Abstract

The aim of the study was to determine the business development strategy for BUMDes Tunas Harapan, Ujung Tanjung Village, Lebong Sakti District, Lebong Regency. The sample in this study was 56 people, namely 6 BUMDes business managers and 50 residents of Ujung Tanjung Village, Lebong Sakti District, Lebong Regency. ).The result of the sum of the strengths possessed is 22.350 while the weaknesses are 11.60, then the internal factor quadrant is 22.350 – 11.60 = 10.75 meaning the ability of BUMDes Tunas Harapan Ujung Tanjung Village, Lebong Sakti District, Lebong Regency in utilizing the strengths and minimizing the weaknesses that exist internally. The opportunities that this strategy has are 20.05 and the threats are 11.59. Then the external factor quadrant is 20.05 – 11.59 = 8.46, meaning the high ability of BUMDes Tunas Harapan Ujung Tanjung Village, Lebong Sakti District, Lebong Regency in taking advantage of opportunities and overcoming threats faced by BUMDes in business development . The BUMDes Tunas Harapan strategy for Ujung Tanjung Village, Lebong Sakti District, Lebong Regency supports an aggressive strategy, or SO strategy in the SWOT matrix, namely optimizing performance by developing technology and utilizing village potential by establishing new business fields.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to prove that compensation and work experience have an effect on the performance of ASN employees at Satpol PP and Firefighters. The researcher took the sample by accidental sampling and chose several people who were considered to represent the population, totaling 42 ASN employees. The magnitude of the coefficient of determination from the calculation results using SPSS can be seen that the coefficient of determination from R square is 0.570. This means that the value of compensation (X1) and the value of work experience (X2) affect employee performance (Y) by 57.0% while the remaining 43.0% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. The results of the t-test at a significance level of 0.05 explain that partially compensation and work experience have a significant influence on the performance of employees at Satpol PP and Damkar in South Bengkulu Regency. The results of the f test at a significance level of 0.05 explain that compensation and work experience have a significant simultaneous influence on employee performance at the Satpol PP and Damkar South Bengkulu Regency

Abstract

The consignment sales system is one of the marketing strategies that can be carried out by business actors to expand market reach because with this system business actors do not move alone in making sales. This consignment system is a system where business actors who have goods leave the goods/products to the shop owner (consignee). This research was conducted to provide an overview of the consignment sales system carried out by KriptaL business actors and provide an overview of the impact of consignment sales on the competitiveness of KriptaL products. This research uses observation, interview and documentation methods to explain the data, while the object of research is the KriptaL snack business in Bengkulu City. Based on the research conducted and discussion, it can be concluded that in the KriptaL business the consignor sales agreement is in accordance with the agreement including the agreement regarding the price level, the amount of commission or reward, the number of products entrusted and returns on sales, KriptaL consignor business in increasing competitiveness has a positive impact on the KriptaL business and the store. Where this can be seen from the expansion of the marketing network, the increase in turnover of business actors, in terms of profit or profit and more advanced technology.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of Customer Ratings, Distribution Reviews and Promotions on Fashion Purchase Decisions among Shopee Application Users. This research method is a quantitative method. The research results show that multiple linear regression Y = 21,967 + 0.141 X1 + 0.312 X2 + 0.129 X3 + 0.120. Where the coefficient is positive, meaning that there is a positive or unidirectional relationship between the customer rating (X1), distribution review (X2) promotion (X3) variables on fashion purchasing decisions (Y) among Shopee application users. The results of the customer twig test (XI) show a tcount of 2,350 > ttable 1.660 and significance 0.021 < 0.05, then the results of the Ha hypothesis are accepted and Ho is rejected, meaning that customer service has a positive and significant influence on fashion purchasing decisions among Shopee application users. The results of the distribution review test (X2) show tcount 5.086 > ttable 1.660 and significance 0.000 < 0.05, so the results of the Ha hypothesis are accepted and Ho is rejected, meaning that the distribution review has a positive and significant effect on fashion purchasing decisions for Shopee application users. Promotion test results (X3) show tcount 2.143 > ttable 1.660 and significance 0.035 < 0.05, so the results of the Ha hypothesis are accepted and Ho is rejected, meaning promotion has a positive and significant effect on fashion purchasing decisions for Shopee application users. As a result of comparing the Fcount value with Ftable, the Fcount value is greater than the Ftable value, namely 48,903 > 2.46, so it is concluded that accepting the hypothesis, meaning that there is a simultaneous influence between Customer Rating (XI), Distribution Review (X2), Promotion (X3) on Purchasing Decisions ( Y) Fashion for Shopee Application Users. This can be seen at the significance level of 0.000 <0.05.

Abstract

Artificial Intelligence refers to the ability of computer systems to perform tasks that normally require human intelligence, such as natural language processing, decision making, experiential learning, and other cognitive tasks. In many cases, the use of AI technology in learning requires good access to hardware and internet networks. However, not all students have equal access to the necessary devices and connections. This could deepen the educational gap between students who are able to access technology and those who are not. There are also Supervised Machine Learning Research methods, Deep Learning, NLP, and many more. With training in the use of AI for students, it has opened a new leaf for students where the existence of AI has helped students find information quickly and more easily, and with this AI has had a big impact on students and students. Artificial Intelligence (AI) has opened the door to a technological era that is changing the way we interact with the world. The development of AI has affected many aspects of life including industry, education, health, and others. With the ability to process big data, identify complex patterns, and make decisions automatically, AI has helped address challenges and provide new opportunities. However, these developments also present new challenges, such as ethics, data privacy and impact on employment. Seeing the potential for AI to change the job landscape, it is important for individuals to keep their skills up to date. Ongoing training in technology, data analysis, and programming can help prepare people for the more automated jobs of the future.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the most dominant factors that influence customer decisions in choosing savings products at PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri Bengkulu Branch, as for these factors are: (1) Social Factors, (2) Cultural Factors, (3) Factors Personal, (4) Psychological Factors. Theory related to the title Analysis of Factors Influencing Customer Decisions in Choosing Savings Products at PT Bank Syariah Mandiri Bengkulu Branch was motivated by intense competition between financial institutions, where Bank Syariah Mandiri is focused on goods and financial services companies that have established since October 25, 1999 until now, where the Sharia Bank itself operates in accordance with the Qur'an and Hadith and the necessity for a Sharia Supervisory Board (DPS). As for the number of respondents in this study as many as 50 people, and the sampling technique used is accidental sampling. The data source uses primary data by filling out questionnaires, and distributing questionnaires to respondents. The method in this study uses a rating scale.The conclusion of this study is that all factors influence customer decisions, but there are the most dominant factors, namely Social Factors and Personal Factors. After conducting research the results of the calculation of the average value of social factors are 204 and 197 the average value of personal factors.

Abstract

This research aim to to know: influence of[is quality of product to satisfaction of [cutomer/ client] of merk car tire of Dunlop and tire of forceum [in] [Light/Ray] shop of Oli Paradise Fruit Sub-Province of Bengkulu South. Method which [is] used in this research use method of deskriftif qualitative. Sampel in this research [is] [cutomer/ client] of tire [in] [Light/Ray] shop of Oli Paradise fruit of Bengkulu South counted 150 people during October month;moon 2020. Pursuant to result of Test-Drive of kuesioner consist of validity test with SPSS 22 and test of reliabilitas by using method of Cronbach'S Alpha. Technique analyse [at] this research use descriptive analysis method and doubled linear regression analysis. Result of research indicate that: Result of doubled Analysis linear regression [at] merk tire of forceum [is] Y = 39,206+ (- 0,005 X1 )+ 0,42 X2 + 4,713, coefficient value of determinasi of R square equal to this 0,05 matter explain that by partial the quality of product have influence which [is] signifikan to satisfaction of [cutomer/ client] [in] Shop [Light/Ray] of Oli Paradise fruit of Bengkulu South. While result of linear regression test [at] merk tire of dunlop Y = 24,831+ ( 0,013 X1)+ 0,452 X2 + 3,786, with coefficient value of R2 equal to 0,50. This matter depict that quality of price and product to satisfaction of [cutomer/ client] very is having an effect on [of] signifikan [at] [Light/Ray] shop of Oli Paradise fruit of Bengkulu south. Abstract

Competition in goods delivery service companies is currently developing very rapidly. For this reason, every company owner must be able to create quality service that can increase consumer satisfaction. This research aims to determine the effect of service quality on consumer satisfaction at J&T Express Pondok Suguh, Mukomuko Regency. The sample in this study was 80 consumers who came to send packages and received packages at J&T Express Pondok Suguh, Mukomuko Regency. The sampling technique is accidental sampling technique. Data were collected using a questionnaire and the analysis methods used were simple linear regression, determination tests and hypothesis testing. The results of simple linear regression analysis show Y = 22.392 + 0.307X. This illustrates a significant regression direction, meaning that there is a significant influence between Service Quality (X) on Consumer Satisfaction (Y). This means that if the service quality variable increases, it will increase consumer satisfaction. The results of the t test at the level of α= 0.05 explain that the service quality variable has a significant influence on the consumer satisfaction variable at J&T Express Pondok Suguh, Mukomuko Regency. The value of the coefficient of determination is 0.222. This means that Service Quality (X) influences Consumer Satisfaction (Y) by 22.2% while the remaining 78.8% is influenced by other variables not examined in this research.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between service quality and customer loyalty at Amaris Hotel, Bengkulu City. The sample in this study amounted to 75 people Amaris Hotel Bengkulu customers who came to stay at Amaris Hotel, Bengkulu City. Data collection using questionnaires and analytical methods used are Spearman rank correlation and hypothesis testing. The results of rank spearman correlation show a very strong relationship between service and customer loyalty of Amaris City of Bengkulu City with a correlation value of 0.853. This shows that there is a very strong correlation between service and customer loyalty at Amaris Hotel, Bengkulu City. The better service will increase the level of customer loyalty at Amaris Hotel, Bengkulu City. Hypothesis testing results of tcount are greater than t table (13,974> 1,666) meaning that service has a significant relationship with customer loyalty at Amaris Hotel, Bengkulu City. This explains that there is a close relationship between service and customer loyalty, if the services provided by employees of the Amaris Hotel in the City of Bengkulu, visitors will feel satisfied and stay loyal to stay at Amaris Hotel, Bengkulu City.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the quality of service on CV. Kemala Aman Finance (KAF) of Bengkulu city which is analyzed using Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) method. The company focuses on a private institution engaged in micro Finance credit services engaged in the offering of capital services that has been established in 2011 until now. Based on the characteristics of the study obtained research samples as many as 112 respondents using the total sampling method. This type of research is descriptive research with quantitative approach by disseminating questionnaires. The results of the study obtained the quality of services provided by CV. Kemala Aman Finance (KAF) Bengkulu city of 5 dimensions falls into the category of quite satisfactory. With the score obtained by all dimensions are Tangible (85.07), Reliability (84.24), Responsiveness (83.41), Assurance (82.78), Empathy (83.20) with the highest score of 85.07 on tangible.
