Abstract

Humans are gradually being substituted by of artificial intelligence and robots in virtually all departments in organizations. For some workers this might mean they have to find a new job, or a new orientation in terms of skills. Whatsoever, this revolution is upsetting the workforce. Human Resource professionals now have the responsibility of overseeing the placement of robots and AI, ensuring that everything goes smoothly, and intervening when problems arise. This thesis pertains examining the utilization in the workplace of AI, robot alongside man- power from the HRM standpoint. In the first section, there is a discussion on the introduction, objectives, the set-up of the problem, the delimitations and lastly, the concept of using manpower, AI, and robot at the workplace. In the second section, there is the demonstration of theoretical and the empirical parts of the thesis. This research is a literature review of several articles related to machine learning. The review was conducted from some of the recent research efforts that utilize machine learning. Furthermore, this review is derived from multiple literacies and includes an attempt at problem solving efforts that are divided into section areas from the perspective of each machine learning category. Machine learning can change the way the human resource management domain functions in an organization. It is making changes in all aspects of human resource management starting from human resource planning. Enormous data is available in human resource information systems (HRIS) available in organizations.

Abstract

This research uses the ADDIE development model to produce an E-Module using the Canva application on environmental pollution concept that is Valid, Practical, and Effective. This research was conducted at SMP Negeri Molibagu involving students in Class VII. The research results show that the results of the validation of the E-Module using the Canva application from media experts achieved a score of 85%, which is included in the valid category and suitable for use in learning. The practicality of the E-Module using the Canva application as shown by the implementation of learning during three meetings with a percentage of 85% with excellent category, and the student responses reached 83% with excellent criteria. The effectiveness of the E-Module using the Canva application is demonstrated by student activity with a percentage of 86% with good criteria. Thus, it is concluded that the E-Module using the Canva application on environmental pollution concept has met the valid, practical, and effective criteria.

Abstract

The use of teaching materials in elementary schools is not optimal, teachers tend to only use students' books as teaching materials. To overcome this problem, integrated thematic teaching materials were developed with the Discovery Learning model using interactive multimedia Adobe Flash CS6 in class V of elementary schools. This research aims to develop integrated thematic teaching material products with the Discovery Learning model using interactive multimedia Adobe Flash CS6. This research uses research and development (R&D) methods with the ADDIE development model. In the ADDIE development model there are five main stages, namely Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. Validation is carried out to determine the suitability of the teaching materials developed. The material aspect obtained 91.81% in the very valid category, the media aspect obtained 90.83% in the very valid category, and the language aspect obtained 96% in the very valid category. At the Implementation stage, practicality tests and effectiveness tests are carried out. The results of the practicality test with teachers obtained an average of 95%, by teachers and 86% by students in the very practical category. Effectiveness testing was carried out on aspects of student motivation and learning outcomes. The motivation aspect obtained an average of 83% in the very high category. Learning outcomes in the knowledge aspect, posttest scores at SDN 09 Selayo were 82.66 with a Good predicate, and at SDN 24 Selayo 85.33 with a Good predicate. From the research conducted, it can be stated that integrated thematic teaching materials with a discovery learning model using Adobe Flash CS6 interactive multimedia are valid, practical and effective for use in class V elementary schools

Abstract

The aim study to produce module of IPAS learning based on project based learning to improve the science process skill for grade E SMK and to determine level of validity practicality and effectiveness. The type of research used research and development (R&D). The development model used 4D models (define, design, development and dessiminate). The module of IPAS learning was validated by three chemistry lecturers from FMIPA UNP and two chemistry teachers from SMK Swasta Bakti Agro Mandiri and SMKN 1 Kempas. Determination of the practicality level of module IPAS learning by two chemistry teachers from SMK Swasta Bakti Agro Mandiri and SMKN 1 Kempas and 30 students of grade E SMK Swasta Bakti Agro Mandiri. The results of the practicality analysis based on teacher and student response questionnaires obtained Aiken scores of 0.97 and 0.93 respectively in the very high practicality category. Therefore, it can be said that the module based on project based learning to improve the science process skill for grade E SMK on matter and its change material is valid, practicable, and effective.

Abstract

This research aims to develop science teaching materials integrated with Learning Management System (LMS) based on Problem Based Learning (PBL) in elementary schools. The method used is the 4D development model which includes the Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate stages. The research subjects were fifth grade students in one of the elementary schools, with data collected through observations, interviews, questionnaires, and learning outcomes tests. Data analysis was done descriptively quantitative and qualitative. The results showed that the teaching materials developed were highly valid, practical, and effective in improving students' science learning outcomes. This study recommends wider use of these teaching materials and further development for various topics and levels of education

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of creativity, business interest and self-efficacy on community welfare in the Lake Toba area of Samosir Regency as a tourist attraction, using IBM AMOS path analysis with a sample of 200 people spread across nine sub-districts. This research uses primary data and secondary data collected using the Liskert scale and field observations. The results of the research show that creativity has a direct effect on community welfare, creativity has a direct effect as evidenced by the value (p) = 0.000 < 0.05. Self-efficacy is able to mediate creativity to improve welfare with the result t = 13.15092246 > t table (0.05; 200-4) = 1.972141. Therefore, the first, second and sixth hypotheses in this research can be accepted. Business interests have a direct influence on community welfare. This can be proven by the value (p) = 0.000 < 0.05 while business interest on self-efficacy has no effect with value (p) = 0.34 > 0.05 and self-efficacy is unable to mediate business interest to improve community welfare with calculated t value = -0.93118348 < t table (0.05; 200-4) = 1.982597 then the third hypothesis is accepted while the fourth hypothesis and the seventh hypothesis are rejected.

Abstract

In today's digital era, conventional learning media has begun to be abandoned. Currently, many modern learning media have been developed such as interactive multimedia, video media, and others so that the learning process becomes fun and students are actively involved in the learning process. The purpose of this study is; to explore the diversity of ferns in the Indrokilo Boyolali Botanical Garden and develop interactive biology multimedia materials for high school. The methods used are field exploration, taxonomic identification, and development of interactive multimedia. The research location is at the Indrokilo Boyolali Botanical Garden and the research was conducted for 3 months starting from December 2022 to February 2023. The results of the research and identification at the Indrokilo Botanical Garden found 31 types of ferns from 14 families and 3 classes. The interactive multimedia developed combines text, images, animations, and interactive videos. This multimedia has been evaluated and received positive validation results, so it can be used as interactive media in high school. Interactive media with other plant samples still needs to be developed because the Indrakilo Botanical Garden is a source of plant diversity

Abstract

This research aims to develop and determine the validity, practicality and effectiveness of natural science e-modules based on ICARE model integrated with SETS approach to improve junior high school students' critical thinking skills. The development model used in this research is the ADDIE model. The instruments used by researchers were validation sheets, teacher and student practicality sheets and critical thinking skills questions. The e-module validation result was 0.93 with a valid category. The practicality results of the e-module by teachers and students were 91.57% and 90.53% in the practical category. The results of the effectiveness of the e-module seen from students' critical thinking skills obtained an N-Gain score of 0.69 in the medium category. So, it is concluded that the natural science e-module based on ICARE model integrated with SETS approach is declared valid, practical and effective for improving students' critical thinking skills.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine: the feasibility of project-based learning-oriented student worksheets in terms of content validity and construct validity, and the effectiveness of   project-based learning-oriented student worksheets in terms of increasing students' creative thinking skills. Development of Project-Based Learning oriented student worksheets to improve students' creative thinking skills on class X high school nanotechnology material using the Research and Development (R&D) method with a 4D development model (Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate). However, this research was carried out only until the third stage, namely Develop. The results of data analysis and discussion are as follows: the worksheets of project-based learning-oriented students developed are declared to have met the eligibility requirements in terms of content validity and construct validity with mode (Mo) values ≥ 4 and R ≥ 75%, and student worksheets project-oriented based learning developed was declared effective in terms of increasing students' creative thinking ability with a percentage of N-Gain of 79% moderate category (0.30-0.70) and 21% high category (0.7-1). Thus, Project Based Learning Oriented Student Worksheets can be used to improve students' creative thinking skills on Nanotechnology material.

Abstract

Pregnant women experience feelings of uncertainty, namely positive and negative feelings about the presence of the baby. Positive feelings are in the form of happiness that is expressed freely and do not cause feelings of guilt, and negative feelings are feelings of anxiety about the pain that will occur during childbirth. The third trimester is the peak of the emotional excitement of the birth of a baby. The third trimester is often called the waiting and alert period because at that time the mother can't wait for the birth of her baby. Sometimes mothers worry that their baby will end at any time. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of hypnotherapy on the anxiety of pregnant women at the Siatas Barita Community Health Center, North Tapanuli Regency in 2022. Research Method, This research is a Quantitative research with the research design used is Quasi Experiment with a one group pre test and post test design. A total of 40 pregnant women were taken from Siatas Barita Health Center, North Tapanuli Regency in 2022. Hajil Research. The Wilcoxon test from one group pre test and post test obtained a ρ - value of 0.01, which means that there is an effect of hypnotherapy on reducing the anxiety of pregnant women before and after treatment. The ρ value in this study is 0.01, which is smaller than 0.05, so there is an influence of hypnotherapy to reduce the anxiety of pregnant women at the Siatas Barita Health Center, North Tapanuli Regency in 2021. This shows that Ha was accepted, which means there was an influence of hypnotherapy after the intervention was carried out. Conclusion. There is an effect of hypnotherapy on reducing anxiety in pregnant women, where the Wilcoxon test results have a value of ρ = 0.00 (ρ < 0.05).
