The paired sample t-test on the SPSS Version 22 system is used for this normality test, and the results are presented in the following table. The results of the study revealed that the pre-test mean was 66.11. In contrast, the post-test mean was 82.78, indicating that the post-test score was more dominant than the pre-test based on descriptive statistical analysis approaches. H0 is rejected, while H1 is approved, indicating an effect of utilizing digital book media on writing skills in the sixth grade of elementary school, according to the findings of the study.

The purpose of this study is to describe the program's effectiveness using a qualitative descriptive method by examining the context, input, process, and product of an inclusive education program at an elementary school in Palembang. Interviews, observation, documentation, questionnaires, and focus group discussions are all used to collect data. The principal, deputy principal for curriculum, the education office of Palembang city, class teachers, the South Sumatera Provincial Education Office, and Guardians of Special Needs Students served as informants for the research. The findings indicated that the contextual evaluation did not consider the program's needs and objectives. There are flaws in the way organizers and implementers analyze program needs in terms of context. The outcome of the input evaluation indicates that it is not adhering to the components of inclusive education implementation. The process evaluation revealed that the performance adhered to child-friendly schools in some areas, most notably in implementing the teaching and learning process. While some product evaluation results have been successful, critical considerations must be significantly improved, beginning with program planning, monitoring, and reporting. In general, the program evaluation components indicate that schools have demonstrated a high level of commitment and consistency in implementing the program since 2013. This needs to be improved by the guidelines for inclusive education implementation.

This paper addresses the question of how cognitive levels covering high, middle, and low order thinking skills are delineated in the questions seen from Bloom’s revised taxonomic framework and stimulus. To answer this question, the final-term examination questions from five faculty courses were analyzed through document analysis. The documented examination questions are categorized and reviewed based on cognitive levels referring to revised Bloom’s taxonomy. The questions are also construed based on the stimulus in each question. The results report that the cognitive level of tests is not wholly based on higher-order thinking skills. Of the five courses, only one follows the higher-order thinking skills-based question-writing system, and none of the items refers to middle-order thinking skills. Thus, the cognitive level on the test instruments has not led to an increase in thinking skills or is still at a low level of thinking.

This research aims to enhance critical thinking abilities through the use of problem-based learning in the Social Science Basic Concepts course. The research method used is Classroom Action Research, which is based on the Kemmis and Taggart model. This research was conducted in two cycle, with the researcher serving as a lecturer and observer during each cycle. The subject of the research was elementary school teacher education. The data collected are presented in table format and analyzed quantitatively in a descriptive manner. The findings indicated that implementing the Problem Based Learning model can help students improve their critical thinking abilities. The results of critical thinking observations in cycle 1 were 39% (poor), and the results of critical thinking skills tests improved from 26% (poor) to 54% (fair). Cycle II was conducted using the same model, and the observation results for critical thinking skills increased from 39% (poor) to 78% (good). The increasing of students pass critical thinking skills tests from 54% (fair) to 91% (good). It can be concluded that using the Problem Based Learning model can help elementary school teacher education students improve their critical thinking skills.
