Abstract

The use of smartphones in the industrial era 4.0 had become more frequent and widespread in various circles of Indonesian society. In addition, the COVID-19 pandemic that had not end yet also made high school and college students obliged to carry out online learning. This research aimed to cluster the price from smartphones using the specifications of the smartphone. K-Means Clustering was used as a method in this research. This algorithm was a data mining algorithm with unsupervised learning as data grouping and could group the price of a smartphone into several clusters based on the similarity of the characteristics by one data with other data, which is memory_size and best_price. The results of this research indicated that the right clustering of smartphone prices was within 3 different clusters, which was cluster 0 has centroid of Rp2.000.000,00, cluster 1 has centroid of Rp18.000.000,00, and cluster 2 has centroid of Rp9.000.000,00. The results of the evaluation used a confusion matrix, summary of prediction result, indicated that the clustering process had 100% of accuracy that could be seen on the table which showed the results of clustering. The conclusion from this research was that K-Means Clustering could form clusters in determining the price of a smartphone in relation to the specifications used as the attribute determining the price cluster for a smartphone.

Abstract

The development of information has penetrated into the digital realm, by utilizing computer technology as an information technology tool in an organization or company will provide added value to the data processing process. The process of data processing in the form of incoming and outgoing letters at PT. Telkom Access is still done conventionally as well as manual archiving, with higher correspondence intensity and demands for speed and punctuality. In this study, we will develop a website-based e-mail management system display using the CodeIgniter3 framework and Bootstrap with the scrum methodology. It is hoped that by developing the appearance of the system, it can make it easier and more comfortable for users to use the system.

Abstract

Online seminars have many benefits in various fields of science. Information about workshops online, registration, and other activities so that it can help users get information. During the pandemic, COVID-19 had a strategic role in providing information related to the development of science and insight. The right application will provide optimal data and information to all users. The online seminar application is designed with a User-centered design to obtain user-friendly information and usability. The results of the study showed that the online seminar application that was designed had good usability and was acceptable to users. usability testing concluded that an acceptable application with a value of 82.40% and block box testing received the designed menu.

Abstract

Cara untuk menanam tanaman dalam skala besar tanpa memerlukan lahan yang luas dan sangat cocok untuk dibudidayakan di daerah tiap daerah dapat dikatakan sebagai sistem hidroponik. Hidroponik membutuhkan lingkungan yang terkontrol untuk menghindari penurunan kualitas tanaman hingga layunya tanaman yang dapat berpengaruh terhadap gagal panen tanaman. Penggunaan alat ukur manual yang akan menyita banyak waktu pemilik yang memiliki kesibukan lain di luar budidaya, terlebih jika skala hidroponik yang dibudidaya cukup besar. Maka dari itu diperlukan solusi untuk memantau kondisi tanaman hidroponik dan kontrol secara otomatis sehingga dapat mengurangi risiko tanaman layu dan rusak, selain itu agar diperoleh hasil budidaya yang maksimal sesuai kondisi yang diharapkan. Konasep yang dirancang adala tanaman hidroponik akan dipasangi mikrokontroler yang terhubung ke internet akan mengirim data mengenai kondisi air ke aplikasi smartphone Android secara realtime melalu protokol Internet of Things (IoT). Selain itu akan dikembangkan sistem kontrol manual dan otomatis untuk mengontrol asuhu, pH dan ketinggian air, dan nutrisi agar sesuai dengan kondisi yang optimal bagi tanaman.

Abstract

Di negara agraris seperti Indonesia, pertanian merupakan bagian yang sangat penting dalam kehidupan. Bagi sebagian besar petani, peningkatan produksi tanaman padi sangat penting. Namun dalam proses budidaya padi ada kendala yang mempengaruhi penurunan hasil panen padi. human error atau kelalaian petani dalam menangani padi itu sendiri dan serangan berbagai hama. Penggunaan bahan kimia yang berlebihan dan penghilangan hama yang tidak tepat dapat menyebabkan kondisi lahan yang semakin merugikan. Teknologi berperan membantu menyelsaikan permasalah dan membangunan petani modern. Pemantauan menggunakan teknologi membantu petani memaksimalkan hasil panen. Perawatan lahan pertanian dapat direkomendasikan berdasarkan alat kelembaban dan pH tanah serta metode fuzzy sugeno dan naïve bayes dalam pengendalian hama padi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat sistem monitoring dan kontroling lahan pertanian, pengusir hama serta melakukan pengiriman informasi kepada petani secara real time. Pengujian alat pengusir hama dilakukan dua mekanisme di dalam dan di luar ruangan tujuan dari pengujian ini untuk menentukan fungsionalitas alat. Hasil dari penjadwalan naïve bayes didapat probabilitas 67.8% dengan skema pengusiran hama pukul 06.00 - 10.00 dan 14.00 - 17.00. Pemantauan lahan pertanian dengan alat yang dirancang didapat error rate 2.89% dan akurasi dalam perekomendasian perawatan lahan 87.5% dengan metode fuzzy sugeno.

Abstract

Controlling hydroponic plants, which is currently being carried outmanually, can be said to be less effective because it still involves thehard work of farmers to continuously monitor the condition of thehydroponic plants. Therefore, the general objective of this research isto develop a model that can be used as a recommendation system foractions that farmers need to take based on hydroponic crop conditions.The model formed with this machine learning method will then beused in the Hydromon application which allows farmers to manageand monitor the condition of hydroponic plants and take action basedon the recommendations given. This model was developed using adeep neural network algorithm consisting of five layers with the helpof the TensorFlow framework. The results show that the model isaccurate with an accuracy value of 96.47% on the test data to classifyplant conditions so that it can be used in the Hydromon application.

Abstract

Pengembangan tampilan antarmuka Sistem Informasi Dashboard DIGITAL BPS Kota Bandar Lampung dilakukan sebagai salah satu lingkup pekerjaan dalam pelaksanaan penelitian di Badan Pusat Statistik Bandar Lampung, sebuah lembaga pemerintah non-departemen yang bertugas untuk menyediakan kebutuhan data bagi pemerintah dan masyarakat. Pengerjaan sistem informasi ini merupakan lingkup pekerjaan utama dalam pelaksanaan penelitian selain melakukan pekerjaan harian di instansi. Pengembangannya didasari oleh permasalahan instansi untuk memenuhi kebutuhan penyediaan data statistik penting berupa 12 indikator strategis yang paling banyak dicari oleh masyarakat dengan memanfaatkan bantuan teknologi yaitu website. Hal ini dilakukan demi memenuhi salah satunya misinya untuk memberikan dan meningkatkan prasarana pelayanan penyediaan data yang berkualitas, efektif, dan efisien mengingat banyaknya data mentah yang disediakan oleh BPS Kota Bandar Lampung. Dalam pengembangannya, penulis berhasil menyelesaikan sistem informasi menggunakan metode agile dan menguji fungsionalitasnya. Hasil implementasi dan pengujian tampilan antarmuka Sistem Informasi Dashboard DIGITAL BPS Kota Bandar Lampung menunjukkan tingkat kegunaan dengan skor 75 yang mengindikasikan bahwa hasil pengembangan sistem sudah baik dan siap untuk dikembangkan menjadi sebuah sistem yang utuh.

Abstract

Jantung merupakan organ yang sangat penting bagi tubuh kita, namun ternyata penyakit jantung merupakan penyakit paling mematikan di dunia. Penyebab penyakit jantung beragam, seperti pola hidup yang tidak sehat, mengkonsumsi makan yang mengandung tinggi kolestrol, merokok, lingkungan serta faktor keturunan atau genetik. Penyakit jantung tidak mengenal jenis kelamin dan usia, baik perempuan, laki-laki, balita, anak-anak bahkan orang dewasa dapat menderita penyakit jantung. Gejala penyakit jantung antara lain sakit dada, tekanan darah tinggi, hasil tes EleKtrodioGram (EKG), denyut jantung, kadar gula dan kandungan kolesterol yang meningkat atau tidak normal. Minimnya data terkait penyakit jantung menyebabkan kesulitan untuk melakukan prediksi terhadap pasien yang menderita atau tidak. Data minim dapat diartikan sebagai data minoritas yang akan menyebabkan missclasifikation pada dataset utaman dan berdampak pada prediksi yang salah. Penelitian ini bertujuan memprediksi gejala penyakit jantung dengan menggunakan K-means clustering untuk mengelompokan kelas berpenyakit jantung atau minoritas dan kelas sehat atau kelas mayoritas. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa K-means memiliki nilai evaluasi clustering 0.5 dengan metode Elbow dan nilai akurasi 89%. Penerapan oversampling teknik pada dataset penyakit jantung memberikan peningkatan pada evaluasi elbow menjadi 0.8 dan 93% akurasi. Pada Penelitian ini dataset yang tidak seimbang memberikan nilai akurasi pada missclasification sebesar 4% dari dataset seimbang.

Abstract

Digital transformation requires a software system development method to identify and analyze user needs. In this research, software system development uses the Task Centered System Design framework with several stages, including identification, needs analysis, design, and evaluation. The identification stage is carried out by conducting interviews with stakeholders, and then the results of the interviews are analyzed and approved by stakeholders. This study aims to obtain user needs to build an application interface by applying the steps of the Task Centered System Design method and usability evaluation and calculating the weight of the feasibility value by testing the Heuristics method and System Usability Scale on the solution application design. The evaluation phase aims to determine the value of the usability problem in the design that has been designed. The evaluation phase uses the Usability Heuristic method by involving experts in the field of software development and the System Usability Scale method involving end users. After conducting research from the identification to the evaluation stage, the average severity rating of the Heuristic Usability test component scored less than 1 (one) in the second iteration, and the System Usability Scale results scored 70.3 for admin and 73.75 for the customer application. This result is in grade C with an adjective rating of Good.

Abstract

The interface of the automatic answer assessment system is plagued by several issues, including an unfamiliar layout, unresponsive design, inconsistency in elements, and a lack of clarity in presenting information. These problems significantly hinder the overall user experience. As a result, this study aimed to address these challenges by designing a user-centered experience for the automatic answer assessment system, using a high-fidelity prototype tailored to meet user needs. The user-centered design method involved four crucial stages: Specify The Context Of Use, Specify Requirements, Create Designs, and Evaluate Designs. Through rigorous usability testing with teachers, the design achieved an impressive effectiveness rating of 90%, firmly establishing it as a "very effective" solution. Additionally, it demonstrated high efficiency with a value of 0.01307 goals/sec, and teachers expressed positive feedback, confirming the satisfaction and usability of the new interface. Similarly, students' usability testing yielded noteworthy results, with a 90% effectiveness rating, also classified as "very effective." The interface showcased a high level of efficiency, with a value of 0.0849 goals/sec. While the satisfaction value fell below the PSSUQ norm, students still found the interface to be user-friendly and satisfactory. Furthermore, the user experience testing, utilizing the UEQ-S, provided valuable insights. For teachers, the pragmatic aspect scored 1.85, the hedonic aspect scored 2.33, and the overall aspect received a commendable score of 2.09, all of which fell within the excellent category on benchmarks. Similarly, students' ratings were highly positive, with scores of 2.14 for both pragmatic and hedonic aspects, and an overall score of 2.14, signifying an excellent user experience.The retrospective think-aloud validation test reaffirmed the positive response from prospective users. Overall, this research, employing a user-centered design approach, successfully delivered a highly satisfactory and effective user experience for both teachers and students using the automatic answer assessment system.
