Abstract

Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan informasi mengenai inovasi pengolahan ubi ungu serta memotivasi ibu-ibu rumah tangga Desa Sekip untuk berwirausaha, sehingga ibu rumah tangga dapat lebih produktif, penghasilan keluarga bertambah, meskipun hanya dari rumah saja. Tim pengabdian kepada masyarakat UNPRI memberikan pelatihan pengolahan ubi ungu menjadi boba. Selain mengolah produk, mitra juga diberikan motivasi, dan diberikan pengetahuan baru mengenai strategi pemasaran, perkiraan harga jual. Hasil dari dari kegiatan ini, ibu-ibu rumah tangga Desa Sekip memiliki keahlian dan kemampuan untuk membuat boba yang berasal dari ubi ungu.

Abstract

The Effect of Work Motivation and Organizational Culture on Employee Job Performance of PT. Bank Mandiri Tbk Branch Pematang Siantar Sudirman. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of work motivation and organizational culture on employee work performance at PT. Bank Mandiri Tbk. The method used in this study is a survey approach, the type of research is quantitative descriptive and the nature of this research is descriptive explanatory. The method of data collection is done by a list of questions and documentation study. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression using SPSS software. The results showed simultaneously and partially work motivation and organizational culture had a positive and significant effect on employee work performance. The coefficient of determination (R square) of 0.918 which means that the ability of work motivation (X2) and Organizational Culture (X3) can explain variations of work performance by 91.8% and the remaining 8.2% is influenced by other variables outside of the variables studied.

Abstract

Work performance and productivity are manifestations of many factors, including satisfaction. Satisfaction is an indirect factor, but its impact is very significant on performance achievement. Even under certain circumstances, job satisfaction becomes the dominant factor in effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity. This study aims to examine the work factors that affect employee job satisfaction. The research method uses quantitative and multiple linear regression analysis. Simultaneous test results show that satisfaction is a factor that is sensitive to company policies, including recruitment, training, and career development. The most interesting thing from this finding is that recruitment is an indirect factor that influences the sense of satisfaction. That is, a good recruitment system can bring a sense of justice to employees, especially at the stage of promotion, clarity in the acceptance of employees in certain positions, is a guarantee of a sense of justice. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh perputaran modal kerja, perputaran persediaan dan arus kas baik secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap rasio lancar yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2014 - 2017. Metode pengumpulan data yang di gunakan adalah metode kuantitatif. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan dokumentasi. Teknik yang digunakan dalam pengambilan sampel adalah Purposive Sampling, sehingga sampel sebanyak 10 perusahaan. Model analisis dalam peneliian ini adalah analisis persamaan regresi linier berganda , koefisien determinasi hipotesis, uji F dan uji T. Hasil penelitian secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa perputaran modal kerja berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap rasio lancar, perputaran persediaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap rasio lancar, arus kas berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap rasio lancar. Sedangkan secara simultan perputaran modal kerja, perputaran persediaan dan arus kas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap rasio lancar. Hasil analisis koefisien determinasi diperoleh nilai adjusted R Square sebesar 0.867. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa 86.7% variabel rasio lancar dapat digunakan oleh variabel perputaran modal kerja, perputaran persediaan dan arus kas sedangkan sisanya sebesar 13.3 % merupakan variabel lain seperti penjualan, TATO, piutang, ROA yang tidak dijelaskan dalam peneltian ini.

Abstract

This study aims to explain the effect of Return on Assets, Earning Per Share, Cash Conversion Cyle, Price Book Value and Gross Profit Margin on Stock Return. The population of this study were 38 companies in the Food and Beverage sub-sector and only 13 companies that met the criteria using the Purposive Sampling technique. This study uses secondary data with classical assumption test and multiple regression analysis. The results showed that simultaneously Return on Assets, Earning Per Share, Cash Conversion Cyle, Price Book Value and Gross Profit Margin had a significant and significant effect on Stock Return. Cash Conversion Cyle partially and significantly affects Stock Return. while partially Return on Assets, Earning Per Share, Saham in food and beverage companies. Coefficient of Determination Value (R2) R Square value of 0.280 with a rate of 28 percent. So, the effect of Return on Assets, Earning Per Share, Cash Conversion Cyle, Price Book Value and Gross Profit Margin on Stock Return is 28 percent. The remaining 72 percent is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is a partial influence Current Ratio, Debt To Asset Ratio, Firm Size and Working Capital Turnover Against Profitability (ROA). This study uses quantitative research. The population in this study were all Wholesale and Retail trade companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) and continuously published financial reports in 2013-2017. Based on the purposive sampling method, the samples obtained were 20 companies for each year in the period 2013-2017, so that the data obtained were 100 observation data. The analytical method used is multiple regression analysis. The results of the study state that partially the Current Ratio, Debt to Asset Ratio, Firm size, and working capital turnover have an effect on profitability (ROA).

Abstract

Penyebab persaingan usaha bisnis yang ketat, karena banyaknya perusahaan pesaing yang memiliki kualitas kompetitif yang baik. Salah satunya pada perusahaan sektor industri barang konsumsi. Fenomena yang terjadi di perusahaan adalah peningkatan sales, working capital dan operating cash flow. Masalah dari penelitian dirumuskan sebagai berikut: apakah terdapat pengaruh sales, working capital dan operating cash flow terhadap net profit pada perusahaan consumer goods yang listing di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada periode 2013-2017. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan tipe penelitian deskriptif dan sifat penelitian adalah penelitian kausal. Dokumentasi digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data. Analisis regresi linear berganda merupakan metode analisis data, koefisien determinasi, uji F dan uji t. teknik purposive sampling merupakan teknik pengambilan sampel dengan kriteria tertentu ada 24 perusahaan sebagai sampel penelitian. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sales, working capital dan operating cash flow secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap net profit. Secara parsial, sales berpengaruh signifikan terhadap net profit, working capital signifikan terhadap net profit, operating cash flow telah pengaruh signifikan terhadap net profit.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui apakah Profitabilitas, Investment Decisions, Financial Performance dan Devidend Policy berpengaruh terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif, Jenis penelitian ekplanatori, Sifat penelitian bersifat hubungan kausal, Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah Purposive Sampling. Mengunakan model analisis regresi linear berganda, koefisien dertiminasi, Uji F, dan Uji T. dari pengujian hipotesis secara simultan menunjukkan profitabilitas, Investment decisions, Financial performance dan Devidend policy berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. Hasil penelitian hipotesis secara parsial menunjukkan Profitabilitas, Investment Decisions berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan sedangkan Financial Performance dan Devidend Policy tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. Pengujian analisis koefisien determinasi di peroleh hasil dengan nilai adjusted R Square sebesar 0,992, artinya variasi variabel nilai perusahaan yang dapat di jelaskan oleh variabel Profitabilitas, Investment Decisions, Financial Performance dan Devidend Policy sebesar 99,2% sedangkan sisanya 0,8% di pengaruhi variabel lain di luar dari model regresi dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menguji hubungan Growth Opportunity, Leverage dan Firm Size terhadap Cash Holding pada perusahaan Properti dan Real Estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2014-2017. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dan pendekatan deduktif bersifat deskriptif. Jumlah populasi adalah 49 perusahaan properti & real estate yang ada di BEI periode 2014-2017. Teknik sampel menggunakan sampling purposive sehingga sampel penelitian yang memenuhi kriteria sebanyak 31 perusahaan. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan data sekunder yang berasal dari laporan keuangan sedangkan model analisis data adalah regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian uji F yaitu Growth Opportunity, Leverage dan Firm Size berpengaruh terhadap Cash Holding. Secara individu Growth Opportunity tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap Cash Holding sedangkan Leverage dan Firm Size memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Cash Holding. Nilai koefisien determinasi yang dilihat dari Adjusted R2 sebesar 0,256 yang menunjukkan bahwa cash holding dapat dipengaruhi oleh Growth Opportunity, Leverage dan Firm Size sebesar 25,6%, dan sebesar 74,4% merupakan faktor lain yang tidak diajukan dalam laporan penelitian ini.

Abstract

The cause of business competition is tight, because there are many competing companies that have good competitive quality. One of them is the food and beverage subsector and the pharmaceutical subsector. The phenomenon that occurs in the company is an increase in the debt to equity ratio, return on equity and investment decisions. The problems of the research are formulated as follows: whether there is an influence of the debt to equity ratio, return on equity and investment decisions on the value of the company in the food and beverage subsector and the pharmaceutical subsector which is listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2013-2017. The research method used is a quantitative research method with a type of descriptive research and the nature of research is casual research. Documentation is used to collect data. Multiple linear regression analysis is a method of data analysis, coefficient of determination, F test and T test. Purposive sampling technique is a sampling technique with certain criteria there are 17 companies as research samples. Based on the results of this study indicate that the debt to equity ratio, return on equity and investment decisions simultaneously have a significant effect on firm value with a Sig = 0,000. Partially, debt to equity ratio, return on equity and investment decisions have a significant effect on firm value with a Sig = 0,000 value
