Abstract

Adanya fluktuasi penjualan produk keripik singkong diduga karena konsumen yang tidak loyal cenderung mencari produk yang lebih baik dari produk pesaing. Dengan berorientasi pada penerapan kualitas bauran pemasaran dan loyalitas konsumen diharapkan penjualan produk keripik singkong dapat stabil atau meningkat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis karakteristik konsumen, mengetahui perbandingan dan ada atau tidaknya perbedaan bauran pemasaran dan loyalitas konsumen antara merek keripik singkong Qtela, Kusuka, Chuba, dan Maicih. Penelitian ini dirancang secara kuantitatif dengan membandingkan keempat merek keripik singkong. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis nonparametrik Uji Kruskal Wallis. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Padjadjaran dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 87 orang yang ditentukan menggunakan metode purposive sampling dan simple random sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan mayoritas konsumen keripik singkong merupakan perempuan dengannusia 21 tahun, rata-rata pengeluaran per bulan sebesar Rp1.000.001 – Rp2.500.000, merek keripik singkong yang paling sering dikonsumsi yaitu Qtela dengan frekuensi mengonsumsi 2-3 kali sebulan, dan alasan konsumen mengonsumsi keripik singkong karena memiliki rasa yang sesuai dengan preferensi mereka. Hasil Uji Kruskal Wallis pada variabel bauran pemasaran dan loyalitas konsumen keripik singkong menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara keripik singkong merek Qtela, Kusuka, Chuba, dan Maicih.

Abstract

This research was carried out in Wanayasa District, Purwakarta Regency with research time from December 2023 – June 2024. The aim of this research is to describe the cultivation profile regarding its suitability to the CPIB and the level of aquaculture productivity as well as analyzing factors that can influence the productivity of land pond aquaculture. tilapia fish hatchery. Sampling in this research was carried out using a purposive sampling method, meanwhile the data obtained was analyzed using qualitative and quantitative descriptive methods. The results of the research show that the cultivation profile in the technical aspect of cultivation is in accordance with the provisions stated in SNI 8035:2019 concerning Good Fish Hatchery Methods. Based on the results of the analysis of the productivity level of tilapia fish hatchery cultivation in Wanayasa District, Purwakarta Regency, it can be seen from the productivity per unit area with a productivity value of 2139 fish/cycle/m² and seen from the productivity per unit cost with a productivity value of 10 in units of IDR/head. The financial analysis carried out resulted in a profitable R/C ratio value of 1.2. The factors that influence fisheries productivity are fish broodstock and total pond area, while age, length of cultivation experience, and labor do not have a significant influence.

Abstract

Asahan Regency occupies the 13th position out of 33 regencies/cities as a rice producer in North Sumatra Province the rice productivity results are relatively low so that it is a problem that needs to be resolved. Agricultural extension workers act as motivators, educators, facilitators and communicators. This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of the role of agricultural extension agents on the productivity of paddy rice in Asahan Regency. The study was conducted in Asahan Regency, North Sumatra Province using primary data obtained from direct surveys and secondary data as supporting data using the Stratified Proportional Random Sampling method. The respondents were farmers from 3 sub-districts, namely Rawang Panca Arga, Sei Kepayang and Meranti districts. Data analysis using description analysis and Partial Least Square (PLS).

Abstract

Coconut Oil Palm is the largest plantation subsector developer in Indonesia. One of the palm oil companies in West Kalimantan is PT. Pal. The existence of this company has a significant impact on the social and economic conditions of the population. However, despite this, Kersik Blantian Village, which is the closest village to the company, is still classified as a disadvantaged village. The sample in this research consisted of 25 farmers selected using non-probability sampling techniques, which were then analyzed descriptively. The research results show that PT. Palma Megah Mulia influences the socio-economic conditions of farmers in Kersik Blantian Village. Social conditions influence the improvement of the local economy, community welfare, and economic independence. Meanwhile, economic conditions have an effect on increasing household income, reducing economic inequality, and improving the quality of life.

Abstract

The research aims to find out the level of utilization of information technology by Field Agricultural Extension and analyze the influence of information technology utilization by Field Agricultural Extension on the Function of BPP as a Learning Center. The research was conducted in December 2021 - January 2022 in Central Lampung Distriet on four BPP namely BPP Gunung Sugih, Seputih Raman, Kota Gajah, and Trimurjo. Respondents in this study were Field Agricultural Extension as many as 40 people.  Research methods were conducted in a descriptive quantitative and simple linear regression analysis. The results of this study showed field agricultural extensionists have utilized information technology by 57,50 percent.  Utilization of information technology was utilized as part of information and data centers, governance management, communication, and data analysis. There was no influence between the utilization of information technology by Field Agricultural Extension to the function of BPP as a learning center.  The Agricultural Extension Center was optimized for various activity centers such as agribusiness consultation, agricultural development center, data and information center and so on.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to identify types of informal consumption in Gerunggang District, Pangkalpinang City based on informal income categories and is to identify factors that influence informal consumption in single household households in Gerunggang District, Pangkalpinang City. Types of informal consumption in Gerunggang District. Pangkalpinang City based on informal income categories and factors that influence informal consumption in household households in Gerunggang District, Pangkalpinang City. The technique used was purposive sampling, and the sample size was 108 people, each of which was divided into three categories based on the data. data collection period. A total of 36 samples have been classified as low, 36 samples as medium, and high. Least Squares (OLS) is used in multiple line regression analysis as a data cleaning method. to organize the data, SPSS 25 and Microsoft Excel 2010 were used. The results of the research show that in the low income group, the factor that influences meat consumption in rural areas in Gerunggang Regency is the number of family members; in the high income group, the factor is profit.

Abstract

Sweet corn is a food commodity that community are interested in. The increase in population has an impact on high demand for food. An Experimental Garden Lempake which is under the auspices of the Agriculture Instrument Standardization Agency (BSIP) East Kalimantan, has a function as a research/study location, nursery, genetic resource collection garden, field work practice (PKL) and community service program (KKN) location for students, agro-tourism, technical guidance in agricultural innovation, participates in cultivating sweet corn Bonanza F1. The income value and R/C ratio of corn farming still unknown. The study aimed was to determine the income value and R/C ratio of sweet corn farming in Experimental Garden Lempake. The study was conducted in Experimental Garden Lempake, Samarinda City. Started on May up to August 2023. The sampling uses purposive sampling method, which is conducted by studies deliberately in consideration of the number, ability or information of the respondents. The data analysis method used is descriptive quantitative using the income analysis formula. Corn farming was conducted in Experimental Garden Lempake by 600 m2 a land area it was able to provide an income of IDR 885,000, by three types of products namely corn cobs, baby corn and corn waste. The revenue obtained was IDR 3,786,000 by the costs incurred amounting to IDR 2,902,000. Revenue will be even greater if implementing agricultural intensification and extensification. Opening new land will increase the number of stalks even more, thereby increasing revenues from cobs, baby corn and corn waste.

Abstract

The tendency of urban people who have high mobility and limited time is one of the problems in society. Coffee shops are now present using food delivery services that are practical and easy to use to overcome these problems. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence consumer satisfaction and loyalty to coffee drinks through the grab application in Pangkalpinang City. The research method used is a survey method with sampling techniques using purposive sampling, the number of samples studied was 100 respondents. The data analysis method uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the help of SmartPLS 4.0. The results of this study are e-trust has no effect on e-satisfaction, e-trust affects e-loyalty, e-service quality affects e-satisfaction, e-service quality has no effect on e-loyalty, e-satisfaction affects e-loyalty, e-trust has no effect on e-loyalty through e-satisfaction, e-service quality affects e-loyalty through e-satisfaction.

Abstract

Economic openness is an important pillar in the current era of globalization in encouraging a country's economic growth. This study aims to analyze how much influence economic openness has on economic growth with control variables in the form of foreign investment (FDI) and Inflation in Indonesia for the period 1988-2022. This research method uses multiple linear regression analysis with Eviews 10 analysis tool. The results showed that economic openness and foreign investment have a positive and significant effect on economic growth, while inflation has a negative and significant effect on economic growth in Indonesia. The results of this study are expected to provide an in-depth understanding of the effect of economic openness on economic growth and relevant data for policy makers to make better, strategic and more effective decisions in supporting sustainable and inclusive economic growth in the country of Indonesia. Indonesian government has undertaken a series of proactive measures, including expanding market access, imparting advanced agricultural techniques to farmers, and investing in agricultural infrastructure. These initiatives have become instrumental in driving the economic development of agriculture and the expansion of agribusiness.Keywords: agribusiness development, economic growth, foreign direct investment, inflation, trade openness

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine alternative strategies in developing soybean processing businesses in CV. Intan Alami Garut Regency through SWOT analysis and QSPM analysis. The method used in this study is a qualitative method using primary data through observation and interviews and secondary data in the form of scientific journals and literature studies. Based on the research results it can be concluded that the strength of CV. Intan Alami in developing her business is access to information and market opportunities with a weakness in determining the selling price. The main opportunity for CV. Intan Alami in developing its business is the use of technology owned by the company with the main weakness being the effectiveness of marketing, advertising and promotion. Based on the SWOT analysis and IE analysis, the main strategies that need to be carried out are market penetration strategies and product development strategies.
