Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of working capital turnover, cash turnover, accounts receivable turnover, and inventory turnover on ROA in Cigarette Companies Listed at LQ 45 for the 2011-2020 period. This research is quantitative research that originates from the company's financial statements recorded on the company's official website for the period 2011-2020. The analysis technique used is Multiple Regression using IBM SPSS Statistics 25. The results of this study indicate that working capital turnover, cash turnover, receivable turnover, and inventory turnover affect ROA simultaneously. While partially cash turnover and inventory turnover significantly affect ROA

Abstract

The success of a digital platform can be seen from how many users visit the platform in one month. Users will visit digital platforms due to various factors, such as an attractive and easy-to-navigate user interface, satisfying digital service platforms, effectiveness in finding information, ease of payment, delivery of various goods, as well as platform security in storing data. The more users who visit digital platform will affect the level of product purchases. This research was conducted to examine the effect of the user interface on the Shopee digital platform in Indonesia on customer shopping enjoyment which is influenced by gender and mediation by the flow experience variable. Information Foraging Theory was chosen as the scalpel in this research because it is considered important to be considered as a priority for digital platforms in improving performance on their platforms. The research method used is a quantitative method and a purposive sampling method which is processed using the SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions) application for Shopee users in Indonesia. The number of samples targeted in this study were 600 respondents who came from active students and alumni from UI, ITB, UGM, Unair, and ITS who often use the Shopee digital platform as a platform for online purchases.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the influence of service quality, terminal accessibility toward passenger satisfaction, the influence of service quality, terminal accessibility and passenger satisfaction regarding passenger loyalty as well as indirect influence of service quality and terminal accessibility toward passenger loyalty concerning passenger satisfaction at Terminal Pondok Cabe. The samples for this research are 200 respondens who are passenger of Terminal Pondok Cabe. Data was collected using an online questionnaire, and analyzed using path analysis and the Sobel test. The research findings show that passenger loyalty is influenced by service quality and passenger satisfaction but not by terminal accessibility. Customer satisfaction can mediate the effect of service quality and terminal accessibility on customer loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of the determinants of investment decisions consisting of financial knowledge, financial well-being, risk tolerance with moderation of financial attitudes. The population and research sample used a saturated sample technique with a total of 194 East Java Young Indonesian Accountants' Associations with various commissariats in it. Data analysis used the Partial Least Suare (PLS) approach with the help of Smart PLS 3.0 software. This research shows that financial knowledge, financial well-being, risk tolerance with moderation of financial attitudes have an influence on investment decisions.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the moderation of financial inclusion on the influence of platforms on interest in using online loans. The research sample was 50 SMEs who were members of ABM Preneur using a stratified random sampling technique. The research results show that H1 is supported but H2 is not supported. So the platform has a significant positive effect on interest in using online loans. However, financial inclusion does not moderate the influence of the platform on interest in using online loans.

Abstract

The main objectives of this study were to determine the level of financial literacy, family financial socialization, peers, self-control, and saving behavior based on socio-economic demographic factors of undergraduate students (S1) in NTT and to know the role of self-control as a mediator between the determinants and saving behavior. Using purposive sampling method, 321 respondent were taken from three universities. Data was collected using a questionnaire via google form, analyzed using SEM-PLS. The findings in the study show that most undergraduate students (S1) in NTT have high levels of financial literacy, family financial socialization, self-control, and saving behavior. Only peers are at a low level. In addition, self-control can be a mediator between financial literacy and socialization of family finances with the saving behavior of Undergraduate Students (S1) in NTT. Meanwhile, self-control cannot be a mediator between peers and saving behavior.

Abstract

This paper discusses sustainable renewable energy policies. The method used in this paper is a descriptive method that collects data from various sources literature studies and previous research. The results of the literature review show that the development of renewable energy in the European Union has three clusters dividing the share of renewable energy and the degree of dependency on energy imports based on the country. In Pakistan, the government has been designing a renewable energy policy since 2006 to supply sustainable energy to all consumers. In Nigeria, the electricity crisis and the need to reduce greenhouse gases spurred the development of renewable energy. Denmark has moved to wind power sources by increasing the share of renewable energy in the domestic electricity supply. The government encourages local ownership in the renewable energy sector, and many neighborhoods are connected to district heating systems that use renewable energy such as biomass. Increased investment in renewable energy technology will aid in addressing global energy concerns and hastening the transition to a low-carbon economy.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the organizational politics perception of bank employees and its impact on organizational justice perception and performance. A comparative descriptive qualitative analysis method was used to analyze data obtained from literature review and field research. Purposive sampling technique was employed to determine 5 informants, with key informants being managers in a bank in Surabaya. The results showed that organizational politics in the bank is relatively high and has a negative impact on employees' organizational justice perception. The contribution of this research lies in providing a deeper understanding of organizational politics in the banking industry and offering guidance for management to enhance efficiency and the quality of the work environment.

Abstract

Organizations are often faced with problems with their employees, employee performance is one of them. Employees are the key to the success of an organization. The purpose of this study is to investigate the extent to which the mediating role of affective commitment on perceived organizational support will ultimately have an impact on improving employee performance. This study uses a quantitative method with a PLS-SEM approach, and data collection using a questionnaire. The results of this study, all proposed hypotheses are entirely accepted, where the perception of organizational support has an effect on increasing employee performance and affective commitment, then affective commitment has a significant impact on increasing employee performance. On the other hand, affective commitment can have a partial mediating effect on the perceived organizational support on employee performance.

Abstract

The leadership style was born driven by the assumption that the previous leadership style is no longer relevant if applied to today's millennial generation. This research is the first step to discovering millennial leadership styles that are difficult to find in previous literature. This study will use the literature review methodology to identify a range of theories that are pertinent to the issue under study. Data obtained from the Proquest and Google Scholar databases. The keywords leadership, leadership, leadership style, and millennial worker are used. We'll take the relevant article and analyze it, the article written between 2010–2022. This study find indicators of millennial leadership style based on the needs and characteristics of the millennial generation. There are eighteen indicators of millennial leadership style based on studies.
