Abstract

This study aimed to see how students' motivation and understanding of the concept of Islamic religion in students in rural and urban areas. This research uses mixed-method research. Qualitative data will be supporting data for quantitative data. The sample of this study consisted of 87 students and eight teachers in urban and 99 students and eight teacher rural Islamic elementary school students with random sampling technique. Instrument in the study used a questionnaire for motivation with a Likert scale of 4 and a test for understanding the concept of Islam. In this study, there are two types of data analysis used, namely quantitative analysis using descriptive statistics (mean, standard deviation, and category), and inferential statistics (independent sample t-test) using the SPSS 21 application, for qualitative using reducing analysis, analyzing, and interpreting findings from Miles and Huberman. The findings of this study illustrated that motivation was good (M=2.88, SD=0.78) and understanding of student concepts (M=81, SD=0.77) was good too, but in rural areas are better than in urban areas. This finding has implications that the challenges of Islamic religion in urban areas are greater for students. The novelty in this study is the implicit finding of this study that external factors (school social environment, community social environment, family environment) have a major influence on motivation and understanding of Islamic religious concepts.

Abstract

This research aims to examine whether there is an influence of self-confidence in students' motivation to achievement in science lesson in elementary schools. This is a field research, where the researchers are involved directly down to the place of research to collect the data relevant to the indicators in the research objectives, which classifies this as a field research with a correlational quantitative approach. Correlational quantitative research is research to determine the level of relations between two or more variables, without making changes, additions, or manipulations of data that already exists. The data analysis techniques was done by observations and questionnaires instruments. Based on the results of analysis with manual calculations, the R Square correlation coefficient is 0.39 or 39% which means that self-confidence affects student motivation for achievement, while the rest is influenced by other variables of 61% that were not examined. This indicates that the variations of confidence with motivation of achievement is 39%. Based on the calculation, the tcount valued 2.898> from ttable, with dk=48, worth 2.011 which means there is an influence of confidence (X) to motivation for achievement (Y). The hypothesis for Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine whether the science learning outcomes of grade V students who are taught using the NHT Model in SD Negeri 58 Bengkulu City. This study used two groups, namely class 5A with 31 people as the experimental group and class 5B with 31 people as the control group. The research variable consisted of independent variables, namely the Inquiry learning model and the NHT model, while the dependent variable was the science learning outcome. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the posttest results of class 5A students who used the Inquiry Learning Model, namely in the medium and high categories of 93% got a score of 60 to 100 while the learning outcomes of class 5B using the NHT Model were 81% getting a score of 50 to 90. shows that the science learning outcomes of grade V students who are taught using the Inquiry Learning Model are better than those using the NHT model in SD Negeri 58 Bengkulu City.

Abstract

Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini apakah ada perbedaan hasil belajar siswa yang menggunakan model pembelajaran Numbered Heads Together (NHT) dengan model pembelajaran Student Team Achievement Divisions (STAD) pada mata pelajaran SKI kelas V di MIN 02 Kota Bengkulu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Perbedaan Hasil Belajar Menggunakan Model Pembelajaran Numbered Head Together (NHT) Dengan Model Pembelajaran Student Team Achievement Divisions (STAD) Pada Mata Pelajaran SKI Kelas V Di MIN 02 Kota Bengkulu. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen semu (quasi experiment desaign) dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif komparatif. Hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar menggunakan model pembelajarann NHT dengan model pembelajaran STAD pada mata pelajarn SKI kelas V di MIN 02 Kota Bengkulu. Berdasrkan hasil pehitungan hipotesis dengan menggunakan uji t terhadap kedua kelompok dengan hasil yang diperoleh, Thitung 10 sedangkan Ttabel dengan df 66 pada taraf signifikan 5% yaitu 1,671. Demikian Thitung>Ttabel ( 10 > 1,671 ) yang berarti hipotesis kerja (Ha) dalam penelitian ini diterima, yaitu hasil belajar SKI siswa yang diajarkan dengan menggunakan  model NHT lebih baik daripada menggunakan Model STAD. Dibuktikan dengan nilai rata-rata hasil belajar SKI post-test kelas V A lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan kelas V C dan terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar SKI antara kelas yang diajar melalui model NHT dengan model STAD pada kelas V di MIN 02 Kota Bengkulu.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu apakah terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar IPA dengan metode snowball throwing dan konvensional siswa kelas V SD Negeri 58 Kota Bengkulu. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan dengan pendekatan quasi eksperimental yang mengungkap hubungan antara dua variabel atau lebih atau mencari pengaruh suatu variabel terhadap variabel lainnya. Hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa terdapat terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar IPA dengan metode snowball throwingdan metode konvensional siswa kelas V SD Negeri 58 Kota Bengkulu. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari hasil analisis untuk uji-t diperoleh nilai signifikansi yang diperoleh yaitu 0,00 lebih kecil dari 0,05 (sig < 0,05). Dengan demikian dapat dinyatakan bahwa hipotesis alternatif (Ha) diterima dan hipotesis nihil (Ho) ditolak, yang artinya terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar IPA dengan metode snowball throwingdan metode konvensional siswa kelas V SD Negeri 58 Kota Bengkulu.Kata Kunci: Metode Snowball Throwing, Metode Konvensioanl, Hasil Belajar, IPA

Abstract

Pendidikan dan pembelajaran bahasa Inggris didasari suatu pemikiran bahwa belajar bahasa asing atau bahasa kedua akan lebih baik bila dimulai lebih awal. Banyak asumsi tentang usia dan pembelajaran bahasa antara lain adalah anak-anak belajar bahasa lebih baik dari pebelajar dewasa, pembelajaran bahasa asing disekolah sebaiknya dimulai seawal mungkin, lebih mudah menarik perhatian dan minat anak-anak daripada orang dewasa. Pada saat ini di Indonesia telah banyak berkembang play group dan taman kanak- kanak yang memberikan pembelajaran Bahasa Inggris kepada anak usia dini. Mereka yang terlibat didalamnya sangat perlu untuk memahami teori mengenai pengetahuan terkait pendidikan Bahasa Inggris khusus siswa usia dini namun kenyataannya masih banyak sekolah yang kesulitan untuk menemukan materi yang sesuai dengan apa yang didinginkan oleh siswa mereka. Hal ini seringkali dirasakan oleh sekolah Raudhatul Athfal di kota Bengkulu. Dalam penelitian ini, para peneliti mengembangkan bahan ajar yang dalam bentuk animasi dan lembar kerja siswa yang berguna untuk melengkapi dan menutupi kekurangan dari bahan ajar utama dari subjek Bahasa Inggris. Produk akhir dalam penelitian ini dikembangkan berdasarkan analisis kebutuhan siswa dan guru pada Raudhatul Athfal sederajat di kota Bengkulu

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMPN 05 seluma dengan meneliti anak kelas VIII pada semester 1 Tahun ajaran 2020/2021 yang berjumlah 23 anak. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan modul pembelajaran berbasis example non example yang layak dan praktis yang digunakan setelah validasi oleh beberapa ahli dan uji respon oleh siswa dan guru. Metode penelitian menggunakan model pengembangan Borg & Gall yang kemudian dibatasi hingga 8 tahapan dan dibatasi menghasilkan tahapan pengembangan modul pembelajaran IPA yaitu: Potensi dan masalah, Pengumpulan data, Desain produk, Validasi desain, Validasi materi, Validasi bahasa, Validasi produk, Uji respon siswa, Revisi produk. Penelitian ini dibatasi pada tahap uji coba lapangan terbatas yaitu kelayakan dan keperaktisan modul. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah angket uji kelayakan modul dan angket respon siswa dan guru. Subjek penelitian adalah 5 dosen IAIN Bengkulu dan 1 guru mata pelajaran yang terdiri atas 2 validasi bahasa, 2 validasi materi, 2 validasi desain. Modul pembelajaran IPA berbasis example non example materi pemanasan global dikembangkan dinilai oleh para ahli dengan persentase yaitu (ahli materi) 90% dan 88, 75%, (ahli bahasa) 89,3% dan 84%. dan (ahli desain/media) 80% dan 76.25% dengan kategori sangat layak, layak, sangat layak. Uji respon siswa dilakukan terhadap 23 orang siswa kelas VIII yang ada di SMPN 05 Seluma dengan presentase 4,49 (kategori sangat setuju) . Dan uji coba 2 orang respon guru IPA dengan presentase 91.33% (sangat setuju). Kategori sangat layak dan sangat setuju. Berdasarkan hasil dari uji kelayakan dan kepraktisan tersebut maka modul pembelajaran berbasis example non example materi pemanasan global dinyatakan layak dan siswa setuju sebagai media pembelajaran materi pemanasan global untuk kelas VII SMPN 05 Seluma. Kata kunci : modul, example non example, pemanasan global ABTRACT           This research was conducted at SMPN 05 Seluma by examining 23 children in grade VIII in the first semester of the 2020/2021 school year. The purpose of this research is to develop a feasible and practical example-based learning module that is used after validation by several experts and test responses by students and teachers. The research method uses the Borg & Gall development model which is then limited to 8 stages and is limited to producing the stages of developing the science learning module, namely: Potential and problems, data collection, product design, design validation, material validation, language validation, product validation, student response testing, Product revision. This research is limited to the limited field trial stage, namely the feasibility and practicality of the module. The instruments used were a module feasibility test questionnaire and a student and teacher response questionnaire. The research subjects were 5 lecturers of IAIN Bengkulu and 1 subject teacher consisting of 2 language validations, 2 material validations, 2 design validations. The science learning module based on example non example, the material on global warming developed was assessed by experts with a percentage of 90% and 88, 75% (linguist) 89.3% and 84%. and (design / media experts) 80% and 76.25% with very decent, decent, very decent categories. The student response test was carried out on 23 class VIII students at SMPN 05 Seluma with a percentage of 4.49 (strongly agree category). And testing 2 science teacher responses with a percentage of 91.33% (strongly agree). Very worthy category and very much agree. Based on the results of the feasibility and practicality tests, the example non example based learning module, global warming material was declared feasible and the students agreed to be a learning medium for global warming material for class VII SMPN 05 Seluma. Keywords: module, example non example, global warming

Abstract

Fairy tales as a medium for internalizing characters in early childhood. The purpose of. This study is to determine whether or not the influence of fairy tales as medium for character planting in early childhood. The fairy tale itself is a story did not really happen or was an imaginary story, and development of characters was a gift an education that forms the character or character that distinguishes a person from another. The samples taken were group A-2 Kindergarten Permata Bunda in Bengkulu City, with a total of 15 children aged 2.5 - 3.5 years. Method used is a type of qualitative research, with observation and data sources Interview. The results of the research obtained are fairy tales as a medium for internalizing character is very effective to be applied to early childhood and the need for habituation as well a good example to develop character from children

Abstract

Mengatasi perilaku tantrum pada anak usia dini ini sangat penting bagi orang tua agar anak menjadi dewasa yang berperilaku baik. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan pocket book untuk orang tua dalam mengatasi perilaku tantrum pada anak usia dini yang valid dan praktis. Subjek dalam penelitian ini yaitu orang tua yang memiliki anak usia 3-6 tahun dengan perilaku tantrum. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode research and development (R&D). Langkah-langkah model pengembangan yang dikemukakan oleh Richey and Klein. Hasil validasi ahli materi sebesar rata-rata skor 4 dikategorikan Sangat Baik, kemudian hasil validasi ahli desain grafis sebesar rata-rata 3,72 dengan kategori sangat Baik. Hasil dari respon orang tua sebesar rata-rata 3,85 dengan kategori Sangat Baik.  Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa produk yang dikembangkan dalam penelitian ini sudah layak untuk digunakan. Pocket book bisa menjadi pedoman untuk orang tua dalam mengatasi perilaku tantrum pada anak usia dini

Abstract

Education is the process of changing one's attitude or behavior groups of people to mature humans through teaching and training efforts. Since early humans have needed education in the process of its development into adulthood. The development of children in the first years is very important and will determine the quality in the future. Children are individuals who are different, unique, and have their own characteristics in accordance with the stages of his age. Therefore, early childhood development efforts should be done through learning and play.Growth and physical development have an important role in the lives of children. Growth and physical development is one of the major developmental tasks in the life of a child. Growth and physical development will affect the development and growth of children in other developmental dimensions. Parents and teachers really need to understand the growth and physical development of children, and instill healthy habits through physical activity of children from an early age.To help the physical development of children, teachers and parents need to provide guidance to them in order to have the awareness of sensory abilities, and also have a positive attitude towards him. Parents and teachers also need to understand the signs of developmental delays in children, parents and teachers need to be cautious in view of delays in child development and should consult with your doctor to make sure and give the child needed help, so that children can grow physically and develop optimally.  Keywords: physical development, early childhood
