Abstract

The increasingly fierce competition of online shop products spurred online shop application providers to undertake business development strategy steps by strengthening digital business services and various service innovations to meet customer needs. This can be seen from the public interest in shopping at online stores because prices are more competitive, there is no need to bother coming directly to the store, and the goods purchased will be delivered to the buyers’ place. The population in this study that used mobile shop online application services was 100 respondents. The research data analysis method is quantitative descriptive statistical analysis and multiple regression analysis. The result of this research is that the attractiveness of advertisements and customer comments together have a positive and significant effect in increasing customer product purchasing decisions for users of online shop applications in Medan, while partially the attractiveness of advertising (X1) only has a positive and significant effect, but the variables customer comments (X2) have no positive effect in improving customer product purchasing decisions on users of online shop applications in the city of Medan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality on satisfaction, the influence of customer satisfaction on loyalty, and the effect of service quality on Sri Lelawangsa Railway service customer loyalty. The sample of this study is 80 people who are Sri Lelawangsa railway transportation service customers. Data that has been collected through questionnaires that have been tested for validity and reliability, then processed using the classical assumption test and multiple regression analysis. Based on the results of the study, it is known that the results of this study are (1) there is a positive and significant influence between Service Quality on Customer Satisfaction, (2) there is a positive and significant influence between Service Quality on Customer Loyalty, (3) there is a positive and significant influence between Satisfaction Customers to Sri Lelawangsa Railway Loyalty Customer Service.

Abstract

Soap is a necessity in the household that is continuously used, so the costs incurred are also quite large. The purpose of this washing soap training is to provide public knowledge especially housewives in Suka Maju Kelurahan in making soaps such as dishwashing soap, floor cleaning soap, detergent, softener and fragrances of clothes that are often used for daily needs, to reduce expenses routinely. This activity also encourages creativity and interest in trying to make them get an extra income. The team worked closely with the community empowerment agency Suka Maju Village,through the village funding program to create an independent,having soft skills community to be able to improve the economy. Activities that lasted for two days showed that public is enthusiastic and understands the workings of making products, as well as succeeding in making products well. T- test results also showed a sig value of 0.003 meaning that there were differences between before the activity took place and after the training.

Abstract

Pembuatan masker pada masa Pandemi ini sangatlah penting karna masker dibutuhkan masyarakat, utamanya di Deli Serdang, sehingga masker sangat dibutuhkan untuk menjaga diri dari terserangnya Covid19 terutama ketika kita keluar rumah. Proses pembuatan masker ini mendapat dukungan dari Kepala Desa dan beberapa masyarakat. Masker yang telah dibuat akan disebarkan kepada Kepala Desa untuk bantuan pada masyarakat dan sebagian dibagikan langsung kepada masyarakat dan salah satu kader di Deeli Serdang. Dalam pembuatan masker, ada beberapa bahan yang diperlukan, (1) dua bahan kain katun untuk kain yang di luar 20 cm dan kain yang di dalam 16 cm, (2) dua buah tali karet sepanjang 26 cm, (3) bola dan jarum, (4) gunting, (5) jarum bundel, (6) penggaris. Adapun tujuan dalam pembuatan masker ini adalah Memberikan pengetahuan kepada masyarakat Deli Serdang cara membuat masker dengan mudah dan cepat dalam rangka pencegahan dan penanganan COVID- 19

Abstract

This research was done by the social science faculty at Universitas Panca Budi Medan with the aim of research to know the influence of service quality and learning quality toward student satisfaction moderated by education cost. The type of research used was qualitative research. The study population was regular and executive students in the social science faculty of Universitas Panca Budi Medan as many as 2,580 students in 2018. Sampling using random sampling with a sample size of 100 respondents. Sources of data using primary data with data retrieval were surveyed. Data analysis techniques used multiple linear regression, MRA (Moderating Regression Analysis) analysis, classical assumption test, and hypothesis test. Based on the results of the research conducted, it could be shown that the quality of service and the quality of learning partially significantly affected student satisfaction in a study on the social science faculty in Universitas Panca Budi Medan. The quality of service and the quality of learning simultaneously have a significant effect on the students' satisfaction of study on the social science faculty in Universitas Panca Budi Medan. The quality of service and quality of learning has a moderate relationship with student satisfaction in the faculty of social science of Panca Budi University Medan. Meanwhile, the satisfaction of students of the social science faculty could be explained by the quality of service and the quality of learning in Universitas Panca Budi Medan 23.2% and the rest 76.8% by others variables that did not examine.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to provide training on entrepreneurship in terms of seeing business opportunities that exist in beekeeping, especially honey beekeeping in the hope of helping the welfare of the new village community by opening innovative and useful businesses. By using the method of observation, outreach and implementation of activities. The result of this activity was that the participants received training and an understanding of beekeeping which has many benefits, one of which is not only as a therapeutic medium but also has the potential to generate promising business opportunities so that 16 out of 25 participants felt interested in running this business.

Abstract

Indonesia merupakan negara peringkat ke-2 penyumbang sampah pelastik di lautan. Ada sebanyak 64 juta ton/tahun sampah pelastik di Indonesia. Saat ini, sampah terus tertumpuk dan tercampur hingga mencapai tinggi puluhan meter di Tempat Pembuangan Akhir (TPA). Dari banyaknya jumlah sampah yang dikumpulkan, hanya sedikit sampah yang dapat didaur ulang. Hal ini membuat Tim Pengabdian Masyarakat Universitas Prima Indonesia berinisiatif melakukan sosialisasi berupa pengenalan pengolahan limbah organik menjadi kompos agar kelestarian lingkungan dapat terjaga. Metode kegiatan yang akan diberikan kepada masyarakat adalah, penyadaran, penyuluhan, pelatihan pembuatan pupuk kompos. Penyadaran ditujukan untuk memberikan kesadaran pada masyarakat bahwa pengelolaan sampah menjadi kompos akan berdampak positif terhadap lingkungannya. Penyuluhan bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan kepada masyarakat agar mereka lebih peka terhadap lingkungannya, sehingga lingkungan akan memberikan hasil yang bermanfaat bagi keluarganya. Pelatihan pembuatan pupuk kompos bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan secara langsung, baik melalui tayangan gambar, dan praktek langsung membuat kompos dari sampah rumah tangga. Diharapkan hasil yang diperoleh dari kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat ini masyarakat mampu mengolah sampah organik menjadi kompos, jumlah sampah yang dibawa ke TPA berkurang, kebersihan dan kesehatan lingkungan lebih terjaga.

Abstract

A company is an organization consisting of 2 or more people whose goal is to create a product for profit. A company listed on the IDX is a company that has shares that can be purchased by the general public. Basically, a company listed on the IDX must be a company that have large capital. what determines investors will invest their capital in the company is the company's financial performance. investors will make decisions to invest some capital in the company through the company's financial performance. This study aims to determine the effect of CR, DER, TATO, ROA, on the PBV Ratio manufacturing companies in the pharmaceutical sub-sector industry listed on the IDX in 2016-2019 This research approach uses a quantitative approach and uses a purposive sampling technique, 11 samples of manufacturing companies in the pharmaceutical sub-sector industry listed on the IDX in 2016-2019. used is secondary data. Secondary data is the financial statements of manufacturing companies in the pharmaceutical sub-sector industry listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2019 on the web www.idx.co.id. Abstract

The goal of this insvestigation is to examine the impacct of earnings per share, return on assets, debt/partial equity ratio, and also stock price in companies in the Corporate Governance sub-sector financial institutions traded on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2020. This investigation used a sample of 44 financial institution subsectors for the period 2017-2020 and a total of 19 financial institution subsectors registered with IDX on period 2017-2020. The method used in this insvestigation is quantitativ research. Use default data available on IDX official website as financial report. The purpose of sampling was to establish the type of sample included in this investigation. Multiple linear regression methods used by researchers to analyze the results of a investigation will be learned and concluded. The revenue investigation shows that the share prices of establishment in the financial institution sub-sector in the period 2017 - 2020 are partially positively and directly related to EPS, while the increase or decrease in stock prices of companies in the financial institutions sub-sector in the period 2017-2020 is partly related to stock prices. It is not affected by ROA or DER. The revenue of this investigation concluded that EPS, ROA, and DER also had a signifikation impact on the stock prices of Financial Institution companies traded on the Indonesian Stock Exchange during the period 2017-2020.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of liquidity, growth, and company size on profitability (case studies on non-financial companies listed on the IDX for the 2018-2020 period). The research approach used is a quantitative approach. The sampling method is purposive sampling, a sample of 42 non-financial companies listed on the IDX for the 2018-2020 period multiplied by the 3 year period in the study. The results showed that the current ratio variable has a t count > t table, namely -4.062 > 1.657 and a significant value of 0.000 <0.05; b) the sales growth variable has a t count > t table, namely 3.298 > 1.657 and a significant 0.000 <0.05; c) the company size variable has a t count <t table, namely 0.932 < 1.657 and a significant 0.932 > 0.05; d) the result of F count > F table is 8.473 > 2.68 and significant 0.019 < 0.05. In conclusion, the current ratio, sales growth and firm size simultaneously have a significant effect on return on assets. The current ratio has a partially significant effect on the return on assets. Sales growth has a partially significant effect on return on assets.
