Abstract

Muhammadiyah University of Surabaya (UMSurabaya) responded to the development of the 4.0 industrial revolution by developing e-learning starting in the odd semester of the 2018/2019 academic year. This matter gives a big impact on the lecture system for the academic community. The Teaching and Education Faculty (FKIP) UMSurabaya as a faculty that prints millennial era teacher candidates responded well by making training to make digital learning media intended for all lecturers. The training was followed by 60 lecturers from FKIP UMSurabaya with the help of ms Office Powerpoint, Fastone, and Filmora software. The method used is the presentation (lecture) and direct practice to produce digital learning media desired by each participant.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the library design on the interest of reading students SMP Muhammadiyah 10 class VII A. This study was conducted with a descriptive quantitative approach. The data were collected using questionnaires or questionnaires with relevant questions, then the data were analyzed descriptively through presentation by frequency divided by the number of respondents multiplied by 100%. The results are proven to library design has an important role to the students' reading interest so that the average design and facilities of library 2.86, the completeness of the 2.93 book collection and the library service are 2.71 with the total totals of 2.83. libraries have an important influence in increasing reading interest. So an attractive design that fits your reading needs will bring the reader to a fun atmosphere. Visible when students dioperpolis feel comfortable and happy tentuknya not separated from the interior layout of the room and laying open a neat and easy to find. At SMP Muhammadiyah 10 Surabaya continues to make improvements with design desaib tailored to the needs of students

Abstract

The economic crisis hit the world which had a direct impact to worsen economic conditions in Indonesia. Economic conditions from 1997 to 1998, only MSMEs were able to survive. One form of MSMEs in rural areas is tempe business. Tempe is one of the original foods from Indonesia, which comes from fermented soybeans. Tempe is a daily food consumed by almost all Indonesian people. Tempe is a food that is consumed almost every day by people in the Pilangkenceng sub-district. Most are consumed as side dishes and are also used as souvenirs (tempe chips). Community service activities include holding meetings, conducting FGDs, handing over tools and monitoring. The results of this assistance include 2 aspects, namely management aspects and production aspects. Conclusion The Community Partnership Program needs to be done as the role of lecturers to improve the community Community Partnership Program is able to increase the amount of production and competitiveness of Partners.

Abstract

ABSTRAKSistem Informasi Kesehatan (SIMKes) merupakan bagian penting dari sistem kesehatan suatu negara. SIMKes adalah bentuk utama Sistem Kesehatan Nasional (SKN) yang digunakan sebagai komponen dalam pembangunan berwawasan kesehatan. Sistem informasi yang tersusun dan terkonsep akan menghasilkan luaran yang baik dan membuat masyarakat tidak buta dengan dunia kesehatan. Teknologi informasi berkembang secara cepat dan berdampak pada semua aspek kehidupan, termasuk informasi kesehatan. Perkembangan teknologi saat ini berperan penting menjadi sebuah media bagi masyarakat milenial atau tenaga kesehatan untuk mendapatkan informasi mengenai gambaran kesehatan dan persebaran penyakit atau epidemiologi di wilayahnya masing-masing. Program Hibah Kemitraan ini bertujuan untuk melatih para kader kesehatan di setiap Padukuhan di Desa Tijayan Manisrenggo Jawa Tengah bagaimana cara membuat profil kesehatan dan peta persebaran penyakit di desa tersebut dan menyajikannya secara interaktif, edukatif, dan berbasis elektronik. Sasaran utama dalam program ini adalah kader kesehatan masing-masing padukuhan yang terdapat di Desa Tijayan, meliputi Bawangan, Candran, Pogaten, dan Sorobayan. Beberapa program kegiatan untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut meliputi pengumpulan data kesehatan yang didapat melalui survey atau sensus dan data yang sudah tersedia di pusat data kesehatan desa, penyuluhan tata cara pembuatan profil kesehatan dan peta persebaran penyakit, dan pelatihan penyajian data informasi kesehatan masyarakat secara interaktif dan edukatif. Program Hibah Kemitraan ini dapat membantu melengkapi profil kesehatan masyarakat dan meningkatkan kualitas SIMKes di desa mitra.Kata kunci: profil kesehatan; sistem informasi kesehatan; sisten kesehatan nasionalABSTRACTHealth Information System (HIS) is an important component of a country's health system. HIS is the main part of the National Health System, which is used as a pillar in health-oriented development. The structured and conceptual information system produces good outcomes and prevents people from the blindness of health matters. Information technology develops rapidly and impacts most of all aspects of life, including health information. Current technological developments play an important role as a media for millennial people or health professionals to get information about health information and epidemiology in their own region. This program aimed to train health cadres in each region of the Tijayan Manisrenggo Village, Klaten, Central Java, in addition to creating an electronic health profile and epidemiology map of the village and then presenting the profile interactively and educatively. The main targets of this program were health cadres in each region of the Tijayan Village, including Bawangan, Candran, Pogaten, and Sorobayan. Some main activities to achieve the objectives included collecting health data obtained through surveys or censuses and data already available in the health data center of the village, counseling procedures for creating an electronic health profile and epidemiology map, as well as training in the interactive and educative presentation of public health information data. This program helped complete the health profile and increase the quality of health information system in the partner villages.Keywords: health information system; health profile; national health system

Abstract

Abstrak Kegiatan Pelatihan Manajemen Keuangan Rumah Tangga ini merupakan bagian dari program pengabdian masyarakat. Kegiatan ini dilakukan di lingkungan Ruang Publik Terpadu Ramah Anak (RPTRA) Asthabrata. Adapun tujuan kegiatan ini adalah: Memberikan pengetahuan mengelola keuangan yang baik bagi rumah tangga; Membantu mitra menyusun prioritas kebutuhan rumah tangga; Membantu mitra mengalokasikan kebutuhan rumah tangga; Membantu mitra menyusun dan menerapkan perancanaan keuangan rumah tangga. Metode pelaksanaan program terdiri dari: Sosialisasi program dan FGD; Pelatihan; Bimbingan dan Pendampingan; Evaluasi program melalui observasi dan kuesioner. Pelatihan ini diikuti oleh 35 peserta yang terdiri dari ibu-ibu rumah tangga dan pengelola RPTRA Asthabrata. Berdasarkan hasil obseravasi dan data kuesioner diketahui bahwa setelah mengikuti program pelatihan pengetahuan peserta mengenai manajemen keuangan rumah tangga meningkat; peserta mampu menyusun dan menerapkan rencana keuangan rumah tangga menggunakan formulir dan amplop perencanaan keuangan rumah tangga; peserta dapat membedakan kebutuhan rumah tangga berdasarkan prioritas kebutuhan dengan keinginan konsumsi rumah tangga; terjadi perubahan pola konsumsi rumah tangga dimana peserta dapat mengalokasikan pengeluaran rumah tangga sesuai dengan konsep keuangan rumah tangga ideal; 29% peserta mampu memiliki dan tabungan; 15% peserta memiliki arus kas negatif. Secara keseluruhan dapat dikatakan bahwa program pelatihan berjalan efektif dan mampu merubah perilaku dan pola keuangan rumah tangga.Kata Kunci: ibu rumah tangga; manajemen keuangan rumah tangga; RPTRA. Household Financial Management Training in the Asthabrata RPTRAAbstractThe family financial management training is part of the community service program. This training is carried out in Asthabrata's Child-Friendly Integrated Public Space (RPTRA). The objectives of this training are to provide family financial management knowledge, to identify household needs prioritize, to suggest the ideal allocation of household needs, to implement family financial planning. The program implementation method consists of socialization and FGD; training; consultation and coaching; evaluation through observation and questionnaires. The training attended by 35 housewives and RPTRA Asthabrata staffs. Based on observations and questionnaire data, the result showed that after participating in the training program the level of family financial management knowledge increased; participants were able to compile and implement a family financial plan using forms and family financial planning envelopes; participants can distinguish household needs based on priority needs with the desire for household consumption; there is a change in household consumption pattern where participants can allocate an ideal household expenditure; 29% of participants own saving fund; 15% of participants have a negative cash flow. Overall, it can be concluded that the training program runs effectively.Keywords: family financial management; houswives; RPTRA

Abstract

ABSTRAKKegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan karena masih ditemukan beberapa kelemahan dari pengelolaan pondok pesantren. Umumnya masalah tersebut bermula dari aktivitas keuangan pesantren baik yang berkaitan dengan anggaran, akuntansi, penataan administrasi, alokasi serta kebutuhan pengembangan pesantren maupun dalam proses aktivitas keseharian pesantren. Tidak sedikit pesantren yang memiliki sumber daya baik manusia maupun alamnya tidak tertata dengan rapi, dan tidak sedikit pula proses pendidikan pesantren berjalan lambat karena kesalahan dalam penataan manajemen keuangannya. Pelaksanaan Pengabdian Masyarakat ini dilakukan di di pondok pesantren Qotrun Nada Depok Jawa Barat. Peserta diberikan pelatihan pemahaman dan pengetahuan pengelolaan keuangan secara komputerisasi dan pembuatan laporan keuangan yang baik serta kiat-kiat dalam mengelola pengendalian biaya yang rutin dikeluarkan baik yang terjadi pada saat usaha maupun pengeluaran rumah tangga pesantren sehingga mampu mengatasi pengeluaran yang besar. Kesimpulan yang diperoleh terdapat peningkatan pemahaman dan pengetahuan pengelolaan keuangan serta teknik dalam membuat bentuk laporan keuangan yang baik dan benar baik secara manual maupun terkomputerisasi.Kata Kunci: pengetahuan keuangan; laporan keuangan; komputer akuntansiABSTRACT This community development activity was carried out because there were still some weaknesses in the management of pesantren. Generally, the problem starts from the pesantren's financial activities both related to the budget, accounting, administration managements, allocation and development needs of the pesantren and even in the process of pesantren's daily activities. Many pesantren with its resources both human and natural are not neatly arranged, and also the process of pesantren education runs slowly due to errors in financial management arrangements. The implementation of community develompent is done at the Pesantren Qotrun Nada in Depok, West Java. Participants are given training in understanding and knowledge of financial management manually and also accounting computerized application. Participants are also given a training materials of good financial report preparation and tips on managing routine cost control. The conclusions obtained are an increase in understanding and knowledge of financial management for all participants and also understand the techniques in making good financial statements both manually and computerized.Keywords: financial literacy; financial statements; accounting computerized

Abstract

ABSTRAK Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilatarbelakangi permasalahan mitra yang diidentifikasi meliputi 1) Umumnya para guru merasa enggan  untuk mengurus kenaikan pangkat/golongan karena persyaratan yang dirasa berat; 2) Kebanyakan guru stagnan pada pangkat/golongan IVa; 3) Guru kurang paham cara membuat karya ilmiah yang sesuai dengan standar; dan 4) Guru tidak tahu bagaimana cara mempublikasikan karya ilmiah. Adapun solusi yang ditawarkan ialah memberikan pelatihan penulisan karya tulis ilmiah bagi guru-guru SDN Kebon Pala 11, 12, dan 13 Pagi Jakarta Timur. Target luaran pengabdian ini berupa jasa pelatihan berupa informasi bagi guru-guru SDN Kebon Pala 11, 12, dan 13 Pagi terkait penulisan karya tulis ilmiah dan publikasi artikel ilmiah. Melalui kegiatan pengabdian yang telah dilakukan memiliki tiga hal yang ditingkatkan yaitu (1) memperdalam pengetahuan guru tentang karya tulis ilmiah, (2) mengenalkan dan menggalakkan kegiatan menulis artikel ilmiah di jurnal untuk meningkatkan kompetensi profesionalisme guru dan (3) memotivasi guru-guru untuk mulai mempublikasikan karya tulis ilmiah berupa artikel ilmiah di jurnal. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode ceramah, diskusi, dan tanya jawab. Hasil dari pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini yaitu memberikan pemahaman tentang karya tulis ilmiah, alasan mengapa guru harus membuat karya ilmiah, konsep karya tulis ilmiah, dan proses menulis karya ilmiah. Selanjutnya para guru mendapatkan materi tentang cara mempublikasikan karya tulis ilmiah beserta tahapan-tahapannya. Lalu peserta diminta untuk membuat karya ilmiah sebagai tindak lanjut untuk kegiatan pengabdian berikutnya.Kata Kunci: guru sekolah dasar; penulisan karya ilmiah; profesionalisme guru. ABSTRACK This devotion activity is motivated by partner problems identified including 1) Generally the teachers feel reluctant to take care of promotion / class because the requirements are considered heavy; 2) Most teachers are stagnant in rank IVa; 3) The teacher does not understand how to make scientific work in accordance with the standards; and 4) The teacher does not know how to publish scientific work. The solution offered is to provide training in writing scientific papers for teachers at SDN Kebon Pala 11, 12 and 13 in East Jakarta. The target of this devotion output is training services in the form of information for teachers of Kebon Pala Elementary School 11, 12 and 13 in the morning related to scientific writing and publication of scientific articles. Through the devotion activities that have been carried out, three things have been improved, that is (1) deepening the teacher's knowledge of scientific papers, (2) introducing and promoting the activities of writing scientific articles in journals to improve teacher professional competence and (3) motivating teachers to start publish scientific papers in the form of scientific articles in journals. The method used is the method of lecture, discussion, and question and answer. The results of the implementation of community devotion activities are to provide an understanding of scientific writing, the reason why the teacher must make scientific work, the concept of scientific writing, and the process of writing scientific papers. Next the teachers get material about how to publish scientific papers along with the stages. Then participants are asked to make scientific work as a follow-up to their next devotion activities.Keywords: primary school teachers; teacher professionalism; writing scientific work.

Abstract

Keberdayaan kaum perempuan di bidang ekonomi adalah salah satu indikator meningkatnya kesejahteraan.  Kaum perempuan juga mempunyai andil besar dalam kegiatan penanggulangan kemiskinan melalui pemberdayaan masyarakat. Salah satunya kaum perempuan dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan keluarganya dengan melakukan kegiatan usaha produktif  rumah tangga, dengan memproduksi dan menjual makan rumahan. Peluang bisnis makanan rumahan masih terbuka karena makanan rumahan merupakan makanan pokok masyarakat, dimana makanan tersebut dibutuhkan setiap saat. Bisnis makanan rumahan tidak terlalu sulit dilakukan, karena ibu-ibu rumah tangga dapat melakukan kegiatan produksi atau memasak sekaligus untuk keluarganya dan bahan bakunya mudah diperoleh di pasar-pasar tradisional.  Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat  ini, bertujuan untuk (1) memanfaatkan potensi ibu rumah tangga untuk memperoleh penghasilan tambahan guna menopang ekonomi keluarga. (2) Meningkatkan perekonomian/kesejahteraan keluarga. Luaran kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah  Ibu-ibu Rumah Tangga RW 04, Kelurahan Pisangan Timur, Cirendeu, dapat memperbaiki manajemen usaha dan mencari peluang usaha yang dapat dilakukan dari rumah tanpa harus meninggalkan keluarga.Kata Kunci: ekonomi keluarga; ibu rumah tangga; pemberdayaan; usaha rumahanEmpowerment Of Household Mothers In Efforts To Improve The Family Economy Through Management Of Home Business In South TangerangABSTRACTThe success of women in the economic field is one indicator of welfare. Women also have a big role in poverty alleviation activities through community empowerment. One of them is women can improve welfare by carrying out household business activities, by producing and selling home. Home-based food business opportunities are still open because home-based food is community food, where food is needed all the time. Home-based food business is not too difficult to do, because housewives can do production or cooking activities at the same time for agriculture and raw materials are easily obtained in traditional markets. This community service activity aims to (1) utilize the potential of households to obtain additional benefits to support the family's economy. (2) Improve family finances / welfare. The outputs of community service activities are Housewives of RW 04, Kelurahan Pisangan Timur, Cirendeu, can improve business management and look for business opportunities that can be done from home without having to open a family.Keywords: empowerment; family economy; housewife; home business.

Abstract

Pada tahun 1999 sampai tahun 2000 pemerintah Indonesia telah mencanangkan program  Suami  Siaga yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan peran serta suami. Program lain yang telah dicanangkan Pemerintah Indonesia adalah “Making Pregnancy Safer” dimana diharapkan partisipasi, pengetahuan dan keterlibatan suami dapat meningkat selama proses persalinan (Depkes RI, 2012). Kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan metode ceramah dan diskusi sehingga suami dapat memahami tentang pentingnya peran suami sebagai fasilitator. Pelaksanaan penyuluhan tentang upaya meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang pentingnya peran suami sebagai fasilitator dalam persiapan proses persalinan dilaksanankan pada pada suami yang mengantarkan ibu melakukan pemeriksaan kehamilan di BPM Ni Ketut Nuriasih. Suami diberikan lembar pre test tentang peran pendampingan yang diperlukan untuk menemani istri bersalin, kemudian suami diberikan leaflet dan dijelaskan peran yang seharusnya dilakukan nanti saat menemani istri bersalin. Pada tahap akhir suami kembali diberikan lembar post tes untuk mengukur tingkat pemahamannya. Hasilnya seluruh suami yang diberikan penjelasan tentang peran sebagai fasilitator dalam menemani istri bersalin seluruhnya mengerti, dibuktikan dengan adanya peningkatan pemahaman dari hasil pre test dan post test. Saran Bagi klinik klinik yang menangani persalinan sebaiknya dalam pemberian KIE persiapan persalinan suami juga diikut sertakan sehingga ibu dan suami semakin siap menghadapi proses persalinan.Keywords: Fasilitator; Penyuluhan; Peran Suami; PersalinanKnowledge Efforts Through Release About The Importance Of Husband Role As A Facilitator In Preparing The Labor ProcessAbstractSince 1999 to 2000 the Indonesian government had launched the Husband Alert program which aimed to increase the participation of husbands. Another program that has been launched by the Government of Indonesia is the "Making Pregnancy Safer" where it is expected that the participation, knowledge and involvement of the husband can increase during the birth process (MOH RI, 2012). But until now there are still many husbands who do not understand their role well. So it is necessary to make efforts to increase knowledge through counseling about the importance of the husband's role as a facilitator in the preparation of the labor process. Counseling about the importance of the husband's role as a facilitator in the preparation of the birth process is done by the lecture method using leaflet props. Evaluation was carried out before and after the provision of counseling material (pre and post test). Counseling was carried out for 15 days from 1 to 15 June 2018 to 28 husbands who took mothers to carry out ANC examinations. The results of the post-test showed 78.6% experienced an increase in knowledge about the importance of the husband's role as a facilitator while the other 21.4% did not experience an increase in knowledge about the importance of the husband's role as a facilitator. Increased knowledge about the importance of the husband's role as a facilitator in the preparation of the birth process is influenced by several factors. One of them is the age factor and level of education. Recommendations for clinics that handle childbirth, it should always be included in the provision of counseling preparation for childbirth by explaining the role that must be done so that mothers and husbands are more ready to face the labor process.Keywords: Counseling; Childbirth; Facilitator; Role of Husband.

ABSTRAKPermasalahan dalam penanaman karakter sangat kompleks. pelaksanaannyapun tidak terlepas dari seluruh pihak yang harus bersinergi dan bekerjasama, khususnya orangtua dan guru. Sehingga seringkali kita mendengar bahwa anak dapat berperilaku baik disekolah namun tidak konsisten dengan perilakunya dirumah. Sehingga perlunya pemahaman dan pensinergian antara orangtua dan guru dalam menanamkan pendidikan karakter anak. kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan untuk memahami hakikat penanaman pendidikan karakter, peran lingkungan dalam  pendidikan karakter serta metode pengasuhan pendidikan  karakter sinergi antara guru dan orangtua. Mitra pengabidan pada masyarakat ini yaitu PAUD Aisyiyah Desa Bantarmangu, Kecamatan Cimanggu, Kabupaten Cilacap.  Hasil dari pengabdian masyarakat ini yaitu  1) Terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan tentang character building bagi anak.  2) Meningkatnya pemahaman  pengaruh lingkungan terhadap character building. Hal ini dibuktikan dari perbandingan data prestes dengan data post test. Secara kuantitatif nilai rata-rata pretes dari 25 peserta yaitu 4,7. Kemudian setelah dilakukan pelatihan diperoleh hasil nilai rata-rata yaitu 8,3 sehingga terjadi peningkatan sebanyak 3,6. Sehingga pelatihan ini memiliki sumbangsih terhadap pemahaman mitra tentang character building bagi anak didik. 3) Peningkatan keterampilan dalam merancang metode pengasuhan character building. Nilai-nilai karakter yang menjadi fokus pelatihan ini yaitu trustworth, menghormati orang lain, bertanggung jawab, adil, cinta dan perhatian. Sedangkan  metode yang dapat dilakukan oleh orangtua dan guru untuk membangun karakter anak yaitu dengan keteladanan, Dongeng, Bermain peran, Mengerjakan tugas, Observasi lingkungan.Kata Kunci: character building; PAUD; parenting. Character Building Training Synergy between Teachers and ParentsABSTRACTProblems in character planting are very complex. the implementation cannot be separated from all parties who must work together and collaborate, especially parents and teachers. So often we hear that children can behave well in school but are not consistent with their behavior at home. So the need for understanding and synergy between parents and teachers in instilling children's character education. This community service activity is carried out to understand the nature of character education planting, the role of the environment in character education and the method of parenting character education in synergy between teachers and parents. The results of this community service are 1) An increase in knowledge about character building for children. 2) Increased understanding of the influence of the environment on character building.
