Abstract

Chatbot technology is one form of application of Natural Language Processing, NLP is one of the branches of science Artificial Intelligence that studying communication between humans and computers through natural language. the purpose of this research will be carried out development of a chatbot application for information about the corporate, making it easier for visitors to find the information needed. This application built with a Natural Language Processing approach. This chatbot application uses medote text mining as a medium of reasoning. System modelling used for this application is using the Unified Model Language. The chatbot that will be developed is a website chatbot. The website chatbot was chosen by the company because one of the platforms that can be used well for export marketing is the website. This chatbot development uses Pyton, JavaScrib, Object notion (Json), Html + CSS. The application used in coding is Virtual Studio Code. Pyton is used to train a chatbot model that uses Natural Language Procecing (NLP). This Chatbot model is trained with the Neural Network Algorithm method, which is an algorithm model that is close to the human brain, which can provide stimulation or stimulation, process, and provide output to find relationships between data sets. JavaScrib is used to create chatbot data sets.

Abstract

The use of modified cassava starch and flour in this study aims to obtain the optimal concentration of modified cassava starch and flour ratio in meat sausage emulsion type products and characterize organoleptic properties in meat sausage emulsion type products using modified cassava starch and flour as fillers. The ingredients used are modified cassava starch and flour, beef obtained from the Son Haji Sonny Bandar Lampung slaughterhouse, chicken meat from PT. Ciomas Adisatwa Lampung, sausage sleeves, and seasonings used in making beef sausages. The treatment given is a ratio of starch:modified cassava flour with a ratio of 90:10; 80:20; 70:30; and 60:40. The sensory test results showed that the most preferred sensory characteristics of sausages were sausages with a modified 80:20 starch:cassava flour ratio treatment for the sensory characteristics of sausage taste and texture. As for color sensory characteristics at a ratio of 60:40; and for aroma sensory characteristics at a ratio of 70:30. From the sensory characteristics that are closer to the quality characteristics of sausages are texture and taste, it can be concluded that the most preferred sausage is sausage with the addition of starch and modified cassava flour in a ratio of 80: 20.

Abstract

Effective laboratory management can be applied as an effort to improve science education management in secondary schools. This study aims to explore effective laboratory management as an effort to improve science education management at MA Citra Cendekia South Jakarta. The research method used was a descriptive qualitative method with a case study approach. Data were collected through direct observation, in-depth interviews with teachers and laboratory staff, and analysis of related documents. The results showed that effective laboratory management involves several important aspects, namely careful planning, procurement and maintenance of adequate laboratory equipment, and competency development of teachers and laboratory technicians. In addition, collaboration between science teachers and laboratory staff in designing and conducting experiments also contributes significantly to improving the quality of science learning. The implementation of good laboratory management at MA Citra Cendekia South Jakarta is proven to be able to increase student learning motivation, improve understanding of science concepts, and produce more interactive and contextualised learning. This study concludes that effective laboratory management is one of the key factors in improving the quality of science education in Islamic educational institutions.

Abstract

The application of media is motivated by the use of video-based learning which has not been able to increase students' interest and learning outcomes. The lack of application of innovative and creative learning media can result in student learning outcomes not being achieved optimally, especially in class IV science and science learning on the Solar System material. The purpose of this research is to find out how to apply the Wordwall Gameshow Quiz media to increase learning interest and learning outcomes in the Solar System material in class IV. This research uses a qualitative type of research using a descriptive qualitative approach. The data sources for this research come from class teachers and class IV students. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews, documentation and questionnaires. The learning results from this research showed that 15 students out of 20 children understood the learning delivered using Wordwall media. Regarding interest in learning itself, there has been an increase shown by the number of students fulfilling more of the indicators, thus showing interest in feeling happy about lessons that are fun and enjoyable, as well as involving them directly in the application of the Wordwall Gameshow Quiz media. Through research and assessments, it shows that students like this media. Thus, it can be concluded that the Wordwall learning media is very suitable and effective for use in teaching and learning activities, especially in class IV science learning material on the solar system.

Abstract

Sponges have the potential to symbiont with bacteria that produce antibacterial compounds. This study was conducted to isolate and test the antibacterial activity of sponge symbiont bacteria. Bacterial isolates obtained were tested for antibacterial activity against Staphylococcus aureus, Bacillus subtilis and Escherichia coli using the Kirby-Bauer method. The identification results of both sponges have similarities with Clathria sp. and Hyrtios sp. symbiont bacteria obtained from both sponges as many as 16 isolates. Antibacterial activity testing had a weak inhibitory effect on isolates Sp1A, Sp2C, Sp2D and Sp2F, while Sp2J showed moderate inhibition against gram-negative and positive bacteria. The antibacterial activity of the whole supernatant of symbiont bacteria obtained the diameter of the inhibition zone with weak, medium and strong categories. Sp1A isolate supernatant was obtained, potentially able to fight Escherichia coli bacteria with a strong category as a representation of gram-negative bacteria and against gram-positive bacteria (Bacillus subtilis, Staphylococcus aureus) classified into the medium category. In conclusion, 16 symbiont bacterial supernatants have antibacterial activity mostly active against gram-negative bacteria Escherichia coli and gram-positive bacteria Bacillus subtilis. There are 6 isolates (Sp1A, Sp1B, Sp1E, Sp1F, Sp2D, Sp2F) active as antibacterial against Staphylococcus aureus with weak and moderate categories.

Abstract

IPAS learning carried out at SD Negeri Tlogosari Kulon 05 experienced a decrease in learning outcomes marked by less than optimal KKTP results so that researchers conducted research related to learning media development. This study aims to develop Adobe Animate-based learning media and analyze the feasibility and effectiveness of Adobe Animate-based learning media. This research includes development research (Research and Development) with the ADDIE model. The subjects of this study were fifth grade students of SD Negeri Tlogosari Kulon 05. The results of this study developed learning media with the ADDIE model; Adobe Animate-based learning media are very feasible to implement with a percentage of material expert assessment of 91.6% and media experts 93.75%; and the effectiveness of learning media is tested with the results of the mean difference test by obtaining a sig (2-tailed) value of 0.000 which means that there is a significant difference in the average results of the pretest and posttest so that learning media can improve learning outcomes. It is concluded that Adobe Animate-based media is feasible and effective in learning IPAS in grade V of SD Negeri Tlogosari Kulon 05 which is known from the increase in learning outcomes

Abstract

Rare Earth Elements (REE) are a very important element in modern life such as electronics, materials engineering, and even medicine. Gadolinium (Gd) is one of the REEs that is used as a basic material for implants as well as being used for other basic materials such as a corrosion inhibitor, control rods for nuclear reactors, and others. In this case, the elements are found along hills in the Padang area which have the potential to be produced in large quantities from six rock minerals such as granite, basalt, clay, silica, tuff, and limestone.). Based on the results of identification using the XRF spectrometer test tool, it was found that the six mineral rocks had an abundance of rare earth elements. The results of testing the extraction of Gadolinium Oxide (Gd2O3) using XRF were successfully carried out, Gd2O3 can be extracted by 0.06% - 1.84% in basalt rock, 0.47% - 0.95% in clay rock, and 0% - 0.88% in silica rock. This proves that the main rock minerals from stones have the Rare Earth Elements (REE) and can be extracted with using the Precipitation Extraction method.
