Abstract

Kebun Berkah merupakan kebun yang berada di Gunung Steling Kelurahan Batu Ampar- Balikpapan Utara. Pemilik kebun memfokuskan bisnisnya pada budidaya buah dan sayur untuk mendukung pasokan di Balikpapan. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara dengan perwakilan kelurahan, Kebun Berkah memiliki potensi menjadi tujuan ekowisata baru. Akan tetapi, pemilik kebun saat ini memiliki kendala dalam modal usaha serta promosi. Banyak masyarakat Balikpapan yang belum mengenal Kebun Berkah sehingga penjualan hasil usaha dilakukan melalui jejaring pribadi serta warga sekitar. Peningkatan jejaring promosi Kebun Berkah diperlukan untuk mendukung penjualan serta menarik investor. Berdasarkan situasi tersebut, kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan agar mampu mendukung peningkatan promosi Kebun Berkah. Kegiatan dilaksanakan pada bulan Februari hingga Juni 2021 yang terdiri dari kegiatan perancangan website dan media sosial, pelatihan pengelolaan media sosial, dan sosialisasi kepada warga sekitar. Kegiatan perancangan website dan media sosial telah dilaksanakan dengan orientasi utama pada pembuatan profil dan branding Kebun Berkah. Kegiatan pelatihan dilaksanakan agar pengelola dapat mengoperasikan media promosi yang telah disusun. Media yang dibuat telah disosialisasikan kepada warga sekitar. Kegiatan ini mendapat respon dan apresiasi yang baik dari pengelola kebun maupun masyarakat sekitar. Media yang dirancang saat ini telah aktif digunakan oleh pengelola kebun untuk mempromosikan aktifitas maupun produknya.

Abstract

Pengembangan Kabupaten Gorontalo Utara memerlukan pengembangan kawasan RS atau rumah sakit sehingga pemerintah Kabupaten Gorontalo Utara akan mengembangkan RS Type D pratama di Kecamatan Tolingula yang memerlukan kelayakan kawasan secara fisik untuk pembangunan kawasan serta mendukung pembangunan fisik di kemudian hari. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kelayakan kawasan tapak rumah sakit dari aspek fisik kawasan rumah sakit dan sekitar kawasan rumah sakit. Dari hasil analisis tata ruang, tapak kawasan, SKL serta pengembangan sekitar kawasan, dapat dipastikan kawasan Rumah Sakit Type D Gorontalo Utara di Tolinggula layak dikembangkan dan dikerjakan.

Abstract

According to Law Number 3 of 2022 concerning the State Capital, Sepaku District is designated as a tourism and entertainment center area, namely BWP 4 or BWP IKN Timur. Based on the results of field observations, it is known that BWP IKN East has natural tourism potential in the form of mangrove forests, waterfalls, bamboo forests and caves. The natural beauty and beautiful villages can support the development of tourism. In its development, a tourism object must have six tourism criteria. Therefore it is necessary to analyze the tourism potential based on the six tourism criteria to support tourism development in BWP IKN Timur. As for the research method, the data used are primary data from field observations and documentation, and this research is qualitative in nature, and the analysis used is classification analysis through a scoring process. After conducting data analysis, it was found that BWP IKN East has tourism potential in the form of potential attractions, accessibility, amenities, ancillary, activities, and available packages.

Abstract

Parking is one of the transportation infrastructure that must be managed properly to meet the needs of proper and adequate parking spaces. One of the transportation infrastructures is providing parking, both on-street parking and off-street parking. The Mahakam Tepian Pesut Park area is one of the most popular tourist areas visited by tourists and residents of Samarinda City. Along with the increase in the population of Samarinda City and the number of tourists visiting the Mahakam Pesut Edge Park Area, the impact on the reduction of parking lots. The purpose of this study was to analyze the need for parking space at the Mahakam Pesut Edge Park on Jalan Gadjah Mada. The research method used is descriptive quantitative method. The results show that the area of the research area used for parking is 830 m² and the need for parking is greater than the availability of parking. It is obtained that the existing conditions of parking for cars and motorbikes experience a shortage every year in the next 5 years and the addition of Parking Space Requirements (KRP) every year which does not include the addition of new parking lots. Abstract

Based on the RTRW (Regional Spatial Planning) in Samarinda City for the period 2014 to 2034 it states that there are plans for urban infrastructure on Jalan KH. Abul Hasan, namely in the form of providing and using pedestrian network infrastructure facilities in the Samarinda City area. However, in reality, the pedestrian paths in the area do not meet the criteria set for road users. The purpose of this study was to analyze the feasibility level of pedestrian paths for pedestrian path users by analyzing the Pedestrian Environmental Quality Index (PEQI). Quantitative qualitative descriptive analysis method based on PEQI analysis from direct observation with traffic indicator variables, pedestrian path design, and use of pedestrian path space with nine sub-variables contained therein. Jalan KH. Abul Hasan, City of Samarinda in this study is divided into three segments based on building designation, namely Segment 1 (Trade and Services), Segment 2 (Education), and Segment 3 (Green Open Space). The results of the PEQI in the three segments are the quality of basic pedestrian paths, which have standard or average (basic) quality provided conditions are met, but can be improved (III).

Abstract

Program sejuta rumah merupakan solusi untuk mengurangi backlog perumahan dengan membangun rumah sederhana dan subsidi sebagai implementasi dari program tersebut. Namun, menurut masyarakat yang menjadi penerima manfaat program, mengungkapkan ketidakpuasan terhadap implementasi program. Salah satu masalah utama dalam rumah subsidi hasil implementasi dari program sejuta rumah yaitu aspek prasarana, sarana dan utilitas rumah. Adapun perumahan subsidi yang terdapat di Kota Balikpapan yaitu Perumahan Green Valley, Kariangau. Oleh karena itu, perlu dianalisis mengenai tingkat kepuasan warga yang tinggal di perumahan sebagai penerima manfaat dari program tersebut. Tujuan penelitian ini ialah menilai tingkat kepuasan penghuni rumah di Perumahan Green Valley. Metode analisis pada penelitian ini yaitu analisis Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan tingkat kepuasan penghuni perumahan rumah subsidi berdasarkan perspektif penghuni Perumahan Green Valley sebagai penerima manfaat program sejuta rumah berdasarkan hasil perhitungan CSI yaitu 59% masuk ke dalam kriteria CSI dengan interpretasi cukup puas.

Abstract

Walking is one of the modes of transportation that can connect people from one place to another.Thus, it can be seen that walking is a mode of transportation that can connect human movement tomove from one place to another, especially in activity centers in urban areas in order to avoid trafficjams. Walking activities in activity centers in urban areas need to have the characteristics of aWalkable City. Walkable City is a city where residents in the city prefer to walk as the main mode oftransportation they use, for reasons of health, leisure, and improving the characteristics of the city inthe walkability index level. Based on this, it is necessary to know the value of the walkability index ofthe Pasar Pagi area of Samarinda City which is an area designated for trade and services with variouskinds of activities. The walkability index assessment is done by calculating the performance on eachwalkability index variable using a Likert Scale. The result is that based on the average value of thewalkability index of each road corridor, the walkability index value of the Morning Market Area is 36out of a maximum score of 100. This value means that the Morning Market Area is included in theNot Walkable category.

Abstract

The Slamet Riyadi Street corridor is one of the roads in Samarinda City with trade and service activities. On Slamet Riyadi road itself has a density of vehicle activity on certain days and hours. The preparation of research aimed at analyzing the direction of parking arrangement on the corridor of Jalan Slamet Riyadi. From the results of the analysis that has been carried out, the largest parking volume for cars was in corridor 1 as many as 130 cars on Thursday and for motor vehicles in corridor 1 as many as 381 motorcycles on Sunday. The highest parking turnover rate and the lowest parking index with a value of more than >1 vehicle/SRP and it is known that corridors 2 and 3 have a value of more than >1. An analysis of parking users was also carried out which obtained the average parking user aged >50 years. An analysis was carried out for direction on aspects of comfort, availability, distance and safety and it was found that maintenance of street lights, markings, road signs and the provision of parking attendants was needed and increased the distance to exit and enter parking so as not to endanger fellow road users.

Abstract

Social capital owned by the community plays a very significant role in improving tourism development, people with high social capital tend to participate more actively to achieve common goals, thus increasing awareness and concern for tourism development. Kampung Warna-Warni Teluk Seribu is one of the tours that developed due to the surrounding community's awareness of their area's potential. Thus, this study aims to determine the condition and level ofccommunity social capital in the development of tourism in Teluk Seribu Colorful Village. The scoring analysis method assisted by the Likert scale is used in this researchbby distributing questionnairessto the community. The results obtained from this study show that the social capital owned by the community of Kampung Warna-Warni Teluk Seribu is included in the high level. The community's high level of social capital will increase their participation in tourism development.

Abstract

Based on RTRW and RPJMD of Balikpapan City, one of the tourism objects that becomes the focus of tourism development is Kampung Warna-Warni Teluk Seribu Balikpapan. Sapta Pesona is a benchmark element for improving the quality of tourism products consisting of seven elements, namely, Security, Order, Cleanliness, Coolness, Beauty, Friendliness, and Memories. The use of the concept of Sapta Pesona is expected to provide knowledge to tourists and the surrounding community to be more aware of tourism and develop new attractions for tourists of Kampung Warna-Warni Teluk Seribu so that it becomes sustainable tourism. Thus, the purpose of this research is to formulate the development strategy of Kampung Warna-Warni Teluk Seribu Balikpapan based on Sapta Pesona in increasing tourist visits. In order to achieve that goal, the development strategy of Kampung Warna-Warni Teluk Seribu Balikpapan based on Sapta Pesona is formulated by comparative analysis to 6 sub-variables that become development priorities, namely Provision of Security & Safety Information, Provision of Security System, Order Regulation, Cleanliness Management, Beauty of Tourist Location, and Memories of Tourist Attraction. The formulation of this development strategy is carried out by comparing existing conditions with Best Practice related to each sub variable.
