Abstract

Every human being is born in a state of nature and perfection, behind that perfection there are differences from one to another. To make that difference into something positive and beneficial, humans need an education process which is a conscious effort by each person to form and build a good personality both physically and mentally so that they understand the aspects of ngerti-ngroso-ngelakoni which are accompanied by tekat-ucap-lampah. Among these educations, there is inclusive education designed for children with special needs (ABK), this is also implemented by SDIT Armaniyah which is located in Serang Baru, Bekasi. The research method used is qualitative-descriptive which produces data through the process of interviews, observations, documentation by studying phenomena that occur naturally. Data obtained using purposive sampling with the 3M standard. In the process, each inclusive education program is not only implemented by educational institutions. However, it also involves guidance and counseling teachers to accompany inclusive students in developing their potential. The services provided are: (1) psychoeducational services; (2) special class services; (3) and home visit services. The stages of the mentoring process carried out include: (1) identification; (2) instrument design; (3) program implementation; (4) and monitoring. The success of inclusive education is not only viewed from the aspect of educational institutions, but culture, policies, politics, and other supporting resources also have a great influence.

The objectives of this study were: (1) to determine the development of the Reading Therapy Platform for self-acceptance and (2) to assess the platform's feasibility based on validation by subject matter, media, and communication experts. This study used a research and development (R&D) method using the Borg & Gall model modified by Sugiyono, which went through five stages. In the product validation stage, the platform was assessed by experts. The validation results indicated that the platform was highly feasible to use, with a good average rating from the experts. The conclusions of this study are: (1) the Reading Therapy Platform received a score of 4.5 and (2) the platform is suitable for use as a self-acceptance platform. It is recommended that all groups, including Generation Z, utilize this platform for self-acceptance.

Abstract

After a thorough evaluation, there is a repulsive attack for the passengers to hold another meeting to call it quits. The never-ending trials and tribulations that excuse someone from being beaten and disqualified from a triumph. The psychosis and psychedelic impairment to have another debate over the heated discussion for the foreigners to seek the truth behind the handlebar examination department. As the person is, his or her health condition is prescribed to be another schizophrenic condition to be reevaluated by a group of practitioners in line with their high hopes. Hope it was not a delay in treatment, as the strategies to take care of their mindless body operate like a timely clock. By beating around the bush, they are in their highest position for the subconscious mind to predict what is happening in the future. By having the courage and wisdom to speak louder than words, they are taking a more direct approach when dealing with a psychological problem. Hence, a pseudoscience belief may affect the delay of the actual treatment and diagnosis of the psychological problem that is harmful in nature. Due to a lack of a scientific approach when trying to overcome anxiety, fear, and depression.

Abstract

This research examines the therapeutic potential of the Qodiriyah-Naqsyabandiyah Tariqa (TQN) spiritual tradition as a solution to the need for a holistic and relevant Islamic counseling model. Focusing on Pesantren Suryalaya as a case study, the study aims to analyze the dynamics of TQN's spiritual guidance, identify its therapeutic elements, and formulate a tariqa-based counseling model. Using a qualitative case study approach, data were gathered through participant observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation study at pesantren suralaya. ata  analysis was  carried  out  using  the  Miles  and  Huberman  model,  which includes    data    reduction, data    presentation,    and    drawing conclusions. The findings reveal an effective integrative counseling model that blends Sufi practices such as dhikr, riyadhah, and reflective dialogue with core Islamic values like sabr (patience), tawakkul (reliance on God), and ridha (sincere acceptance). This model is proven to address psycho-spiritual issues and strengthen the character of students through a holistic collaboration among counselors, caregivers, and religious leaders (kiai). Although challenges exist, such as the potential for reducing the tariqa's meaning and low spiritual literacy among counselors, the study emphasizes the urgency of overcoming them through Sufi-based counselor training and the development of hybrid digital platforms. Overall, these findings affirm the relevance of the tariqa tradition in shaping a holistic, value-based, and contextual Islamic counseling practice amidst modern challenges.

Abstract

Elderly is a stage of human development. Elderly or commonly known as old age is a condition that is impossible to avoid and is one of the developmental stages of the human life span. The elderly will encounter problems and anxiety is what they generally experience. Dhikr can increase self-confidence and increase hope in a person because it is closely related to religious and spiritual aspects. This study tested breathing training with dhikr to reduce anxiety in the elderly. The research used an experimental test with a quasi-experimental approach with pretest & posttest control group design. This study aims to determine the use of dhikr in breathing as a therapy to reduce anxiety in the elderly. The population was 87 elderlies with a sample of 20 people divided into the intervention and control groups. The anxiety score measurement was done using HARS (Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale). The results of the Wilcoxon test showed that there was a significant difference in the intervention group of 0.004 (p<0.05). Thus, breathing training with dhikr is effective for reducing anxiety in the elderly.

Abstract

University students face various academic, social, and personal challenges that may lead to stress and a decline in well-being. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of Mindfulness-Based Intervention (MBI) in enhancing students’ psychological well-being (PWB) and spiritual well-being (SWB), while also comparing two forms of MBI, namely meditation and journaling. This quantitative experimental study employed a repeated measures MANOVA design involving 30 students from Universitas Islam As-Syafiiyah, who were divided into three groups: MBI meditation, MBI journaling, and control. The instruments used were Ryff’s Psychological Well-Being Scale and the Spiritual Well-Being Scale developed by Paloutzian & Ellison. The findings revealed that (1) there was a significant improvement (p < 0.05) in both PWB and SWB after the intervention, which was sustained at the 4-week follow-up; (2) MBI was more effective than the control group; and (3) MBI through meditation was stronger than journaling in enhancing self-awareness, acceptance, and meaning in life. These findings highlight the novelty of comparing two variations of MBI and support the integration of MBI into counseling services to promote students’ holistic well-being.
