Abstract

Rumah sakit merupakan tempat yang penting dalam melakukan pemeriksaan kesehatan. Sistem informasi rumah sakit dibutuhkan untuk memberikan pelayanan prima pada masyarakat. Saat ini system pada rumah sakit umum daerah Serui masih manual baik konsultasi ke dokter maupun pencarian pasien rawat inap. Hal ini membuat pasien dan pengunjung membutuhkan waktu sehingga menjadi tidak efektif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat system informasi yang memudahkan pengguna dalam mencari jadwal konsultasi dan mencari pasien rawat inap. Penelitian ini menghasilkan suatu system informasi pelayanan rumah sakit berbasis android. Berdasarkan pengujian terhadap tingkat kepuasan pengguna menghasilkan sebesar 81,59% responden menyatakan system informasi pelayanan rumah sakit umum daerah Serui layak untuk digunakan.

Abstract

Employees of PT Kookmin Card Finansia Multi Finance, still uses traditional methods is fingerprint where are have various limitations and weaknesses such as making a marketing employee assigned outside the company to come to the office first to make kehadiran. This study aims to create a Geotagging Integrated Attendence System at PT Kookmin Card Finansia Multi Finance to make it easier for marketing employees to do kehadiran and documentation by providing gps access to find out the location. And the company can monitor employees on duty outside the company. The system development method used in this research is the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method. The RAD method is a system development method with a relatively short processing time. This data was obtained through, 1) Field Research, 2) Direct interviews with marketing, 3) Documentation. Based on the test results using the UAT (User Acceptance Tens) testing technique, 84% of the 21 respondents obtained results, so it was declared feasible based on the tests carried out

Abstract

This research aims to analyze and also develop the effectiveness of implementing the curriculum they study at SMA Islam Athirah 1 Makassar. The independent learning curriculum is a new policy in the world of education in Indonesia which gives freedom to each educational unit in managing and developing a curriculum that suits the needs and characteristics of students. By taking this approach, we will explore the opinions of each student teacher and also the school principal regarding the implementation of the independent learning curriculum at SMA Islam Athirah 1 Makassar. The data collected in this article was through observation and interviews. The independent learning curriculum at SMA Islam Athirah 1 Makassar will have a positive impact in increasing creativity, independence and interest in learning for students at SMA Islam Athirah 1 Makassar.

Abstract

MSME governance is one way to ensure that their business performance is sustainable and sustainable. Various methods are used to handle these governance problems. The aim of this Community Service (PKM) activity in the MSME sector is to implement MSME Governance within the Cikerai Village environment. The method used is conducting surveys and interviews with four stages starting from analysis to reporting. The results of PKM activities were carried out on the owner of the MSME business Mrs. Nay with the Nayy brand, who has a cassava chips snack business with financial and marketing constraints. After carrying out this activity, there was an understanding of MSME players, especially recording financial reports and developing traditional marketing into digital marketing

Abstract

Permasalahan utama dalam pengajaran mata kuliah website adalah kurangnya interaksi dan keterlibatan mahasiswa, serta minimnya dukungan individual dari pengajar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut dengan mengintegrasikan Pemrosesan Bahasa Alami (NLP) dalam bot Telegram. Bot Telegram ini dirancang untuk meningkatkan interaktivitas dan personalisasi dalam proses pembelajaran dengan menjawab pertanyaan mahasiswa, memberikan umpan balik otomatis, dan menyediakan sumber daya tambahan yang relevan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan bot Telegram berbasis NLP dapat meningkatkan tingkat interaksi dan keterlibatan mahasiswa, serta memberikan pengalaman belajar yang lebih mendukung dan memotivasi. Dengan demikian, solusi ini memiliki potensi besar untuk diterapkan di berbagai mata kuliah lain untuk meningkatkan efektivitas pembelajaran.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan model prediksi berbasis algoritma Random Forest guna mengidentifikasi mahasiswa yang berisiko putus kuliah di Universitas Teknologi AKBA Makassar, di mana tingginya angka putus kuliah menjadi tantangan signifikan yang disebabkan oleh berbagai faktor akademik, sosial-ekonomi, dan psikologis. Dengan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui metode data mining, data dari sistem informasi akademik dan survei primer, menggunakan 1.425 data mahasiswa yang diolah melalui tahap preprocessing dan dibagi menjadi 80% untuk pelatihan dan 20% untuk pengujian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa IPK, motivasi belajar, dan kehadiran merupakan variabel paling signifikan dalam memprediksi kelulusan, dengan model prediksi yang mencapai akurasi 70% serta performa precision dan recall yang memadai. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi penting dalam mendukung pengambilan keputusan strategis di institusi pendidikan tinggi untuk meningkatkan tingkat retensi mahasiswa dan mengurangi angka putus kuliah, meskipun masih terdapat ruang untuk peningkatan kinerja model, khususnya dalam menangani ketidakseimbangan data.

Abstract

Customer comfort is absolute and needs to be fully attentive to improving service performance, especially companies in the service sector. Submission of life insurance claim pt. Allianz Life Indonesia Insurance still uses conventional methods where when the customer wants to submit an insurance claim, the customer must visit the branch office, website or contact the head office to get information on what requirements are needed to submit a claim. This problem requires a flexible system application that helps customers in submitting claims and companies in processing customer data. This study aims to create a claim submission information system for PT. Allianz Life Indonesia Insurance KPM. Makassar to make it easier for customers to reach claim submissions without having to visit a branch office. Data obtained by: 1. Field research, 2. Interview with PT. Allianz Life Insurance Indonesia. System development using RAD (Rapid Application Development) model. System development using the RAD (Rapid Application Development) model. This model has 3 stages, namely 1. Requirement Planning, 2. Design 3. Implementation. The results showed that the results of testing with the UAT (User Acceptance Testing) technique were obtained by 82,75% of 26 respondents including admins, pimipinan and customers. The test results, it shows that the information system for submitting life insurance claims is declared feasible and can improve customer service performance

Abstract

The problem faced by At The PAUD Mujahidin School In Barru Regency is that the learning process is still dominated by conventional methods so that it is less interesting and less effective in stimulating children's interest in learning. The solution offered is the development of web-based interactive digital media that contains learning materials, interactive quizzes, and learning outcome reports that can be accessed by teachers and principals. The aim of the study was to create learning media that is able to increase children's involvement, motivation, and learning outcomes. The data was obtained through  observation, interviews, library research and the distribution of questionnaires for feasibility tests. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) model. The media is tested using Blackbox Testing to ensure system functionality as well as User Acceptance Test (UAT) to evaluate user satisfaction. The results of the study indicate  that 88% of respondents stated that this medium is very suitable for use, able to increase children's involvement, and provide a more enjoyable learning experience.

Abstract

Long-term hydroclimatic prediction in arid urban environments remains methodologically demanding because monthly records are often intermittent, highly seasonal, zero-inflated, and dominated by rare but consequential extreme events. Using a 121-year monthly hydroclimatic record for Makkah, Saudi Arabia, spanning January 1901 to December 2021, this study develops an explainable hybrid machine-learning framework for monthly forecasting, seasonal diagnostics, and extreme-event detection. The dataset contains 1,452 monthly observations with a mean value of 6.19, median of 3.00, standard deviation of 8.05, and maximum of 52.00, indicating a strongly skewed distribution. Exploratory analysis reveals pronounced seasonality: November, December, and January exhibit the highest hydroclimatic values, whereas June is consistently dry across the full record. A temporal feature set was constructed using lag variables, rolling statistics, annual seasonal memory, cyclical month encodings, and trend indicators. Several predictive models were evaluated, including Random Forest, Extra Trees, Histogram Gradient Boosting, XGBoost, and a hybrid SARIMA–Random Forest residual-correction model. Extra Trees achieved the best forecasting performance on the holdout period, with MAE = 2.997, RMSE = 5.603, sMAPE = 57.669%, and R² = 0.518. Extreme-event detection was performed using a 90th-percentile threshold of 17.68, identifying 146 extreme months over the full record. The best classification trade-off was obtained by Histogram Gradient Boosting, while Random Forest produced the highest ROC-AUC. SHAP-based interpretation demonstrates that seasonal phase variables and annual memory features dominate model behaviour, especially month_cos, month_sin, same_month_last_year, and lag_12. The findings show that interpretable ensemble learning can provide a more transparent and operationally relevant framework than accuracy-only forecasting for arid-region hydroclimatic risk assessment.
