Abstract

Permasalahan yang dihadapi pada kegiatan pemantapan sistem penyuluhan pertanian meliputi pemberdayaan Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM), peningkatan motivasi kerja, dan digitalisasi sistem melalui teknologi informasi. Berbagai program pada dasarnya telah diinisiasi oleh Kementerian Pertanian untuk meningkatkan kinerja penyuluhan pertanian. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis berbagai upaya peningkatan motivasi dan kinerja penyuluhan pertanian. Kinerja penyuluhan pertanian yang optimal merupakan prasyarat dalam pembangunan pertanian, utamanya dalam diseminasi teknologi dan problem solving berbagai permasalahan yang dihadapi petani di lapangan. Lingkungan kerja yang kondusif dengan dukungan sarana dan prasarana yang cukup sangat dibutuhkan untuk mencapai kinerja penyuluhan pertanian tersebut. Salah satu sarana yang dapat meningkatkan kinerja penyuluhan pertanian adalah teknologi informasi. Teknologi informasi mempunyai pengaruh positif terhadap  kinerja penyuluhan pertanian dalam mendesimnasikan informasi pertanian. Adanya digitalisasi juga dapat meningkatkan motivasi penyuluh pertanian dan akhirnya meningkatkan kinerjanya. Motivasi merupakan prasyarat utama untuk SDM penyuluhan dalam rangka meningkatkan kinerjanya. Untuk meningkatkan kinerja tersebut, Kementan harus memberikan penghargaan dan memberikan kesempatan yang lebih luas dalam keterlibatan kerja

Abstract

Agresivitas pajak adalah tindakan untuk mengurangi penghasilan kena pajak melalui perencanaan pajak baik secara legal (tax avoidance) maupun illegal (tax evasion) demi mengecilkan beban pajaknya. Tindakan pajak yang agresif tidak selalu timbul karena ketidakpatuhan akan peraturan perpajakan, melainkan juga dari penghematan pajak yang dilakukan sesuai dengan peraturan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Good Corporate Governance yang diproksikanmenggunakan Dewan Komisaris Independen, Komite Audit, dan Kualitas Audit, serta Transfer Pricing terhadap Tax Aggressiveness dengan Ukuran Perusahaan sebagai Pemoderasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan populasi perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di BEI tahun 2018-2020. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, dengan analisis regresi data panel. Hasil yang diperoleh adalah GCG yang diproksikan menggunakan Dewan Komisaris Independen dan Kualitas Audit tidak berpengaruh terhadap Tax Aggressiveness. Namun, GCG yang diproksikan menggunakan Komite Audit berpengaruh negatif terhadap Tax Aggressiveness. Kemudian, Transfer Pricing tidak berpengaruh terhadap Tax Aggressiveness. Ukuran Perusahaan sebagai variabel pemoderasi hanya mampu memoderasi pengaruh Komite Audit berpengaruh terhadap Tax Aggressiveness.

Abstract

bjective: The goal of this investigation to understand and analyze the relationship between entrepreneurial self-efficacy and commitment and business performance, as well as the function of entrepreneurial commitment as a mediator in that relationship. A total of 250 independent coffee shops are thought to make up the research population. Due to the usage of the Krejcie and Morgan 1970 table, a total of 108 Coffee Shop MSMEs in South Tangerang were included in the research sample.Methodology: The PLS-SEM approach is utilized to analyze the data, and SmartPLS software is employed as tool for statistical testing.Findings: At a 5% level of confidence, the hypotheses H1, H2, and H3 are accepted, and the path coefficient values are positive.Conclusion: The study's findings indicate that: (1) Business Performance is positively and significantly impacted by entrepreneurial self-efficacy. That is to say, self-efficacy Coffee business owners in South Tangerang have faith in their capacity to manage a company and generate financial performance. (2) The performance of a company benefits from entrepreneurial commitment. Inferring that business actors still have a strong desire (commitment) to manage a firm and earn profits, UMKM South Tangerang Coffee Shops' current actions are demonstrably substantiation on respect (3) Business performance is also significantly impacted by entrepreneurial self-efficacy. entrepreneurship dedication. (4) The study's findings also point to the importance of entrepreneurial commitment as a mediator in the relationship between self-efficacy and business performance.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan kerja fisik, motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai di Kementrian Lingkungan Hidup Republik Indonesia. Desain penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif kausal yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh variable lingkungan kerja fisik, motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Alat pengumpulan data mengunakan kuisioner yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya yang disebarkan kepada pegawai di Kementrian Lingkungan Hidup dan Kehutanan Republik Indonesia. Populasi yang diteliti pada penelitian ini sebanyak 100 orang, menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh yang menjadikan semua populasi sebagai sampel. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan Smart-PLS (Partial Least Square) melalui uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan secara parsial bahwa Lingkungan Kerja Fisik dan Disiplin Kerja berpengairuh terhadap Kinerja Pegawai, sedangkan Motivasi Kerja tidak berpengairuh terhadap Kinerja Pegawai di Kementrian Lingkungan Hidup Republik Indonesia.

Abstract

Kegiatan ini merupakan Program Pengabdian Masyarakat (PPM) yang bertujuan untuk memanfaatkan barang bekas yang sudah tidak dipergunakan dan menumpuk di rumah. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukan dengan cara memberikan pelatihan bagaimana mengolah barang bekas dengan  dengan menggunakan metode Reduce, Reuse, dan Recycle (3R). Kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat mencapai kemandirian ekonomi rumah tangga dan menjadi alternatif bisnis yang berkelanjutan atau hijau sehingga dapat meningkatkan kepedulian lingkungan masyarakat serta menurunkan dampak negatif yang minimal terhadap lingkungan. Metode  pelaksanaan dilakukan dengan pendekatan yang akan diterapkan dalam kegiatan ini meliputi: pendekatan partisipatif, pendekatan kelompok, dan pendekatan komprehensif.

Abstract

This study was conducted to analyze the relationship model between workload, work motivation, and work discipline on the performance of banking employees in Jakarta. The research design is descriptive quantitative causal, where the object of this research is banking employees in Jakarta as many as 100 people. Data analysis using SPSS test tool will be tested for validity, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, multiple linear regression, and hypothesis testing. In this study there are three hypotheses where the test results show that partially the workload, work motivation, and work discipline variables affect the performance of Islamic banking employees in Jakarta.

Abstract

Business development in Indonesia is happening fast and has given birth to many examples of digital businesses with diverse business models. This requires every business owner to be able to adapt and find new opportunities for business growth. This digital business model also aligns with the government program that targets 30 million MSME businesses to go digital by 2024. MSME players must keep up with technological developments to spread to a broader market, so they must try to familiarize MSME players with digital behavior. This activity is a Community Service Programme (PkM) that aims to improve the sustainability of MSME businesses through digital business development training for MSME participants. This activity is expected to provide meaningful benefits for the participants, where the participants, after attending the training, can better understand the importance of digitalization in the businesses they run. Also, the participants are expected to be able to be more effective and efficient in running their businesses using digital technology. The final result to be obtained is that MSMEs can maintain the sustainability of their business by being able to compete in the global market, have high innovation, and be strong in facing future challenges.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Budaya Organisasi, Kompensasi, dan Disiplin Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. HAKA Proteksi Indonesia. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Karyawan PT. HAKA Proteksi Indonesia sebanyak 56 karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik Sampel Jenuh dimana sampel adalah seluruh populasi. Metode penarikan sampel menggunakan metode survey dengan instrument pengumpulan data kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan Statistical Package for the Social Sciences 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Budaya Organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan; Kompensasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan; Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of work discipline and work motivation on employee performance. The population in this study was 52 employees of PT company development Precision Cilegon. The sample used was 52 employees. Sampling method using saturated sampling. The data collection method uses a survey method, with the research instrument being a questionnaire. The data analysis method uses the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences. This study proves that work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the factors that influence turnover intention. In this case, the researcher wants to find out whether the variables being examined, namely compensation, work environment, and work stress, affect the turnover intention at Go Online. This research is expected to be able to provide a solution to the employees’ desire who will leave their jobs not to cause serious problems. If the company is able to handle it well, it will increase the productivity of the company. The objects of this study were 144 Go Online employees and the sample use the Slovin formula so the respondents studied were 88 people. The method used is causal quantitative descriptive, to determine the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable. The data analysis used is statistical analysis in the form of multiple linear regression tests using an analytical tool of SPSS 23. Prior to the test, a validity test, and reliability test were carried out, followed by hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that the compensation variable has a negative effect on turnover intention, the work environment has a negative effect on turnover intention, and work stress has a positive effect on turnover intention at Go Online.
