Abstract

This research investigates the effectiveness of the Village Information System (SID) in improving public services in Sekardangan Village, focusing on the period of 2020-2022. The descriptive qualitative method is employed, utilizing primary and secondary qualitative data sources, including library research and interviews with the village head and operators. Results reveal that Sekardangan Village provides effective, fast, precise, and efficient services. However, the web-based SID has not been fully effective due to challenges faced by elderly residents with limited socialization from local government. This study contributes to the understanding of smart governance and the role of information systems in enhancing village administration services. Highlight : The study analyzes the effectiveness of the Village Information System (SID) in improving public services in Sekardangan Village, focusing on the period of 2020-2022. Qualitative data sources, including library research and interviews with the village head and operators, were utilized to assess the effectiveness of the SID. The results indicate that while Sekardangan Village provides effective, fast, precise, and efficient services, the web-based SID has not been fully effective due to challenges faced by elderly residents with limited socialization from the local government. Abstract

In Indonesia, there have been several naturaldisasters, such as earthquakes, tsunamis, landslides, floods, andothers. Because Indonesia is situated where the Eurasian,Pacific, and Indo-Australian plates converge, this potentialnatural disaster is caused by this location. Social mediainformation is expanding quickly and becoming more useful.Social media helps to alert people of the disaster's locationduring a disaster like a flood. Twitter is used as a data searchengine in this work. Twitter has been utilized effectively toupdate the public on current events during emergencies. Inorder to learn more, we can conduct a search using pertinenthashtags to determining for the incident's location. The test'sresults will show a map of the Indonesian region, and thedisaster's epicenter will be determined using the geolocationprovided by the tweet data. The Naive Bayes approach will beused for classification. The clustering process occurs in real timeacross every region of Indonesia. In this investigation, theaccuracy value was 75% based on the k-fold cross-validationtest, utilizing a fold value of 3. Keywords—Natural disasters, Twitter, Naïve Baiyes.

Abstract

Proyek yang dikerjakan oleh PT. ABC seringkali mendapatkan denda yang mengakibatkan penurunanprofit. Denda proyek tersebut terjadi karena proses kelola yangmasih kurang baik. Proyek-proyek di PT. ABC berada dibawahnaungan Departemen PM yang berperan sebagai ProjectManagement Office (PMO). Untuk mengetahui sejauh manaDepartemen PM melaksanakan perannya, dilakukan penilaianmaturity menggunakan PMO Maturity Cube. Melalui penilaiantersebut diketahui bahwa Departemen PM masih memiliki gapmaturity yang mengindikasikan bahwa Departemen PM masihbelum maksimal. Pada hasil perhitungan ditemukan bahwatactical approach memiliki gap maturity tertinggi. Berdasarkanhasil penilaian ditemukan bahwa fungsi yang memiliki tingkatkepentingan tertinggi adalah mengimplementasikan danmengelola Project Management Information System (PMIS).Untuk meningkatkan tingkat maturity dilakukan perancanganPMIS menggunakan metode Software Development Life Cycle(SDLC). PMIS yang dirancang memiliki empat menu yangterdiri atas menu Summary, menu Overview, menu ProjectReport, dan menu Project Plan. Rancangan usulan PMIStersebut dapat menyelesaikan permasalahan yang terjadiselama proses pengelolaan proyek. Untuk mengembangkanPMIS, PT. ABC dapat menggunakan sumber daya internalkarena memiliki biaya perancangan terendah. Abstract

Ar-Raniry State Islamic University management information system has been implemented based on technology. It becomes vulnerable to attacks brought on by weaknesses (vulnerabilities). The degree to which institutions are able to improve their access to authority inside the system is gauged by this research. To evaluate the server's dependability based on confidentiality, integrity, and availability, penetration testing is necessary. The NIST SP 800-115 approach, which comprises of four testing stages—planning, discovery, attack, and reporting—is used to conduct the server security assessment. The findings demonstrate the Security Management Information System contains nine vulnerabilities in various ways with varying improvements. Two of these vulnerabilities are classified as high threat: DNS Server Spoofed Request Amplification DDoS by blocking access from the public network or rejecting the query; and Interception Attack by enhancing the SSL/TLS protocol through a stunnel. The remaining seven vulnerabilities are classified as medium threat. However, Ar-Raniry's campus server vulnerability level is categorized as medium threat

Abstract

This study aims to examine in depth the advantages of Information and Communication Technology (ICT)-based learning at the elementary school level. ICT-based learning in elementary schools refers to the integration of information and communication technology in the learning process. The government has adopted initiatives to bring ICT into the basic education curriculum. The population in this study consisted of teachers, students and related parties at Sekolah Dasar Negeri Maguwoharjo 1, Sleman Regency, Yogyakarta. The use of ICT allows wider access to distance learning, increases student learning motivation, makes it easier to understand material, and facilitates independent learning. Apart from that, teachers also find it easy to convey lesson material and minimize their shortcomings in coordinating the class. The use of ICT also provides easier access to learning resources, enriches learning, and facilitates the creation of important documents.Teachers need to address the challenges of technical preparation, device and internet accessibility, and changes in teaching methods. Schools must face the challenges of investment in ICT infrastructure, staff and teacher training, as well as unstable electricity issues. In facing these challenges, support from schools, teachers and other interested parties is very important to ensure the successful implementation of ICT-based learning.Keywords: Advantages, challenges, ICT, elementary school

Abstract

Abstract Information technology is currently experiencing rapid growth. Its impact is significant in supporting efficiency and operations in various sectors such as education, business, and government administration. Governments have adopted various information systems that improve the effectiveness of their administrative processes. However, the government at the Sukaraja Village Office still has not implemented an asset inventory management information system in managing its asset inventory data or in other words, it still relies on a manual method that is based on spreadsheets, causing limitations in efficiency, accuracy, and easy access to information. This study uses the prototype method to facilitate system development that can be continuously adjusted to user needs and feedback. The stages of this research involve analyzing user needs, designing the system, developing a prototype, implementing it, and conducting evaluations. Creating this asset inventory management information system will offer benefits in record-keeping, maintaining, and monitoring asset inventory, as well as increasing the availability of accurate and fast information for users. Abstract

Performance is an individual thing, because each employee has a different level of ability in carrying out their duties. Performance depends on a combination of ability, effort and opportunities obtained. Performance is the result or output of a process. Then every employee can complete all workloads effectively and efficiently so that problems that occur in the organization can be resolved properly. This research uses quantitative methods. The sample used in this research was 49 employees.Meanwhile, the data collection technique used was a questionnaire. Data were processed using SPSS version 25. The independent variables in this research were the quality of the management accounting information system and work discipline and employee performance as the dependent variables. The research results based on the t- test showed that the quality of the management accounting information system has a significant effect on employee performance and work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance. The research results based on the F test showed that the quality of the management accounting information system and work discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance. The results of statistical testing show that there is an influence on the quality of the management accounting information system and employee work discipline from an Islamic economic perspective (study at the North Lampung Cooperatives, UMKM and Industrial Service).

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pesatnya pertumbuhan Lembaga Keuangan Mikro Syariah (LKMS) yang signifikan di Indonesia dan banyaknya sistem koperasi yang aktif, sehingga memiliki peran penting dalam mendukung pertumbuhan ekonomi. BMT merupakan lembaga keuangan mikro syariah yang memiliki peran besar dalam perekonomian masyarakat. Di era teknologi modern saat ini, penting bagi kita untuk memanfaatkan teknologi informasi secara maksimal dalam upaya meningkatkan layanan keuangan syariah berbasis teknologi informasi bagi setiap orang. Namun, pemanfaatan teknologi yang mencerminkan kegiatan koperasi syariah di Indonesia masih sangat rendah. Beberapa lembaga keuangan mikro syariah masih mengalami kendala dalam pencatatan sistem informasi keuangan, seperti kehilangan data, pencatatan yang tidak akurat, dan kendala lainnya yang mempengaruhi kinerja lembaga tersebut. Diperlukan suatu sistem yang dapat mencatat secara cermat, tepat dan efisien untuk mendukung kinerja BMT dalam pencatatan informasi keuangan dan penyusunan laporan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk membuat aplikasi sistem informasi keuangan berbasis web yang dapat meningkatkan efisiensi operasional BMT Sukamanah Tasikmalaya. Metode penelitian dan pengembangan digunakan untuk melakukan penelitian sebelum melanjutkan ke pengembangan aplikasi, memanfaatkan teknik wawancara dan observasi langsung. Proses penelitian terdiri dari beberapa tahap, termasuk perencanaan, desain, pemrosesan, pengujian, evaluasi, dan pembuatan laporan.

Abstract

The ability to analyze information in report texts is an essential skill in strengthening students’ literacy in line with the Independent Curriculum. This Classroom Action Research (CAR) aims to examine the effectiveness of the Talking Stick method assisted by the Magic Bag learning media in improving the ability to analyze report texts in 29 students of class XI-F at SMP Negeri 10 Malang. This study is based on Vygotsky's Zone of Proximal Development (ZPD) theory and the principle of Culturally Responsive Teaching (CRT), which emphasizes the role of cultural context in learning. The research was conducted using the Kemmis & McTaggart model in two cycles. Local cultural content such as the Kasada Ceremony, Malang Tempo Doeloe, and Larung Sesaji Ceremony was integrated into collaborative learning activities. Data were collected through tests, observations, and questionnaires. The results showed a significant improvement in students' ability to analyze report texts, with the average score increasing from 62.5 in Cycle I to 78.2 in Cycle II, and the completeness percentage rising from 34.5% to 79.3% against the Minimum Completeness Criteria (KKM). Improvements were also seen in aspects such as identifying key information, understanding text structure, and drawing conclusions. This study demonstrates that the Talking Stick method combined with Magic Bag media and local cultural content effectively enhances students' literacy skills, encourages active participation, and strengthens contextual learning. It is recommended as an innovative cooperative strategy in teaching report texts at the junior high school level.

Abstract

Gender equality is a global trend that is a matter for discussion, including in mathematics learning. The ability to use gender-based technology is fundamental to improving the quality of learning. This research aims to describe differences in ICT use strategies by mathematics teachers and differences in students' technology use skills based on gender in mathematics learning. This research is qualitative research with a literature study approach. The indicators for mathematics teachers are viewed from the aspects of the teacher's level of knowledge of ICT, use of technology per hour per day and attitude. Meanwhile, the differences in the ability of male and female students to utilize ICT in learning mathematics can be noticed from the aspects of perception, students' experience and attitudes. The results of the discussion show that mathematics teachers in Indonesia tend to use technology not constructively or only as a learning tool. Female teachers have better strategies or approaches to teaching the integration of technology in mathematics learning while male teachers are more proficient in using or operating digital tools. On the other hand, male students' skills in using technology are better than female students. However, female students can also have the same abilities as males if they have a positive view of integrating technology into mathematics learning.
