Abstract

This study examines the implementation of the One Stop Service (OSS) at the Medan Tembung District Office using a qualitative approach and NVIVO 15 analysis. Findings reveal that OSS remains semi-integrated, with major gaps in technology, human resources, processes, information, and organizational values. These hinder service integration and user orientation. The study concludes that OSS success depends not only on technology but also on institutional capacity, HR competence, and inter-agency coordination.

Abstract

Career development is vital in human resource management, yet often lacks systematic implementation in micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs), including those on Kusumanegara Street, Yogyakarta. This study examines the effect of career development on employee performance, with organizational commitment as a mediating variable. Using questionnaire data from MSME employees and SmartPLS 4 for analysis, results show that career development significantly influences both organizational commitment and performance. However, organizational commitment does not significantly affect performance nor mediate the relationship. These findings suggest MSMEs should adopt strategies that foster an optimal work environment to enhance employee performance.

Abstract

This study analyzes the impact of financing risk and bank size on the efficiency of Islamic Commercial Banks (BUS) in Indonesia from 2018 to 2024. Efficiency is measured using the Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) method with an intermediation approach, while panel data regression is used for hypothesis testing. The Common Effect Model (CEM) is identified as the best fit. Results show that financing risk (NPF) negatively affects efficiency, while bank size (TASET) has a positive effect. These findings highlight the importance of effective risk management and asset scale optimization in improving the operational efficiency of Islamic banks.

Abstract

This study examines the impact of ESG disclosure and board gender diversity on the performance of non-financial firms listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2018 to 2023. Grounded in Legitimacy, Agency, and Stakeholder theories, it employs multiple linear regression on 394 firm-year observations. Results show that ESG disclosure and gender diversity significantly enhance firm performance (ROE). However, their interaction shows a weaker effect, indicating limited synergy. The findings underscore the importance of advancing ESG transparency and gender-balanced leadership to support sustainable growth and long-term corporate performance.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of personnel development and work atmosphere quality on employee performance, with career satisfaction as a mediating variable at PT Indo Sakura Indah. The research aims to analyze direct and indirect relationships among these variables. A quantitative approach was employed using SEM-PLS with SmartPLS 3.0 on data collected from 113 production employees. The results indicate that personnel development significantly affects career satisfaction but not employee performance directly, while work atmosphere quality significantly influences both career satisfaction and performance. Career satisfaction affects performance but does not mediate the relationships. These findings highlight the importance of a conducive work environment and targeted development programs.

Abstract

This study explores the effectiveness of PT Telkom Indonesia’s IndiBiz marketing strategy in influencing SMEs’ purchase intentions in Yogyakarta. Through interviews with five business owners and field observations, the study finds that competitive pricing, promotions, and brand image build consumer trust. However, competitors offer more flexible pricing and features. The results suggest IndiBiz should enhance educational promotions, service quality, and targeted marketing. Future research should involve larger samples and a mixed-method approach to better assess IndiBiz’s digital marketing effectiveness across regions and SME segments.

Abstract

This study examines the moderating role of Perceived Threat of Early Retirement (PTER) within the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) on older civil servants’ (ASN) intention to use technology in Blora Regency, amid dismissal threats under Law No. 20/2023. Using a survey and PLS-SEM analysis, results show Attitude Towards Using Technology does not significantly affect Intention to Use Technology. PTER also does not moderate this relationship but weakly moderates the link between Perceived Usefulness and Intention. These findings suggest interventions are needed to strengthen perceived usefulness to support ASNs’ career sustainability.
