Abstract

This study examines how transformational leadership influences employee performance through leader-member exchange, knowledge sharing, and innovative work behavior in Indonesia’s chemical industry. Using a quantitative approach, data from 142 employees were analyzed with PLS-SEM. The results show that transformational leadership significantly affects leader-member exchange and knowledge sharing but has no significant effect on task performance or innovative work behavior. Knowledge sharing consistently improves task performance and reduces counterproductive work behavior, while leader-member exchange helps suppress counterproductive behavior. These findings imply that organizations should strengthen work relationships and knowledge-sharing practices to enhance employee performance effectively. Abstract

This study examines the effect of green financing on the financial performance of Sharia Commercial Banks in Indonesia, measured by Return on Assets (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE), and Non-Performing Financing (NPF). Using panel data from Sharia Commercial Banks during 2021–2024, the study applies a quantitative approach and panel data regression analysis with EViews. The findings reveal that green financing significantly affects financial performance. Specifically, green financing has a negative and significant impact on ROA, ROE, and NPF. These results suggest that while increased green financing may reduce profitability, it also contributes to lower financing risk and improved asset quality. Abstract

This study examines disguised unemployment among senior and vocational high school graduates in Mompang Village and the role of Islamic banking in promoting youth entrepreneurship. Using a qualitative case study, data was collected through observation and interviews with 13 informants. The findings show that graduates are often trapped in low-productivity informal work marked by educational mismatch, unstable income, and limited career prospects.
