Abstract

Partai politik merupakan sekelompok orang yang terorganisasir yang anggota-anggotanya mempunyai orientasi, nilai-nilai, dan citacita yang sama. Tujuan kelompok ini ialah untuk memperoleh kekuasaan politik dan merebut kedudukan politik (biasanya) dengan cara konstitusional untuk melkasnakan programnya. Sedangkan menurut Giovani Sartori partai politik adalah suatu kelompok poloitik yang mengikuti pemilihan umum dan, melalui pemilihan umum itu mampu menempatkan calon-calonya untuk menduduki jabatn-jabatan politik. Peneliti menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan tujuan mengungkap data-data yang di uraikan oleh sumber data dan partisipan untuk mengetahui mengenai bagaimana aspek teknologi dalam jaringan kerja sama perpustakaan dan informasi perpustakaan digital di kota Medan, untuk memperoleh hasil yang berkualitas dari penelitian yang dilakukan. Hasil penelitian ini menghasilkan bahwa Peran partai politik dalam pembinaan kerukunan umat beragama di kota Medan, tercermin dari partisipasi aktif aktor dari partai politik yang berkecimpung langsung dan turut andil dalam kegiatan pembinaan kerukunan umat bergama kota Medan melalui Forum Kerukunan Umat Beragama (FKUB) kota Medan.

Abstract

PT Perkebunan Nusantara IV Medan currently does not have a system that can assist in the process of recording business trips. In general, management of letters, especially Business Travel Orders or SPPD, is very important for every government agency or company. In addition to the SPPD, the official travel document that employees need is an accountability sheet that contains details of travel expenses. In making the SPPD, there are currently many deficiencies that must be faced, such as the occurrence of typing errors in inputting data so that the creation of the SPPD is carried out repeatedly, and also the search for proposed employee data, and the assigning employee in making the SPPD has not been done automatically so it requires longer time. As well as calculating the cost of official travel is also still done manually by the HR executive staff. To overcome this problem, a better system is needed so that the recording of official travel at PT Perkebunan Nusantara IV Medan becomes more effective and efficient. Therefore, a Mobile-based official travel recording application was created to manage business trips at PT Perkebunan Nusantara IV Medan. Making this application using the waterfall software development method. The stages of the waterfall model start from planning, analysis, design, implementation and maintenance. By using a computerized system, the results of the implementation show that this application is easy to use and recording official travel at the company is faster. Making an Official Travel Order becomes easier, can save time, and minimizes errors that may occur. Facilitate the data search process, because the SPPD that has been created is stored in the database.

Abstract

Absen merupakan salah satu komponen penilaian dalam dunia pendidikan, salah satunya adalah penggunaan teknologi absensi online berbasis mobile. Proses kehadiran manual masih tidak efisien dan dapat memakan waktu yang lama. Saat terjadi kesalahan, data kehadiran menjadi tidak terstruktur dan sulit dipantau. Memperbarui proses kehadiran manual menjadi sistem absensi online maka kehadiran akan lebih mudah digunakan kapan saja dan di mana saja. Perancangan sistem absensi online ini digunakan untuk memudahkan absensi melalui smartphone Android masing-masing siswa saja. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah merancang aplikasi absensi di SMA N 1 Dolok Masihul. Digunakan untuk mencatat kehadiran siswa selama kegiatan belajar mengajar dan untuk melihat laporan kehadiran siswa. Alat pengembangan yang digunakan peneliti adalah Kodular dan metodologi pengembangan yang digunakan yaitu System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Waterfall. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dengan adanya sistem online berbasis mobile kemungkinan akan meningkatkan kedisiplinan siswa SMA N 1 Dolok Masihul.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to thoroughly describe the Among System in the educational process. The among system is a way of educating children on the basis of independence and freedom so that students can grow according to their personal nature. The among system should be used as a way of educating to create an independent spirit so as to make students more courageous in learning what they want. The research design used is quantitative research which uses research journals and books related to the implementation of the among system in the educational process.

Abstract

The Indonesian education system has undergone many curriculum revisions. The 2013 curriculum is now used as the main curriculum in schools. However, a number of schools use a unique curriculum known as the Independent Curriculum. The aims of this study were to: (1) find out the differences in implementation between the 2013 Curriculum and the Independent Curriculum at MAN BINJAI; (2) comparing the 2013 Curriculum and the Independent Curriculum at MAN BINJAI; and (3) examine the challenges related to the implementation of the 2013 curriculum and the independent curriculum in the classroom. The results of the research show that the implementation of a mixed curriculum can be implemented, but there are still obstacles that must be faced by both teachers and students. So there is still something that needs to be improved in the use of the mixed curriculum.

Stunting is a serious problem faced by Indonesia, especially in remote villages. So, the purpose of this research is to find out the stunting alleviation efforts carried out in Nagori Bahkisat Kec. Javanese land. This research was conducted by conducting field observations, and was written using a descriptive qualitative research method. Researchers collected data by means of interviews, field observations, documentation, and literature studies to strengthen the data obtained. The results of this study are stunting in simalungun district is not too high, because it does not reach tens of children who suffer from stunting. Efforts are being made to continue to reduce the stunting rate in this area by conducting socialization on stunting prevention for children, and the people in Nagori Bahkisat regularly check at the Posyandu. Abstract

This research aims at strategic exploration of SMP Negeri 1 Pancur Batupada increase mutual learning. The research instrument that has run out means interviews, observation and document study. The data collected, as well as the results of the research, explain that the art of principal management in improve the quality of education at State Junior High School 1 Pancur Batu by conducting analysis internal and external analysis to find out weaknesses, strengths, opportunities as well threats exist. There are several strategic principals that are carried out on raising mutual learning namely the formation of school organizational structures, partnerships, participatory, unity and accountability. School head management art model on raising quality learning has not been fully carried out properly, singing is why there needs to be a struggle repair.

Abstract

The New Student Acceptance Process (PPDB) which is being carried out at SMPS Alwasliyah 40 Tinokkah is currently still being carried out manually. Therefore there are many problems that arise such as slow data entry, long and unconducive queues, registration files that are not neatly arranged and even files that are damaged or lost, and prospective students who sometimes have difficulty getting information to carry out the registration process. Along with the rise of increasingly sophisticated technological developments, researchers provide solutions to problems that exist at SMPS Alwasliyah 40 Tinokkah. To be able to overcome the problems that occur, a Mobile-Based New Student Acceptance Information System Design was created. This study uses the SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) Method in building the system. The end result of this information system design is expected to provide convenience to access information and the registration process so that the process of accepting new students is carried out effectively and efficiently.

Abstract

This article aims to determine the ability of the Aqidah Akhlak teachers at MTs in implementing the 2013 curriculum at Madinatussalam private MTs. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative, with data collection techniques through instruments, interviews and triangulation and then simple analysis is carried out. Through this research, it can be seen how much the ability of aqidah akhlak teachers is in implementing the 2013 curriculum learning by looking at the percentage based on achievement indicators and the percentage of respondents. Where the highest percentage based on these indicators can be seen that the teacher has prepared an annual program, semester program, Rpp and KKM. So it can be concluded that the curriculum development that has been carried out at Madinatussalam private MTs can already be carried out properly by looking at the percentage based on achievement indicators and based on respondents. The results of this study can be used as material for recommendations for further research related to the 2013 curriculum with different indicators and places.
