Abstract

This study stems from an effort to understand how the local wisdom of the Lamaholot community is utilized as a medium for instilling Pancasila values within the school environment of SMAK Lamaholot Witihama. The research focuses on the process of students’ character formation, which takes place through the interaction of local culture, the school environment, and learning activities. To gain a comprehensive understanding of this process, the study employed a qualitative approach with an ethnographic design. Research data were collected through direct observation of school activities, in-depth interviews with various stakeholders, and the examination of documents related to the implementation of character education. The findings reveal that several cultural values embedded within the Lamaholot community, including Nobo Lema, gemohing, soka lewo, and Roba Witi, share substantial similarities with the principles embodied in Pancasila. These values are not only introduced through formal classroom instruction but are also reflected in school routines, cultural traditions, and the implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5). The presence of these cultural values in various school activities provides students with opportunities to practice religious attitudes, social awareness, responsibility, cooperation, and democratic behavior in their daily lives. The study further indicates that the sustainability of value internalization is strongly influenced by the involvement of indigenous communities, the support of school members, and the consistent implementation of school cultural practices.

Abstract

However, various violations of the code of ethics are still found within the campus environment, indicating a gap between legal knowledge and student compliance behavior. This study aims to determine the effect of legal literacy on the compliance of PPKn students at the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Universitas Riau, regarding the Student Code of Ethics. This research employed a quantitative approach with a causal associative design. The population consisted of 333 active students, with a sample of 182 respondents determined using the Slovin formula and simple random sampling. Data were collected using a four-point Likert scale questionnaire and analyzed using simple linear regression assisted by SPSS Version 25. The results show that students’ legal literacy is in the good category with an average score of 3.08, which falls into the high category, while students demonstrate compliance with regulations with an average score of 2.93, which is also in the high category. The hypothesis testing results indicate that the t-count value of 17.694 is greater than the t-table value of 1.973, with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. The coefficient of determination of 63.5% shows that legal literacy significantly contributes to student compliance, while 36.5% is influenced by other factors. The higher the students' legal literacy, the higher their compliance with the campus code of ethics.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the application of the deep learning approach in encouraging student discipline in Pendidikan Pancasila lessons in class XA SMAN 10 Pontianak. The main problem addressed is low student discipline which impacts learning quality and character building. The research focus includes planning, implementation, and the contribution of the deep learning approach to the formation of student discipline. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method, where data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation studies. The results indicate that lesson planning has systematically integrated the principles of mindful, meaningful, and joyful learning in the Deep Learning Lesson Plan (RPM). Lesson implementation was active, reflective, and contextual through discussions, two-way communication, and linking material with students' real-life experiences. The deep learning approach contributes positively to increasing student compliance with school rules, better learning time management, and the ability to accept sanctions reflectively. The discipline formed develops not through coercion, but as a form of self-awareness and intrinsic motivation in students. In conclusion, the deep learning approach is an effective strategy in forming student discipline character through meaningful, relevant, and joyful Pendidikan Pancasila learning.

Abstract

Post-disaster crises often trigger psychological paralysis and social polarization due to limited inclusive dialogue spaces, even during Ramadan, which should strengthen interfaith solidarity. This study aims to analyze the actualization of religious moderation through inclusive spatial politics and its correlation with psychosocial assistance for vulnerable groups and survivors' resilience. This study utilizes a descriptive qualitative multi-locus design with a Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach and the Participatory Action and Learning System (PALS) framework. Intensive research was conducted from February to March 2026 at Pura Segara Suci in Tegal City and Padasari Village, Tegal Regency. Data from purposively selected informants including academics, Hindu devotees, BNPB authorities, student delegates (HMPS PPKn, BEM FKIP, Civic Kolaborasik), and child survivors were gathered via interviews, emic observation, and documentation, validated through triangulation, and analyzed descriptively-narratively. The results show that deconstructing Pura Segara Suci's function into inclusive spatial politics effectively dissolves rigid dogmatism and theological prejudice based on Pawongan and Tat Twam Asi values. This action-dialogue success was replicated in psychosocial assistance grounded in Psychological First Aid (PFA) and Ethics of Care to heal child survivors' trauma. This collaborative student intervention successfully triggered behavioral transformation and civic values internalization, awakening the community's collective efficacy to transform from passive victims into active survivals for post-disaster social justice.
