Abstract

Patient safety is part of quality and safety is a goal that most can be felt by the patient. Quality services certainly will not injure the patient. Service quality is definitely safe. Instead, the service quality is not necessarily safe and error-free. The purpose of this research to determined the relationship of patient safety with the service quality inpatient hospital Dr wahidin sudiro husodo mojokerto. This research is an analytic correlation with cross sectional approach. The population in this study were all inpatient hospital Dr wahidin sudiro husodo mojokerto taken from the average number of patients in the first month that as many as 156 patients. Sampling technique using Proporsionate Stratified Random Sampling and obtained a sample of 61 respondents. The independent variables in this study is patient safety and and the dependent variable in this study is the quality of sevice. Data analysis using chi- square test. Statistically, there is a relationship of patient safety with quality of care in inpatient hospital Dr wahidin sudiro husodo mojokerto. with r value (0.008) <α (0.05). The importance of promoting a culture of patient safety as one of the main issues on hospital accreditation standards closely related to quality of care. In line with this important also improved the quality of service on tangible indicators (direct evidence), considering the quality of service on tangible indicators and empathy are still valued less by respondents

Abstract

Various efforts made by hospitals to provide the best service to patients are expected to increase patient satisfaction and strengthen patient loyalty to return to the same hospital if they experience health problems. This study aims to determine the relationship between service quality and satisfaction with the loyalty of outpatients at RSIA Tiara Fatrin Palembang. The research design is correlational analytic with a cross-sectional approach. The population was 96 respondents, sampling as many as 52 respondents using purposive sampling techniques. The measuring instrument used is a questionnaire, and the results are processed through the stages of editing, coding, scoring, tabulating, and testing using the Spearman Rho test. The results of the study found that of 52 respondents, almost half stated that the quality of service was good and loyal patients 22 respondents (42.3%), almost half stated respondents expressed satisfaction and loyalty, namely 25 respondents (48.1%). There is a relationship between service quality with patient loyalty with a probability value / Asym.sig of 0.001 which is < α (0.05 ) and there is a relationship between patient satisfaction with patient loyalty with probability values / Asym.sig of 0.000 and < α (0.05). There is a relationship between service quality and patient loyalty at RSIA Tiara Fatrin Palembang in 2022 and there is a relationship between patient satisfaction and patient loyalty at RSIA Tiara Fatrin Palembang in 2022. Excellent service in hospitals must be carried out by paying attention to internal and external factors, with the hope of the emergence of satisfaction, trust, and loyalty of patients to visit again. Abstract

The public and health teams in Indonesia focus on handling and preventing Covid-19 during the Covid-19 pandemic, on the other hand, the number of dengue cases has actually increased. The purpose of education and training for Jumantik Cadre in Sumbertebu Village, Bangsal District, Mojokerto Regency as a form of community service carried out by the Lecturer and Student Team of the Majapahit Health Sciences College is to provide encouragement and refreshment to jumantik cadres in running again while following health procedures in the Adaptation Era. New Habits of the Covid-19 Pandemic Education and training efforts are carried out using the lecture method and PLA or Participatory Learning and Action, this method allows for community empowerment efforts, especially jumantik cadres. The community service participants were 21 jumantik cadres. The activity which was carried out for almost 1 month was able to increase the knowledge and understanding of jumatic cadres in carrying out supervision and eradication and implementation in strengthening community behavior. This activity is expected to increase the motivation of jumantik cadres to carry out their duties again so that dengue cases do not occur again.

Abstract

Stunting is still a major health problem in Indonesia. The low knowledge of adolescents about the importance of proper nutrition as prospective parents can increase the risk of children born experiencing stunting. The research objective was to determine the effect of animation and public advertising services on increasing knowledge about stunting prevention in adolescents at SMA Negeri 1 Ngoro. The study used the Quasi-Experimental Design method, with a population of 202 students using a simple random sampling technique to obtain a sample of 84 students. The results showed that half (50%) of the respondents had sufficient knowledge before being given animation, almost all (85.7%) of the respondents had good knowledge after the animation was given while the majority (59.5%) of respondents had good knowledge before being given Public Advertising services and almost all (95.2%) of respondents have good knowledge after being given public advertising services. The results showed that animation and public service advertisements affected increasing adolescent knowledge (P value = 0.000), and public service advertisements were able to increase knowledge higher (P value = 0.001). Animation and public advertising services are media that are preferred by adolescents, so it is recommended to convey health messages

Abstract

Infant mortality rate is one of the important indicators of public health. Efforts to reduce infant mortality have been made by the government from year to year. So the assessment of the effectiveness of these activities is interesting to explore. The method used to write this article is a systematic review, which is limited to searching the literature for the last 5 years (2018-2023). Search results for articles that match the keyword obtained 126 articles. However, after further searching, 8 articles were obtained that fit the inclusion criteria and themes to be discussed. The results of the study explain that not all programs are running well. So that coordinative efforts between various sectors are needed in order to achieve the IMR reduction target as planned. Efforts have not been implemented optimally, the effectiveness of programs implemented across programs and across sectors is able to reduce infant mortality in Indonesia little by little. Local governments are expected to make coordinated efforts involving all service sectors and community organizations to participate in the success of the program and improve the achievement of the work program that has been planned every year.

Abstract

Adolescent problems regarding sexuality and reproductive health are felt to be increasingly complex and concerning. The increasing cases surrounding adolescent reproduction occur due to the incomprehension of adolescents to various aspects of reproduction related to themselves. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of adolescent reproductive health counseling on knowledge and attitudes in students of SMK Pacet, Mojokerto Regency. This type of research is an experimental study using Pretest and Posttest (One Group Pretest And Posttest Design). The study population of 320 students was taken as a sample with the Stratified Random Sampling technique of 178 respondents. Univariate and bivariate analysis, non-parametric data distribution with Wilcoxon test. The results of the study were that most respondents had sufficient knowledge about adolescent reproductive health before being given counseling, most respondents had good knowledge about adolescent reproductive health after being given counselling. The results of the Wilcoxon test obtained the results of the Asymp.Sig value. (2- tailed) = 0.000, then it can be concluded that there is a significant influence between the knowledge of students of SMK Pacet Mojokerto Regency towards the intervention provided, namely adolescent reproductive health counseling. Schools can collaborate with several relevant agencies to jointly improve adolescent reproductive health counseling programs, as well as provide facilities and infrastructure such as additional media for student learning facilities such as providing several leaflets related to reproductive health, so that they can be used to increase student knowledge.

Abstract

Hypertension is also called "the silent killer" because it is often without complaints and the number of sufferers is most prevalent in old age. There are several factors that influence the occurrence of hypertension. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of exercise behavior on the level of hypertension in the elderly at the Elderly Posyandu Sedati Village, Ngoro District, Mojokerto Regency. This study used a crossectional design with a population of elderly hypertension patients in Sedati Village, Ngoro Health Center Working Area, Mojokerto Regency as of October 2023 as many as 60 respondents within one month and a sample size of 52 respondents who met the inclusion criteria and were randomly selected. Data were collected by questionnaire and then analyzed using logistic regression. The results of the study explained that almost 50% of elderly respondents at Posyandu Lansia Sedati Village, Ngoro District, Mojokerto Regency never exercised. In addition, almost 50% of respondents at Posyandu Lansia Sedati Village, Ngoro District, Mojokerto Regency were diagnosed with pre-hypertension level of hypertension in old age and a small proportion had stage 2 hypertension. The results of logistic regression analysis show that there is an influence of exercise behavior (X2 = 8.919, p value = 0.000, Nagelkerke R Square = 0.754), stress (X2 = 8.473, p value = 0.000, Nagelkerke R Square = 0.768), and diet (X2 = 10.992, p value = 0.000 and Nagelkerke R Square = 0.730) on the level of hypertension in the elderly at the Posyandu Seniors Sedati Village Ngoro District Mojokerto Regency. Given the importance of exercise in reducing the level of hypertension, the elderly should actively participate in the elderly posyandu, take part in elderly gymnastics in order to have a better quality of life

Abstract

The immunization program is included in efforts to reduce morbidity, disability and mortality in infants and toddlers. The achievement of complete immunization still has not reached the target. A number of factors are known to influence the low coverage of complete basic immunization. This study aimed to determine the factors that influence the completeness of basic immunization in infants in the working area of the Mojokerto District Health Office. This study used a case control approach, with the population in this study were all mothers of infants in the Mojokerto District Health Office Work Area totaling 16,019 people. The sample in this study was 96 mothers of infants who had met the inclusion criteria. data were collected by questionnaire and then analyzed using logistic regression test. The results showed that there was an effect of mother's education level (p value = 0.000), mother's knowledge (p value = 0.000), and family support (p value = 0.000) on the completeness of basic immunization in infants in the working area of the Mojokerto District Health Office, and there was no effect of mother's employment status (p value = 0.285), number of children (p value = 0.885), and distance and affordability of immunization services (p value = 0.947) on the completeness of basic immunization in infants in the working area of the Mojokerto District Health Office. The positive effect of education level, knowledge and family support explains that the higher the education, the better the knowledge and family support, the higher the mother's motivation to immunize her child. Given the importance of the influence of family support on the completeness of immunization in infants, it is very important to involve the role of families in the toddler family development program so that families participate in supporting the implementation of immunization in infants.

Abstract

Skrining riwayat kesehatan merupakan upaya promotif dan preventif Untuk mendeteksi risiko penyakit tidak menular pada peserta jaminan kesehatan nasional (JKN). Video adalah salah satu media promosi kesehatan sebagai upaya peningkatan pengetahuan dan sikap. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh media video edukasi terhadap peningkatan pengetahuan dan sikap tentang skrining riwayat kesehatan pada peserta JKN di wilayah kerja BPJS Kesehatan Kantor Kabupaten Probolinggo. Desain penelitian adalah penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan metode pra experimental dengan rancangan one group pretest-posttest. Besar sampel 72 responden, menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner, analisis data bivariat menggunakan uji Wilcoxon matched pairs. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa setelah diberikan edukasi, tingkat pengetahuan dan sikap responden mengalami peningkatan dengan didapatkan nilai p-value sebesar 0,000 (p<0,05) dan variabel sikap didapatkan nilai p-value sebesar 0,000 (p< 0,05) sehingga media video edukasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan pengetahuan dan sikap tentang skrining riwayat kesehatan pada peserta JKN di wilayah kerja BPJS Kesehatan Kabupaten Probolinggo. Media video edukasi mampu meningkatkan pengetahuan dan sikap tentang skrining riwayat kesehatan pada peserta JKN. Bagi petugas kesehatan dapat media video edukasi dalam promosi kesehatan tentang program skrining riwayat kesehatan sehingga program tersebut dapat dimanfaatkan oleh peserta dengan optimal.
