Learning is a cognitive process that enables students to engage in critical thinking, interact with information, and subsequently apply their knowledge to solve issues. The dynamic classroom approach enhances students' active learning, fosters student motivation, and promotes collaborative interactions among students, reducing conflicts and fostering discipline in both the classroom and the school. This study examines the Moving class model, teacher pedagogic competence, motivation, and learning discipline using the SmartPLS application-based Structural Equation Model (SEM). The location in this study was a state senior high school in Ambon, with samples obtained by simple random sampling of 41 students for the experimental class and 40 for the control class. The results obtained were that the validity and reliability tests on the outer model showed a value of Standardized Loading Factors (SLF) 0.7, Construct Reliability (CR) 0.5, and Average Variance Extracted (AVE) 0.5, so it was said to be valid and reliable. In contrast, in the Inner model, the dependent variable simultaneously influences learning motivation (Y) with an R Square value of 0.672 and learning discipline (Z) of 0.506, so the model is categorized as moderate. The Goodness of Fit (GoF) index shows Q square 0 and RMSE 0.05 and has predictive relevance indicating relevant exogenous latent variables. The significance test for proving the hypothesis showed that all variables had a positive and significant effect with a t-statistic 1.96 and a p-value 0.05. Limitations in this study include the arrangement of students, fluency in learning, and utilization of learning resources. As a continuation of this research, other research variables can be studied regarding personality, professionalism, and social competence and their influence on learning outcomes, self-efficacy, etcetera.

Civic education aims to foster a respectable national civilization. Civic disposition is character, attitude, or citizenship character in civics education. Therefore, this research aims to provide civic education learning by narrating the civic disposition of the Maluku ethnicity in fighting for and defending the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia as well as being material for evaluation of Government policies as a form of effort to maintain the Maluku ethnicity as part of an Indonesian entity. This qualitative research using a purposive sampling technique leads to a descriptive narrative about the civic disposition of the Maluku ethnicity in the narrative of Indonesian nationalism through observation, interviews, and documentation techniques. The informants in this research are the local government and representatives of the Maluku ethnic group who understand the role of the Maluku ethnic group in Indonesian independence, including the millennial generation in Ambon City, to improve the civic disposition of 7 people. The study's results found that the heroic story of the Maluku Republicans becoming Indonesian is evidence of a civic disposition that fights for Indonesianness in unity, which can be used as learning in civic education. History writes that even though they have lived in underdevelopment for decades, even though they have a strong history of giving birth to Indonesians, the Moluccas continue to prove their nationalism and love for the Indonesian homeland.

This study employed the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method within a Decision Support System (DSS) to evaluate student admissions in the field of education. By assigning weights to criteria and calculating weighted scores for alternatives, the study ranked the applicants and identified the most preferred choices. The results revealed that the ranking process considers multiple factors and their respective weights to determine the relative performance of each alternative. It assists decision-makers in selecting the solutions that most effectively align with their criteria and objectives. This facilitates informed decision-making. Educational institutions can streamline the admissions process by assessing the alternatives and scrutinizing each applicant's performance against many criteria. This approach enhances the equity, clarity, and impartiality of decision-making. The findings highlight the effectiveness of the SAW method and DSS in facilitating data-driven decision-making processes in education. However, limitations in subjective weight assignment and criteria selection should be considered. Future research should explore alternative decision analysis techniques and address implementation challenges.

In West Java, religion and culture are inseparable, with each influencing the other. Pesantren, dominant Islamic educational institutions, emphasize religious teachings that impact local culture. This study seeks to examine the role of Islamic boarding schools as the embodiment of Islamic and cultural education in West Java. This study employs a descriptive qualitative research method. This study uncovers the significance of Islamic boarding school complexes in Indonesian culture and education. Islamic boarding schools have significantly contributed to the spread of Islamic knowledge and the development of cultural values, even though they may not overtly state their educational objectives. This study emphasises the incorporation of religious knowledge and general information in contemporary Islamic boarding schools, underscoring the significance of Islamic and global education. In addition, this research emphasizes the role of cultural maintenance and Islamic boarding school modeling in forming ethical and moral values, which contribute to the nation's cultural richness. The implication of this research is that education in pesantren should continue to integrate religious and general education while preserving cultural values to serve as a means for shaping a strong and relevant cultural identity within Indonesian society.

The rise of moral decline (multi-dimensional crisis) and generally also occurs among students, makes Islamic Education (PAI) considered unsuccessful in embodying its universal values. This study aims to determine whether Islamic religious education in the family affects students' religious discipline, and whether the religious culture of the school influences students' religious discipline. This study uses a correlational descriptive quantitative approach. The results showed that each independent variable and dependent variable had a positive correlation and a significant influence, where Islamic religious education in the family was 0.456, and the religious culture of the school was 0.373, which had an effect on students' religious discipline. Meanwhile, together there is a significant relationship between Islamic religious education in the family and the religious culture of the school, which is marked by R-value of 0.495 and R2 of 0.245. This means that the percentage of the influence of the independent variable (Islamic religious education in the family and school religious culture) on the dependent variable (students' religious discipline) is 24.5%, which affects students' religious discipline.

This research answers academic anxiety that departs from a study of the complexity of the problems faced by doctoral students in Indonesia. The existing phenomenon is that doctoral students in Indonesia who are scattered in various public and private universities with various fields of knowledge still face many technical and non-technical problems caused by problems that are both academic and non-academic in nature. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach with the phenomenological study method developed by Edmund Husserl. Data collection techniques use literature and field studies through interviews, documentation and observation. The primary data source is postgraduate students, and the secondary data source is the Postgraduate Director, Head of Study Program and administrative staff. Data analysis in this qualitative research consists of three streams of activities that occur simultaneously, namely data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions or verification. Data checking in this research is based on four criteria, namely, degree of trustworthiness, transferability, dependability, and certainty. The findings from this study include the theoretical level regarding the conceptualization of the Portrait of Doctoral Programs in Indonesia as an Educational Phenomenon and dissertation as Research Identity of Doctoral Programs (Standards and Characteristics). This research also found academic and non-academic problems for doctoral students in Indonesia. The implications of the results of this research are to provide recommendations for ideas for the academic community for making decisions and academic policies as well as formulating a quality education system and improving the quality assurance of postgraduate doctoral education in Indonesia.
