Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui aktivitas metakognisi peserta didik sekolah dasar dalam memecahkan masalah Matematika pada materi bangun ruang. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus. Subjek penelitian adalah enam anak peserta didik kelas 5 SD. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara berbasis tugas pada pertanyaan pemecahan masalah matematika, serta melibatkan studi dokumentasi pada hasil pekerjaan peserta didik untuk dianalisis. Data yang terkumpul selanjutnya dianalisis dengan melakukan reduksi data, kemudian disajikan dalam bentuk narasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa subjek penelitian menunjukkan aktivitas metakognisi dan melakukan seluruh proses pemecahan masalah, namun belum terkonstruksi dengan sempurna. Hal ini dapat dilihat pada beberapa tahap indikator aktivitas metakognisi yang tidak dapat mereka lakukan dengan baik. Hal ini ditinjau dari perspektif teori perkembangan Jean Piaget yang menunjukkan bahwa subjek masih berada pada tahap perkembangan kognitif operasional konkret sehingga belum memiliki kapasitas untuk menyajikan strategi baru dalam hal formula dan metode yang diperoleh sebelumnya.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the creative thinking skills of primary education’s prospective teachers in science learning. This study uses a descriptive survey to obtain quantitative data without special treatment. The population is students of PGSD Universitas Islam Raden Rahmat for the 2022/2023 academic year who program science courses (125 students). The sample was selected by random sampling technique, which was 84 students. Creative thinking skills are measured by an essay test totaling 8 questions that refer to indicators of fluency, flexibility, originality, and elaboration. The data was analyzed descriptively by calculating the percentage of each indicator to be further adjusted to the level of creative thinking indicator. The results show that students' creative thinking skills is still low in all indicators and included in the non-creative level.  Creative thinking skills on the 'fluency' indicator received ‘enough’, while 'flexibility', 'originality', and 'elaboration' were still at the 'low' and 'very low'.

Abstract

Research focuses on student learning activities. Students' scientific and technological literacy skills are needed in the current technological era. The learning process is carried out differently to obtain different learning outcomes. Implementing activities in different ways for students is the task of lecturers to improve the quality of learning in class. The differentiation process carried out includes the processes of observing, doing, and reflecting. The research method uses qualitative analysis methods. The research subjects are education students, especially elementary school teacher education study program students who are currently pursuing a professional program. The research was conducted for 1 odd semester. Research success includes four indicators: material modification, use of technology, assignments and projects, and continuous feedback. The results obtained were (1) material modification (85% very good category), (2) use of technology (92% very good category), (3) assignments and projects (89% very good category) and continuous feedback (83% % good category). The results of achieving

Abstract

This research is motivated by the rapid development of technology that has changed the way of learning in the 21st century and the importance of mastering technology by teachers. The purpose of this research is to develop a model of PAI learning on the S.Id TABIR website. The research method used is Design and Development (D&D) and the development design is Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, and Evaluate (ADDIE). The study population was grade 4 students at SDN Talun, with a sample of 25 students selected through purposive sampling technique. Data was collected through interviews, tests, judge expert (expert validation, conducted by media experts and material experts). Data analysis techniques, interviews were carried out descriptively, tests were carried out using SPSS, while for expert validation with a likert scale. The results showed that this website media is feasible based on expert assessment and can be used.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi media yang tepat dalam pembelajaran IPA tentang sistem pencernaan manusia sebagai upaya meningkatkan efektivitas pembelajaran di sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini mengumpulkan artikel dari Google Scholar dan Scopus periode 2019 hingga 2023 dan menggunakan tinjauan pustaka berupa Systematic Literature Review (SLR). Meskipun banyak media yang dapat digunakan untuk pembelajaran pada materi sistem pencernaan manusia, namun menurut penelitian ini, media pop-up book dan komik merupakan media paling banyak digunakan untuk pembelajaran IPA di sekolah dasar, khususnya tentang sistem pencernaan manusia. Hal ini dikarenakan komik dan buku bergambar pop-up book menarik dan dapat digunakan secara praktis dalam proses pembelajaran. Media tersebut terbukti dapat meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran, yaitu dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar, minat belajar, pemahaman konsep, prestasi akademik dan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa.

Abstract

The Indonesian nation must become more aware of cultural diversity, as many students still lack this awareness. Indonesia is known for its multicultural and pluralistic society, emphasizing the need to introduce cultural diversity in education. At PGSD UAD, fine arts and skills classes, particularly woodcraft, embody multicultural education principles. Understanding cultural pluralism helps maintain cultural heritage and mutual respect. This research aims to describe the woodcraft learning process at PGSD UAD and design multicultural education through this medium. Using qualitative methods like observation, interviews, and document reviews, the study focuses on UAD PGSD students practicing wooden batik in Krebet Village. The findings reveal a structured learning process involving material selection, design stages, and creating batik motifs representing diverse cultures. Multicultural education at PGSD UAD fosters an inclusive environment where students access equal educational opportunities, regardless of race, ethnicity, or other factors. Woodcraft products reflect various ethnic influences from across Indonesia.

Abstract

Minimnya penelitian tentang dampak metode SAS dan dukungan orang tua terhadap kemampuan calistung siswa SD melatarbelakangi penelitian ini. Kemampuan calistung menjadi dasar yang harus dimiliki oleh siswa untuk mendukung pemahaman lebih lanjut. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui dampak metode SAS dan orang tua dalam meningkatkan kemampuan calistung. Penelitian menggunakan database, yakni openknowledge maps, publish or perish, dan google scholar. Pengumpulan data mengacu pada diagram PRISMA. Dari 600 artikel, 34 artikel digunakan dalam penelitian. Teknik analisis data berupa deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan metode SAS membentuk dasar literasi, meningkatkan motivasi belajar, dan memajukan kemampuan visual serta numerik siswa. Peran orang tua dalam menyediakan lingkungan belajar mendorong kebiasaan membaca siswa. Kombinasi metode SAS di sekolah dan orang tua secara signifikan meningkatkan kemampuan calistung siswa.

Abstract

This study aimed to develop a lesson study-based micro-teaching design for prospective elementary school teachers in early reading instruction. This study utilized an instructional development method from Dick and Carey, comprising seven stages of research procedure. Data were collected through questionnaires, field notes, and documentation, and analyzed using descriptive quantitative and qualitative methods. In this study, a product successfully developed a lesson study-based micro-teaching design presented in video tutorials for teaching early reading in elementary school. The result shows that development of this micro- teaching design was successfully implemented and served as a guide for early reading instruction in the Indonesian Language Learning in elementary school course. Micro-teaching was developed as tutorial stages for early reading instruction, based on a process approach encompassing pre-reading phase, reading phase, and post-reading phase, combined with a lesson study approach for collaborative and reflective teaching practices.

Abstract

The use of textual learning media in elementary school that can help to improve literacy and students' ability to understand stories is still limited, especially when it is integrated with mathematics. The goal of this study is to produce a vistori book on the topic of the basic concept of division for second grade elementary school that is assessed for validity. The ADDIE model, which consists of five phases such as analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation, was used in this study. In this research, data collection involved the utilization of interviews, questionnare, and documentation. The score obtained from expert validation and student responses were calculated using a quantitative descriptive methodology. The findings showed that vistori books get excellent qualifications for both validity and attractiveness. Based on analysis, vistori book media on the basic concept of division for second grade elementary school is qualified for use in learning.

Abstract

Mata Pelajaran IPS memainkan peran penting dalam kurikulum SD, memberikan siswa landasan pengetahuan yang kuat tentang dunia di sekitar mereka dan menjadikannya sebagai warga negara yang baik. Namun demikian terdapat tantangan yang dihadapi oleh guru dalam membelajarkan materi IPS di SD. Untuk mengetahui secara komprehensif tantangan dalam membelajarkan IPS, metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi literatur, dengan tahapan identifikasi (344 artikel), screening (78 artikel), dan inklusi (19 artikel). Kata kunci yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data yaitu tantangan dalam membelajarkan IPS, kesulitan dalam membelajarkan IPS, dan pembelajaran IPS di SD. Berdasarkan analisis artikel diperoleh hasil bahwa tantangan dalam membelajarkan materi IPS di SD antara lain kesulitan dalam mengintegrasikan mata pelajaran STEM dengan IPS, terbatasnya waktu pembelajaran IPS, kurangnya sumber daya dan akses informasi, kurangnya dana sarana dan prasarana, tidak memadainya evaluasi dan monitoring oleh pemerintah, tantangan orang tua dalam mendukung pembelajaran IPS, serta terbatasnya sosialisasi dan bimbingan bagi guru.
