal quantitative descriptive, to determine the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable. The data analysis used is statistical analysis in the form of multiple linear regression tests using an analytical tool of SPSS 23. Prior to the test, a validity test, and reliability test were carried out, followed by hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that the compensation variable has a negative effect on turnover intention, the work environment has a negative effect on turnover intention, and work stress has a positive effect on turnover intention at Go Online.
