Abstract

Digital teaching materials are one of the main needs in the field of education in this era 4.0. Digital teaching materials continue to be innovated in various forms such as e-modules in learning. Based on the needs, the purpose of this study was to develop e-modules collaborated with PjBL for the subject of basic learning skills. The results of the development of the collaboration between e-modules and PjBL received a good response from experts, educators, and students who were eligible as teaching materials. This development is one form of digital products that bridge current and future learning needs for students for training in using IT in the digital era in learning as prospective educators

Abstract

This study aims to improve student achievement and activities in library management courses at the elementary teacher education study program. As practical learning, contextual learning will be implemented involving activities of surveys and practicum. This research used a qualitative approach with action research based on lesson study design in the cycles of plan, do, and see. Results of the first and second cycle showed that student achievement under contextual learning model increased. This was assessed through test scores obtained by the students.

Abstract

Minimum competency assessment is a new challenge for classroom teachers in implementing and integrating it in learning to maximize its diagnostic and curative function on the quality of Indonesian education. This is the background of this research to analyze the readiness of teachers in arranging literacy and numeracy tests in elementary schools. This study used a content analysis design to reveal a test prepared by elementary school teachers for minimum competency assessment involving 30 elementary school teachers. Data analysis results are presented in the form of percentage accuracy of items with quantitative descriptive and examples of items that are described qualitatively. The results showed that the competence of school teachers in compiling literacy and numeracy assessment questions in elementary schools was still not optimal in terms of form, content, context, and cognitive level, especially for reflect and evaluate levels for literacy assessments and reasoning levels for required numeracy assessments. Especially for literary content on literacy, scientific context on literacy and numeracy, and third-level literacy and numeracy. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the competency of elementary school teachers in implementing a minimum competency assessment needs to be carried out to meet the standards and functions of the Indonesian national assessment. This study provides an overview of teacher readiness in carrying out minimum competency assessments in elementary schools related to their role as learning evaluators

Abstract

The assessment instruments have an important role to support process of authentic assessing student learning. The result of needs analysis show that there is a lack of writing assessment instruments used in primary school. The purpose of this research is to develop authentic original text writing assessment instruments for elementary school students. This research adapted the assessment development model from O'Malley & Pierce (1996). This development research produces factual writing assignments for students with assessment rubrics, and a grading guide for teachers. This product is eligible in terms of validity, reliability, legibility, and practicality as a means of writing assessment.Instrumen asesmen autentik berperan penting untuk menunjang proses asesmen pembelajaran siswa di sekolah. Hasil analisis kebutuhan menunjukkan bahwa terdapat keterbatasan instrumen asesmen menulis yang digunakan di SD. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan instrumen asesmen autentik menulis teks faktual untuk siswa kelas IV. Penelitian pengembangan ini mengadaptasi model pengembangan asesmen autentik O’Malley & Pierce (1996). Penelitian pengembangan ini menghasilkan produk yang terdiri atas buku tugas menulis teks faktual untuk siswa dengan rubrik penilaiannya dan buku panduan asesmen untuk guru yang layak dari segi validitas, reliabilitas, keterbacaan, penyajian, dan kepraktisan sebagai instrumen asesmen autentik menulis.

Abstract

Abstract: The low reading interest of elementary school students in Indonesia needs serious attention. The various obstacles behind it must be immediately found a solution. Starting from the problem of availability of reading sources and uneven distribution, the role of family and community support, to the effectiveness of children’s literary literacy development programs in elementary schools. This study aims to identify, describe and interpret in depth all activities of the Children’s Literacy Movement (CLM) at the development stage in order to foster reading interest in elementary school students. This study used a qualitative approach with case study design. Instruments of data collection were conducted through interviews, observations, and documentation studies. The data analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative. The results showed that CLM activities at the development stage were carried out through activities (1) children’s literary literacy bags, (2) mandatory library visits, (3) independent reading of literature child. Various activities for developing children’s literary literacy in schools will develop if there is support for similar activities carried out by families and the community. Reading pleasure through children’s literature can foster students’ interest in reading. Abstrak: Rendahnya minat baca siswa sekolah dasar di Indonesia perlu mendapatkan perhatian yang serius. Berbagai hambatan yang melatarbelakanginya harus segera dicarikan solusinya. Mulai dari permasalahan ketersediaan sumber bacaan dan persebaran yang belum merata, peran keluarga dan dukungan masyarakat, sampai dengan efektifitas program pengembangan literasi sastra anak di sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi, mendeskripsikaan dan memaknai secara mendalam semua aktivitas Gerakan Literasi Sastra Anak (GLSA) pada tahap pengembangan guna menumbuhkan minat baca siswa sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan rancangan studi kasus. Instrumen pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan aktivitas GLSA pada tahapan pengembangan dilakukan melalui kegiatan (1) gebyar literasi sastra anak, (2) kantong literasi sastra anak, (3) wajib kunjung perpustakaan, (4) membaca mandiri sastra anak. Beragam aktivitas pengembangan literasi sastra anak disekolah akan berkembang jika ada dukungan kegiatan serupa yang dilakukan keluaraga dan masyarakat. Membaca kesenangan melalui buku-buku sastra anak mampu menumbuhkan minat baca siswa.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to awaken students' interest in entrepreneurship through entrepreneurship based entrepreneurship education MBKM. This type of study is quasi experimental and focuses on students enrolled in entrepreneurship courses. The results demonstrate that MBKM based entrepreneurship education can stimulate students' interest in entrepreneurship. Students will find it beneficial to develop an understanding of caring for others and their environment, reaching their potential and caring for them in a spirit of collaboration and mutual cooperation. Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi menuntut kehidupan manusia semakin berkembang. Dengan demikian, semakin banyak pula keterampilan dan kompetensi yang harus dimiliki. Di abad 21 ini, keterampilan berpikir kritis merupakan salah satu keterampilan wajib yang seharusnya dikuasai oleh generasi penerus supaya mereka dapat bersaing di dunia yang akan datang. Merdeka belajar sebagai salah satu kebijakan baru Menteri Pendidikan memberikan tantangan baru bagi seluruh sekolah di Indonesia, termasuk SD. Permasalahan yang ada yaitu kesulitan guru dalam menuangkan pembelajaran berbasis High Order Thinking Skill (HOTS) dalam perangkat pembelajaran. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian ini untuk memaparkan pelatihan pengembangan perangkat pembelajaran berbasis HOTS berlandaskan Merdeka Belajar bagi guru SD. Metode yang digunakan yaitu pendampingan. Instrumen yang dipakai yaitu angket. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa dengan pendampingan, pengetahuan serta keterampilan guru dalam membuat perangkat pembelajaran berbasis HOTS berbasis Merdeka belajar mengalami peningkatan dan termasuk dalam kategori baik. Tingkat kepuasan kegiatan yang dilaksanakan sebesar 94%.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to describe the implementation, infrastructure and facilities used, constraints, and solutions in the implementation of the GLS program during PTMT at SDN Polehan 2 Malang. The scope of this research is the implementation of GLS grades 2-5 at SDN Polehan 2 Malang which will be held in the even semester of the 2021/2022 academic year. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the GLS program at SDN Polehan 2 Malang as long as PTMT has been regularly carried out every day according to the stages. Literacy activities begin with a 10-15 minute reading habituation stage or other activities and are accompanied by activities responding to reading either through question and answer activities regarding reading materials that have been read or others. The infrastructure and facilities at SDN Polehan 2 Malang is limited because the school is still under construction and there are several classes that are still in new condition so they do not have a reading corner. The implementation of offline literacy is still carried out in the classroom. There are several obstacles in implementing the GLS program offline and online. Although there are several obstacles in its implementation, there are also various solutions to overcome these obstacles.. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan, prasarana dan sarana yang digunakan, kendala, dan solusi dalam pelaksanaan program GLS selama PTMT di SDN Polehan 2 Malang. Ruang lingkup penelitian ini yaitu pelaksanaan GLS kelas 2-5 di SDN Polehan 2 Malang yang dilaksanakan pada semester genap tahun ajaran 2021/2022. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Pelaksanaan program GLS di SDN Polehan 2 Malang selama PTMT sudah teratur dilakukan setiap hari sesuai tahapannya. Kegiatan literasi dimulai dengan adanya tahap pembiasaan membaca 10-15 menit ataupun kegiatan lain dan disertai adanya kegiatan menanggapi bacaan baik melalui kegiatan tanya jawab mengenai bahan bacaan yang telah dibaca maupun lainnya. Prasarana dan sarana di SDN Polehan 2 Malang ini terbatas karena sekolah masih dalam tahap pembangunan dan ada beberapa kelas yang masih dalam kondisi baru sehingga belum memiliki sudut baca. Pelaksanaan literasi secara offline masih dilaksanakan di dalam kelas saja. Terdapat beberapa kendala dalam pelaksanaan program GLS secara offline dan online. Meskipun terdapat beberapa kendala dalam pelaksanaannya, terdapat pula berbagai solusi dalam mengatasi kendala-kendala tersebut.

Abstract

Abstract: TPACK is a framework that integrates three main areas of knowledge, namely technological knowledge, pedagogical knowledge, and content knowledge. These three knowledge are important knowledge and are in accordance with current educational needs. Therefore, it is important for teachers to be able to apply the TPACK framework in their lesson plans. The purpose of this study was to analyze the application of TPACK in the implementation plan of learning at SDN 01 Ngadilangkung, Kepanjen District, Malang Regency. This research is a mixed methods research / mixed methods research type explanatory sequential. Techniques in data collection using documentation, questionnaires and interviews. The validity of the data in this study used triangulation with this type of triangulation technique. Based on the research that has been done, the results show that the implementation of TPACK in the learning implementation plan at SDN 01 Ngadilangkung is included in good criteria with an average score of 77.5 percent. Abstrak: TPACK merupakan kerangka yang mengintegrasikan tiga pengetahuan utama yakni pengetahuan teknologi, pengetahuan pedagogi, dan pengetahuan konten. Ketiga pengetahuan itu merupakan pengetahuan yang penting dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan pendidikan saat ini. Oleh sebab itu, penting untuk guru dapat menerapkan kerangka kerja TPACK dalam rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menganalisis penerapan TPACK dalam rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran di SDN 01 Ngadilangkung Kecamatan Kepanjen Kabupaten Malang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian mixed methods/ penelitian metode campuran jenis explanatory sequential. Teknik dalam pengumpulan data menggunakan dokumentasi, angket dan wawancara. Keabsahan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan triangulasi dengan jenis triangulasi teknik. Berdasarkan penelitian yang sudah dilakukan, diperoleh hasil yang menunjukkan bahwa penerapan TPACK dalam rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran di SDN 01 Ngadilangkung termasuk dalam kriteria baik dengan skor rata-rata sebesar 77,5 persen.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to describe the difficulties experienced by grade 1 students in reading the beginning with the SAS method, which includes difficulties in pronouncing sound symbols into sentence forms, word forms, syllables and letter forms. Then, the students' difficulty in synthesizing letters into syllables, syllables into words and words into sentences. The approach used in this study is a qualitative approach with a descriptive type of research. There are 3 data collection techniques used, namely tests, interviews and documentation. Based on the results of the study, it showed that there were 5 students who were classified as having difficulty in reading the beginning. The characteristics of the initial reading difficulties experienced by students are that students are still spelling, stammering, doubting or not confident and mispronouncing a sentence form, word form and syllable form. Then, students have difficulty in distinguishing between one letter and another, so students still have difficulty in combining the arrangement of letters in a syllable, word or sentence. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kesulitan yang dialami siswa kelas 1 dalam membaca permulaan dengan metode SAS, yang mencakup kesulitan dalam pelafalan simbol bunyi menjadi bentuk kalimat, bentuk kata, suku kata dan bentuk huruf. Kemudian, kesulitan siswa dalam mensintesakan huruf menjadi suku kata, suku kata menjadi kata dan kata menjadi kalimat. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Terdapat 3 teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu tes, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat 5 siswa yang tergolong kesulitan dalam membaca permulaan. Karakteristik kesulitan membaca permulaan yang dialami siswa yaitu siswa masih mengeja, terbata-bata, ragu atau tidak percaya diri dan salah dalam melafalkan suatu bentuk kalimat, bentuk kata dan bentuk suku kata. Kemudian, siswa kesulitan dalam membedakan antar satu huruf dengan huruf lainnya, sehingga siswa masih kesulitan dalam menggabungkan susunan huruf dalam suatu suku kata, kata ataupun kalimat.
