Abstract

Pada era teknologi yang pesat, PT. Dwi Eka Bakti, yang bergerak di bidang perdagangan dan jasa, mengalami kendala pencatatan keuangan manual menggunakan Microsoft Excel, seperti kesalahan pencatatan dan keterlambatan pelaporan. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang dan membangun Sistem Informasi Manajemen Keuangan berbasis web untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut, menggunakan metode waterfall yang meliputi analisis kebutuhan, desain sistem, implementasi, pengujian, serta pemeliharaan. Dilakukan di PT. Dwi Eka Bakti, Denpasar, Bali, dengan subjek staf keuangan dan manajemen, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Sistem dirancang dengan UML dan dibangun menggunakan PHP, Laravel, dan MySQL. Hasilnya, sistem memudahkan pembuatan laporan keuangan dan mengatasi kendala sebelumnya. Fitur-fitur meliputi login, dashboard, data user, perusahaan, kategori akun, transaksi, dan laporan keuangan. Pengujian Black Box menunjukkan sistem berfungsi baik dan sesuai harapan. Kesimpulannya, sistem meningkatkan efisiensi dan akurasi pengelolaan keuangan PT. Dwi Eka Bakti, layak digunakan, dan memberikan informasi keuangan real-time. Disarankan untuk menambah fitur dan metode laporan lebih canggih guna meningkatkan kualitas laporan keuangan.

Abstract

This study examines the experiences and perceptions of Denpasar residents regarding alcohol advertisements in public spaces. In a society that upholds religious and cultural values, the presence of such advertisements sparks controversy due to concerns about their impact on social norms and morality. Using Maurice Merleau-Ponty's theory of the phenomenology of perception, this research aims to analyze how alcohol advertisements influence public perception based on the interaction between the body, consciousness, and social environment. The method employed is a phenomenological approach with in-depth interviews and observations of advertisements in public spaces. The findings reveal that perceptions vary significantly depending on age, gender, occupation, and religious background. The majority of respondents from Muslim and Hindu religious groups reject the presence of these advertisements, considering them to be in conflict with religious values and expressing concern about their potential influence on younger generations. On the other hand, younger respondents tend to be more permissive, as long as the advertisements do not disrupt social order. This study has not yet explored in depth how differences in the context of public spaces, such as tourist areas and local environments, influence public perceptions of alcohol advertisements.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berfokus pada pemberdayaan anggota PEKKA (Perempuan Kepala Keluarga) di Gianyar, Bali, menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Tujuan utamanya adalah mengidentifikasi dan mengatasi tiga permasalahan kunci: kurangnya pemahaman hukum, kesenjangan layanan dan akses informasi, serta keterbatasan keterampilan ekonomi. Metode yang digunakan meliputi observasi, wawancara, dan analisis data kualitatif. Solusi yang diimplementasikan mencakup penyuluhan advokasi hukum, pengembangan platform mobile untuk digitalisasi modul, dan pelatihan bisnis digital. Proses ini diikuti dengan monitoring dan evaluasi kegiatan untuk memastikan efektivitas dan keberlanjutan program. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman hukum, akses terhadap layanan informasi, dan keterampilan ekonomi di kalangan anggota PEKKA. Penelitian ini berkontribusi pada pengembangan model pemberdayaan yang efektif untuk perempuan kepala keluarga, sejalan dengan program MBKM dan IKU, serta mendukung terciptanya masyarakat yang lebih sejahtera, adil gender, dan bermartabat.

Abstract

Non-Fungible Token (NFT) has recently become a social phenomenon as a new form of digital asset that is currently popular. In Indonesia itself, the development of NFT is fast in line with the development of the industry at the global level. Along with the more open and increasing understanding of block-chain, cryptocurrency trading or cryptocurrencies, as well as technological infrastructure that is increasingly supporting. The basic technical composition of the NFT is closely related to protecting the work from manipulation, duplication and reproduction. NFT technology is still very new and therefore, much of the scope of NFT is still unclear in terms of legal regulations in Indonesia. In terms of Intellectual Property, this study aims to determine the basic understanding of NFT and the Legal Protection of an NFT digital asset for creators, sellers and buyers. This article can also provide insight about NFT to the wider community so that they can read opportunities but can avoid the problem of copyright infringement and damage the concept of ownership in a work of art.

Abstract

Sales is a transaction carried out by two or more parties between one person to another with a valid payment that generates an income. One of the factors of success of sales is to maintain good relationships with customers, such as giving special promotions to Pelaggan so that customers will continue to come to buy products or services offered by a company.In this study found problems such as the difficulty of determining customer loyalty, the difficulty of determining the product that must be stocked a lot, the difficulty in recording transactions because of the possibility of missing or incorrect data due to Tria salon still recording data in the ledger. In addition, other problems that arise are the delivery of promotions that take more time due to having to send the same message one by one to the customer.The solution to solving this problem is to build a sales information system with web-based customer relationship management (CRM) features. Which later can help admin performance in managing customer data, managing product and service data and managing transaction data. In addition, it can help salon owners in managing customer reports and transaction reports and can provide promotions to all customers.From the results of blackbox testing that has been done, the results obtained are that the test is in accordance with the process that is run and produces an output that is in accordance with the system functions that have been defined.
