Abstract

Tarik Health Center is one of the health centers located in the Sidoarjo Regency. In conducting medical record services using website-based application information technology, namely Paperless Health Center Information System (SIMPLE). In using the SIMPLE application, users who are internal employees of the Puskesmas From these considerations, the research conducted on analyzing user experience in using SIMPLE applications. The process of analyzing the SIMPLE application user experience is done using the usability testing method and user experience questionnaire (UEQ). The stages carried out in this study are literature study, data collection, data processing, discussion, discussion and gathering conclusions and suggestions. Tests of usability testing are carried out on 3 SIMPLE application users who produce values, namely for the aspect of effectiveness, the results are 100%, which means users can complete the task given, the efficiency aspects get 100%, which means the time needed is good and aspects of satisfaction use the usability scale (SUS) system questionnaire obtained a result of 68.12 which means that the satisfaction level of SIMPLE application users depends on the marginal high. Furthermore, for testing user experience, UEQ questionnaires were distributed to 25 respondents and produced scores on perspicuity aspects, dependability aspects, attractiveness aspects, efficiency aspects, stimulation aspects and novelty aspects having an average value of 1.137 which means SIMPLE application users tend to positive.

Abstract

Tourism is the drivers of the economy in various countries in the world. In Indonesia, there are several cities or regions that have developed the potential of tourist areas such as Malang. In 2016, the number of domestic tourists visiting Malang reached 5 million visits, an increase than the previous year which is just 3 million visits. One of the facilities needed by tourists when traveling is lodging at affordable prices such as homestay. Therefore, we need a means of information that can be used by the homestay manager to provide information that is relatively fast for tourists. The porpose of this research is develop an information system for booking homestays in South Malang, especially the Bajulmati village. This research is using Rapid Application Development (RAD) method for system development. Based on the results of the requirements analysis, there were 1 non-functional system requirements and 32 functional requirement. System design and implementation is the next step. System implementation is using the CodeIgniter framework. There several of tests performed, namely compatibility test, integration, unit, and validaton. From validation testing, integration, and unit shows 100% valid. Compatibility testing shown that system can be run in 9 from 12 kind of browser without any functionality problem. Meanwhile, the other browser like internet explorer and safari had a problem in CSS tag that can't be shown.

Abstract

The application of the AlgoritmaKopi mobile device is an application that is on the Google is a mobile application that has features “ngulik kopi” in the form of a tool to help application users who are interested in brewing coffee. “kulikan terbaru” in the form of notes from users on the results of steaks that have been done, the latest events which are event-related content from various shops that are currently or will be held, and there are also recognizable features that contain content related to the coffee industry in Indonesia. “The purpose of this study was due to complaints about the application of the Coffee Algorithm that emerged, from these complaints including content that could not be opened, the portion of the image that was too large for the size of an application, content was still messy, and application navigation was still confusing. The purpose of this study is to find out the problems experienced by users whether it is true, and also provide recommendations regarding problems that exist. Based on the initial test found 5 problems, namely the size of the writing is less large, the placement of menus, buttons, icons, the color of the writing is not in contrast, the display is less dynamic, and there are still bugs in the application. Improvements made are improving the initial appearance of the application, replacing better icons, eliminating non-contrasting colors, adding some relevant features related to the application.” From the results of the scenarios done, the value of the number of clicks during task completion is 5.9 clicks, for the time per completed task performance is 74.6 seconds, while the task success rate is 0.92, and for error during task performance is 1.33 of the total steps taken.

Abstract

The tourism sector is an industry that is favored by countries in the world. In 2017 foreign tourist visits coming to Indonesia amounted to 14 million visits which increased by 20% compared to 2016 which reached 11 million visits. In traveling, tourists tend to do shopping so that shopping tourism locations appear. Malang City is a city located in East Java province which has a variety of various tourist locations to be visited including shopping attractions. The number of shopping attractions in the city of Malang often makes tourists confused to have a shopping destination. At present, information about shopping places in Malang is still using the web which cannot provide recommendations to tourists. This study offers a recommendation system for shopping tourism in Malang that uses the Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method because the best alternative results are alternative ranking which has the closest distance from the distance of the positive ideal solution and farthest distance is the ideal negative solution by using criteria such as rating, number of reviews, operational time, and distance. Functional testing on the system results in 100% validity. Non-functional testing on the system uses algorithm validation and usability. From the algorithm validation test, the results of the system output comparison with manual calculations have a validity of 100%. From usability testing by distributing 30 questionnaires with 25 questions, the end user satisfaction rate was 88.47%.

Abstract

CV. Utomo Sakti (Astro Cloud) is a software development company. In carrying out the project CV. Utomo Sakti (Astro Cloud) does not have a scientific method of estimating costs and time, and still use guessing method and experiences. In this study uses 4 project from CV. Utomo Sakti (Cloud Astro) in 2018 to become its object which is 2 is profile/portal website, and 2 of them is management information system type of project. From the calculating of the cost and time estimation result with Use case point method, then compared with the result of estimated cost and time from CV. Utomo Sakti (Cloud Astro) to find the average value of Percent error. For the work duration, it result a value 50.06% longer for the website, and 43.11% faster for the management information system. And then for project cost estimation result a value 8.33% more expensive for websites, and 33.33% more expensive for management information systems. After that, project schedulling is desribed by Gantt chart based on Work Breakdown Structure. The result of this study can later be considered for CV. Utomo Sakti (Astro Cloud) in estimating the cost of software projects.

Abstract

PT. Kerta Betamala Trans is a company engaged in freight forwarding services in Indonesia. PT Kerta Betamala Trans has divisions to ensure business activities run accordingly, so that its business objectives can be achieved. Among them in the division at PT. Kerta Betamala Trans is Secretary and Finance. The problem often arises that there is an improper recitation data record. Because every six months there are 25% of 15 employees whose data records are not appropriate. This causes the recording of company data to experience a discrepancy in the recording data and harm the company in financial terms. Because of this, it is necessary to evaluate and improve business prosesses. Functional decomposition of value chain anaIysis is done to get the main business prosesses and get 4 main business prosesses. Then an evaluation of the employee payroll business prosess is carried out using the FaiIure Mode and Effect AnaIysis (FMEA) method, after an evaluation has been made the root of the problem is an error because the attendance data is invalid when calculating salaries. After the evaluation, treatment was carried out with tools StreamIining from Business Prosess Improvement (BPI) which aimed to get business prosess recommendations. From the StreamIining results obtained from the calculation of attendance which was originally manual using the attendance book replaced to attendance using biometric attendance (fingerprint) and get the biggest difference from the results of the simulation simulation prosess found in the employee payroll business prosess with a percentage increase of 70.52%.

Abstract

Online auction is an auction method that can be accessed online. Auction is a method of making a sale by bidding with an increasing value in accordance with the provisions of the price provided by the auctioneer. In the lovebird bird lovers community, there is still no integrated system in terms of management and selling for owned birds. To solve this problem, an auction system is developed. This auction system provides a feature to view the ongoing auction list and detailed information on the auction such as birds being sold, information about the time and number of recent bids, comments on ongoing auctions and bidding history list at the auction, making auctions directly, a list of transactions that must be met as well as information on auctions that the user has. This system was developed on the android platform using the Kotlin programming language where the data retrieval process will make requests on available servers by using GraphQL queries to facilitate the process of retrieving data on the server more easy. This system has been tested using white-box testing on unit testing and integration and black-box testing in validation testing. In addition, usability testing is done by using the System Usability Scale method with the final score being 82,5 so that the system can be categorized as acceptable.

Abstract

The PSIK of the Faculty of Computer Science Universitas Brawijaya is in charge of handling all matters related to information systems, IT infrastructure and public relations. In carrying out its duties, PSIK has experienced several obstacles, one of these obstacles is the process of filing complaints and requests for services that are still done using forms so that it requires more time and effort in doing so. In addition, this also causes difficulties to find out the number and status of the report and the absence of parameters that indicate the level of satisfaction of the reporter. Based on the above problems, a Service and Complaint Management Information System was developed to save the time and effort needed to conduct constrained business processes. The system involves 7 actors, 67 functional needs and 1 non-functional requirement. System design produces sequence diagrams, class diagrams, database design, statechart diagrams, component design and user interface design. The Service and Complaints Management Information System is implemented into a web-based application. The Service and Complaints Management Information System is tested by unit testing, integration testing, validation testing and compatibility testing. The Service and Complaints Management Information System can assist PSIK in managing complaints reports and requests for IT services, managing their inventory and managing incoming and outgoing mail more efficiently.

Abstract

Kidneys are important organs that are focussed on maintaining blood composition by preventing accumulation of waste and controlling fluid balance in the body. Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) is one of the diseases of the kidneys caused by infection in the kidney and also the blockage caused by kidney stones. In this case medical personnel and experts are still not maximized in classifying CKD disease, the authors apply the method of Extreme Learning Machine (ELM) on the problem of classification of CKD disease. ELM is one method of artificial neural network classification that has a fast learning speed and based on previous research has a good accuracy value compared with existing methods in artificial neural networks. In this research got comparison of data of train and optimal test data with ratio 70:30 and amount of hidden neuron counted 50 hidden neuron accuracy value equal to 96,7%. It can be concluded that the method of Extreme Learning Machine (ELM) is quite well implemented for the classification process of Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) disease.

Abstract

PT. Garam (Persero) is a company that operates as a production agent for the construction of Salt and is approved by the National Salt in Indonesia, and is always working to realize food in the salt field. So, to help the business process activities carried out by PT. Garam (Persero) applies ERP system services. In implementing ERP system services, there are obstacles such as incidents and problems that affect PT. Garam (Persero). With the constraints that occur it is necessary to evaluate information technology using the COBIT 5 framework for this research and the chosen DSS (Delivery, Service and Support) subdomain focus is DSS02: Manage Service Requests and Incidents, DSS03: Manage Problems and DSS04: Manage Continuity. The study was conducted aiming to determine the current capability level and GAP. The results showed the capability level obtained from the subdomain process DSS02, DSS03, and DSS04 was 1 and in all subdomain processes the GAP value was 1. In order for the company to reach the desired target level, recommendations were given for completing the documentation of the work product output document, making procedures more detailed and detailed information regarding handling requests and problem incidents.
