Management researchers have established a connection between Organisational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB) and individual achievement in organisational environments. However, there is a limited number of studies that specifically focus on OCB among college and university students. This study aims to investigate the phenomenon of Organisational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB) among undergraduate college students. Specifically, it explores how organisational culture and lecturer's inventiveness influence students' OCB in the college setting. A total of 104 students from a private College in Luwuk Banggai were surveyed to gather data. The technique of data analysis using regression analysis and Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). The findings suggest that the organisational culture, characterised by a focus on details, and the lecturer's creativity, characterised by flexible and spontaneous thinking, have the greatest impact on students' organisational citizenship behaviour (OCB) in terms of their initiative, within the college setting. Thus, it can be inferred that when fostering students' Organisational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB), it is important to consider both the organisational culture and the creativity of the lecturers.

This study aims to undertake a conceptual analysis of the leadership principles exhibited by a teaching staff, focusing on six key aspects: concentration, open-mindedness, respect, striving for excellence, being the best, and integrity. This study is a theoretical examination of the leadership principles exhibited by educational faculty. This study employs a qualitative descriptive approach. The data was collected from scientific journal articles written in English and Indonesian. The databases that were searched include CiteBase, Cybertesis, Dissertation Library, and ProQuest. The selected publications were thoroughly examined, including the abstract, data analysis, methodologies, and aims, in order to acquire information about the significance of leadership in teaching staff. The findings show that the goal of leadership is to direct and focus. Leaders must be self-directed to achieve this. The teacher must focus ourselves and connect constructively with others. This helps leaders in education improve emotional intelligence. A responsive mentality can help teachers adapt and handle unusual assignments and colleagues. Respectful teaching staff leadership means treating everyone with respect and real attention, regardless of rank, status, or position. Excellence requires constant effort and the pursuit of the highest work standards. Excellence in leadership means achieving excellent team performance while giving support, direction, and growth opportunities to colleagues, motivating and inspiring them. Teacher integrity is essential for a school or college's success. Leadership principles strongly influence an educator's beliefs, actions, and decisions.

This research proposes the concept of nationalistic theogogy in the model of Christian religious education interaction in a multicultural society. This approach involves multicultural theology and pedagogy that complement each other in appreciating the cultural, ethnic, and religious diversity in a multicultural society. The concept incorporates fragments from experts exploring the relationship between religion, national identity, and education, particularly Christian religious education. The interaction model combines aspects such as intellectual virtues, morality rooted in faith, Bible-based humanism, inclusivity, human limitations, and teaching based on reliance on God. The model is expected to contribute to building a peaceful national insight and preserving diversity in a nationalistic context. The importance of interpersonal communication skills is also emphasized in this model, with the development of communication skills being a crucial aspect of social interaction. The model reflects the significance of effective communication in human life. In the digital era, Christian educational interactions in multicultural societies need to consider disruptions and utilize social media to develop inclusive and responsive interaction models that accommodate cultural and religious diversity. This research employs a qualitative method with a descriptive approach, involving the collection and inductive analysis of data to describe and understand the phenomena of Christian educational interactions in multicultural societies and the need to develop inclusive and responsive interaction models that accommodate cultural and religious diversity. By leveraging social media, Christian education can be more effective in achieving inclusion goals and responding to diversity in a multicultural society.

Religious education for early childhood in the family environment needs to be carried out properly and responsibly because it is during an important period in the child's growth period (The Golden Age). Active parental participation needs to be maximized so that it makes a significant contribution to the child's spiritual growth. This study aims to see how parents can maximize their role in early childhood education through religious education in the family. This research was carried out using a descriptive qualitative approach. This study comprises a comprehensive examination of relevant scholarly articles through a literature review. A total of 30 journal papers published between 2010 and 2023 were gathered for the literature review. According to the findings of the review, it is established that the results of this study found that the implementation of education, especially religious education, must be a major concern. This is because children are quite vulnerable to the environment around them so the role of parents in guiding religious aspects becomes very important.
