Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of liquidity, return on assets, and company growth on stock prices in manufacturing companies for the period 2018–2021. The population of this study consisted of 42 companies, and the sample consisted of 17 companies, which included manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2018-2021. In this study, the researcher used a quantitative method with multiple linear regression analysis tools. The research data consisted of numbers that would be measured using statistics as a calculation test tool, related to the problem under study to generate a conclusion. Therefore, it can be concluded that liquidity partially has a negative and insignificant effect on stock prices. Return on assets partially has a positive and significant effect on stock prices. And company growth partially has a positive and significant effect on stock prices. And the magnitude of liquidity, return on assets, and company growth on stock prices is 47.8 %.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of profitability, liquidity, and capital structure on the value of companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) during the period 2018-2021. The population used in this study were food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the IDX over the four-year period from 2018 to 2021, comprising 42 companies. The sample obtained was 17 manufacturing companies listed on the IDX during the 2018-2021 period. The research method used in this study is the quantitative method with multiple linear regression analysis tools, where quantitative data is a study method that is based on conjunctive data. This study uses descriptive statistical tests, Kolmogorov Smirnov statistical tests, multiple linear regression tests, and hypothesis testing with the help of the SPSS 23 program. The results of this study show that profitability partially has a positive and significant effect on the firm’s value, and the variables of liquidity and capital structure simultaneously have no effect on the firm’s value.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh kualitas produk, harga, dan promosi terhadap loyalitas konsumen pengguna Shopee di Fakultas Hukum Universitas Prima Indonesia. Pengumpulan data diperoleh dengan menyebarkan kuesioner menggunakan skala Likert, teknik analisis regresi linear berganda dipilih dengan benar untuk digunakan sebagai dasar pengujian hipotesis dalam penelitian ini. Hal ini dikarenakan pada prinsipnya regresi linear berganda digunakan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara variabel bebas dan tidak bebas, seberapa besar variabel tidak bebas mempengaruhi variabel independen sehingga pada akhirnya dapat ditentukan juga apakah ada hubungan positif dan signifikan antara variabel yang diteliti. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara variabel Kualitas Produk terhadap Loyalitas Konsumen Shopee (Studi Kasus pada Mahasiswa Fakultas Hukum Universitas Prima Indonesia), Terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara variabel Harga terhadap Loyalitas Konsumen Shopee (Studi Kasus pada Mahasiswa Fakultas Hukum Universitas Prima Indonesia), Terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara variabel-variabel Promosi yang berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Loyalitas Konsumen Shopee (Studi Kasus pada Mahasiswa Fakultas Hukum Universitas Prima Indonesia), yaitu variabel independen Kualitas Produk,Harga, dan Promosi mempengaruhi variabel non-bebas Loyalitas Konsumen sebesar 52,9% sedangkan sisanya 47,1% (100% - 52,9%) dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalampenelitian ini, seperti kepuasan konsumen, layanan admin toko kepada konsumen dan sebagainya.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of Promotion, Service Quality and Consumer Satisfaction on Gojek Consumer Loyalty (Case Study on Law Faculty Students at Prima University of Indonesia). The research method used is quantitative. Total population of 208 students and 68 employees as research samples. The sampling technique used is random sampling. The results showed that promotion partially had a positive and significant effect on Gojek Consumer Loyalty. Service Quality has a positive and significant effect on Gojek Consumer Loyalty. Consumer Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on Gojek Consumer Loyalty. Promotion, Service Quality and Consumer Satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on Gojek Consumer Loyalty. In conclusion, promotion level, service quality and customer satisfaction have a role in customer loyalty. Keywords: Customer Satisfaction Service Quality, Consumer Loyalty, Promotion

Abstract

The development of social media with various features that can be accessed anywhere has made more and more social media users from various backgrounds such as teenagers. The use of social media with its various impacts needs to be socialized to adolescents because currently social media has positive and negative impacts on physical and mental health. The general objective of this community service activity is to find out an overview of youth's knowledge about the positive and negative impacts of using social media for mental health. The methods in this community service activity are: 1. Analysis of the community situation. This stage can be carried out with two sub-stages, which are further divided into several possibilities. First: determine the target audience, Second: determine the problem areas to be analyzed. 2. Problem identification. The results of the analysis work which includes the objectives and problem areas mentioned earlier are that the problems faced by the selected target group can be identified and then formulated. 3. Define specific work goals, in other words what changes are desired. 4. Problem solving plan. Problems that have been identified need to be solved. 5. Social approach. What is meant is the approach to the target community. 6. Implementation of activities. 7. Evaluation of activities and results. Suggestions for schools are to include activities to increase youth knowledge about social media, positive and negative impacts of using social media in the school's extracurricular schedule. This can be done in groups/peer groups with selected social media ambassadors

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of price on consumer satisfaction of Shopee application users in Medan City. Today, the development of e-commerce has influenced people's lifestyles, allowing online shopping with convenience. Shopee as an e-commerce platform continues to grow, but it is important to understand customer expectations and fulfill their needs. This research explores the factors that influence e-commerce service quality and how to improve the shopping experience. This study combines the theories of customer satisfaction and service quality using Shopee Visitor Population Data 2022 in Medan City with a sample of 99. The results showed that product quality, price, and service together contribute positively and significantly to the consumer satisfaction of Shopee application users. This shows that Shopee can increase the level of customer satisfaction by focusing on product quality development, effective price management, and continuous application update efforts.

Abstract

Perseroan manufaktur terkenal sebagai perseroan yang penyedia produk yang diperlukan suatu pasar. Riset berikut tujuannya guna memahami Pengaruh Kebijakan Dividen, Kebijakan Hutang, serta Ukuran Perusahaan pada Nilai Perusahaan pada Perseroan Manufaktur yang Tercatat di BEI. Berpendekatan kuantitatif dengan uji regresi linear berganda. Jenis riset yang dipakai pada riset berikut ialah studi deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil riset ialah Kebijakan Hutang berdampak secara individual pada Nilai Perusahaan pada Perseroan Manufaktur yang Tercatat pada BEI. Kebijakan Dividen tidak berdampak secara individual pada Nilai Perusahaan pada Perseroan Manufaktur yang Tercatat di BEI. Ukuran Perusahaan berdampak secara individual pada Nilai Perusahaan pada Perseroan Manufaktur yang Tercatat di BEI. Kebijakan Dividen, Ukuran Perusahaan dan Kebijakan Hutang berdampak secara bersamaan pada Nilai Perusahaan pada Perseroan Manufaktur yang Tercatat di BEI.

Abstract

Tujuan riset berikut ialah guna menganalisis pengaruh kebijakan dividen, struktur modal, dan kebijakan hutang terhadap nilai perusahaan pada perseroan manufaktur selama tahun 2019-2022. Riset berikut memakai metode analisis kuantitatif dengan sampel sebanyak 26 annual report dari perseroan manufaktur yang tercatat pada BEI (Bursa Efek Indonesia) selama tahun 2019-2022. Analisis data dijalankan memakai perangkat lunak statistik SPSS. Hasil riset memaparkan bahwasanya secara parsial, struktur modal tidak berdampak signifikan pada nilai perusahaan pada perseroan manufaktur selama periode 2019-2022. Sebaliknya, variabel kebijakan dividen secara parsial berdampak signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Variabel kebijakan hutang secara individual tidak berdampak signifikan pada nilai perusahaan. Namun, hasil pengujian secara bersamaan memaparkan bahwasanya variabel struktur modal, kebijakan dividen, dan kebijakan hutang secara bersamaan berdampak signifikan positif pada nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan manufaktur selama periode 2019-2022

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of financial literacy, lifestyle, electronic money on the consumptive behaviour of generation z students at Prima Indonesia University. Consumptive behaviour can be explained by looking at the habits of the subject, in this case students, who more often buy goods to meet their wants rather than needs rather than saving or investing. Good financial literacy is expected to help all individuals carry out good financial behaviour. The reality that is often encountered today is the tendency of students who are late adolescents to imitate a consumptive lifestyle that is all up to date. Excessive use of e-money can trigger consumptive behaviour. Consumptive behaviour is associated with excessive consumption patterns of goods or services, beyond the limits of one's needs. The research method uses a quantitative method with a sample size of 100 students. Data collection was carried out through interviews, questionnaires and documentation studies. Data testing was carried out by conducting classical assumption tests, regression tests and hypothesis testing using SPSS. The results of the study showed partially and simultaneously that financial literacy, lifestyle, electronic money had a significant effect on consumptive behaviour.
